As a real estate agent, I often visit various restaurants and bars to find great spots with good food and ambiance to recommend to my clients. However, I have never experienced worse service than what I encountered during my first visit to this place. The young white male server assigned to the outdoor tables did not greet us, did not take our order, never approached our table, and didn’t even make eye contact. What made it more upsetting was that he promptly checked on and took orders from the other outdoor tables — including those who arrived after us and were seated right in front of and behind us. If you are Asian, I honestly do not recommend coming here. From 6:00 PM to 8:20 PM on Wednesday, June 18 (when I’m writing this review), he never came to our table. We ended up having to place our order at the bar. Two adults spent $82 + $7 for the bartender who took our order and the food was brought out by someone from the kitchen — not the server. It honestly felt like this white male server had an issue with Asian guests. Sadly, there was no way to ask for another server, which made the experience even more disappointing. There were also a lot of mosquitoes. If you’re sensitive to mosquito bites, this place might not be for you either. The food was average — just like you’d expect from a typical bar. We ordered a steak at 6:00 PM, and it didn’t arrive until 8:30 PM. When it finally did, it was overly salty, again typical of bar food. I took one bite, then asked for a to-go box and left. The utensils provided were plastic. Honestly, I feel the positive steak reviews here are quite exaggerated. If you're visiting for the first time, I hope this review gives you a more realistic idea of what to expect. I will not be returning — and I definitely won’t be recommending this place to any of my clients in Humble.

Humble has the best vibe, the food is priced really good and is bomb. The darts are cheap, the pool is free occasionally and they've had public entertainment every single day. Kelsey makes the best vodka cherry mix drinks. Just come here you won't be disappointed.

Ordered the steaks at 6:30pm and didn't get the actual steak until 8:30pm. Horrible service, and the waitress didn't check up on us at all. The final straw is how a restaurant runs out of baked potatoes on a steak night. Also, the waitress with the Oilers shirt was very rude as well. I'm never coming here again.

The DJ did have a great mix which got the crowd dancing and enjoying the night. Steak night, was great for the price point it came, with a side salad and fully loaded baked potato which were all fresh. I didn’t have any drinks but they did look refreshing. I would recommend to check it out, for being a local spot it is worth it.

Went to this place for the first time and had a decent time until the next day i realized i was charged on my card after being told the card was just to hold the tab. I told the server not to charge the card bc i would pay cash. Well after our party was closing out I placed the cash on the clipboard with my receipt and told the gentleman to keep the change. Well it was weird to me that he had a big smile on his face when I told him no change. Well come to find out he got a $200 tip after charging my card for my $173.00 tab. So I double paid. Just be careful when using your card to hold a tab. And my bank reimbursed me back. And now after a month they took it out again. Mind the day of the dinner was June 23. Will never be back.

Always a great time here. The food is amazing and great outside patio to hangout with friends and family to hangout. Only thing missing is a playground. Sometimes at peak times takes a bit to get your orders but nothing major. The atmosphere and food make up for it

Spent some time at 1886 this weekend. Nice place to relax and have some cold beers. Kelsey was a great bartender, very attentive and had a great personality. I will definitely go back and mention this place to friends in the area.

Ok the cookers are amazing for tailgating but I am not sure I love the restaurant bar establishment. I think it's just too hot to sit outside and there no breeze or shade. You basically have to wait for the sun to go down then you can just deal with humidity. More working fans would be ideal. I basically come for the DJ and the Wednesday night steaks. I absolutely hate that I can't order until 6pm, the line is long, its hot as hell as I have to wait at least 1.5 hours to get my steak and potato. If you get lucky. If you come too late no potato or may be no steak. First come first serve. The only enjoyable part of this misery is the DJ plays very good music - mixture of all the right genre's and best hits of all generations. As I complain, the only thing that makes it all this worthwhile is the staff and that damn steak! It's amazing and keeps me going back and putting myself in this sketchy sauna to wait lol. The inside is nice minus the restrooms, but the DJ can't be heard in there, so we sit outside. I can't wait for fall winter, I may be there every Wednesday for that steak. It's that good! Heard the egg rolls are amazing too.

Stopped into this local joint on a with a large group. I was very impressed by their Saturday drink specials for a busy night with $4 Coronas and High Noons. The bar service was good and the vibes were great! A bit of a dive bar mixed with an outdoor patio with live music. I'd recommend coming with friends to enjoy the night!

