Great coffee and pastries, not a lot of room to sit and hangout though.

Yelp
We were in the area and dropped into the Barker. Oh my word, are we so glad we did! We don't get out much so we got one of everything to take home. Every single pastries and the cookie was delectable! I highly recommend this place. What you should know..this is a small establishment it has a small parking lot and limited seating. It would be best to grab and go. For those that do not care for croissants this place will forever change your mind.

Yelp
The chocolate croissant was flaky and light, but the coffee was a little too sweet for my liking. Would definitely go back for more pastries, though.

Yelp
Cute little house in a neighborhood but with very yummy treats inside. I got a breakfast burrito, a chocolate croissant, and a decaf latte. Everything is SO good. I got all my food quickly too.

Yelp
Absolutely incredible baked goods! The classic croissant is prefect in every way. It's a bit of a trek from KC, but SO worth it. This was one of my favorite coffee shops/ bakeries in college and I love seeing that it's grown to host people to eat in or take items to-go. It's a very chill vibe inside. Service was very friendly upon arrival. Coffee is delicious too!

Yelp
Recommended by museum curators, I visited 1900 Barker for a quick breakfast before one of the most important meetings on a business trip to Lawrence. WOW -the light and flaky layers in croissant were amazing, followed by a hint of sweetness. I ended up with having 2 full croissants and ordered 8 extra for breakout after the meeting. The spicy chicken sandwich was also very good. It is somehow similar to Cx-Fx-A sandwich(sorry for comparison but that's my immediate reaction when I had a bite), but less salty and more crunch. The spiciness of brewed coffee was not my favorite. My colleague also ordered the same, but with milk, made the same comments and did not finish it. Not sure if it was just specific type of beans used for brewing or something else, but as a coffee lover, it was a disappointment. When I revisit Lawrence, I will definitely stop by 1900 Barker for another croissant and spicy chicken sandwich.

Yelp
We were visiting from Kansas City. I've increasingly become an espresso snob and I have been to most of the highly rated roasters in KC. I had a flat white and it was phenomenal. Just as good if not better than anything else I have had. The pastries are also unbelievably good. Many times we go to a place with high reviews and our expectations are let down after we experience it. Barker Bakery was the opposite. It exceeded my expectations and only makes me sad that it is an hour away. I will make it a point to visit Barker's whenever I am in the area. Don't let the humble premises fool you. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Love the atmosphere and pastries are always phenomenal. Usually I pair those with their drip coffee or latte which has never disappointed. Love visiting this location when I am in the area.

Yelp
It's been almost 2 years since I've left Lawrence for San Diego. I knew it wouldn't be easy to find a bakery with bread and croissants that compare well, but I didn't think it would be this difficult! I've tried many bakeries between San Diego to LA since arriving, including some of the most famous in US such as Tartine, Proof, La Brea (what a disappointment!), and of course, the #1 rated bakery in all of US on Yelp right now, Izola in downtown San Diego. Tartine & Izola are close, but... 1) Cinnamon raisin walnut for the win on sour doughs 2) Twice baked almond frangipane is the bomb 3) That bloody, freakingly awesome breakfast sandwich that no establishment has ever come close too... Thank you for a wonderful 6 years. I still miss you. And if you're willing to send me your starter, I'll be forever grateful, even though the flour my wife uses will be different.

Yelp
A good selection awaits. The pastries are perfectly fresh, light and delicious. Our coffees were beautiful, hot, and soooooo good. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Really appreciated the barista. Only sad it took this long for us to find this little gem.

Yelp
I was recently in Lawrence to visit my son who attends KU. I've been craving bakery quality dishes and live in a very small town that just doesn't have any good options. This place BLEW ME AWAY. I tried the lemon custard croissants, cherry danishes, and salted chocolate chip cookies. Everything was so buttery, flaky, salty, sweet!! The perfect mix. Their delicate laminated pastries are as good as anything I've ever tried and even as good as the little shop in Paris that has been the object of my affections since I visited many, many years ago. There's really no seating, it's a tiny space with some chair rails so don't go expecting a sit down experience. But do go expecting to taste the best pastries you've ever had! (Oh small side note, bathroom was pristine and so nice!) Apple Maps doesn't take you to the right location but google maps does.
google avatar

Christine V.

Yelp
The bakery goods were OK. The coffee was good. But the space is way small so FYI countertop only

S Z.

Yelp
Prices are a bit high; you can get more bang for your buck at other local places, especially for coffee. That said, the pastries are great.

