Where To Eat Along The Burke-Gilman Trail - Seattle - The Infatuation

"Imagine finding an abandoned woodchip field in the suburbs, filling it with random lawn furniture, and sitting down to a cold beer. This is 192 Brewing Company, and it’s the northeasternmost spot we like best on the Burke-Gilman. Food here ranges from sandwiches and burgers to soft pretzels with gouda beer cheese, and even their simple chicken club wrap is pretty satisfying after repeatedly lifting your ankles several thousand times." - aimee rizzo

Cool, backyard, redneck kind of vibe. Food and beer are ok but below the grade of what is being charged. Noticeable road noise from lake City way but that should not surprise anyone looking at tla map. It is very convenient for stopping by off the burke Gilman trail.

Google
The pretzel and beer battered cheese is divine. Unfortunately, they were out of the BBQ pork but the BBQ chicken sandwich was remarkable. Soooo yummy.

Google
Drinks and ambiance is nice but don't go there hungry. I know things are expensive but $16 for a burger (+1 for cheese) has some expectations and they do not meet it at all. I went to McD after and it was so much better for half the price

Went to see bands with car show band we saw was good venue is a bit rustic although had tables with umbrellas which were great in the heat. Limited cars in show but first one they had so many take time to catch on

For a Nachos, it took 30 mins to get the food. The quality was ok but the service was very bad. The cashier wasn't friendly and they need just a physical card for payment.

Google
Went yesterday with friends for Blues music. Was disappointed in the fact they ran out of so much and didn't communicate ahead for most of it. They ran out of pork, and did tell us ahead, but made bacon nachos instead which were good, but $21 for a small basket is hardly a "mountain" of nachos. $16 burger and they ran out of lettuce and didn't notify ahead. Kid quesadilla came and it was a spinach or veggie tortilla that was green. Server said he ran out of regular tortillas and hoped it was ok, without asking ahead. My kids took a couple bites and of course didn't like the "weird spinach tortilla". I wish they had asked ahead, we would have declined and gotten our money back. Pretzel was delicious, but others in our party wanted one too and they ran out as well. They were out of all sodas, gluten free beers, and ciders too. Not sure if every Sunday is like this and Monday is a restock day, but it was very disappointing.

Google
Waste of money. Service was crap, three servers nowhere to be found with several people waiting at the bar waiting to order food/drinks. When it finally got to our turn, asked what we wanted and then walked away. The lady dropped off our food and didn't even know what she was dropping off, two different wraps, couldn't tell us which was which. The taco salad was disgusting, chicken came out of a can. Just awful. Don't go here, we won't be back. The outside space was nice, old seats/benches but lots of room since no one else was there. Clearly others steer clear as well.

Stopped here after a bike ride today. Staff was helpful and pleasant but the food was very overpriced for what it was. When we left we realized my friend’s bike had been stolen from the pile by the fence near the trail. We’d been sitting within view of the gate so it’s incredible that someone had the audacity to steal it right in front of us. Our server was awesome, he called the owner to get access to the camera footage but the owner said we’d have to wait a few days for him to come in. He also tried to have the police come file a report but they wouldn’t so we had to do it online. We basically just had to suck it up. Lock your damn bikes. Even tho 192 looks safe and bike friendly, unfortunately it isn’t.

Yelp
I was in town visiting my son and daughter-in-law and they took us to 192 Brewing on a Sunday afternoon. Apparently, they were jogging by months ago and heard the band playing outside and have been coming back every Sunday. Great Bluegrass music with a rotating group of musicians. As far as beer goes, I had a few Ambers, which were great, as well as a delicious IPA. We also had the nachos, which were great. Very cordial guy at the counter took care of everything with a smile. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Nice location right on the trail. The staff was really friendly and prompt. The issue is the food, it's overpriced ($16 for a hamburger with a bag of lays ($17 for a cheeseburger)), small (my 10 year old housed the whole cheeseburger and was still hungry), and took way too long. The burger patty was tasty but plain, the buffalo wrap wasn't very good (overwhelming blue cheese flavor). The other issue is the outdoor seating, all the seats were absolutely filthy. Not in a haven't had a chance to clean sort of way but in a chairs are never wiped down sort of way.

bryan c.

