Nice relaxed pub with good selection of drinks and good sized menu. Lots of separate eating areas which makes it difficult to book online as we don’t know what area is what. They also have some outdoor seating on the footpath. Ended up ringing and getting a booth, which was nice and comfortable. Signs on side doors say to use the ‘front’ door but we and others walking around the building didn’t know where the ‘front’ door was - fortunately we saw someone come out so went in there. Parking is easy, service was excellent and friendly even though they were pretty busy. Food servings were huge so no need for an entree. The family got parmas and they loved them. I got the curry which was nice but not great, but much bigger than you’d get at an Indian restaurant. I ordered the sliders for entree but didn’t need it. They were delicious. Overall a good night out at a reasonable price in a comfortable, relaxed environment.

Bread entree was delicious but that’s where it ended! Waited Almost an hour for the meal, the chef has no love for food and it shows….overcooked steak and saddest looking vegetables on the planet. Beer on tap flat as a pancake. It wasn’t a busy day either, wont be back.

Had a great meal here New Years Eve, great service and food, love sitting in the Booths.

In the pub at happy hour, after ordering a pint and questing the price the young barman explains that happy hour only works for pots and schooners. That's dodgy business practice! In town for a wedding, I'll let everyone know.

I arrived here with my family around 1pm on a Saturday, so it was very busy. We had to wait 5 minutes to be seated, 10 minutes to order our food, and 45 minutes for our food, so total wait time was about an hour and 10 minutes. Service was decent, they told us which table to sit at and the waitress was very polite and friendly. Only negative I can say is we weren’t given any forks or napkins with our food, just one knife for two meals, and had to ask for some. The food itself was absolutely delicious. The steak was perfectly cooked rare like I requested, and the meat was very juicy and full of flavour, but also a bit chewy. The vegetables surprised me the most, I was expecting raw and bland veggies, but they were soft on the outside and crunchy on the inside, and they tasted really good with the steak juices. The garlic aioli was the cherry on top, so garlicky and very creamy, it went really well with the veggies. I think the price of the meals was more than what I’d normally pay, however the food was incredible and very satisfying, I’m happy I got to try this place. 8.5/10

OK pub for a country town of 14k people. Food quality wasn’t that strong, I had an eye fillet that was ordered medium but arrived well and truly done. I’d have hoped that a pub could cook a thick steak properly for $50. The poop smell of the bar that seemed to have been masked up upon entering from the street corner made us wrench so bad we sat outside in the shade. Wouldn’t come back.

Dropped in for a very late lunch, which they were happy to accommodate. Both staff we dealt with were very pleasant and extremely helpful. We both had the lunch parma (half size) and it was fairly ordinary, quite dry and disappointing. Maybe it was because of the lateness of our arrival but that should not be an excuse. Given the pleasant staff I would like to go back to give them another chance.

So far, we have only had lunches here and a few of them, too, because they are excellent value for money. They have a few for $15. A lot better than the $10 option around the corner. Staff are always friendly. Food is always fresh. I will have to try dinner here sometime. Highly recommend. I will be back. 9.5/10
