A cute Yemeni coffee shop located on a corner off of Jackson on the west side of Ann Arbor. They offer some delicious Yemeni pastries, like honeycomb bread, which is my favorite, and delicious Yemeni tea, which is my personal preference over coffee.
The interior space of 19 Drips is pretty large, so it can hold a lot of different parties and is a great place for coworking. There is wifi available to all paying customers, so my friend and I worked from here for an hour or two without any issues except for one point where the internet cut out for a couple minutes, which wasn't a big deal.
The bathroom area is a bit of a contrast to how open and clean the cafe space is. They are dark and feel a bit jarring in how much dirtier they are compared to the open areas. Ultimately wasn't anything too terrible that I couldn't use the bathroom, but it was a big enough difference for me to make a note of it.
All in all, a great option for working from a coffee shop and just trying out a more unique coffee shop than your standard run-of-the-mill ones that you can find all over Ann Arbor. Plus, this has the added benefit of being further from campus, so the crowd here is a lot less on the student-front and more locals/young working adults. It was a good vibe!