Yelp
Mediocre beer and super slow service. Nice atmosphere though with the live music and outdoor seating. I think they are understaffed.

Yelp
This place is a joke I worked For Derek at 192 brewing. Not only has he never paid me (he owes me several checks) he took all my cash tips that I worked for. Also, do not eat here... this place is absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms are covered in urine, look on the ground there is mouse/rat droppings everywhere. As an employee I would never even touch the food/beer here. He also continues to bounce checks with local vendors. The health department WILL shut this place down. Do yourself a favor and do not come here.

Gary J.

Yelp
great service, food and drink selection just off the Burke Gilman Trail in Kenmore. Family friendly

Yelp
Will never come here again. With so many other nearby brewery options. Took over a hour to get our food order. Ended up just leaving. Front of house just made excuses. If you're down a cook shut down your kitchen till they can catch up with other orders
google avatar

Yelp
Went for their vinyl sale, it was really fun. Lots of great local sellers. They do many events thought the year, lots of live music too. It has a great outdoor vibe, you can hang all day.

Yelp
Stop here for a casual bite with friends. Located right off the BG trail, it's a fun stop to quench your thirst, and snag some grub. Service is casual friendly and the food can be inconsistent so lower your expectations. If you're from around here, you'll likely run into a friend or neighbor. We go here when we want super casual, walk up order, grub food. We love the pork nachos! Hubs gets IPA, I do wine. Their wine pours are generous! Just saw they also offer some hard alcohol options. Don't wear your white pants, this place is kid and dog friendly and dusty- again, it's casual! There is a fun indoor option though I've never dined or hung inside. But it was fun to walk through and see kids playing games like giant chess and foosball.

Yelp
Waited a full hour for a bland, dry caesar wrap that clearly took 2 minutes to make. I get that beer is the thing here, and food barely an afterthought. If you're out for a ride and getting thirsty, this is for you. If you want actual food with it, I suggest you get a Subway from across the street and just bring it in with you. I promise they won't notice -- or care.

Yelp
Bummer experience here this week. On Thursday, we showed up hungry after a bike ride. Apparently it was open mic night, which was super fun to catch. We ordered 2 wraps and 4 beers total, including one for an open mic performer. The beer was DELICIOUS, 10/10, a new favorite. However, apparently the kitchen was understaffed because it took 1 hr and 40 minutes to get 1/2 of our food order. Wraps, not even burgers or something else that has to cook. Everyone around us was also complaining about how long their food was taking. We were so hungry by the time we got 1 of our orders that we both started taking bites. It was not at all what we were expecting, and was incredibly bland. We literally left before receiving the second order - we were disappointed with the experience, we didn't have the reflective biking gear to stay longer because we did not expect to be there that long, and this was not how we intended to spend date night. We looked up the beer we ordered and it apparently is special and not widely available. So this establishment will likely get our business again based on the beer but we agreed we would definitely not be ordering $30 of food + tip from this place again. 1 hr and 40 minutes for WRAPS is crazy; if the beer was not as good as it was this would have been a 1 star review. We ended up having to pick up fast food to eat for the night. We both have worked in food service for years in the past and agreed the right thing to do would have been shut the kitchen down until they were caught up on orders, or for the entire night, if you're that understaffed. It would be a bummer to close the kitchen on open mic night sure, but sometimes management does have to take that much ownership of the situation. I feel bad for the 2 staff who didn't call out who were obviously trying their best.