Been here a couple of times . They will only serve you if you're a regular (seems like) got ignored by the same waitress 2x . Bartenders are rude no filter . Everyone working in this place seems miserable

Great space. Huge patio area where I'm sure they have a band from time to time. The day we came it was pouring down raining, but don't worry, they have an indoor area and some covered outside. I didn't really get a chance to taste the food because they had someone there giving out free crawfish and it's some of the best that I've had since New Orleans! My sis had the birria tacos and she sweared by them. I'm pretty sure she went back a couple days later, this is important because it was probably a 40min drive for her. The service was great. Our waitress really stayed on top of all the orders and request.

My family and I visited this place a few weekends ago around 4/5 pm. They have an upstairs area, patio with games and an inside area with pool tables. I can't speak for night time but during the day it is definitely kid friendly. I can't remember our waitress name but she was awesome! The food was really good. I enjoyed the lemon pepper wings and I had the buffalo sauce on the side. The birria tacos and birria ramen were really good but the ramen is spicy! We tried a little bit of everything. The drinks are okay. The rum punch was a little sweet for me. The house margarita is okay. I was adding a shot of grand marnier to add some kick. The gummy bear shots were good as well. A perk is at 5pm on Saturdays they have someone giving out a lb. of crawfish to each guest. I'm not sure if this is a every weekend thing but the crawfish was really good and juicy. It was a little spicy for me but my family tore it up hahaha!

While we still like this venue, one thing that's disappointing is that while their website refers to "Become a VIP," no one at the place seems to know anything about it. Signing up gets us periodic emails, but as for the special offers/discounts and loyalty rewards... there seemingly are none. We asked multiple crew members about this on a recent trip, and everyone was clueless about it.

Terrible service .. been waiting 15 minutes for a server even after I asked for one and gave them my table number. They even helped people who sat down after us and walked right past us. This happens often, will not be back.

My first time here and the food was delicious, and Dj played an awesome selection of songs. The service was a bit slow but understandable since there were a lot of customers but the servers were forgetful. Had to ask for a To go box 3 times , and asked for Italian dressing for my salad that I never got.

Very unassuming spot. Got there and thought I got to the wrong place, but nope I was at the correct destination. 'Twas a typical hot Texan Saturday afternoon. The AC was a strong and welcoming thing. Big venue with indoor and outdoor bars, and great music. Cool crowd, cool staff welcoming and not pushy at all. Music (jukebox) was nice and blaring, but not so loud that you can't carry a conversation. Had green tea shots that were perfectly mixed and had me begging for more. Great place to watch sports or play darts. They offer food, but I did not partake would def go back if I'm in the area.

My review only takes Sunday mornings into account. We stopped by in chase don't be a good Bloody Mary. Our crew is mixed in Bloody Mary criteria. One likes a good presentation, one can drink them like Kool-Aid, and then there's me -- I show up for the snacks. When we pulled up, we weren't sure we had the right place. There really weren't cars in the parking lot and the building to the left looked like it was from the Hills Have Eyes or something. Still, our desire for munchies made us overcome and reservations - and we went in. We ordered three one for each of us. They did take a little while to come out, but when they did, for a moment the world revolved around those glasses. The drink was great - the food was great -- we could tell that each other was happy simply by eye contact. The wind just blew....that means my arm has been twisted to go back on Sunday.

Highly wouldn't recommend. This establishment has trash and horrible service. We came as a group of 4 adults and 2 children. We waited over 2 HOURS for our food, only to find out that our server only put in ONE of our orders and not come and tell us. REBECCA is the manager here and she does not care about her customers. REBECCA told us we could not be compensated due to her server and had a rude and nasty attitude with us.

Found this place randomly! It was definitely delicious! Do it and get yourself the Bloody Mary!!! It was a meal itself!

Fun little watering hole right by the airport! A great place to hang outside, get some work done, and enjoy a beer before my flight. The have an indoor bar and an outdoor bar with tons of craft beer taps at both. Looks like a place that would get pretty rowdy at night but I was the only one there in the middle of the day.