Yelp
We arrived here and noticed that all items but the smoked cheese focaccia bread that we bought and this enormous Italian sandwich were gone. The man behind the counter apologized. He was nice, but this was on us for arriving just about 40 min. before they would close, and on a Saturday no less. I know that since it's the day before Easter(Ostara) that it too wasn't surprising that they ran out quickly, and according to the gentleman, they ran out by around noon. We tasted the focaccia bread later, and to be honest I could have left without it. It cost $12, and it didn't taste better than a focaccia from Price Chopper, which would have cost a lot less. I may have to try other items next time, but it depends on the cost. The only downside to this place was that the inside wasn't anything like what was pictured on Yelp. I believe at one time, maybe before the pandemic, they had a seating area. It mostly seems to be grab and go. It is located in an older neighborhood, although the pictures made me assume it was situated on a bigger lot. Also, just as we drove up, the place appeared closed. The outside could use some TLC, just because aspects about it seemed that way.

Yelp
Something terrible recently has happened, here. The danish and other pastries were the equal of the best of Paris or NYC. Now, that crispness, flakiness, butteriness has been abandoned. PLEASE, rehire the old baker, if that's the case. We used to drive from KC specifically for the pastries. Now? There's just above average, not world-class.

Yelp
Great little bakery. Cutest little location. A coworker told me about this place. I see why this is her favorite. The counter staff is always friendly. The treats are delicious. They have the ABSOLUTE BEST, knock your socks off, chocolate chip cookies. Crispy on the edges. The right amount of chewy in the middle. Not too much chocolate. Tiny flecks of salt. My mouth is watering writing about them. & they have a sister location on Mass

Yelp
Have you ever had a French croissant? Me, either. I took one bite of my morning croissant and my eyes closed and I could not believe the light crunch, the buttery flavor and the overall composition of this perfect pastry. Bliss, absolute bliss. The staff friendly. Very clean kitchen smelling lightly of bleach and all foods sealed in Cambro containers. I watched the chef build something with fresh veggies and more. Let's talk about my London Fog. They did not have it on the menu so I ordered it the way I like it. Foam so dense you could use it as a pillow. Flavorful tea with LIGHT syrup - perfect. Will I return? I plan on heading back tomorrow and the next day until I leave. I feel like I've never really experienced a French croissant until today. Go figure! Thank you SO MUCH 1900 Barkley for a truly amazing experience. See ya tomorrow!

Yelp
The new pizza is so good. The bread loads are very consistent as well as croissants. Friendly staff.

Yelp
While visiting Lawrence, we stopped by this gem of a bakery and ordered the morning bun, ham and cheese croissants, and breakfast sandwiches. Everything was PERFECT!!! As a foodie and seasoned world traveler, I must proclaim that these were the best baked goods and breakfast sandwiches I have ever had in my life. The sandwich, in particular, was perfection: precisely cooked, light and fluffy seasoned eggs, bacon, and cheese on a perfectly toasted butter croissant. Yum!! Looking forward to more deliciousness tomorrow.

CeeCee M.

Yelp
This food is fresh and so good. Would definitely return. Nice place to work or meet up with friends.

Yelp
Supposedly this place is known across the country? Pulling into the very small parking lot you would not know it. BUT upon walking in you would. Such deliciousness: flaky huge croissants, unique artisan breads, and the coffee drinks? I mean, come on, a nut milk that somehow manages to have pistachios in it? I'm sold. It is unassuming from the outside, but super cozy and welcoming and does not disappoint with any of their bakery items. Don't tell too many people tho - there's no way we could all fit in their parking lot!
google avatar

Kelly H.

Yelp
The ham and cheese croissant is a must! Remember to ask the friendly staff to heat it up - it'll make such a huge difference. A very cute cafe nestled in a neighborhood. Would definitely visit again! Note that the cafe is relatively small, and doesn't have many seatings.

Yelp
The food is good. The service is terrible As a neurodivergent person I like to order ahead so I don't have to interact with people because those things are painful for me. The system that Barker has set up forces me to interact with people while there. If I wanted to be forced into an interaction with employees and wait on my phone because it's never ready when you get there I would just order in store. I literally stopped ordering warmed products from the store so I could just show up grab my pastry and leave. That's how uncomfortable having to speak to the employees makes me a neurodivergent person. The practice of forcing me to have to speak to your employees is ableist. You have zero consideration of why someone would order ahead to avoid having extremely uncomfortable experiences in their days. I actually stopped coming after the warmed pastries incident because having to speak to the person to get that information was so uncomfortable for me. It's been months since I felt safe enough to go back in the store.

