"180 Grammi, located in Centocelle, offers thin-crust Roman pizza with creative toppings, made by pizzaiolo Jacopo Mercuro." - Travel + Leisure Editors
Centocelle Is the Coolest Neighborhood in Rome | Eater
"Opened in 2017 and known for crispy, thin-crust Roma-style pizzas that are hand-stretched into round disks and finished with both classic toppings like margherita and more creative choices such as roasted pork; early shifts (around 8 p.m.) tend to draw local families, while later service attracts third-wave pizza fans from across the city who pair pies with a well-curated selection of craft beers." - Katie Parla
"Run by Jacopo Mercuro and Mirko Rizzo in Centocelle, the pizzeria focuses on pizzaromana-style round pies with an ultra-thin crust and an almost imperceptible cornicione, each made from a precise 180 grams of dough that is hand-stretched before baking. The menu emphasizes impeccably sourced, mostly local toppings, offering classic margherita and marinara alongside modern Roman-inspired combinations such as tender porchetta and a take on amatriciana." - Katie Parla
On our trip to Rome we wanted to try real Italian pizza. So we chose this pizzeria not knowing much about it but based on the number of customers we saw there over the course of several days. We ordered pizza to take away. Because the apartment we stayed in in Rome was very close, we managed to eat it very fresh, warm as if it had just come out of the oven. The pizza was extremely delicious and well made, it changed our perception of what a real pizza should be like. I recommend this restaurant for a real Roman pizza

This is a small and bright place, pizzas are made in roman stile : thin but full and plenty.Beers are veeeery good Waiters are careful and fast. You have to book the table in advance, whit 2 days is better. About the check we paid 107€ for: 6 beer, 4 pizza, 2 desserts, 1 bottle of water. Good place I like it.☺️

The food was good, but the service terrible. Tried to get the staffs attention several times, with no response. Spent about 40 out of 60 min waiting and being ignored. Was really looking forward to eating here, got truly disappointed.

Really tasty pizza but you can't eat over there, nowadays it's just take away. Place full of mosquitos in summer and hard to find parking.

Best pizza romana in town. I really recommend to try focaccia with mortadella.
