I’ve eaten at a 3 Michelin star restaurant in Barcelona, a barbecue shack on a back road in Savannah, Georgia, and and chefs tables around the world. I’ve had cheap meals I dream about and $500+ meals I wish I could get refunded. But, until tonight, I have never had a meal experience that has me planning to return to a country just to eat there again. When traveling, I rarely dine at the same restaurant twice. Why go back when there are so many choices? 2 Fools and a Bull was a first for me. I want to go back. I came home from vacation a couple weeks ago but I still think about what will be on the menu next time. Food that focuses on the ingredients and how to make them shine. Two amazing men making delectable bites in a warm environment like a friend’s house. Next time I go to Aruba, I’ll make my reservations here first and plan around that. This place a gem not to be missed.
