Yelp
Sal's is the go to option for my kids when given the choice. Pizza is delicious, the wings are magnificent and the Chef's Salad is one of the best I've ever eaten. We order from here at least once a month...if not more. The people that work there are happy and friendly. Steve the owner is a big supporter of the local little league and a really great guy. The delivery drivers are very friendly, prompt and courteous. (Even when my dog scares them!) For years I assumed it was "gas station" pizza because of its location. But once you go in and try it ...you forget that it's attached to a gas station. It's clean, has a few arcade games for the kids and you instantly get that pizzeria vibe. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Yelp
The pizza here is always great! Friendly staff with quick service. The fried Apple dessert is to die for!

Yelp
Service ~ amazing! Super friendly and sweet. Ambiance ~~ it's connected to an AMPM but still super cute. Places to sit and enjoy all this yumminess! Food~~~ OMG so sad I have to give only 4 instead of 5 stars. Pizza (Buffalo Chicken pizza) sooooo yummy and crust was delicious Fried pickle spears ~~ yummm Buffalo logs ~ yummy Apple pie logs~~~ more please lol Cheesy garlic bread and marinara sauce ~~ oh so yummy Chicken parmigiana * chicken was chopped up * so not very much chicken Looked burnt and definitely was not edible because it was so dry Not sure what happened but I was very disappointed We will definitely try again but it'll be a while. Prices are definitely fair

Yelp
Love Sal's special, 2 slices of NY cheese pizza $5 plus a drink for $1.00 more, and they're so nice! ,

Yelp
THIS PLACE IS A HIDDEN GEM! A friend of my husband recommended we try this place and we were not disappointed! This is honestly one of the BEST tasting pizzas we've BOTH had! Their crust alone is 10/10 - perfection! I had their Philly cheesesteak with fries and everything was delicious! Jo the Manager was so warm and welcoming! She walked us through the menu and gave us recommendations which was really sweet! It's a super comfy cozy little place with really great food, great staff and great prices! We definitely plan to be regulars!

Yelp
My daughter ordered a pizza and was informed the pizza would be here at 5:50. The time is now 6:16 and no pizza . I have called twice and all I am told is it should be there shortly.

Pat E.

Yelp
This is our go to for pizza no matter if we are ordering in or picking up. It is always freshly made and delicious. We love their fried shrimp, it just the frozen shrimp but it is always good. Their chicken parm is delicious they use a really nice roll and it is almost as good as their meatball sandwich. For. the kids please order the chicken fingers and fries they are delicious. They always make their items to order and it is always so good. Their website is very easy to order on. They do their own deliveries which is nice you get to know your delivery guy!

Yelp
Living in Henderson and shopping at Von I have passed this place numerous time. I decided to try it once. I expected the pizza to be the typical pizza you get at the 7/11 type stores considering it was in the same building as the gas station store. (Hunt Brother provides all of them with frozen pizza which makes the the largest pizza company in the world). I ordered a whole pizza was really surprised at how good it was! Better than most of the pizza chains. The sauce has that old world flavor. I have never been a fan of the plain ("fresh") California tomato sauces with no seasoning. Have been back several times thereafter. I am really glad I decided to try them.

Yelp
I've been meaning to check this place out for awhile now.. ever since moving down the street a few years ago. I honestly wished I had not waited so long. The woman working the counter was super nice and friendly. We stopped in for the fantastic two slice special, two slices of cheese pizza and a drink for $4.99. The pizza was fantastic, you can tell the dough is hand stretched and it was thin and crispy. The sauce and cheese were in perfect proportion; all together a great slice! You would never guess this pizzeria is connected to a gas station. We'll definitely be back soon.

Yelp
I was at the ARCO and saw the sign for Sal's claiming to have NY Pizza. They have the real deal. The thin slices are crispy and the sauce is perfect. The staff was typical NY.

Yelp
My wife and I stopped for lunch, while visiting from out of town. Sal's was recommended to us by my buddy who is a local. We were greeted by Jackie and Jo, who were so easy to talk to and friendly. The food was better than expected. My wife got the Sal's meatball parm combo and I ordered the Italian combo. With the great service, phenomenal tasting food and friendly atmosphere, we will stop again the next time, we're in town.

Jonathan M.

Yelp
A friend said try Sal's Pizza today, a huge mistake by the way. My wife pulls up and I get out of the car and run in and pay for the pizza which by the way was over $30.00 and I was less than 1 minute in the store and came out and the cook is wanting to fight my wife because she's parked in front of the store for less than a minute, I come out with the pizza a minute later and the cook is taking off his apron wanting to fight my wife for parking out front. I don't know about you, but any cook that wants to take off his apron and wanting to fight a women for parking in front for less than a minute is a coward and the owner needs to to fire them and realistically think about how they treat paying customers. We will never go back, and we advise everyone not to go because of how they treat customers is absolutely absurd! Jon, Vegas resident since 1984!