Yelp
What a lovely place. Can't wait for their mass st location to open. Changed my opinions on what croissants, danishes, and filter coffee can be. Yum!

Yelp
Hands down one of few bestest brews in this town not to mention the pastries and breads OH MY!

Yelp
Great always. Although I had the breakfast sandwich and it was just OK. Can't go wrong with any of the bread though.

Yelp
I love this place. It's easy to miss if you aren't looking for it but well worth the discovery. I've tried the matcha tea (both hot and iced) earl grey croissant, the ham and cheese, the danish, and the breakfast sandwich. Everything was fresh and delicious, the egg on the breakfast sandwich is almost indescribable. I've never had such a fluffy egg. It's one of my favorite places to bring family.

Yelp
The building is beautiful. Best coffee in Lawrence-great quality and delicious seasonal options. Food offerings are also delicious-love their breakfast burrito and sandwich. Great vibe for a catch up with a friend or small group meeting.

Yelp
Celebrate my mom's 85th birthday with a breakfast sandwich, ham and cheese croissant and nitro brews. Amazing. Friendly people. Delicious, beautiful food. Lovely patio. Thank you for making my mom's birthday morning spectacular and memorable

Yelp
I have had this on my bookmarks for too long and finally got to unmark it. First of all we drove right past the place the first time. It is nestled in a neighborhood with residental homes all around it. Talk about an incredible vibe and location for the neighborhood. I would be in there daily. Second, how do you master bread/pastries and coffee? It is very similar to Ibis and Messenger but on a much smaller intimate scale. It is a pretty quaint cafe but perfect for drinking your coffee and people watching. I wouldn't recommend working from there. There are only high top tables and only one isn't a bar style. In the same breath they are very kind to little kids but I wouldn't say kid friendly. There are no high chairs, etc. The filter coffee was so clean and crisp. And the nitro cold brew was strong and delicious. Very happy with both. They have soy milk and a seed/cashew/almond milk they make in house. They also have a few house made syrups. No other "sweetners". I appreciate that but I know some people are particular. There is an array of teas as well. Watching the baristas is like watching art. They are precise. Now the bakery part of the cafe. It was fun watching them make the bread and you can see all of the spices and books they reference on the counters. It is like being in a really big grandma's kitchen. The croissants are buttery and flakey. We had the ham and cheese (ham from local Hank's), it is topped with almost an "everything bagel" topping so when it is warmed it crisps it and brings out those seasonings. My lemon filled croissant was incredible. Not much filling just the right amount. I didn't want a soggy croissant and the croissant still needs to steal the show. Dying to go back and try the chocolate one, it is unlike any others. And the almond croissant is twice baked, also looked divine. You can try any of the breads they are selling that day. If they sold half loaves I would have bought the olive bread. So soft and airy, chewy and crisp on the outside. They have quite the selection daily. We paid $18 for two drinks and two croissants. I felt like it was worth it. Ambiance was great, service was perfection and food was heaven.

Yelp
What's not to love about 1900 Barker? My first visit was not too long after they first opened, when my mom and I "needed" a finely crafted coffee beverage and pastry, and decided we should branch out from our usual bakery stop. Now it's become our usual stop! I usually get my typical cold brew and am always happy with it. Their other beverages are superb as well. My mom is a certifiable coffee snob and fully approves as well. Her initial basis for selecting her favorite coffee places and baristas is how well they make a cappuccino. She's tried cappuccinos from coast to coast and more exotic points beyond, and has determined 1900 Barker ranks in her top three. The baked goods are the perfect companion to the coffee, or just on their own. There are always samples of their artisan breads and I have yet to taste one I didn't like. I'm not a big bread person *unless* it's crusty on the outside and chewy in the middle, preferably with a hint of sourdough, or unless it's a croissant. You can take your pick here, because they have both! Daily quiches, pastries, sandwiches and other baked specialties such as pizza grace their menu, as well as a standard selection of filled croissants (ham and cheese filled, for example) and sweet rolls (the cinnamon roll made with flaky croissant pastry is my favorite). They'll warm them up for you, or you can devour them immediately in the cute little industrial-modern-meets-historic-Craftsman-style space or out on the patio. We're usually on our way to another Lawrence-based adventure, so we typically get our treats to go. The parking lot is small, so if it's busy when you arrive, you can just park on the street. Just watch for the no parking signs so you don't get a ticket (or sideswiped). Better yet, just walk or bike if you live in the downtown, south Mass St. or old East Lawrence areas. Then, just enjoy...

