Google
Solid fro yo. Not the best I’ve had in NYC and not my favourite flavours, but solid. There’s space to sit and good toppings. The vegan oat milk chocolate tastes exactly like the regular chocolate and was really good!!! The strawberry was mid. Not my favourite. 2 medium sized / pretty small bowls came to $16.

Google
Very great frozen yogurt service was really good. Would recommend to anyone who is craving a sweet treat. Andy & angel were very nice.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this 16 Handles location for ~4 years, but unfortunately, the quality has really gone downhill. Over the past few visits, I’ve noticed that the store is often dirty, has a noticeable odor, the AC is usually broken, and more often than not, half of the topping bar is closed. It’s disappointing to see such a decline in what used to be a favorite spot!

Zach Taylor

Google
If you get a cone, they also charge the weight of a huge 10 oz metal cone holder. My order was 9 oz for ice cream, 1 oz because the woman couldn't zero the scale, and 10 oz for the cone holder for 20 oz, coming to $20! The server told me I could throw the cone in the trash if I didn't want to pay that, which I didn't. "Pay only for what you eat" is a lie.

Google
16 handles has really fallen. memories of pouring endless amounts of fro yo topped with the best toppings are just that, memories. 25% of the machines are out of order, another 25% have screens that dont work, light fixtures are falling out of the ceiling. It looks like no maintenance has been done here for 2 years. Pretty disappointing. Too many options these days to pay 10 bucks for that experience.

Google
Always the perfect night cap. This location always has the best flavors and the best customer service! Layla and Anthony are so kind and and helpful ! They helped us find the best topping combos and made sure everything was clean and stocked up! Layla even made sure i was stocked up on napkins before I left! Ive never had a bad experience here and will always wanna end my night here !!

Google
The place was great! Such a unique combo of food. Might be a good idea to have some ginger to cleanse the palate if you switch from the burgers to the sushi. The remixes on the radio were a nice touch! I’d definitely recommend.

Ordered NYC Cheesecake via Door Dash. It was the best yogurt I've had in New York. Very flavorful and they give you a cute little spoon. I loved it!

Yelp
Andy was AWESOMEEEEEEE!!! He needs a raise he's Worth it. Get on it management he's why I come back to 16 handles!!!!

Yelp
This is for the 2nd Ave/ e81st/e82nd street location. Wow. After 15 years of going to this place I will no longer be a patron. Not only were the 3 visible staff members not helpful but they were actively UNhelpful, insulting, disrespectful and flat out rude. And no they weren't busy at all- I was the only one. Go to Anita's or Pinkberry next door instead. Avoid this place ( at the very least around 5pm on the last Tuesday in July).

Yelp
Super yummy and cool frozen dessert spot with self serve option in like 8 flavors! They have the standard issue, vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, original (tart) and mango, and then some fun ones like kiwi or Dune 2 (a fabulous coconut /tropical flavor with a kick)!! Then, of course, you must choose the fab mix-ins! For me, it was fresh blueberries with mochi (here they are multi-colored)!! A delish treat that really cooled me off!! Beware, it can get pricey!!

Yelp
Great location! Super clean and lots of seating. Gosh I love froyo. Unfortunately there's no bathroom here :/

Yelp
16 Handles is a good place to get your Nutella fix. They have Nutella in a squeeze bottle and a separate pump. Do what you would like with this information.

Yelp
Hospitable place, generous with the self-serve sample cups. The kid liked making their own dessert after a long day in the July heat and actually ate the whole giant mountain of soft serve with toppings! I didn't try anything so I can't speak to their offerings at all personally. Negatives are: 1) it smelled horrible inside for some reason (bathroom plumbing issue maybe?); 2) it was hot inside (no AC maybe?); and 3) no bathroom for customers. Docking them only one star for these drawbacks since this otherwise fit the bill perfectly.

Emily H.

Yelp
Came in at 10:20 and noticed half the toppings were put away. I asked for a side of Nutella and they said no, they're closed. I was so confused because I said don't you close at 11pm? The girl corrected me and said 10:50. So that's in 30 min... why cant I purchase Nutella I work at a bar and we would never 1) close before the posted time and 2) deny someone a drink or food product when they are in the establishment during open hours. Like you don't close.. before you close? You close after the store is closed.

Jenny H.

