When my husband and I arrived around 4:30pm it was closed. We checked the hours online and it said it was open at 4pm so we called the store and they said they opened at 5pm. No problem!! However when we went back at 5pm the place was filthy!!! Like if it had not been clean in a few day or the night prior. The machines were a mess!! The garbage was overflowing and the floors look like they have not been swept or mop for days. We asked to speak with a manger but there was only one employee there who I’m assuming didn’t care cause when we told her she just stared at us and said it did nothing. This is really unacceptable at a work place that is serving something edible. I don’t think I’d ever go back there after that. And I don’t recommend anyone else to go there. 16 Handles you gotta do better, smh.

This place as disgusting! Upon entry, the doors and windows were completely covered in dirt, they were foggy and gross. I would have turned right around, but my kids were already excited for ice cream, so I was stuck going in. First of all, for a place called 16 handles, about 4 of the handles worked. They had watery ice cream that had pans underneath covered in drippings. The toppings section was even worse. The gummy items were all stuck together, and the “wet” items like booba and chocolate were melted and stuck together. At checkout, the employee was sitting there on his phone the whole time, and only got up to ring us up. Overall, it wasn’t that great before the new ownership, but now it is somehow worse now.

Clean good service but not many flavors available

Used to love coming here, especially for the Graham Cracker flavored frozen yogurt. Hasn’t been the same as of late, however. The place is more messier than I remember it being and newer flavors haven’t really been impressive, especially with the Cookie Dough flavor managing to somehow taste bitter. I couldn’t even get through it and ended up throwing it out, which really pained me, since frozen yogurt from here used to be such a huge treat for me. I don’t think I’ll be returning much anymore.

All the flavors were soupy. To be fair, it was hot out. But, also to be fair, that's when people want cool stuff like ice cream and frozen yogurt - not soup. Place was clean and plenty of toppings. Service was one person, but she was friendly.

I haven’t been to this 16 handles in a long time. I went to try it today and this was my experience. Clean environment and super friendly staff. However, it may be the worst frozen yogurt I ever had where me & my friends had to throw it out. Multiple flavors all taste off...example: The vanilla flavor taste like fish...how is that even possible! For me to throw out frozen yogurt is a sin, put it that way!!!

Why does this store open at 2 and sometimes 5? That is ridiculous! The other 16 handles open much earlier. Very disappointed! That is annoying. Ever since they have been under new ownership it has gone down hill completely. The yogurt still tastes the same. They don’t have many toppings anymore. Also no fruit just out. I had to ask which is fine but he had to first chop it up and all and he just gave it to me as holes which is weird. Usually it’s sliced thin. Also the prices are a rip off and it doesn’t add up. I spent $20 for 2 mediums with no toppings for one and like 3 strawberries on mine. I can go to the one in rvc for the same amount for like $5 or $6. My last visit I couldn’t get peanut butter from the machine because it was in pints only. That made no sense.. Also limited on flavors and a lot of machines don’t work. it’s also very dark inside it looks like it’s always close and no one is ever in there I feel like. the positive side is the man was nice and I guess it was pretty clean in there.

This used to be the best place to get froyo. I literally went here on a weekly basis. Ever since the new management, it's terrible. I regret spending my money here. The yogurt tasted horrible, half the machines didn't work, and it was melted before we even walked out of the door. I definitely won't be back.
