"If you’re looking for authenticity and exclusivity, the highly chic ambience in this old aristocratic property will provide you with the requisite luxury and VIP service. The experience here, overseen by Dutch chef Edwin Vinke, is centred around a modern tasting menu that champions the island’s native ingredients (organic vegetables, baby goat, red prawns etc) and involves a gastronomic journey that begins in the Es Pratet car park (where vehicles are waiting to transport you to the restricted upper section of the Dalt Vila). A butler welcomes you with a glass of champagne, then escorts you on a short tour of the property (water cisterns, wine cellar and a photocall), before heading into the kitchen to meet the chef, to the panoramic roof terrace for snacks, and finally the main dining room, with its backdrop of lighting effects on the walls, where one surprise follows another (including a live soprano singer). Head back up to the roof terrace for dessert or a post-dinner drink." - Michelin Inspector

Beautiful setting, ambiance galore, hospitality in spades but mediocre food. The meal featured 7 courses, all but the black cracker like dish served initially were completely un memorable. It was super expensive. Believe me, the amount I paid for four people was the same as many people pay for rent per month. I don’t regret going because it was an experience but never again!

A very unique experience in Ibiza. It’s not only fine dining with amazing individual dishes made with a lot of creativity and local ingredients. The whole evening is a small journey within the vacations. The pick up in the center the ride up to “Dalt Villa” the amazing views over the habour from the roof. The performance of the artists and the very friendly and professional staff! An evening to remember!

Edwin Vinke - this chef is an artist and he has the most motivated team around, very sweet and caring, you simply can‘t do it any better. I was highly impressed from the wonderful location, the amazing view over Ibiza town, the guided tour from wine cellar to the kitchen, being welcomed by Mr. Vinke himself, and the roaring 20‘s performance. For the food, I was surprised how you can change texture of products like a simple carrot into something incredibly stunning. Highly recommend you to make this experience. Big thanks to the team for making my stay that pleasant and unforgettable!

A unique blunder topped off with embarrassing dishes. They sell this place as an exclusive experience, but in reality it's a trap designed for a target clientele who, according to them, should love this kind of staging, which is terribly pitiful and also serves to mask a soulless and incompetent cuisine. Spend your money elsewhere. A reply as formal, assertive and impersonal as your kitchen. Nothing to do with Km 0, Ibiza and all that contemporary cuisine fortunately represents. You are not even capable of telling your story.

This place was absolutely amazing! It all started with the transportation pickup (I wont spoiled the surprise but please opt for it). Once we stepped into the restaurant we were wow’d from start to finish. The staff were absolutely amazing and very attentive. Would highly recommend this experience! No stone was left unturned! Amazing, amazing, amazing!!

We had a drink at night on the roof top and the staff was so nice and professional. We had a great experience with fantastic view. Highly recommanded. And last but not least, we loved the little vans.