Yelp
This is the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Freshly made to order. Also light enough to not want to crawl back to bed. Don't skip on this. small little shop, clean bathrooms, good wifi, great coffee.

Yelp
I don't know if this place deserves the 5 stars I'm giving it, because I've only had 2 menu items, Cinnamon morning bun, which was to die for! I'm going to go back and try every one o their croissants, if it was anything like that cinnamon bun, I can die and go to heaven. Seriously the best thing ever. And I had a latte.
google avatar

Ryan D.

Yelp
You wouldn't notice a place like this that serves amazing baked pastries. Thankfully my brother knows about this place and decided to take my mom and I for breakfast. One word. Delightful. The almond croissant which was only available as a chocolate almond croissant was to die for. The chocolate croissant was a kiss of heaven (Secret: they use valrhona chocolate in the croissant). And the ham and cheese croissant was oh so tasty. 5 stars. It's best that this place is kept secret so don't tell people.

Yelp
A must stop in Lawrence for quality coffee and delicious pastries! One downside is the parking situation but I just park on the street. Sometimes on a Saturday morning, this place gets super busy so I enjoy going midweek before or after lunch. There's only about 20 seats inside but I think there's a few seats outside. It's also a great place to grab and go. I went here yesterday and overheard the owner mention he has been very busy collecting Thanksgiving orders for the past 30 hours. I witnessed the lunch rush and some customers with attitudes and the staff handled everything well! The staff is amazingly chill which made the environment a welcoming place that I stayed there for 2 hours doing homework. During those 2 hours I purchased a cappuccino that came with a beautiful latte art. For the pastry I had their seasonal pumpkin spice croissant that screamed punk rock . Both were delicious an around $10. For my second hour I got a cold brew with cashew milk. There's very few places in Lawrence that offer cashew milk which is very nice and I had a salami pizza. To my understanding, they make a limited amount of pizzas a day so it's first come first serve. Luckily 1900 Bakery has a menu of sweet and savory that I did not have to go anywhere for lunch! Lastly, I've purchased ground coffee beans from this location and have no complaints! If you ever get a chance to visit Lawrence and want an excellent coffee experience, I highly recommend this place. If you don't believe me, check out their Instagram where they post beautiful pictures of their bakery items! Support local businesses!

Yelp
What splendid, perfectly velvety foam!! My cappuccino was straight up DECADENT! Excited to come back and try every single espresso drink imaginable. We also ordered a vanilla latte with half of the flavor and it was peeeeeerfecto!!! I'm still jazzed about it, to be honest. We ordered a traditional croissant which was crazy buttery and flaky. I didn't even know it was possible for a baked good to retain that much butter but it does and it's wonderful. Excited to come back and try something sweet! Everything looked so good!! The barista was really sweet and helpful with recommendations, as well. Only weird thing was she didn't know how to describe a flat white to me. She just said it was in X size cup but that doesn't really mean anything to me (maybe I'm not refined enough?). Also, their bathroom is nice which is always the most important thing, in my book. I am in love with their hand soap (which is a weird takeaway, I admit). UPDATE: This is the only coffee shop in town that has NEVER given us a low quality beverage or yummy eat. It's perfection we can rely on, which is nice when spending 3-5 on a drink. Barker is our go to, just wish their hours were less awkward.

Yelp
I was a visitor very early on when they were doing their soft opening (peeks at Yelp) right at three years ago. Stop in from time to time, usually for a quick latte, flat white, an occasional espresso, a couple of times for bread, have had breakfast at the counter a couple of times. Maybe 6-7 visits in three years? Make no mistake, the espresso drinks here are as good as you can get in Lawrence every time, always poured by the same barista. No imposters here--sorry, they're all employed at McClain's Market on campus. The baked goods are also unusually well crafted--from the bread to the pastries--first rate. And at those prices, they'll be reminded by the public that they damn well better be. But I end up on the other side of the argument. The issue is not that a $9 loaf of bread here is pricey if it's consistently this good. The issue is what are you getting at Dillon's for third that price that is utterly bad for you and tastes like crap? But still, no doubt those prices send the East Lawrence Neighborhood Association into a tizzy. And for the record, I like the crusty, slight burn (someone else's words) to some loaves like the Apple Raisin Walnut. That's taste, not burn. All considered, no reason to ding them on this but the venue feels stuffy, a tad pretentious, not particularly a place I want to hang out and I usually end up leaving feeling like I was being served by people that model on the side for Baldwin in KC (whoa, whoa, owners, just an inside joke, Google it). But I digress. They're good and they know it. If you come: parking is awkward and limited--welcome to the bane of most restaurants in the city. If you liked the parking at the now defunct Hank Charcuterie, expect the same. Major credit cards accepted. Hoping I'll visit one day and they'll have a small memorial on the wall to the infant abandoned here when the place was a laundromat many years ago. A couple of nickels (or dimes) were left on the pay phone for someone to call the police, the baby, swaddled, nearby. They never found the birth mother. The baby is now a middle-aged adult. I asked one of the workers once. They'd never heard the story.