This place is pretty cool, huge outdoor area covered in decking with a big beautiful tree smack dab in the middle. Plenty of places to sit and still see the stage where they have live music on a schedule. If you seat yourself you will eventually be greeted by a waitress to take your order. The food is good but my favorite thing is the atmosphere, kind of like being in a backyard with hanging lights and music and picnic tables. This would be a cool venue for a wedding. Only issue is how far away the only bathroom is, feels like there needs to be an outdoor option as well. I would recommend this place to people my age, I'm 29- jk I'm 38 but who's counting...

We were invited by friends for their special steak and pork chop night. It was our first time here and we had a great experience. The energy from the DJ and people around talking, laughing, dancing and enjoying their time was such a good vibe. The crowd was so diverse, I love it. No messy drunks, no trouble, just everyone having a good time. The place was busy and you definitely need to have patience for the food and drinks, even the waiters who occasionally forgot our requests. Glad we came with friends who are regular customers here and know the loops in ordering ahead. The food was delicious, even though my steak was overcooked it was seasoned well. Next time, I know to get it a little undercooked like a medium rare. My husband was pleased with his pork chop and so was a friend who ordered another pork chop plate after trying his. The wings were on point too with crispy skin, tender and juicy inside (yup finger licking good). When I get a buzz on my first drink (and I'm not a light weight) I know the bartender didn't cheap out so much recognition to the bartender who knows how to mix a drink . Overall, we had such a good time! Everything was on point, the atmosphere, the drinks and food, and the music. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying new food items.

I liked that they have indoor as well As outdoor bars. There is plenty of space for social distancing. DJ certain days of the week but the real attraction to me is the food! Very reasonably priced for the size of this pork chop. Looking forward to trying out their birria tacos soon. I definitely recommend

Cool chill spot, food was good... they definitely need more help with bartending, they had one guy making all the drinks and maybe 3 girls just kinda walking around not sure what their jobs were. They do have a $5 cover charge to get in cash or card accepted.

They made it happen for Taco Tuesday!!! Keto tacos! it's been Humble's hidden gem but definitely coming back again now that I know they are so nice and accommodating to keto dieters

We went on a Tuesday at 1pm for lunch. There were maybe 3 or 4 other guests so it was very relaxed. The service was great and the waitresses were super friendly. Since there weren't many people there, both of them were able to check in and make sure we had whatever we needed. The food was so good, definitely the best hot dog or burger in the area. We got the zucchini chips and mozzarella sticks. It all tasted great and was enjoyed again the next day as leftovers. They make substitutions or alterations on meals if needed, although I wouldn't recommend it on a busy night. Non-alcoholic drinks are a bit over priced. About $3 for a small 10 oz cup filled to the top with ice and they charge for refills.

The atmosphere was great since they had a live DJ, and the mixed drinks were deliciously strong.

Had the BLT, came with candied bacon which really gave it a unique flavor. Also the service was remarkable, it was a busy night with a live band but we always had someone coming to our table asking if we needed anything and never needed to wait for a drink.

Really good food. Clueless servers. Vile music on blast considering they say they are kid friendly. Too many other places to get a good burger to put up with the nonsense here.

Huge outdoor patio. They have two bars here but they are tiny and your options are get lucky with a seat at the bar or find an empty table. Of course you see 1-2 people taking up a table for 6 so I don't like the seating options here or the tiny bars. I recommend it with friends. If you go solo you probably won't find a seat or will be awkwardly standing around without a table or chair. They have a semi-big beer menu with all mainstream craft beer. Nothing exciting. Draft was served in plastic. Great. For locals, this is sort of similar to Sams boat Richmond Ave. Overall, this is an immediate surroundings place, nothing worth traveling to or going out of your way for. The seating arrangement is terrible and only works for groups. Drinks could use improvement. Biker bar. No need to dress to impress. Nice patio bar for groups.