Yelp
We were in the middle of moving houses and starving but tired of eating burgers and fries so we stopped into this little gem. We took advantage of a combo special that consisted of 2 slices of pizza and a drink for an AFFORDABLE price. The pizza was thin crust, perfectly topped with sauce & cheese. They had sodas and then in a small refrigerator they had Teddy's soda. This brand has the ALL TIME BEST cream soda! They also have Italian ice. Ambiance was welcoming and service was great and prompt. It appeared as though the lady knew everyone that came in- that tells me as a new patron that she has regulars. That type of atmosphere- where someone knows you simply shows good hearted business that genuinely appreciate their customers.

Yelp
Decent pizza, nothing to rave about. The fries are good. Mozzarella sticks were good, but the Marinara was not. Easy ordering and quick turn around. Overall, it was just ok.

Yelp
Found this place googling pizza by the slice. It's located within the gas station but has its own entrance. We were greeted by their friendly employee and placed our order. They have a good size dining area that you can eat there if you choose. We went with the 2 cheese slices combo that came with a drink and an additional pepperoni slice. Our lunch was around $10. The pizza was just absolutely delicious. They pop the slices in their oven that gives them a nice crispy crust. The flavor was all there. We will definitely be back.

Yelp
Good prices great service Been going there for years No better Italian food around The quality of food is so good it's like being in NY Don't pass this up. Prices are reasonable care is taken into ever order they make it like if you were family

Shane A.

Yelp
At first glance you say a pizza place attached to a gas station would be crappy , don't be fooled this little gem is a GREAT little pizza place, staff is awesome, food is amazing , prices are good, would totally recommend this place to anyone one who wants great food and a down home feel free to, would give it 10 stars but the app wouldn't let me.

Stephen M.

Yelp
The pizza is OK but the owner is the biggest asshole you ever met in your life save your money The only reason I got one star is because you're not allowed to give NONE
google avatar

Manny M.

Yelp
Best pizza in green valley , highly recommend it over any other pizza. It's made by hand and with care and the staff are so nice. They treat their customers with care and kindness.

Yelp
Best NY Style pizza, hands down. Very reasonably priced. Great, friendly staff. Been here 10 days and dined there four times so far. Excellent.

Yelp
Sal's pizza is our favorite neighborhood pizza. Very friendly staff and awesome product. Keep up the good work.

Yelp
My absolute favorite pizza in Rancho! They use top quality ingredients and it's always fresh and hot when I pick it up. Very friendly staff as well!

Yelp
Great New York style pizza. Sals is one of our top picks for pizza night and they have great ranch and great specials.

Yelp
I have now eaten Sal's for the 4th time so definitely time for a review. So delicious! The cheese pizza is my favorite. I know it's simple but man just perfect! Get a large so you can pop the leftovers in the oven the next day for lunch. MMMMM. So good. I've had the meatball sliders, garden salad, Caesar salad, chicken parm, baked ziti, cheese pizza, margarita pizza, and onion rings. Oh and get dessert! Where can you get $4 slice of cheesecake in Las Vegas!!?!? Honestly, the only thing I wasn't crazy about was the chicken Parmesan because I felt like it needed twice the amount of chicken. It was tasty just needed more chicken in my opinion. So next time I'm going to get their family meal with the chicken strips and the pizza. Can't wait. Above and beyond the food, the delivery service is amazing. Not your average "here's your pizza" delivery guy. Thankful my father in law shared his experience with Sal's and introduced us to this yummy food.

Yelp
Never had such NY style pizza with thin crust you could see through it. The grease soaked right into box. Sals must have changed hands because they use to have great pizza.

Joseph D.

Yelp
Great food and service never fails to impress! Try this place and you won't regret it.

Yelp
I am so fortunate to have this gem near by where I live. The cheese pizza blew me away. If you're looking for solid good new york style pizza, this spot is it. Small nook connected to the am/pm. I recommend trying the cheese pizza with jalapeño, cheese powder, pepper, and garlic powder

Charlie S.

Yelp
I've ordered a few times from here, the food is pretty good most of the time. Service is good and friendly. Today they forgot some of my order, which I caught prior to walking out. The part of the order was hot fingers. I should have left without it, because the fingers they gave me had multiple pieces that were raw. When I called to complain they wanted me to bring the bad pieces back so they can remake it. When I told them I wouldn't do that, they offered a credit. I rather not go back here and waste my time for food that's not made right the first time.

