1630 Park Apartments

I am a new resident of 1630 Park and so far I have nothing but good things to say about it. The apartment building is quiet, clean and very cute. The leasing team made the process very easy and fast, Haley was very kind and answered all of my questions promptly. I'm very happy with my new place.

I’ve lived at 1630 for a year and a half and I’ve loved it. The building and facilities are clean and well maintained, and the leasing office and maintenance staff are prompt and very helpful. Friendly neighbors and you can’t beat the location. While all the staff I’ve interested with have been incredibly professional, I want to give a special shout out to Daisha, the leasing consultant, and Serio who handles maintenance for the building.

This building is extremely clean. The leasing staff are prompt, professional, knowledgeable & polite. All residents I’ve come into contact with in the past 8mos are friendly & considerate. It’s in a great location close to many businesses & very close to the Columbia heights metro stop as well as target. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I frequently recommend renting with Bernstein to anyone looking to move to/around the DMV. They are the best management company ever. This building is very cute and quiet, the maintenance manager Sergio is so welcoming and kind, and the location is perfect. I wouldn’t live anywhere else in DC.

I am just beginning my time as a tenant at 1630 Park, but so far I have loved it! Throughout the entire application process, Veranique, Daisha, and Hailey were exceptionally helpful and patient with all my questions. They made the process all the more smooth and pleasant. I am looking forward to making 1630 Park my new home!

I moved to 1630 Park recently. So far, my impressions are excellent, the building is clean and quiet. The location is great, we have everything just a few minutes walk. Hailey was very kind.

They're charging far too much for 2 bedrooms, but I appreciate that it is a rent-controlled building. Maintenance is timely!

I absolutely love my apartment at 1630 Park. Everything's been updated but it maintains its charm with beautiful hardwood floors and high ceilings. There's a lot of storage space in my closet and have found that my little studio is the perfect size. The management company is always quick to address any questions or concerns I've had. In fact, when I was first looking at apartments in DC, it became clear to me that some management companies were difficult and/or unresponsive--that is not the case with BMC. Even if I move out of this place, I'll aim to continue living in a BMC-managed property because of how positive my experience with them has been. It should also be noted that Sergio, a resident here and Bernstein employee, deserves his own 5-star rating. He is meticulous about keeping the building clean, an absolute joy to chat with when you run into him, and always offering a helping hand. Finally, Mount Pleasant is such a fantastic neighborhood. It's safe and small and full of people who seem to love living here as much as I do. The farmers market, mom and pop shops, and twinkle lights above the street by Radius pizza really make it a charming, quiet area of DC.