Yelp
I would recommend this place for their brews no doubt! Their food is mediocre but if you had one too many, I recommend the nachos. We visited on a Saturday evening. Parking wasn't a problem. Great location. I loved the outside vibe with the real grape plants and hanging lights. The workers were friendly and working hard. From the time we ordered and received our food it was a while. This being our first visit I can't say this is typical. I would visit again and order a beer on a sunny day but I feel the food lacks value for their prices. Nachos were good. I wish my picture of the hamburger would have turned out but it didn't. Not an almost $20 burger.

Yelp
We stopped by this place again on a beautiful sunny Summer day for a quick snack and some sunshine. I had the 4 beer sampler and shared chips & salsa with my kids. They also had a Cheese Quesadilla and a Buffalo Chicken Wrap. We had trouble finding an open seat as this place is really popular. They had a band playing at that time also which adds to the crowd. Good food, good beer, good place. Give it a try!

Yelp
Second time here, first since Covid. After a much longer than intended bike ride, I felt the need to stop here and decompress. I always loved how bike friendly this place is. After parking our bikes on the wall, the barage of signs awaited us. As of June 24, 2021 they are requiring you to be masked when you go inside to order. And if you don't have one, they have complimentary ones for you. Once outside on their large outdoor area though, it's not required. Tough to drink beer with a mask on. They also continue to enforce social distancing by clearly making which tables are OK to use. All the staff had their masks on at all times. As for the beers, I had the Black Raven Coco Jones Porter. Yes, it's dark but quite refreshing. My friends had the Boundary Bay citraweisse, which was also refreshing but a bit too sour for me. It did remind us of the cerveza con limon, which we had constantly while on the Camino de Santiago a couple of years ago. Good times. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Wow! They've really updated the layout since I last came here. They have ample outdoor picnic benches, fire pits, and tents! It also looks like they have a place to project movies or games outside when the weather allows. I don't get how this place isn't busier with such a nice outdoor space. They also have quite a bit of room indoor with TVs to watch games on. Good spacing right now with COVID too. Food wasn't worth the price, but I don't think most people would be coming here for the food anyways... They have mostly beer and a couple non-beer options (guest cider on tap and wine). I enjoyed the H3 Cab Sauv and the other red blend they have. Overall a lovely hangout!! Would definitely return.

Yelp
I have been driving by this establishment for a few years now. Not sure why I have never stopped in, considering it's only a mile from my home. Anyway, I tried the bratwurst. The brat was really good! Ashley (our server) was pleasant and attentive. I will be back.
google avatar

Katrina M.

Yelp
Probably a good place to hang out with friend to watch a game, but definitely not a good place if your looking for food. Very industrial and storage room like. Not really my cup of tea, but it is dog friendly so that's a plus. Serves Locust Cider, also a plus.
google avatar

Ashley S.

Yelp
Okay this is a gem of a place. We stopped here on an impulse and seriously, no regrets. We'll be back! The service is spectacular, thanks future! You're a whole vibe and I love it. The live music tonight was even more cool. This gentleman is singing Christmas music and is so wholesome. Also, lots of parking available! :)

Yelp
This place is off of the Burke Gilman trail. The service is incredibly horrible. The staff was unable to get the order right twice. A simple hamburger took over 25 minutes. Ordered a salad and it was about what you could get at McDonalds. Really need to step up service and quality. The beer was good. How can you mess that up. The price was outrageous for the quality. I would stop here for a beer again since it's on the trail but as for door do not waste your time. I actually asked for my money back and left after 35 minutes waiting for the burger. My partner finished her meal and it got smears.

Carol U.

Yelp
Stopped in for a beer and a light meal. The service was OK, although they seemed to be shorthanded. The beer was served in a hot glass straight out of the diswasher, which made the beer warm. They were out of both of the first 2 things we requested, and they substituted pork in the chicken wrap we asked for. The meat was dried out and flavorless, and I ended up getting sick from it that night. The place was dirty and there were dirty dishes on many of the tables with crows and flies everywhere. Don't bother unless all you want is a warm beer on a hot day!
google avatar

Rose W.

