My date and I waited 45 minutes just for our appetizer to come out. We were seated in a corner by the window and blatantly ignored the entire time. One waitress kept making direct eye contact with us like she was about to come over—then would literally turn and walk the other way. Drinks were barely refilled, and after waiting an hour, we were finally asked what we wanted for our entrées.
By then, we had already finished our appetizer with almost no drink left. And the cheese sauce? It wasn’t even a sauce—it was just a fat clump of melted cheddar, no cream or milk mixed in at all. Then our order was written down wrong. We asked for two burger combos (one veggie/bean patty and one regular meat burger, both with fries), but she rang everything up separately, so we were overcharged.
When the food finally came, the fries were soggy, the burgers were cold and falling apart, and my bean burger looked like it had been microwaved. My boyfriend’s burger was red in the middle, and his fries were dry, greasy, and had zero seasoning. I never even got my fries—because apparently, they were out. Instead of being honest, our waitress told us “we’ll be right back with your fries!” and never returned. We never got the fries, never got the ranch, and never got the ketchup we asked for.
At the end, another waitress casually mentioned they’d been out of fries the entire time. So not only were we ignored, but we were straight-up lied to. The excuse was that they were “busy,” but there were five open tables around us, and three tables seated after us got their food, ate, and left before ours ever arrived.
We paid $60 for one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. Between the long waits, terrible service, cold food, and blatant dishonesty, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
