207 at Hard Rock Hotel San Diego

Food was great! Chef was clear and open about meeting my dietary needs. The wings I had were very large and delicious. I had one large wing that was a little cold towards the bone but everything else was great I recommend the wings with a spicy margarita. It was a bit expensive but enjoyable.

Staff is extremely unprofessional and rude to customers. I'm a California local and have lived here my entire life. Have never experienced such poor manners and poor behavior. All I did was walk into the bar and the staff treated me terribly.

The hotel is nice, but a lack of hot water for showers is a bit of a disappointment.

This place is so awesome! It was so busy, but the crew was amazing that was on yesterday. They were on top of everything. The bar manager Rudy was super nice and came and touched bases with us through out the time we were there and kept us updated on the time for our food. He made some super amazing drinks for us! You can tell he gets down with his staff when the floor is so busy. That was super refreshing to see. That's a manager that supports his team. We had three awesome people that kept up with us and helped us when ever we needed. Bri and Michael were on point and were running tables amazingly! They came and made sure we were having a good time and our table was clean and we got everything we needed. They were so busy but held it down so well. Thank you so much guys! We had an amazing time! You guys were all so great! You guys will be the reason we will return! Thank you so much!

Service sub par on a slow night, cheese pizza had zero flavor and was remotely cold, we ended up doing canned drinks when the waitres and bartender didn't seem interested in us in the end your paying for a name and zero quality

Nice venue and classy sleek bar with good drinks

That hotel has one of the coolest atmospheres and as a rock fan it’s amazing

We enjoyed our stay here and frequented 207 on more than 1 occasion. The food and service were great and we particularly enjoyed Bri who was friendly and attentive. Cheers 207!