Yelp
This brewery was great for drinks, they even had vodka and wine for those people who won't drink beer. It's just off the Burke-Gilman Trail so perfect to have a drink after a bike ride. Although this place is family and dog friendly, I would not bring active toddlers here as there isn't much for them to do and it's not totally fenced in so they can run off. There was a live band who played this afternoon which was nice. The outdoor area has a mish mash of chairs and table sizes but it has a cute eclectic feel to it. The outside area is covered in wood chips and dirt so it's a bit clunky to walk on.

Keith D.

Yelp
I can't say enough about how much I love this place. The atmosphere. The staff and culture - the owner and his commitment to our community. Great beer. Great good. The smoked meat is absolutely my favorite when ordered with nachos - you just stop in and visit this place!!!

Maria B.

Yelp
We biked here on Friday night. We arrived around 6:20 pm - prime dinner time. We ordered drinks and food (burgers, steak fries and noddles with butter for the kids). The cherry pie cider was the best part of the night. Everything else was down hill. It took over an hour to get our food. No one told us that our food was going to take that long and when we got our food it was bad. The fries were somehow both burned to a char on the outside but under cooked in the middle. The burgers were ok, but nothing to write home about. Overall a bummer with no plans to return.

Yelp
The chillest, most laid back brewery. The outdoor seating area has many tables and chairs to accommodate large parties. It looks like someone's backyard but that's the cool part of the brewery, it's no frill and just easy to hang out. I've been coming here with my husband before kid and now with a kid, it's just as comfortable. I love the sour cherry cider they have on tap and their nachos are surprisingly good. I have not ordered any other food here. You order up front and your drinks and food are delivered to your table number. They sometimes have live music in the summer but don't know if that's still ongoing due to covid. Love coming here to have a good beer and laid back atmosphere.

Yelp
I really enjoyed my stop at 192. I was mostly the only person in the place since it was 11am on a weekday, so my experience is probably different than most. This place looks like it could really be hopping on a warm summer day, so I'll definitely have to be back for the full experience. The beer here was good, there was beer from 192 itself and from other local breweries - a pretty good selection. I got a flight of the 192 beers and enjoyed everything I had. Nothing in particular set itself apart, but it was all solid. Then I got a pint and the brewer gave me a mix of a couple of things that very well fit what I was looking to drink, pretty cool that he thought to do that! I thought the customer service was great - but I was the only person there and I wasn't getting food. I'll have to go back!
google avatar

Karlo G.

Yelp
Now this is a great laid back gathering place for cyclists, locals, and anyone in the mood for some brews. This brewery is conveniently located by the Burke-Gilman trail and there is ample on site or street parking. My first impression upon walking in is friendly and welcoming. There is a large indoor seating area and pool tables. They also have a beer garden perfect for summer time gatherings. This was our pit stop after our group bike ride from Marymoor Park. Securing our bikes was easy. There's a spacious bike rack with rotating hooks against the wall. There's a full menu of both food and brews on tap. I ordered the root beer and Mac n cheese with bbq pork. After a long bike ride the comforting meal of pasta and cheese topped with pulled pork with breadcrumbs hits the spot. I'm looking forward to coming back during the summer time and to enjoy more brews in the beer garden.
google avatar

Alexa P.

Yelp
Great Locust cider, but the food I ordered took so long to get to me I had to go to the back to ask about it and carry it to my table myself, at which point it was cold. Pretty disappointing meal overall. Glad they have an open mic though.
google avatar

Ken C.

Yelp
I stopped in here on the way home from work today. I took a look at the menu and asked the blonde lady working the outside bar where the lunch menu was to which she responded "Oh, we're not doing that anymore." The promotion if the lunch menu is a large banner sign on the side of the building (not difficult to remove if it's no longer valid). Okay moving on... I looked at the beer menu and asked for a Boundary Bay Amber and she replied "We're out of the amber". At this point I left. In my opinion neither one of these or even the two combined would warrant a 2 star review but the arrogant smug way she informed me of both of these is why I'm choosing 2 stars.
google avatar

Tammy E.

