If I could give a zero rating, I would. Please note this rating has nothing to do with Jimbo's food, but rather their customer service or better yet lack! I have ordered from Jimbo's multiple times and each time I received horrible customer service. The last time was today. I ordered my breakfast, within 30 minutes of ordering I received a phone call from the delivery person stating he was outside after which he hung up. I knew he was not outside because my office has cameras facing the entry to the building. I called him back to explain to him that he was not outside my company, to which he stated once again " I am outside" and hung up the phone. I decided to go outside to see if he was standing out of the camera's range, he was not. I called him back repeatedly and received no response. As I was about to go back into my office, he arrives on his bike and says nothing. I had to ask him if he was from Jimbo's. I informed him that I called him multiple times, to which his response was "so". I also told him that he hung up on me which was rude. He acted as if he did not hear what I said. I told him to give me my food and walked back into my office business. I typically don't write reviews, but this place of business definitely needs to improve how they treat their customers because they have officially lost me as one.