Yelp
Bad experience in east village location on several Sunday nights. Only some handles working both times. Not frozen enough, too soft. Counter a mess. Workers miserable. Additionally the coffee and the chocolate peanut butter flavors tasted off. I used to love this place. Such a downer.

Yelp
Brian Rojas Michael Cruz johan paredes we're great employees the environment was very clean they are very friendly and we definitely be returning.

Yelp
Cliffnotes: 3/5 The vibes of this place is very lackluster, from the machines to the service. Usually I don't mind traveling if it's worth it but it's not. But it was convenient to have some cake batter froyo on a day that was as hot as it was. The service here was straightforward. You serve yourself the yogurt and then a nonchalant teen takes care of your pay. She wasn't rude or anything but it's kind of unprofessional to have a conversation on the phone while taking care of a customer. No hello or goodbyes, it's the little things ya know. Plus, it's not a good luck from a business prospective. Then the yogurts didn't seem to be cold enough? They were coming out very soft and melting pretty quickly. The last time I was here was yeaaarss ago and yeah the yogurts weren't stiff but I don't really remember them all melting so quickly. The price was relatively sneak as always. I wouldn't come to this location again though. Despite the review, thank you for the service and good. God blessss!

Yelp
Hands down most flavorful froyo I have ever had!! So delicious and fresh tasting. The topping selection was also all the favorites. Will be back

Yelp
16 Handles is the perfect summer treat! They have a variety of yummy flavors to choose from, and also offer Gluten Free, Fat Free, Low Fat, Dairy Free, Vegan, No Sugar Added, Artisan, and Ice Cream (it will be listed on the machine). Once you've filled up own cup, you can head to the toppings buffet to add your favorite toppings and drizzles, before you check out. Keep in mind prices vary by weight, so the more you add, the more costly it will be. However, I find the prices here to be pretty decent. I've always paid between $6-$12 here, so it just depends on how much of a sweet tooth you have at the moment! They are located in a number of states, with a handful of those located across NYC and Jersey. So make sure to check ahead to see which is the closest to you!

Yelp
16 Handles Lower East Side @ 153 Second Avenue is an overdue review from before my case of shingles! I was hanging in the Lower East Side more frequently. There's so many great ice cream places in this neighborhood why would I come here. I stopped in for a tiny taste. I always get ice cream. I'm not a fan of frozen yogurt. I have a 16 Handles in walking distance from my apartment Upper East Side. I wanted to compare the two locations. Mine is much better than this location. This is a good place for take out. I prefer a bigger space to sit down. It's great that you can sample the flavors before you decide. You serve yourself as much as you like which is another good feature. Customer Service when I was here is nothing remarkable. If you're a fan of self serve and frozen yogurt with a huge selection of toppings, this is the place for you!

Hannah A.

Yelp
The yogurt is okay but not as good as other froyo places - kind of icy and not very flavorful. Used to be worth it to come anyway because the cookie dough was bomb - tubs of chocolate chip cookie dough, vegan chocolate chip, Cookie Monster, and often another flavor too. This location stopped putting the cookie dough tubs out a couple months ago, now they just have the regular "cookie dough" balls that other places have that are super chalky and bland, no more of the delicious tubs of cookie dough. I've been coming much less often now because of that, but I went tonight to try the new Dubai chocolate flavor, only to find out they don't give out sample cups anymore - if you want to try a flavor an employee has to come grab it for you. There was only 1 guy working so even though it was late and very few people were there it was still slowing down service and also was just a major hassle both for him and the customers. This isn't like a gelato place where they're behind the counter with the ice cream giving you spoonfuls, he has to grab a cup and walk around the counter to pour it out for you, it's ridiculous. Can't imagine what it would be like trying to do that when it's actually busy. Very unfortunate as I used to come here all tbe time but don't think I will be anymore.

Yelp
I went here today for a deal with NYU and restaurant week, and it always tastes so delicious! I will say the froyo was a little bit more liquidy than normal. Like it was still super good but just not as perfect as it sometimes is. I think the toppings are good but I feel like other froyo places do have better options. Altogether, the service was really quick and the cashier was super friendly. It's so cute in there too, but I took mine to go because it's so hot out and i wanted to enjoy it in the sun!!
google avatar

Asia C.

Yelp
I don't know how froyo got so expensive. Or perhaps it's always been and I just added more toppings (bc it's priced by weight), but I was not about it. The establishment is fine. Everything is do it yourself. All the containers were filled which was good. The flavors were alright. Everything here was just mid. I'd go back if I really had nothing else for dessert but there's so many other places around I'm sure I'd find something.
google avatar

Marco L.

