Ppm was extremely easy to work with, they helped me get set up every step of the way I’d highly recommend

Manager is nice, place feels clean, quick to fix things, and a great neighborhood. Electric, and internet are separate, other utilities included in price. 5 floors. Reason for 3 stars: the upstairs neighbor is hell if you need to go to bed early or need to prioritize sleep, which is entirely due to the poor construction and insulation between the floors. You won't get any good sleep with hearing every foot fall and "stomping" that goes on here. It's only been a week but I'm guessing that's why the prior tenant moved out. I already know I will not renew after the lease ends (they do not allow you to break lease) and am disappointed I wasn't able to tour in person due to relocating before moving in otherwise I wouldn't have picked this place. If you are heavy sleeper then go for it.