Yelp
Great options on tap and good service! Every cyclist's dream pit-stop. I had noticed this brewery while driving along Bothell-Kenmore Way from Lake City on a number of occasions but always thought it would be a treat if I made it there by bicycle. I finally made that a reality on our first sunny weekend day this spring and I'm so glad I did! There is a huge bike rack to store your bike once you arrive, and plenty of seating in the beer garden to enjoy anything you brought with you with one of the many offerings they have inside. Gluten-Free friends rejoice! They have a whole case of GF beers here! The wood chip laden beer garden is relaxing and lovely to sip your brews in on a sunny afternoon. There are koi in the fresh water ponds made out of the garden supplies they seem to have had on hand here and it makes for a calming respite. I will stop in on future bike rides for sure.

Jack F.

Yelp
Worst service I have ever received. Rude workers, food was bad, and it also stank in there. Won't be coming back here again!
google avatar

Jeremy P.

Yelp
My wife and I stopped in here out of curiosity since it's near another brewery that we visit regularly and is on the way home. They had too many IPAs on tap for my tastes (I prefer a lager or blonde ale), didn't have a terribly good food selection, and strangely had no ciders available that day. I don't know that it will be somewhere I decide to go in the future, but I'd meet friends there if they invited me.
google avatar

Christopher R.

Yelp
Quirky place. A Hodge podge of furniture and decor. Now this is a brewery first and someplace to eat second. Go for the beer. The food was average. It created no cravability and no need to return. We had a meatloaf burger. The flavor was okay but the meatloaf was too firm. Meatloaf should fall apart and not be like a burger. The small pizza was nothing to write home about. The service was good. The girl who helped me had a lot of tattoos. I am just noting that so if anyone from here reads it they know She was great.
google avatar

Sean K.

Yelp
Stopped off the trail for a beer here on a windy sunny day. Was all good, until the umbrella at my table took off in the wind and came crashing down on me and whacked me in the head. I'm fine. The kind ladies at the table near me were on it before I even knew what happened. I'm giving 1 star due to how it was handled. No apologies from the staff and no one from the staff asked if I was even ok. The lady behind the bar just came out and took the umbrella down and laid it in the dirt. Shame on you 192...on many levels.
google avatar

Tanner K.

Yelp
I've been here several times while biking along the BG trail. Service has been much improved since they opened the outdoor point of sale. The food is good but not great. Cold beer and plenty of outdoor seating. One of my favs.
google avatar

Lisa B.

Yelp
We love this place. Open air, live music on many days. What's not to like? Well, the food for one. We keep trying. We do but the food is adequate at best. Yesterday we ordered the chicken nachos. Where to start. The chicken seemed to be from leftovers. Big hunks of something. BBQ sauce on other chunks. A lot of inedible grizzle. The cheese was very sparse. The last time we ordered the same thing I actually thought that they were running out of cheddar and had to conserve but the cheese was almost nonexistent this time too. The setting is fun, the people who work there are nice. Please, please make better food. It's not that hard to do and guests would be thrilled!