Yelp
Good variety of flavors. I enjoyed the lemon, mango, and coffee flavors very much. Also, a large selection of toppings. Mochi topping was my favorite along with a bunch of other general toppings. I would recommend 16 Handles. It is just a bit pricey. This was approximately $13 for this cup.
google avatar

David A.

Yelp
There are so many vegan and kosher choices! Sample cups are by the toppings bar. I tried vegan: oat chocolate, mango, and rocket pop. Ended up with mango and chocolate with vegan chocolate chips and carob chips. Disappointed they don't have maraschino cherries or lychee here. One staff member for the entire location. Maybe that's why they didn't seem to be enjoying their job. Very little seating. Think take out joint. Ambiance: all white everything
google avatar

Tiffany P.

Yelp
It's a decent FroYo place with lots of flavors and toppings. Some toppings I haven't seen before like the melted crunch chocolate. I went towards closing during the last hour. The mochi balls were a little hard from sitting out all day. I'm not sure I would come back, but it was worth a try.
google avatar

Coco C.

Yelp
I love 16 Handles but the prices seem a little ridiculous. I know it's by weight, but honestly you'd have to get no toppings and very little fro-yo to pay less than $7 which I think would be a reasonable price. Obviously it tastes great and the selections are perfect. I will always go back but maybe they can make a smaller cup or something.
google avatar

Elizabeth R.

Yelp
This location ROCKS. I feel like the toppings are always stocked and the people are always super nice. Some yogurt comes out like kinda watery but most are good. All the best flavors and they're always available 10/10

Yelp
Wednesday BOGO summer deal came in clutchhh! My lactose-intolerant self snagged a cup of Oatly non-dairy chai tea and chocolate icecream. Very solid offerings, though the chai tea didn't taste all that much like chai tea. A strong topping selection w a few dairy-free picks. The thing that surprised me most were the "wet walnuts" which sounds sus but were actually delish.

Yelp
I came here expecting the Froyaki, Froyo sandwich, or something unique about the Froyo that I saw on Yelp, but instead was met with a selection of normal frozen yogurt options. Admittedly, there are a fair amount of pretty good flavors, which tops places like Yogurtland or Menchies, but in the end it is still a normal Froyo place. The prices are fair and in mid September, the flavors start to phase towards fall seasons. The current flavor selections are: Strawberry Lemonade, So Fresh Mango, Strawberry Banana, Mint Chocolate Chip, Graham Cracker, Oh My Pumpkin Pie, Fudge Brownie, Tahitian Vanilla Bean, Classic Tart, Birthday Cake, Cookies and Cream, Butter Pecan, Nutella, Peanut Butter Perfection. Texture is fairly uniform across all flavors, not too thick, not to thin, and your spoon will drift through without much resistance, as expected of Froyo. The only one that had a slightly different texture was the Nutella flavor, which was more creamy and smooth than the others. All in all, there isn't too much to say -- they offer slightly more unique toppings like cookie dough from a vegan cookie dough shop in NYC. It's a pretty average place, nothing mind-blowing but had to try it against the other Froyo places that I've been to.
google avatar

Said E.

Yelp
I honestly don't understand the hype. First of all, it's a fro yo place, not ice cream. And second, the taste is meh. There are much better ice cream shops around the area.

Yelp
Oh my god so I heard so many great things about this place and how you have to go here... don't miss it, it's the best experience...BWHAHAHA ! So my daughter really wanted to come here. all her friends have been here before so my husband my daughter and J came in to get this precious 16 handles.. We walked in and we were the only people in the store. Nobody acknowledged us nobody even put their head up.. OK so we went back to where the machines were to look at the flavors I came back and asked the guy if they do samples since it was our first time here. He said no we don't do samples. Behind him was a girl I'm not even sure if she knew that any customers were even in the store because her face was buried in her phone she may even had earplugs on. We are ready to order and the guy was looking at his phone I said excuse me literally 3 times before he heard me he then puts his head up and goes oh I'm sorry can I help you. When we had his attention He was nice. My daughter got the strawberry yogurt and put some toppings on it, she said it was really good but unfortunately the customer service was so bad we won't be back at this location! I'm giving one star for how great the strawberry yogurt and toppings were.