We had been here before had a great time. So we came back. We opened a tab inside the bar. But then went outside. We had a server that came out and check up on us periodically. He had been keeping us refreshed with our drinks. As the night was getting closer to the end. We proceed to go inside. We played darts and the server followed us inside to continue keeping us hydrated. Well as all good things have to come to an end. I proceeded to close out our tab. I gave my wife cash to take care of the server as I felt he did awesome in taking care of us. As I'm waiting in line. The gentleman in dreads signals me to go to him. I ask to close out. He gives me my ticket. I pay out my tab and put 0 as for tip. Sign and start heading out. As we're saying our goodbye for the night to family. My wife hears my name. This guy with dreads came outside called my name out and said that I'm not allowed back to his bar as I didn't tip. On my tab. We responded to tell him that we tipped our server CASH. And it just happened to see our server and explain to that we didn't tip on our tab. As we gave him cash. And we probably won't go back to this location for this reason. Like dude who are you to do that. And for context. My tab was 96.00 rounding it up and I tip the server 20.00 cash. So mathematically I gave our server 20%. So I'm going to think twice if I want to go back. So if you want to be called out in the parking lot by the bartender with dreads because you paid the waitstaff in cash and not on your card. THIS is the place to go.

My first and my last. I went to this place because people in my neighborhood brag about this place. So lets start with the parking... it wasn't hard to find parking, but will be nice if it wasn't mud parking. With the rain today so it is extra muddy. Service. Server was attentive, but we waited for 1:30 hours to get our steak. They should have better kitchen prep, so people can get their food faster Food quality: for what we paid, it wasn't worth the money. It wasn't good cut steak, and very chewy. They only give you steak knife, so yea it was very hard to cut.

Been here a couple of times .. Taco Tuesday was great ! Yummy tacos and got them pretty quick for the crowd. Been on a Friday night had bar food like tenders and fries and all was good and fresh. This place is not meant to be fancy it's meant to be just that a backyard.. With that being said it's nice, clean, and casual. In this case a bit spiked with corn hole games (although wish they had a few more sets available) plenty of sitting and hang out area.. Bars are a bit small but tend to keep up with demand. Parking is practically a dirt road or grass so don't wear heels ladies... Wouldn't recommend going alone prob not even as a first casual date this place is meant for you to have a great time with a group of friends. Live music is great and the In between music is nice and diverse for all. Looking forward to checking out steak and other nights

I found this place by using Google maps and looking for barbecue near me. I'm from Atlanta and visiting. Food was really good, mostly Mexican but made with smoked meats. Prices were also reasonable. They have a huge backyard patio which makes me think they have a big clientele though it was quiet when we visited. I'd go back. Get the smoked wings too.

I am in Houston only for one night and wanted to hear some live music last night after dinner. I was happy to find this place. It's such a cute place, it is sort of outdoors and it was a little chilly so I wish I would have had a sweatshirt or light jacket. The music was fantastic, it was AJ Santana. He was really great. There was only one server for the whole place so sometimes it took a little bit to get your drink. For my last drink I juts went down to the bar and got it, no big deal at all. The waitress and bartenders were very pleasant and nice. They have a GF cider on tap which was great because I get tired of places only having Angry Orchard. It was a great place to go and I will go back for sure next time I'm in Houston!

My family had such a great time on Valentine's Day! Great service and staff, good food, cool atmosphere! The Micheladas are to die for!!

We Checked out the 1886 this afternoon after hearing about their Bloody Mary. The garnishes were incredibly well done and very fresh and tasty. The mix is a recipe of the bartender and ranks well with some of my favorites. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I wanted to give more stars but they have a bit more work to do on the venue itself. The outdoor patio is supper nice but the interior bar lacks the same character. Word is they have been busy making improvements and more are on the way. As long as they continue with the direction it appears they are going, this will be a 5 star joint in no time!

Called three times and was hung up on twice waiting for an answer to find out if they have live music playing tonight or not. Wanted to take a group of people there. Very poor customer service. Disappointing

I'm never disappointed. The new food menu caters to every foodie in the Humble area! The Turkey Burger was hands down the best I've ever had... Make sure you upgrade ($1) for the waffle sweet potato fries, they are delicious! Plus, the service is always on point! AND, OMG THE ONION RINGS!

