This building is beautiful. The lobby is always clean, and the floors are always shiny. You can see your reflection off of it. I patronized the parking garage and noticed the difference in morning front desk staff and evening staff. The security in the morning is pleasant, but the concierge is never present in the morning. In the evenings, the security officer Tatiana is pleasantly nice, learned my name, tells me to be safe, enjoy my evening, and makes small talk just the thing I would expect from the evening concierge. He just sits there on his phone and looks at you with an awkward smile. I had to walk over to him just to say hello. He's not engaging at all. You would think he was security and not the concierge. Concierge is normally the liason for the property manager, so the reflection of services would not go well for prospective clients or tenants.

We went for paid private parking on Saturday for visiting museums in DC. It was 12$ for Saturday and Sunday. Make sure you pick up your car before 6pm as they close it. There’s JW Marriott close by, but generally they also have full parking lots on weekdays!

Great restuarabt went there for brunch and bottonless mamosa's service was great and selections where very good. Tjey give you very large servings...I most definetly will be returning.

Glad my bank is conveniently located in DC

Nice parking, but a little bit too difficult to access from the street when you want to pick up your car!