Claire L.

Yelp
I love this place so it's unfortunate they have such unfriendly staff. I came in at 10:15 and noticed stools were all stacked up and the place looked closed so I checked with the cashier to confirm they were still open. All he said was "yes" so I made myself a cup- ended up having to pull a lid off one of the toppings (makes sense why it was shut, it's a Monday and he was starting to wrap up). The cashier then scoffed and barked at me that that specific topping was "already closed." I apologized immediately, said I didn't realize, and asked what time they close (thinking maybe 10:30 on mondays?) and he said 11. While I find it unreasonable to "close" a topping 45 minutes before store closing, I honestly wouldn't have opened the lid had he even mentioned it. I just wanted some ice cream and chocolate. As an effort to justify this comment he argued "it's just me by myself here." I was not giving the guy a hard time, nor did I mean to use something that was already "closed." I completely understand being alone on the job and if he was in ANY way busy I would have been patient and understanding. I was the only customer in the store and he simply became pissed when I wasn't following his imaginary rules. It makes sense to have just one person on for the last hour of service on a Monday night, but it seems this employee can't handle working alone and keeping the store actually open during open hours. 40 minutes to close down an ice cream shop and he can't wipe down some Reese's crumbs without taking it out on some innocent patrons.

Yelp
I'm seeing a lot of 1-2 star reviews and I've definitely had a different experience. Today when I walked in I've noticed that they had a s'mores themed tayaki cone. I was planning on getting something elsewhere but once I saw the description (torched fluff, Hershey's chocolate, graham cracker frozen yogurt) I knew I had to try it. The girl at the register was very helpful and she overloaded the s'mores cone with fluff, which was totally awesome. It was flowing down the sides, and so. If you're not a lover of fluff this may not be for you. Seating wise there are a few bar stool like chairs with a back to them - there are no booths which I've seen at the other locations. If I were to change anything I would have a booth or a few tables and chairs. Overall a good experience and I would come back.

Yelp
Frozen Sugar Cookie Dough sooo dank, Look at my face after eating it! I could cry, Mmmmmm

Jamie K.

Yelp
2 stars because the Froyo is fine and a great array of toppings. The loss of stars are due to the girl working on Saturday night - December 2nd) who death glared me and didn't wash the scooper at first when I kindly requested a new one because there was hair wrapped around the spoon. She eventually rinsed it but didn't swap it out or change the topping container so there's probably still hair up in there. Needless to say, I passed on the hazelnut crunch topping.

Yelp
Come on a Wednesday for BOGO Sumer Deals! The cups were $10 each if it was not for the deal. I would personally not come on their normal days just because the price seems higher than most yogurt spots and the flavors were average. Unfortunately, when I went they were low on toppings and it was still a couple of hours before closing. When I had asked the cashier about the mochi and if they are re-filling it, she said no. Once I paid and finished my yogurt, I went back in to throw away my cup and saw that she had re-filled the entire thing. I am not sure what made her change her mind or if other people were asking about it.

Yelp
Oatly froyo!!! Love coming back to 16 Handles for all the seasonal flavors. They always have oatly options which are so tasty!
google avatar

Albert K.

Yelp
Awesome frozen yogurt venue. Tons of toppings and choices with abundant seating inside also. The chocolate was spot on. Wish they had OREO toppings, but the variety with snickers, heath, and kit kat was more than most froyo venues.
google avatar

Corinna B.

Yelp
All I want to know is: Why does this place always run out of the plain Eurotart frozen yogurt? It's the only one I want, paired with blueberries (not frozen please), tiny cookie dough pieces and chocolate sprinkles. I hope that one day they will bring back the old cookie dough and will have endless amounts of Eurotart floating from the machines.
google avatar

Tory C.

Yelp
I am a huge fan of frozen yogurt and this place checks every box. I love the fact that they had 16 flavors that encompass everything from fruity to chocolatey to other fun flavors like birthday cake or salted caramel. The topping selection was outstanding. With that said, the froyo was a bit overpriced. They were definitely worth it though, so I have to get this establishment five stars. I will give it six if I could. I will definitely be going back to the spot regularly in the future!
google avatar

Elle K.