Yelp
We love 1900. Their morning bun is fantastic and if they have a maple kouign amann pastry get that. It's the best thing they make but they only have it for a short while in the fall.

Michelle D.

Yelp
The breads are absolutely delicious. Croissants really great. I got an iced Matcha, which was pleasant - generally not a Matcha fan. I look forward to returning many times. Some tables out back.

Yelp
Only bread, pastries, maybe some quiche, and coffees/teas available here, no real food, so think "European" style cafe, not the American variety where you can find a sandwich, soup, or more on the menu. And I thought the other popular bakeries in town were expensive - if you live in Lawrence, you know which two I am thinking about - until I stopped by 1900 Barker this morning. Seating is extremely limited as well, so if you hope to sit down...take a number and wait your turn. I had heard they were "a bit pricey", but that is an understatement! I paid $9 ($8.50+tax) for a loaf of (burnt) apple, raisin, walnut wheat bread, the most I have spent in my life in any of the 41 countries I have visited, including Switzerland where everything is overpriced, for a loaf of bread. Seems rather excessive to me. The bread was "OK", other than the obvious taste of burntness on the crust, with the inside being soft and moist, almost too moist as if it needed a couple more minutes in the oven. When paying $9 for a loaf of bread, it had better be perfect and delicious, but this bread was neither. How do you burn the outside and still leave the inside undercooked. The loaf did not hold up well to a knife either, caving and crumbling as I sliced. Makes me think the "baker" is either experimenting or inexperienced. I saw several other reviews complaining about the bread being not cooked enough and too expensive among other things, yet 1900 Barker is consistently awarded 4 or 5 Stars. I believe "5 Stars" are given out willy-nilly by far too many reviewers, but my ratings are based on "value", hence the name of my blog: "TravelValue", what you get in terms of quality, service and price. So based on their absurd prices alone, I cannot give them more than 4 Bombs (2 Stars), especially when I take into account that the bread was burnt, even more so on the bottom than the top, too moist inside and falls apart when sliced. I hope they succeed, I really do. I hate for any business to fail (with a couple of exceptions in Lawrence, but that's another review or two), particularly when they have large sums invested in a venture (the place used to be a run down laundromat). However, after the trendiness and novelty wear off, I believe people will require more value and better quality for their dollar. So, unless they bring their prices back down to Earth and stop burning the bread, I unfortunately do not see this venture being a long-term success. The lack of parking alone will turn many customers away because the parking lot only holds five or six cars max and Barker and 19th are far too narrow to allow too many cars on the street. CombatCritic Gives 1900 Barker Bakery And Cafe 4 Bombs Out Of 10 ... More Bombs Are Better! 4 Bombs (2 Stars) Equates To A Military Rating Of: "BOHICA" ... Read the translation on my blog civilians!

Yelp
Dropped by 1900 to fuel our day trip to Lawrence. This bakery is on a cute residential street on a rotary. We ordered to-go online well in advance of our arrival. We got a gibraltar (basically a macchiato with a bit more milk) and it was good, as well as a chocolate croissant and lemon poppyseed loaf, and sunflower rolls for later. All the baked goods were tasty - a bit pricey for what they were, but good nonetheless. I actually thought the sunflower rolls were the standout. Service was fine - a little weird with their current setup (using a microphone behind plexiglass), but it's clear they are trying hard to be safe. Small parking lot on site made pickup easy, and we appreciated being able to walk the nice neighborhood while we waited (briefly) for our food.