Yelp
My wife and I enjoy trying different breweries so we thought we'd give 192 a try. Free parking can be found in the lot. Discover is an accepted form of payment. Family friendly for those who have kids. Upon entering, you will notice quite a large beer garden with a ton of mis-matched tables and chairs. There is also a stage for live entertainment. The beer garden looked like an overgrown garden of sorts. The interior of the brewery is extremely utilitarian. It appears to be a work garage converted into a brewery. Concrete floors, garage doors and zero insulation. This environment would be nice in the summer; however, during our visit we were freezing the whole time. There are a few TV's and a pool table. The furnishings are something else to say the least. It looks like friends either donated or items were picked up from the Goodwill or something. Discarded furnishings. Many of the beers on draft were from other breweries rather than their own slurps. I appreciate supporting local breweries but if I'm stopping by a brewery, I want to sample the house brews. Staff was friendly when existent. Since we were the only people in the brewery, I found this a bit irritating. The food was mediocre at best. The kitchen must be limited since nothing we ordered was freshly made. We ordered the chips, salsa and guacamole for $5. Both the salsa and guacamole was purchased elsewhere instead of made in-house. The chips were ok. It would be nice to see Juanita chips offered, especially since they're local. We shared a Cajun Sausage Po Boy for $10. The coleslaw was from a deli. We did enjoy the Tim's Cascade chips. Way to support local 192. Our sandwich had about 6 slices of sausage rather than the actual full sausage. Overall, we will only be back to 192 after hiking. 192 will not be a brewery that comes to mind when seeking to enjoy good slurps with friends.

Yelp
We stop by here frequently after nice bike ride, great beer, ambiance and chips and salsa. Specially enjoyed the place during the pandemic with great outdoor layout.

Yelp
Nice beers on tap - also tried the cider and root beers on tap. Pumpkin coconut curry with toasted bread was a nice snack. Same for the warm pretzel with beer cheese. Checked out the women's restroom and appreciate the thoughtfulness with complimentary emergency pads/tampons in each stall. This place is a cool place for family, friends, your dog and your in-laws. Would definitely hang here again with friends especially during their 3:00 live music. Todays was a blues special kinda day.

Yelp
Always have a good time & excellent service, good food and what's not to like about a family and community friendly business
google avatar

Erica W.

Yelp
I found everything about this place awesome! First and foremost; DOG friendly! I brought my pooch along with me, which was a first! 192 does NOT brew their own(to my knowledge! I do see some reviews that say otherwise.) They have a wide variety of beers on tap from local breweries. The atmoshere can not be beat! They have a HUGE lot outside with lots of seating. Getting a drink was a little tricky, mainly because I went on the hottest day of Spring thusfar! Easter Sunday, they were open and had no shortage of business! People popping in from their bike rides, or people just like me deciding to hit up a brewery on such a nice sunny day! I waited in line for 15-20 minutes at least. Only had one guy filling the beers, which made it run slowly. I didn't mind, but it did prevent me from going back for another round! I will be back, and will bring my brew-hoppin' friends; human and 4-legged!

