20 E Scott - PPM Apartments

When I first moved to Chicago, PPM made the entire process of moving into their apartments quick and easy. After my first year, I considered moving elsewhere, but when time and options were running short, PPM helped me transition into another apartment even faster. Huge thanks to my agent, Bogdan, for making everything seamless and stress-free! And lastly, any issues I had with my apartment, the building engineers were very prompt in taking care of them.

Manager is nice, place feels clean, quick to fix things, and a great neighborhood. Electric, and internet are separate, other utilities included in price. 5 floors. Reason for 2 stars: the upstairs neighbors is hell if you need to go to bed early. Floors are poorly insulated and as someone that prioritizes sleep, you won't get any good sleep with the stomping that goes on here. It's only been less than a month but I already know I will not renew after the lease ends (they do not allow you to break lease) and am disappointed I wasn't able to tour in person due to relocating before moving in otherwise I wouldn't have picked this place for the poor insulation between the floors.

Ppm was extremely easy to work with, they helped me get set up every step of the way I’d highly recommend