Yelp
I would like to start this review off by saying I love this business, today is the first day that I kind of had a weird experience but genuinely love love love! I grew up in Lawrence I went to broken Arrow I went to LHS I remember when this was a laundromat. So it's crazy to me that it's a super awesome coffee shop Currently I don't live here and I always make sure that I come here when I'm visiting my little brother. I just instantly felt judged I had walked in with out a mask and that's my fault, I completely forgot that it's a super big deal here I should've been on that. But then I went to go pay and it's almost like she didn't want me to because instantly she said oh I can't take your cash do you have a card. I get that as well it's just with the tone and then like her demeanor it was just strange. Off putting. Regardless my food was like eight bucks I gave a three dollar tip on the card then went out to the car to get my small change and came back and put that in the tip jar. It just baffles me that you would be rude to me when I'm literally a paying customer and it wasn't even rude I don't want to paint a bad picture it was just off-putting. Foood and coffee was on point thought for sure.

Yelp
They now honor the rewards points (and have been for a while). Since I last wrote, they also have indoor and outdoor seating now. The pastries continue to be one-of-a-kind amazing. The breakfast sandwich is messy but so delicious. At lunch the sometimes have pizza which is also incredible. The staff are all wonderful and this is one of my favorite places in Lawrence!

Yelp
1900 Barker is a bakery where you can pretty good pastries and coffee for a lot of money. For those who don't know, 1900 Barker is located in a non-conforming use neighborhood space in Lawrence. What this means is that this is located in a building that is right in the middle of a residential area and is not part of a commercial district, though there are more commercial businesses a couple of blocks away. This adds a little twee charm to the place as it is as though it's a charming little bakery that's a part of the neighborhood; in actuality, the former tenant was a laundromat, and the bakery was able to keep the non-conforming use. Inside the bakery, it's a flurry of activity. Despite being in a building that is only a couple of hundred square feet, its a busy place. We were there in the morning, and I didn't see any bakery production work going on, but there were still a half-dozen employees working behind the counter. The menu is somewhat limited, but it's still an operating bakery, and they will sell you a loaf of bread. Sure, a loaf might be a sawbuck, but it was artisinally crafted with love. On our visit, we settled on ham & cheese croissants, breakfast buns, and coffee. While I am slyly complaining about the hipsterness of 1900 Barker and its priciness, the pastries we got were ridiculously flaky. Both the croissants littered the counter with flakes of onion-skin thin bits of flaky pastry that broke off at the slightest touch. The breakfast bun was a whorl of flaky pastry with a some caramelized / burned sugar that was made of 1000 layers. Pretty good stuff, but not anything you could get a dozen box for the office without getting a second mortgage. The coffee was rather good as well. I didn't see it made, but I am guessing by the volume and presentation that it was probably some sort of precision pour-over. Full of flavor, even if constituted 11 o.z. all told with what was in the cup and what was in the small steel krug alongside. 1900 Barker is rather good, though I do balk a little bit at laying down $30 for two people to have a light breakfast and coffee. They may be the flakiest pastries I've had West of Paris, but if I were to hold off on going a dozen times, I could just fly to Paris and have pastries there.

Yelp
1900 was definitely a quaint and modern coffee shop. I visited for the first time over the weekend, about an hour before they were closing. I had never been before so I wasn't totally sure what to order. I decided on a latte with their house vanilla caramel syrup. Unfortunately for me, they were out of almond milk, so I had to opt for soy. I also decided to try one of their pastries, a twice baked almond croissant. This was definitely the highlight of my visit! Such a delicious pastry!! So flaky and buttery, with an amazing filling that had some chocolate notes. The space is fairly small, but with and open and airy feel. I sat at one of their bar stools to get a bit of work done. I ended up not connecting to wifi, but it seems they do have it available. My biggest set back is the price - it was a little over priced for what my budget would allow to visit regularly. My order was pushing $12. I know that it costs extra for me to substitute milk, but my croissant was over $5. However, the quality it pretty great. I will likely be back in the future, just not regularly.

Yelp
The lemon filled croissant is a delightful indulgence - airy yet crunchy, and sweet without being cloying. Tried the vegetable quiche the other day and it was similarly spectacular - and a bargain to boot. Now if you can just find a parking spot ...

Yelp
Very cute location. Great coffee and very friendly staff. More importantly, I ate the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. Super flaky croissant and delicious egg with a great sauce. Will definitely be going back.

Yelp
Adorable bakery/coffee shop. They have bread samples out today right on the counter next to where you order. WOWOWOWOW. The bread is . My husband and I both ordered drip black coffee, and he also had an espresso. Both are delicious. We ordered a sweet roll, holy cannoli. So good. We are going to buy a loaf of bread to take on the road with us. No denying this place is delicious! Very friendly staff and helpful with questions!
