As parking lot goes, this is okay. The price is certainly nice considering what you could pay at lots around here. One dollar an hour is a good deal. We parked here, paid for two hours at the pay station (make sure you enter your license plate correctly) and left the ticket on the dashboard. No issues at all.

Convenient parking for the Hilton. Its a $1 per hour but beats the $40 or $50 for hotel parking. Make sure you pre-pay and display, otherwise you will get ticketed and or towed!

Amazing, convenient parking location if you are staying at the nearby hotels! Low price ($1/hr, max 24hrs in 2024) and a short 10 minute walk from most hotels in the area. You can add more time from your phone, up to the max, if you decide you need more time by keeping the site open. Be sure to park early as it fills up quickly.

DO NOT PARK HERE. This parking lot is a predatory towing lot that will fabricate reasons to tow you and charge you $180 to release your vehicle at their tow site that is five miles away. Only after my entire experience did I Google the lot and you'll find plenty of sites with reviews saying the same thing. My experience: I parked in this lot and paid for 8 hours of parking from the ticket booth. I entered my license plate number and paid $8 for 8 hours. I put the ticket on my dash and went to the beach. 4 hour later, I went back to my vehicle to leave and my car wasn't there. On a nearby sign was the number to call the tow company associated to the lot so I called them. They said they had my car and I was towed for not having a ticket. I told them exactly where it was on my dashboard and to please go check. The woman did, came back to the phone, and said "oh, I found it..." So I asked "okay...can you tow the car back to me now?" She said "no. You'll have to take this up with the parking lot owners, not us. You need to come get and pay $180 for your car". So I had to pay $34 for an Uber over to this town place, and had to pay $180 (cash only, suggesting this is a scam they keep off the books), all to get my car back that had a perfectly valid parking pass in it's dashboard. Long story short: THIS LOT IS A SCAM THAT WILL TOW YOUR CAR FOR COMPLETELY ILLEGITIMATE REASONS. They will ruin your vacation and this seemingly cheap lot will cost you a heck of a lot in the end. When you point out how unfair this is, they will shrug their shoulders and never admit fault. I asked for contact information of the parking lot to reach out to them and they gave me a mailing address. That's it. There is no recourse.

User beware. Long story short, I paid for 24 hours of parking. Left thet tag on the dashboard. Still got towed by a horrible tow company called Mr. Tow. Mr Tow only accepts cash. Tried to call the 808 number on the parking sign that comically said, "If you have any concerns," please call. Shocker, no one answered after several attempts. Whole thing is a scam.

If I could give zero stars I would… we parked here for several days and in the last day the parking meter was broken but we were planning to leave soon anyways. Our car was towed 45 mins after our ticket was expired. 90% of the vehicles in the lot had expired tickets due to the meter being broken. They would not release our car without paying almost $200 because they said there are other meters. None of which are visible from this parking lot. We returned to the lot to document the broken machine and they are trying to work on the machine but still wouldn’t give a break. Terrible company.

Excellent experience. The signs were very visible and our rental car was safe. Prices and free parking were perfect! The tow guys were ready and waiting to tow violators, but they were friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for parking. Jennifer was VERY helpful.