Yelp
All I can say about this place is..."wow"...I really could not believe our experience. But just to be clear, no real issues with staff. They did the best they could with what they had (or didn't have) and there in lies the issues. What they had which wasn't much. So here we are, it's a Holiday weekend, Memorial day. The weather's nice, we've noticed a number of new breweries popping up in our old stomping grounds, we're hungry, could use a beer, let's support local brewing and give 'em a go. First thing you notice, as in most restaurants, even the hole in wall ones, a board with handwriting. Usually it's about specials, what's on the menu, chef's choice, etc. etc. Here, it's a board with a list....A LIST...of everything that they aren't serving because they are out of it...on a holiday weekend. So practically 1/4 of the menu is...off the menu. Are you serious! Okay so we order stuff, NOT on the board. Let's have some beer, after all, it's a brewery right? Well, First off the beer list was pretty meager with regards to selection and description, secondly the beer was cool...as in temperature. I don't know about you but beer should be cold right? Maybe German beer can be cool to warm, I dunno, but I like my beer cold. So as a brewery, wasn't very impressed, the beer itself nothing remarkable. Had it been COLD, might've made a slight difference. Now, here we are drinking cold to warm beer and it's 20 minutes later. Server walks up after all our other friends had gotten their food. "Sorry, we're out of cheese for the caprese sandwich? Is there anything else?" My wife, "how about the chicken sandwich"..."Sorry, we're out of chicken." REALLY? But those items weren't on the board?! Okay, so she settles for their chips and salsa and what she got were crumbs, basically the bottom of the bag because.....you guessed it, they were out of chips and she probably didn't want to come back and tell us that, but they did throw in a complimentary small bag of potato chips for the trouble. A beer on the house might've made a better impression, but an apology and a bag of chips...well HELL that right there screams "We're a business you wanna come back to and tell your friends about." So, as she eats her over priced crumbs, my son eating his cheese burger on a hot-dog bun because...they were out of hamburger buns, as was I, I decided, more beer, cold, warm...whatever. And as I was standing in line, all I heard was "Sorry, we're out of this"..."Sorry, we're out of that"....And all I could think was "Sorry, I don't think I'll ever be back to this place." So time for the bill and guess what they charged us for...the sandwich which they were apparently not serving because they didn't have any cheese! Then it took another 15 minutes to rectify this so we would be charged for the lesser chips (crumbs) and salsa and we were out, never to return. Again, the servers on site were fine, did the best they could with what they "didn't" have, but who ever is running this establishment should really get their act ("act" really isn't the word I wanted to use) together. The premise and idea seems okay, brewery right off the biking/walking/hiking trail...I mean nothing like having a nice buzz and getting on a bicycle, but their execution was poor. Maybe I got them on an off night, I mean it was a holiday weekend after all, you can't plan for something like that (sarcasm intended), but as this was a "First Impression" visit, this and this review is what I came away with. I recommend the Savage Moose down the road...it's a bar, better selection of "COLD" beer, better food choices and they seem to keep their kitchen in stock, but then again I've never been there on a holiday weekend. Regardless I've never heard from a server..."Sorry, we're out of (Fill in the blank)". I recommend the poutine BTW....

Yelp
Cool spot to chill & have a beer after a long ride, right off the trail. Food is kinda lacking, but its a brewery not a steakhouse. BBQ pork sandwich is always a good choice, or if looking for something lighter just grab a salad or wrap. Large outdoor seating area to kick it in the PNW sunshine, and a beer selection to satisfy most... there's always gonna be that one guy. Great atmosphere & friendly staff to boot.

Yelp
This place is yummy. Bought a pitcher with my boy and I ( not talking child ) and some fish tacos. Came with some chips and they were pretty good. He got some sandwich with pork I think. Simple and lowkey. Wait time was a little long but the experience is what matters.

Yelp
I feel like people need to understand that they do not serve you here, you have to walk up and order. And re-order, etc. Understand that and you may have a better time? I have been here a few times. Sucks to wait in line, but what are you going to do? The workers are really friendly. I can bring my dog, friends bring their kids, sit in the sun, great wine selection. I have always had good food, especially the nachos and wraps are delish. Again, this is more of a counter serve place and not a full kitchen. Enjoy the experience people! :)

Yelp
Went last Saturday the 11th for a friend's moving away party. The outside area was a good size and most of the tables had umbrellas to help keep direct sunlight off of you. The parking was a little difficult with a smaller lot and street parking was crazy packed as well as there are 3 breweries close to each other. So find parking could be difficult. The bathroom had two stalls and nicely kept. One of the stalls was out of TP and didn't have extra but as soon as they were notified they brought in extra. They also have an inside area that looks like a fun time too. I only saw it on the way to the bathroom. We got a pitcher of their amber ale, it was pretty tasty but not my favorite red I've ever had. For the pitcher with tip it was about $34. If I was in the area I would check it out again but it's about an hour drive from where we live so it's not an immediate have to go back. There is only one place to tab out and order, they did the best they could to keep the line moving but it was fairly slow. Ooh yeah make sure you order at the bar every time, like every single time, they don't come out to you. Be aware of that before going into this place and have a more enjoyable time. Check it out, oh they have a food we didn't get anything so I can't say how it was.

