Always the perfect night cap. This location always has the best flavors and the best customer service! Layla and Anthony are so kind and and helpful ! They helped us find the best topping combos and made sure everything was clean and stocked up! Layla even made sure i was stocked up on napkins before I left! Ive never had a bad experience here and will always wanna end my night here !!

I’ve been going here for years, last night was disgusting. The place was filthy. (See attached photos) Most handles were unavailable, maybe only 2 were dispensing. They took away the tongs and had customers use spoons for serving toppings. When we asked for caramel sauce she said all bottles were closed for the night. Mind you it was 9 something when the place closed at 11… you can tell workers did not care and were doing everything they could to just leave that night. The service was horrible, they were cursing and talking about how much they didn’t like working there and did not create the fun welcoming environment that I’m used to when I come to 16 Handles.

the frozen yogurt here is delicious!! there are LITEARLLY 16 frozen yogurt handles and a bunch of delicious toppings! the location is really nice. sometimes the frozen yogurt is not ready/too watery. last time I went, there were not the best flavors but the flavors change frequently. there are no public bathrooms. food is delicious though, and there are unlimited samples! :)

We picked the cone in a cup. The vanilla frozen yogurt is delicious. We will come back. There are 2 tables in store and one outside.

The place was great! Such a unique combo of food. Might be a good idea to have some ginger to cleanse the palate if you switch from the burgers to the sushi. The remixes on the radio were a nice touch! I’d definitely recommend.

Self serve shop with a few frozen yogurt options, some ice cream, vegan options, and sorbet. Overall, there aren't that many flavors but there's a good amount of toppings. My favorite is the sorbet with popping boba, it's delicious. The seating inside is very limited, there's a booth, two tables with two chairs, and a table with 3 chairs. If you are in the area and are looking for froyo, 16 handles is a great option.

This 16 handles location is an embarrassing and sad place to visit, the people that work there always on their phone despite the filthiness of the place! Crumbs all over the place, ice cream machines dirty, tables need to be wiped down it's just a sad place and they are just too busy sitting blasting music and on their phones to notice what needs to be taken care of the manager of this place really needs to stop their game up.

Ordered NYC Cheesecake via Door Dash. It was the best yogurt I've had in New York. Very flavorful and they give you a cute little spoon. I loved it!