My fav bar! Not many neat places to hang out in Humble, Atascocita, Kingwood area. Reminds me of my Houston Ave/Midtown days where we would bar hop and hang out in great patios. Sadly nothing resembles that in our area, making Humble 1886 even more unique and refreshing! A few nights a week they have live music and food! Steak night Wednesdays are the best! And their Taco Tuesday's are not far behind. Another perk is they are doggo friendly and their Sunday Fundays are kid friendly! The kids like coming along to watch the band and play jenga. This place is continuously growing and improving, although I really enjoy the inside dive bar look. I believe it reflects what this bar is, as it welcomes young and old and those in between. People of all classes and walks of life. I've shared some great laughs with bikers, entrepreneurs, out of town visitors and locals. My coworkers like to hang out here as well since we work less than 5 mins away. Unquestionably a great place to unwind from the daily stresses of being at work, watching games on TV or simply just enjoying the atmosphere. The staff is amazing and friendly and I always feel safe when I wonder off in there by myself. You can't have a great place if you don't have a great staff! I always feel like I'm cheating on them when I go out to other bars, and I secretly and internally judge other bars! Hahaha Ps- that open area by the stage, would be great for some trash can beer pong! Haha!

I'm so glad I gave this place a second chance, I brought my girlfriend here when she was in town from Dallas for business. So now I've been here twice, my first time wasn't the greatest, but my second was exactly like everyone else told me it was like. Great steak, great music, great drinks. First impression was that this place has a great patio setup and outdoor game area. The DJ is interactive with the crowd, he mixes it up to keep everyone together. The drink specials are on the mirrors next to the bar. The entire staff was all very nice and helpful. So on this Wednesday night, after about a 45 min wait, I ordered my steak medium and it came out that way, the seasoning was perfect! Baked potato was good, salad was a little small but included spinach and comes in a separate small styrofoam container. So our meal was well worth the wait, and I made a couple new friends from the line, it's only natural. Lol In conclusion, yes I will return on another event night, maybe a Monday for trivia and I'll order another rum punch, one is all that is needed. I will return for Wednesday steak night and arrive much earlier, at least 6:30 to find parking and to ensure I get another delicious steak.

Awesome bar with amazing atmosphere, attentive and talented staff. I know they had to up their food game during Covid and they didn't disappoint. If I have only one complaint is that I cannot get their food on DoorDash, Grubhub, etc. Thursday open mics are a lot of fun and then other live music acts they have are great. Someone said it wasn't for families, I brought my daughter when she was 17 months old last year with no problems.

Bartenders are cool the vibes are lit, restroom kinda dirty but not too bad... drinks specials be lit!!! Pretty affordable, live music every once in a while.

Food at this place was extremely good! Now the service is another thing. It was OK very lackluster but I guess it's just a small hole in the wall type of bar so it was what it was. The drink I had was OK, I ordered the rum punch. For my meal I had tacos and a friend of mine had quesadillas. The meat is amazing because they smoke it and you can taste the flavor, the tenderness and the juiciness of the meat so I will definitely go back for the food.

37 minutes ago It is not ok for white employees to make Hispanic customers feel like low class citizens and that is exactly how we felt. Very disappointing. We have been here before and this was not exactly how we felt the first time but somewhat similar. My sister felt as if the white employees made her feel as if she was being rude claiming she was being a "demeaning bitch" when all along they were making fun of her and making her feel like trash. They told her she was "being a bitch". We are very disappointed in this establishment. They signaled us out from the beginning and it was very clear. As soon as we got there they looked at us like we were different. The "manager" claims we skipped people in order to justify his unprofessionalism yet there was no one in line and the bar wasn't even busy. We have followed this bar and it's owners from the start but cannot possibly anymore knowing this is what they stand for. This incident was beyond disappointing. Not sure this was something the owners are responsible for but definitely something their employees are upholding. White customers might not care but I hope all Mexican and Hispanic customers are concerned with this situation.

Do your self a favor and go to some other degrading hole-in-the-wall sh*t show. These people need professional help. The service is trash, the staff is TRASH, and for it to be an outdoor setting.....GARBAGE !! Dump central and a waste of time.

Went to this place for my birthday got there at 5:40 6pm ordered food wings and fries water and some drinks was drinking love street and white claws all night. glad I wasn't drunk or else we would of paid a $350 bill. they were trying to charge us double of food and beer!!! stuff we didn't even order!! Definitely recommend to check your tabs if your drinking there for a party!! They were trying to over charge us $70 worth of food and drinks. Keep count of your drinks!!!

Service was extremely horrible, are food took almost an 1hour to come out and it was not busy , then on top of that both orders were wrong and the chef threw my food away after being told we would be comp , the wanted us to wait another HOUR for her to remake it so we could buy the meal again , absolutely horrible service , bloody Mary's were amazing tho