Yelp
This was our first in person (vs. to-go) dining experience since COVID hit. We are fully vaccinated and felt comfortable giving an outside venue a try. Glad we chose here as our first stop! They did an amazing job about spacing and enforcing masks while not at the table. I their system of placing an order and then sitting. There was an employee helping direct to open tables and making sure people were following the flow of the order and then get a seat system. It wasn't the most obvious system at first but the employees directed us kindly on how it worked. My husband and I got a Boundary Bay Irish Red Ale and a sour cherry beer. Both were very tasty! We will definitely be returning.

Yelp
Great stop on the bike trail and family friendly. Outdoor seating is plentiful. As said by many before, go for the beer and atmosphere, not the food. The few times I have been myself we've ordered food twice - both times have include the same thing actually so it serves as an example to what I say next. Their portions and quality of food have gone downhill. Last time I ordered nachos here was last fall and they came out on a pizza pan and were fully loaded. Delicious. This time the same priced nachos came out on the plastic sandwich sized tray, and we had to remind them to put the meat on. $18 large nachos with maybe one cup worth of shredded meat is not worth it. We also got one wrap sandwich and at the price (I believe it was $14 or $16) the majority of the sandwich was lettuce and it came with a bag of Tim's cascade chips. Really ridiculous. Resulted in us having to go home and actually make dinner to satisfy appetites which defeated the purpose of the night out with the family. Such a great location and beer selection I really hope they get their food menu figured out so as to not gouge their customers or decide to let people order their own food in (currently not allowed).

Yelp
There are three breweries in a row in Kenmore - skip this one. I've been coming here since before Nine Yards or Cairn opened, mostly for trivia nights. Even since back then, the rule has always been "only drink the guest taps" due to the mediocrity of the in-house beer. The food has never been good quality - it was tolerable at 2016 prices, but is a rip-off at this point. Nine yards has a kitchen now, and the food trucks on 73rd are also available. Even through all this, my friends' insistence on trivia night kept me coming back. What finally led me to write this place off is the social atmosphere: The regulars at 192 are the kind of people who will shout insults, even homophobic slurs, at other patrons. I may have finally succeeded at convincing my friends to stop coming here once it became clear that being harassed in this way had become a regular feature of the trivia night, and not just an isolated incident. Anywhere else is better - 9 yards, cairn, savage moose... anywhere.

Yelp
Good that they serve beer. Bad that none of it was actually cold. Couldn't judge if the beer was actually good or not due to the temp. Server did not pay attention to the beers we ordered...served us the wrong beverages. Good outdoor venue, poorly executed.

Yelp
This review is mostly about the food and soda. I was there with my family for dinner, and all 5 of us were disappointed, which I can't remember happening in a long time. Details: The interior was industrial/quirky which was fine. The temperature was fine. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. But... +Bratwurst with bag of chips, $12. It was ok, probably boiled, nothing special, no grill marks. But I'm pretty sure that's more than one costs at Safeco field. +Caprese Sandwich, $9. My wife loves these and barely touched it. +Buttered noodles, $3. Ok these are a bargain, pretty bland but that's probably what picky kids like normally? I'm not complaining about this one. +Fish street tacos (2), $11. The fish was pretty good, the cilantro fine, but there was no sauce, no cabbage, and the salsa was just ok. The corn tortillas for both tacos fell apart in my hand, my guess would be because they were uncooked/cold. So it was pretty bland and hard to eat overall and not a great deal. +Margharita Pizza, $7. This was really bad, actually. Mostly cheddar? with some white cheese, very bland sauce and super soggy crust. Avoid. On top of that we had a 12 oz can of lemonade, and a 12 oz bottle of Dad's Root Beer, and a 12 oz bottle of lemon lime soda, all at $4 each. A 12 oz can of lemonade for $4, really? So in short, mostly meh to bad food, and unreasonably high prices (especially for Kenmore!) on some items. The beer might be good, and on a warm day the outside area looks inviting, but we won't be back.