Yelp
Came in recently for their sugalips promotion where they gave out free galaxy themed edible products! The inside is outstandingly clean, albeit small. No restrooms as they are not required to have any. Staff is sweet, I really wish I could remember the lady's name who complimented my nails! She was so nice and full of positive energy!! They have a ton of froyo selection and great toppings to choose from. I was actually pleased with the cleanliness of the toppings bar as well as the froyo machines. The galaxy theme was cute, and we enjoyed our share! Thank you! Will return for froyo next time.

Yelp
Will do for a hot summer day. Fro-yo is not super flavorful, toppings are what adds flavor.

Zachary Q.

Yelp
This 16 Handles location offered so many different flavors! The birthday cake flavor was amazing. Overall, the customer service was great, employee Jordan was very welcoming towards my sister and I. She helped my sister pick her flavor and she enjoyed it so much. We will be coming back soon since we just moved back here!

Yelp
The froyo and topping options here are great! The interior has a fun, hipster vibe. My complaint is around food safety concerning food allergies and the lack of awareness that the employees have. I came in here after dinner with a friend while visiting town. I noticed the Reece's topping bits were scattered all around the counter area near the bin, which is also where a few of the toppings I wanted were located. I asked the employee if I could please scoop the cheesecake and Oreo toppings from the container behind the counter as I am concerned the Reece's may have cross contaminated the other bins and I have a severe peanut allergy. I'm not sure if the employee did not understand the severity of an allergy or if he was surely convinced that there was no cross contamination, but he responded with "that's in a separate bit". I tried to repeat the cross contamination issue and he replied with "the cheese bits are frozen in the middle". I was very confused by his response and a bit appalled at the establishments lack of education to their employees on allergies. I ended up scooping a few toppings from a non-peanut zone and still enjoyed my froyo. However I think it is really important to have more caution and awareness for food allergies, especially at a place that may be frequented by little kids.

Yelp
Every time I see their name, I'm tickled. This self-service froyo dispensary does indeed have sixteen handles, one handle for each flavor. Froyo stylings familiar to most are present here: grab a cup, pick a flavor - or five - and add toppings. My accomplice and I shared a mix of flavors: their original tart, the New York cheesecake (super rich), and Euro tart (my fave of the three). For toppings, we had mochi and (canned, not fresh) lychee. And all for less than $5. Not bad. I'll be back soon.
google avatar

Kimberly J.

Yelp
So many flavor options! The employees here are super friendly and helpful. Some seating is available. Everything is laid out for you. Grab yourself a cup, pick as many yogurt flavors/toppings as you'd like and then pay at the cashier. Spoons and napkins are within reach. If an employee hasn't already given you a mini sample cup, ask for one. It's perfect for those of us who are having trouble deciding on a flavor. My favorite flavors would have to be Coconut and Strawberry. They are cool, smooth, not too sweet and very refreshing. Some of their flavor options include: Red Velvet Cake, Kiwi Strawberry, Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry, Dulce De Leche, Black Cherry, Euro Tart, Cookies & Cream, Strawberry Banana, Mint, Coconut, Birthday Cake, Huckleberry Cheesecake, Coffee, and Peanut Butter.

Yelp
They have mint chocolate chip Froyo. Mic drop. Really clean and nice 16 handles location. Lots of other great choices as well.

Yelp
I was glad to see a froyo place in Manhattan where I could serve myself, if only because I get a little embarrassed by my own gluttony when I stop in at Pinkberry or Red Mango. I hadn't heard of this froyo chain before, so I was pretty excited to try it. They have some really interesting flavors here. For me, this was a bit of a drawback, because I like more classic fruity and tart flavors (i.e. strawberry). Here, they offered banana and peanut butter and cake and all sorts of wonderful-sounding flavors... that I wasn't in the mood to taste in frozen yogurt, unfortunately. I played it safe with a kiwi strawberry sorbet (so not actually froyo) and a dollop of banana froyo. The sorbet was SUPER delicious, but I'm not used to tasting banana in frozen yogurt, I guess. It tasted like banana, not bad just a bit unusual for my palate. However, I was really impressed by the toppings selection. One of my favorite things they had was chocolate-covered candy-coated sunflower seeds (they were chocolate and colorful, the bit of candy coating). Delicious. My cup was topped with: strawberries, bananas, blueberries, blackberries, kiwi, sunflower seeds, coconut, tiny peanut butter cups, Fruity Pebbles, and... I think something else but I can't quite remember. The establishment itself is really popular. There was a crowd of people just... standing outside of it, but the line wasn't too long when we got there. We waited about 5 minutes before getting to the beginning of the line of dispensers. Seating is REALLY limited, so be warned about that. I do wish it wasn't so pricey though. Back home, the summer price is 39 cents an ounce. It was $0.52/oz. here and that was kind of like ".... ouch." Therefore, I dock the 5th star only for the steep price and the lack of classic/safe/simple/lame flavors. Otherwise, I was really pleased with it.
google avatar

Elsie W.

