I've ordered twice from the two locations near 125th street, and the burger was superb, and fries cooked just right. Speedy delivery too. 10/10

This is the worst short order cooks on NYC. I ordered a sausage omelette with grilled peppers and onions in home fries and omelette. I received sausage omelette with hard onion and peppers no cheese or onion peppers in or on home fries. After I told him how I'd like my food. I paid $28 for poor service. I don't recommend this place. They suck!

I usually don't venture to this part of the city upper east Harlem via Lexington ave without a small army or Sherman tank but my cuz just finished his tour and I don't have to be nervous (just kidding ) .I love the breakfast at jimbos hamburger joint and during lunch time the burgers and other lunch menu stuff ain't bad as well. I like the retro decor and as much as I like counter seating I prefer a large table which we were able to get at 730am with a semi filled crowd . Pancakes and sausages with potatoes would be exactly what I need to start my day and coffee and juice to complete the deal. You can get a hamburger in the morning or pancakes in the afternoon so how can anyone dislike this place . For breakfast, burgers , sandwiches, shrimps , etc, this is comfort food at reasonable prices without the guilt .

Fattening and greasy burgers - a perfect combination for success. I have been ordering from Jimbo's for a few months, and it is a pretty nice go to standard for me. The food pretty much is what one would expect from a local greasy diner, but it hits the spot for an intense morning after hangover. I honestly did not know that Jimbo's is a chain; nevertheless, it's still worth trying it out. I am not that bougie with my hangover remedies. The price of food is pretty low, and one does not need to meet a crazy minimum for delivery. For the most part, delivery is on point. There was one situation when the food took forever and a day to arrive.

Want to go to hamburger heaven? Then this is the place for you. I happened to pass by here on the way to a work assignment and remembered a mover who helped me recommending this place. I thought "I need to eat dinner so why not try it?" It's not much on the inside (and you do NOT get to loiter here if you're not eating) but the guys behind the counter were polite and accommodating, even getting me a glass of tap water with ice to enjoy my burger and fries. Both the burger & the fries were awesome and totally hit the spot + kept me from being starving a short time later or getting sick from too much greasiness. I got the toppings I wanted and found there is definitely a reason this is a Harlem staple. Go check it out if you're in the area sometime.

We were going to see a show at the Harlem Rep theater and needed a quick dinner before. We found Jimbo's here and were very thankful we did. It is a small restaurant with about 4 tables and a long counter. You place your order at the counter and can eat at a table. All the employees were smiling to greet us as we entered and they were very nice. We ordered a bunch of different thinks. My bacon cheeseburger was delicious. Crunch on the outside, seasoned well and juicy. My wife had the fish sandwich with was light, crunchy and not greasy at all. My parents had a gyro and chicken gyro which they said were as good as most Greek restaurants that specialize in it. My kids had pancakes and grilled cheese. The pancakes were a little crisp on the outside, nice and fluffy on the inside and HUGE! The grilled cheese was crunchy, gooey and great. We had drinks too and the meal was under $50 for the 6 of us. Great bargain, delicious food and fantastic staff. When we are up in the area, we will definitely be back!

Horrible & Disgusting customer service! Not worth spending my money on. They need to be humble, for a hole in a wall diner, they sure aren't. Never will I eat from this place again.

I order Pancakes with banana and strawberries and bacon. I asked for my fruit to be on top of my pancakes and they cooked my bananas in the pancakes anyway. They forgot my bacon. I will not order from Jimbo's on 125 street and Lexington avenue again. $17.00 for a waste of food. and i never got my bacon.

My godmother and son had their vegetable omelet, pancakes and turkey sausage this morning and been sick and throwing up ever since. Be very careful of this place, this is the second time they both ate from this place and both got sick at the same time. There might be some cross contamination going on in this place. They need to clean their act up!!!!

Basura. Ordered via seamless & took an hour plus to arrive. By the time it finally arrived my grits were cold and congealed, pew. If possible, order from the location in the heights.

If you live in a highrise building, Jimbo don't deliver. Be prepared to go to your lobby. I canceled my order.

Food here taste like literal garbage. Sooooo disappointing. For starters, they don't use real onions for their onion rings. It's some sort of starch concoction I'm guessing. Secondly, the turkey burger is horrible. I could tell the patties were frozen before cooked. They use oily very fake american cheese, and my burger was soggy and gooey. The chocolate mouse cake is dry. Overall I felt like my whole meal was dug up from the garbage, reheated and served to me.

Love the food and service. Delivery time isn't that bad but could definitely be a little faster

I always know Jimbo's will satisfy my breakfast cravings. This has been a local restaurant to me and my friends for years, Jimbo's is quick service, good food, and nice crew.

This place is good to get great burgers. I had walked by it hundreds of times and decided to try it after a friend recommended it. I like that the burgers are grilled as you order, and the fries are pretty good too. I have only tried the deluxe size burgers and fries, and it is a pretty filling and delicious meal at a reasonable price (cheaper than McDonald's!) and the burgers definitely have a more homemade and quality taste than McDonald's. There is a lot more on the menu besides burgers, so there is something for everybody! This place has become my guilty pleasure - I highly recommend.

These burgers are something SERIOUS. I mean SERIOUSLY DELICIOUS of course! It is unfortunate I did not eat at the Jimbo chains sooner because I have been missing out especially being such a burger fanatic that I am. Haha. The fries are mediocre in taste, but are fine to have with your burger. The burgers are what I strongly suggest you try from here. This location is a bit small, but there are just enough seats to sit down and eat. Although this location and some of the other ones are located in not so pleasant areas, the burgers are completely worth a visit to any of their locations.

The burgers are good. Fries are excellent. The bacon cheese burgers had a nice amount of bacon. The breakfast was good. The corn muffins are good. Service could be faster.

TERRIBLE! I've been ordering for years. I called around 10 in the morning an placed an order. After an hour and a half of not receiving food, I called and he said that the order is on its way. After 2 AND A HALF HOURS....I called and he said that I never placed an order with them. I told him yes I did, gave him the exact time, and told him that HE was the person that took his order. He kept on arguing that I NEVER place the order which is ridiculous. I understand you are busy but this is not the way to treat a customer! AVOID ORDERING FROM THEM VIA PHONE!

Best damn burgers for under $8. Expansive menu. Highly recommended for breakfast. Chill group of guys behind the counter, a few less than savory customers, piping hot coffee, and good luck getting delivery on a Saturday or Sunday during peak hours. They might not even pick up the phone. Not too much competition nearby makes it the best option.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. Please note this rating has nothing to do with Jimbo's food, but rather their customer service or better yet lack! I have ordered from Jimbo's multiple times and each time I received horrible customer service. The last time was today. I ordered my breakfast, within 30 minutes of ordering I received a phone call from the delivery person stating he was outside after which he hung up. I knew he was not outside because my office has cameras facing the entry to the building. I called him back to explain to him that he was not outside my company, to which he stated once again " I am outside" and hung up the phone. I decided to go outside to see if he was standing out of the camera's range, he was not. I called him back repeatedly and received no response. As I was about to go back into my office, he arrives on his bike and says nothing. I had to ask him if he was from Jimbo's. I informed him that I called him multiple times, to which his response was "so". I also told him that he hung up on me which was rude. He acted as if he did not hear what I said. I told him to give me my food and walked back into my office business. I typically don't write reviews, but this place of business definitely needs to improve how they treat their customers because they have officially lost me as one.