Yelp
Pizza is good and Sal's was worth the trip. They are located next to /attached to a gas station with their own entrance on the left side of building. I had the White Pizza with sausage. Thin style with a nice crust. Just a heads up if you use cash to pay you will not be charged a credit card fee. Also they have a special if you are just looking for a few slices and not a whole pie. Just how they do back in New York. I dont have a picture to go with this review but everything turned out good.

Rick G.

Yelp
Pizza was terrible.. and on top of that they forgot part of my order, when I called to get a refund they only wanted to give me store credit.. witch I will not be using as there pizza is very bland and lacks flavor. Don't waste your money

Yelp
I've been a customer of this business for years. Never had a problem with them, enjoying my usual quality twice weekly orders. Just tried to reach them and was given a rude message that my phone was blocked from their business. I have no idea whatsoever why this happened. I've always been a very polite customer and always leave tips in the jar for them. I had referred them to multiple friends of mine with success..Thinking that this was an error, I called using a friend's phone to try again to order a takeout pizza. When questioned what my phone never was I gave them my phone # and the female Clerk told me that my number was blocked from their business, refusing my order and would not explain to me anything further as to why , hanging up on me. There's lots of pizza places in this area that would love to have my $40 a week. You blew it Sal's
google avatar

Chuck K.

Yelp
Great little lunch spot. $5 for 2 slices and a soda is a good deal. The people are very nice. Support small business!

Shane A.

Yelp
Went to sals for a couple slices, once again 10 stars , staff , food and the chef came up with a ice chocolate chip cookie cannoli, ice cream sandwich that was to die for . Thanks to sals for a GREAT local pizza joint . Totally recommend it !
google avatar

Shasta H.

Yelp
Literally THE best pizza I have had in Vegas. The crust, the sauce to crust ratio, the cheese, the meatballs! It's very good. The chef salad is super and the ranch dressing is the best. The only place I get pizza. They have pastas, appetizers, and dessert.
google avatar

Edwin D.

Yelp
This pizza spot is such a Mom and Pop joint. The staff is very nice. The pizza is very delicious and a great value. I went there on a Thursday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised at the food and atmosphere. I love getting slices at a pizzeria and they have a great deal for that. There are very few places like this left in the Vegas area.

Yelp
I have to agree with the Pirate and Anthony C. This place has turned into a toilet !! I was greeted by nice employees for the last 2 years and today got a dose of I guess the owner, Will never be back, signed, Service Dog
google avatar

Amy L.

Yelp
Hidden in the other half of a gas station is a fantastic and reasonably priced pizza joint. Their calzones are the best in town, pizza is simple and delicious and the Caesar salad is legit. The staff is always very friendly and it's a cute & clean spot. It's also incredibly affordable for the quality. I'm guessing it's not a chain so there's another plus.
google avatar

Ed B.

Yelp
Quality of ingredients seems to be going downhill and prices are going up. The crust was thin and soggy in the middle like they just dumped the canned ingredients on the crust water and all. Then the toppings were not cooked enough. Pretty sad because this place used to put out a decent pizza.
google avatar

Carlos L.

Yelp
Food was okay but not great for the price. Cashier wasn't the nicest ether. Over all don't think I will be going back.
google avatar

Jaden W.

Yelp
Food is great but they need to hire new staff. Been coming here since I was 6 & i'm now 18. Had a extremely rude experience last time. Employee who took our order raised his voice & suggested we take our pizza to go, even though closing wasn't till 40 mins later. He then proceeds to turn off the TV for the whole store while we're waiting. His attitude was candidly appalling, and his appearance was ill favored an unpleasant. WTF SAL?!

KG M.

Yelp
Hands down, I know I need help and soon!! It's going to look strange, but I'm going to have to ask strangers outside to get me my fix. I have always been a pizza lover, an addictive pizza lover. Just can't help it! Lived in the valley for 50 plus years, driven through Pecos/Windmill & saw a pizza place attached to a gas station. Gas station pizza? nah Pass on that. How stingy of myself for not trying a lunch deal. Getting gas anyway, so.... If I meet you at pump 3? asking for a friend

Yelp
I've passed by almost daily and read their boasts about "real New York pizza" but honestly I let the location (attached to a mini-mart/gas station) deter me. I was wrong. The pizza here is fantastic- the crust is thin and airy and chewy, the toppings are fresh, flavorful, and plenty, and it is served up piping hot. We ordered online directly from their website and only 20 minutes later we picked up a 16" meat lover's ($22) and a 10" Son of Sal (white cheese blend, garlic, spinach- $11) and were so impressed, not a crumb was left behind. I have no idea if this is authentic New York, but I know it's delicious and I know I have a new favorite corner pizza shop.

