We loved our stay here and I am happy to give an excellent review. |The staff, without exception, were the best I’ve ever experienced. Every morning we were met with a smile and a chat about our day. |Breakfast provided plenty of variety to suit everyone and the service was efficient and personal - my elderly mother was given a wee pot of tea each morning without having to ask (after the first morning) - a nice touch!|The rooms were comfortable, with Nespresso machine, shampoo, gel, shower cap, bottled water all provided. As previously stated there was no wardrobe or drawers, but enough hanging space and shelving to suffice. Housekeeping kept the rooms lovely daily and provided any extras we asked for as well as a few wee treats at turndown. Sweet 💞|The spa absolutely made the visit complete for me - I used it every day. Very tranquil and a real haven in a busy world. |Dinner in the hotel was excellent and good value. |The hotel was located conveniently for the ferries and the hop on hop off buses and there were plenty of restaurants around to choose from. Not the prettiest area but that is nothing to do with the hotel!|All amenities were bookable online but if you prefer a human to talk to that was no problem. Handy to have a code for the room rather than a key. |All in all a great hotel to stay in and if you are visiting Sliema, would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. |Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so special.

The staff and service were excellent, they were always welcoming and friendly greeting us every day. We had issues with our refrigerator and air conditioning which they rectified within an hour. The rooftop pool and bar were beautiful as well as the hot pool and spa services on the lower levels. The breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had for quality food products and selection. We would absolutely stay here again if we traveled to Malta again.

The staff are very polite and reactive but we have since found out that certain information was not relayed to us during check-in i.e complimentary cruise which meant we missed out ! The hotel is a 4 star hotel in need of some TLC, in a very good location, has a beach club, small rooftop pool including sunbeds which we discovered you have to book in advance.|The Spa is reasonable although struggled with capacity on the days when the weather was bad.|The standard bedrooms are very small with no closets so not practical for two people with luggage so we had to upgrade.|A special mention goes to Soheil a lovely waiter who consistently went above and beyond providing the quality and service expected from a 5 star Hotel. He is a great asset to the hotel business making our stay more comforting so we strongly recommend he is recognised within your employee reward scheme.

Stayed here in Sept for 5 nights, we wanted a modern hotel with a nice pool well located to explore - very pleased with our choice. ||Our room & en suite was small but that was fine as we spent little time there. ||We spent a couple of days at the beach club - nice chilled vibe with comfy beds, lovely infinity pool & a good menu for brunch & meals in the restaurant. Club was 5 walk from hotel so easy to get to - we didn’t try the rooftop pool area as this needed pre booking & when we looked there was no availability. ||Hotel staff were really friendly, & location was about 10-15 min walk from Sliema bars & restaurants - though mostly down hill on way out, is a steep walk uphill on return so maybe a challenge for those less abled. ||We didn’t take the hotel breakfast or use the spa, but still enjoyed our stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is an ideal location for getting into Sliema and Valletta. Close to lots of shops, bars and eateries. ||We had room 118, which was a basic room and was fine but we did have some slight issues. |It was quite a small room, which was to be expected, but we did have plenty of storage with a big double wardrobe. |We had a balcony with chairs but couldn’t really use it as it was completely built up with other buildings/apartments all around it. It was very ugly. |As our room was on the first floor, which had an open balcony down into reception and the bar, there was a lot of noise constantly. The hotel room door could do with some kind of sound proofing to combat this. |On the first night we noticed that when the shower was in use, the drain was clearly blocked and so water was flooding out of the bathroom and into the main bedroom. This has clearly been happening for some time as there was water damage to the bathroom door. We did report this twice on the app and had someone from maintenance come to have a look, but they just told us they had unblocked the drain. It never resolved, we just had to use the shower on half-pressure so the drains could cope. ||In the room, the bed was very comfortable, coffee and tea was available and replenished daily and upon request if needed. There was a small fridge and AC. The cleaners also did a great job. The whole hotel was very clean and well looked after. ||One thing we weren’t sure about before we went was that we could rent beach/swimming towels - so that is useful to know. ||We heard the beach club a couple of times during our stay, which was on a server-come first-served basis, but we never saw it get too full that there were no beds spare. It wasn’t quite as luxurious as the photos but was still nice. A little annoying that you aren’t allowed to eat or drink food from outside of the hotel there though. Not even water. ||We tried the rooftop pool once - it took us 3 days to be able to secure a booking. The sun beds were really uncomfortable so we didn’t stay long. We tried one of the gazebos one afternoon and they were much better and more private, but just away from the pool. ||The booking system could really do with being reviewed as it was difficult to book, and when we went up to the rooftop we realised people weren’t even using the sunbeds there. When we got there we were also told our booking had been cancelled - even though we hadn’t cancelled it. |We did like the system of having a door code on the app, it saved having to carry a key around and would be easier if a family was staying in one room but doing separate things. ||We used the spa twice, which was nice but basic. It was very busy both times. ||We used the lobby bar a couple of evenings and that was very nice. Very friendly staff. ||Overall a lovely stay and I would recommend to others. There were just a few little things that could’ve made it better for us.

Room is beautiful and big, we really enjoyed our stay, however it is not a 5* hotel. Faucet was of very bad quality, toilet door didn’t close and we didn’t use the indoor pool because it was dirty. |Breakfast was nice but served every day the same. |Service is amazing, all staff are great!

All the staff are extremely polite and helpful. It is in a very good location but with that you pay a lot for not a very big room. The extras such as the beach club and complimentary sunset cruise with drinks do make it worth it I think. A special mention to Jackey at the Spa - I had 2 massages with her which were fantastic she really knew how to help my stiff shoulders and back. Very kind and caring lady a real asset to the hotel.

Quality hotel just away from the waterfront but with stunning views (and sunsets) from the rooftop pool and restaurant. Their staff selection process must be first class as all our interactions made us feel a bit special - with a special mention for Sathya & Phillipe. Nicely situated for a short walk to both the harbour for the Valletta ferry and access to their own beach club. Had a particularly pleasant stay and would fully recommend.
