I just got my first box this week and tried their NY strip steak and chicken breast for the first time. Let me just say, I actually had no idea chicken breast could taste so amazing. No lie! I made 1915’s roasted garlic whipped feta recipe with the NY strip steak with blistered shishito peppers on their website and everyone loved it. I really was buying for ethical reasons, the fact that the taste is so outstanding was a pleasant bonus. Happy to support a local Texas small business.

I’ve ordered from this family farm for the past 4 months and I don’t see myself going anywhere else. Everything arrives frozen. The sheer freshness of every bite of chicken and beef (haven’t ordered pork yet) is beyond delightful. My family only eats protein from this farm unless we end up running through our one month supply a little too soon. I keep our grocery bill around $600-$700 monthly. We spend between $300-$400 a month with this family farm and I tell you it is THE happiest day when that big box has arrived. I mean it’s like my own monthly Christmas present even though it’s for my family. It gives me joy feeding my family with quality food products. Amazon doesn’t have squat on 1915 Farm.

That type of beef where you know there was great husbandry involved where a symbiotic relationship truly flourished. A deep ruby red cut will trigger your primordial circuits and remind you of just how important eating great quality beef is. It’ll take you back to a time of simplicity and peace. You may think I’m exaggerating however if you have never had beef from 1915 farm I challenge you to execute on your teeter tottering thoughts and commit to a better life, don’t compare the price of this beef to what you can get at your local grocer. Your health and your families health should not have a price tag.

I have purchased both the flank steak and tri tip steak to slice and cook. I used the flank steak to make mongolian beef and the tri tip steak to make a favorite campfire meal with thin sliced potatoes and onions. Every thing arrived frozen and in returnable boxes, which I returned the boxes. I ordered on a Saturday or Sunday and the meat was here by Wednesday, fresh and frozen, yum-yum. I just love this place and find it better than Omaha Steaks as you order just what you want.

We subscribed to the box tha includes chicken and beef and have been thoroughly impressed with the quality of meat and the packaging.
