Had a terrible experience with monthly parking at 2000 14th St N Garage. A leaking pipe above my spot left permanent rust damage on my car. Management ignored my claim for weeks, and their voicemail was full. Only got a response after going through SpotHero. After submitting clear evidence of the leak, they denied my claim with a weak excuse and never sent the promised written explanation. Completely unprofessional. Avoid this garage at all costs. Not worth the risk.
