I just left this location and was lucky to be served by Juan. He had a noon rush, treated multiple customers in front of me, and had some of the best and most kind customer service I've ever seen. I had some questions about a free pizza slice and he was extremely patient helping me out, that patience really stood out to me and I greatly appreciate people who take customer service as seriously as this place clearly does. I really enjoy slice factory, I frequent it a lot and I really enjoy the pizza. It was very fresh today and I'll continue coming back for the good customer service/good quality pizza. Give Juan a raise, the dude is awesome!

I came in and got help from Selina, she was super kind and funny. I normally only go through the drive through late so this was my first time being in the location. great experience, very good pizza! thank you!

Over priced pizza slices that didn't taste that good, not going back any time soon. $9.50 per slice for something that was tasteless