Yelp
So many different flavors of froyo to choose from!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love that they price it by the ounce, with unlimited toppings! This place is definitely better than Pinkberry & Red Mango.... combined. You can pick and choose, and get as many toppings as you want. No limits, all freedom. YYEEEEEEEEAHHHHHHHHH FREEDOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yelp
Good! Nothing bad to say about it. They were very friendly and welcoming since we have never been there before.

Yelp
I love 16 handles I'm been a customer for years at 153 2nd Ave. but I've noticed here lately they have not been keeping up with their products and keeping the place clean back in January 2022 I went to 16Handles with my grandchildren we went to get some yogurt and liquid yogurt came out of the machine the worker or the manger Told me that the machine was on pause I didn't understand that but I said OK I went back there a couple weeks later and the same thing happened I came back today and there was a sour milk smell in the place and the machine were not clean. This is my last time at this place. Something like that is very unsanitary especially when you're dealing with milk products and the place is smelling like sour milk. Also they do not keep their yogurt choices up-to-date in their store what's on the website is not what you will find in the store I'm done.

Mags 6.

Yelp
As someone who has struggled with eating disorder, the fact that they lost the full nutritional information above each flavor, including calories per serving size, is wildly upsetting. It takes a lot to make me walk out of an establishment but i walked out in tears after being triggered so badly. It's such a shame because I was looking forward to some end of the night froyo.

Yelp
I was lured here by the promise of a Tenka coupon, but sadly the server went down while I was waiting on line. Ehh, no matter. I didn't have the greatest expectations from this place since I'd visited once before, but I figured since I was here I should get some frozen yogurt. I got a bit of red velvet, some cookies 'n' cream and a nice, healthy serving of NY cheesecake. Then I sprinkled it with some cheesecake bits, Oreo crumbles and mochi. I felt like I loaded up but the total was less than $4. Well yeah, I never doubted this place was pretty cheap. As for the quality, the NY cheesecake's still my favorite flavor. The red velvet was disappointing. It was just very sweet chocolate in the form of some muted red blob. Nothing special. And the cookies 'n' cream was a not-as-sweet-but-still-too-sweet version of the red velvet. Don't know why I got that again. Maybe I was hoping it'd be different. The mochi still has a nice and chewy consistency, and the mini cheesecake squares were yummy. Oreo bits are Oreo bits. I didn't get any fruit toppings, but at least the fruit looked fresher and not as mushy as the last time I visited. I want to try Euro tart next time, if there is a next time. At least my appreciation for this place has grown an extra star. Edit: Okay, I came back 'cause they added more Tenka coupons, yay! I got the NY cheesecake, toffee and pineapple tart flavors. The toffee's more on the creamy side and goes very well with Oreo crumbles. The pineapple tart's icier and reminds me of a typical original tart froyo flavor, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Pretty good experience overall. And I like their white chocolate-covered pretzels.

Yelp
Very rude girl working at 16 handles lynbrook on Atlantic ave tonight. slamming chairs together while customers eating here. it's 10:39 but they close at 11:00 pm. she also gave us the customers attitude. We came into the store and waited upfront with no cashier visible. We called out a few times if anybody was here and no answer. The owner shouldn't allow young kids like that run a business. This girl claimed she was the manager and was very disrespectful talking to us in that fashion in front of other customers. Absolutely unacceptable and we will never be coming back here they just lost 5 loyal customers. Shame on you.

Yelp
Tasty frozen yogurt with a plethora of toppings. You can not go wrong with 16 Handles sample before you buy option is always a plus. Just ask upon entering the location for the mini sample Dixie cups. This location feels a bit smaller than the Williamsburg location perhaps, more narrow but plenty of space to grab a few swirls and enjoy comfortably. As all 16 Handles locations pay per ounce. The young lady at the counter was very kind when I asked if they had anymore cheesecake bite topping. She informed me that they currently were out. Frozen yogurt, go get it!