Yelp
This place is my in-laws favorite place to eat pizza and for good reason. The pizza is good. I think it's a little expensive but hey, is good pizza. Their ranch dressing is also top notch. We ordered 3 large pizzas. Oh that reminds me. They only have large and mini. The mini is good for one person. On this particular day it took about 30 min for our pizza to be done. That's about average. Got home, opened the box and BAM! That seamy cheese smell hits you right in the face. But when I pulled out a slice, the tip part was left behind. No problem, I pulled out another slice and the tip part came off again. Now I'm not talking about the toppings. I'm talking about the bread part. When I looked closer I found that the middle wasn't quite done and was soggy. Oh well I still ate the pizza because it was good. This isn't usually what we experience when we get pizza from here so it's all good.
google avatar

Yelp
I've gone here multiple times and have never had a problem. This last visit left me questioning will I ever return. My sals special really seemed to be missing toppings. This is really sad for a $20 pizza.I am truly not happy. I also had ordered a Hawaiian pizza that was lacking toppings too with this order. Not sure what the issue was.
google avatar

Sean D.

Yelp
First time and probably last time as there are too many good pizza places around town. The pizzas, lasagna and meat trio were slightly overdone, the white veggie pizza was pretty good. Also ordered chicken fingers, decent amount of fingers but only one ranch per order and no fries...the fingers were pretty good but probably not good enough for a return visit...I guess that more was expected as I've heard good things about this spot. Even though the cost was over $60.00 for 3 small pizzas, 2 orders of fingers, and a 2 liter of Coke I think that the price points are in line with similar establishments...will look elsewhere in future.
google avatar

Louie S.

Yelp
When you drive by the corner gas station, you'll most likely miss this hidden establishment as it shares the same roof and floor. Access is towards the Northwest corner of the building next to the Handicap stall. When you get inside, it is separated from the gas station by an expandable barricade. While there is nothing special about the inner decor, it's what you'd expect of a mom and pop Pizza shop. Don't let your eyes deceive you, but do follow your nose as the aroma will paint a picture of what you are about to enjoy. On my 05AUG2021 visit, posted sign requiring face covering. Plexiglass barrier at the register. Employees wear masks. Dine in available although all orders were take out or delivery. Picked up some fountain drinks and water bottles to go with our half pepperoni pizza, meatball sandwich, spaghetti with meatballs and side salad. Do yourself a favor and order an extra side of homemade ranch as it's taste is extremely delicious and goes really well with the pizza crust. This is definitely going to become one of our favorite places to eat from as everything we had exceeded our expectations. The portions were generous and we had enough to take home. We as a family look forward to coming back and trying out the rest of the menu. Until then, drop on by and give them a try.

Yelp
I have lived in Nevada my entire life so of course I knew the original owner of Sal's Pizza. My family and I have been patrons for many years. The place is old but it was such a pleasant place to eat at. The lady at the front is very polite and always has a smile. Unfortunately, the place was sold quite a bit ago and this new owner is not only impolite but RUDE AND WITHOUT SHAME! I was horrified when my 80 year old Aunt left his store in tears. She was told to NEVER come back to his establishment and yelled at her in front of all the people in his tiny pizza place which he shares with an am pm store. My Aunt, again who is 80 years old, called his restaurant and ordered some food. She doesn't have an enormous amount of money and she uses her money wisely. She had a 15% off coupon and tried to use it on her phone delivery order but was told she had to hand it to the delivery driver. So she said alright. When the delivery guy arrived she sent her son to the door who handed the coupon over but was told now, sorry you have to tell the guy when you place your order. She wasn't allowed to use it. She returned to Sal's about 5 days later to talk to the owner and explain to him what happened. He YELLED at her in front of everyone that was there, tried throwing her a $20 bill and said get out of my store you are not welcome here! She left crying profusely... She will never get over her humiliation or his meanness... We went in the next day (her son and I) to see why he shamed her in front of everyone. He then raised his voice, yelled at us and had the NERVE, to tell us to get out of his store! I wanted to yell, cry and ugggghh am now so very upset! Please avoid this "pizza place" at all costs!! It is on Pecos and Wigwam....Called Sal's Pizza...WORSE PLACE IN VEGAS!

Yelp
I ordered a pie the other day to go and when I got home there were bugs crawling on top of the pie!
