So happy I found this place 😊 coffee's super good (tried their tiramisu latte, so yummy!) Can't wait to try the other flavors soon cuz there's just so many to choose from. Great customer service as well which is a major plus :) Highly recommend & can't wait to go back!

She was super duper sweet! She was happy to make sure our order was absolutely perfect! My only regret is that I didn't tip her better (I panicked) but she was very gracious with the pocket change I scrounge up in my panic 😅 I got the mocha frap thing (I forgot what it's called) and it's PERFECT! It has a smooth coffee taste with chocolate flavor and that signature coffee bite at the end 😋 I really like that it's not overly sweet, it's refreshing without making you feel heavy afterwards. It's the perfect pick me up treat after a long day at the mall 😌 Super yummy!

Very nice coffee place located in the avenues mall food court. The coffee was very fresh, the staff was very friendly and very helpful. A must stop place when walking around the mall.

I first was introduced to 21 Queen Street when I was looking for a great cup of coffee in October. The place gps sent me, was to her warehouse location where this glorious coffee is roasted, by the owner herself. She was absolutely wonderful and made the best iced mocha latte I’ve ever had, and I don’t like iced coffee! Fast forward to now, and I drove all the way to The Avenues from Kingsland, Georgia just to support this business! Not only is it the best cup of coffee you will ever have, but the best service! I can’t speak to anyone else except the owner (Kimberly) and Franky (I hope I spelled her name right)! Trust that if there are service issues, speak up and it will be addressed and made right! This coffee company truly is the best I’ve ever experienced! If you’ve had a bad experience with 21 Queen Street, please give them another chance, this place truly is amazing!

This is the BEST coffee I have ever had! Kimberly the owner roasts the beans herself and really cares about the product! She is also super super nice and will educate on all things coffee! I can’t drink any coffee besides 21 Queen Street anymore! Definitely the best coffee in Jacksonville! I really recommend trying one of her signature flavor combinations she really knows what she is doing!

I was on that side of town for some real estate business and had a little extra time to kill so when I hopped on Google to put in the nearest coffee shop. 21 Queen Street was one of the closest and had one of the best review ratings. So, I decided to swing into The Avenues and check it out for myself. I'm so glad that I did because the coffee was excellent and the ladies that were working there today were a delight to chat with. The Irish Rose latte was fantastic!

Great place to stop by and get some great coffee at a decent price. I don't know how many times I've heard first time customers say it was better than SB. Location is right by the food court door at the Avenues Mall, so even if you have to park, it isn't that much of a walk to get in and order a cup of joe. I also like that they have a website to purchase bags of coffee in case you are WFH and want to make a cup without getting out of your PJs. Great service, everyone is kind, and the coffee is great.

I came across this place last week by chance. I was at the mall and was looking to have an espresso after my lunch as I usually do. I’ve been having my espresso every day for 40 years and I have to say the espresso I had at this place was absolutely perfect. Furthermore, the service was excellent and the owner was so hospitable and friendly and had great knowledge and passion for coffee. I highly recommend this place for people who enjoy good coffee and great service.

My babe asked me if I could order some coffee for us....at 5pm. Who's still serving coffee at that hour? Apparently 21 Queen Street does and I was able to get it delivered before I got home from work. I ordered the Blood Orange Peach Lemonade, a Butterfly Peaberry Lemonade, and a Hot Americano with Apple, Cinnamon Roll, and Almond Milk. When we got them the labels on the cold drinks were flipped so we started drinking each others. I was actually drinking his Blood Orange Peach Lemonade labeled as the Butterfly Peaberry and he was drinking my Butterfly labeled as the Blood Orange. The Blood Orange was really sweet but still good and he stated the Butterfly Peaberry was subtly sweet and flowery. He drank the Americano but he stated it was bland. That may have been because he drank it the next day. It smelled really good when it was delivered, not sure what happened after that. I'd get them again. They got some other tasty sounding drinks

Nice bright location near the Food Court entry at the Avenues mall. The staff was courteous and very informative. I was a bit weary from shopping and she suggested an energy mock tail for a pick up. Not only was the Blue lagoon delicious but I felt a burst on renewed energy.

What started as a Local Northside Coffee Truck has now added an in-house coffee spot within the Avenues Mall Food Court. The owner Kimberly is one of the sweetest most hard-working lady you'll ever meet and you must head over and check out the new digs in the Mall. I know you don't wanna get out of your car for coffee, but stop being lazy and support local damn it!

Wonderful addition to the already impressive Avenues Mall food court! Coffee was excellent, Latte was delicious, and service was outstanding. A perfect place to get your coffee fix while shopping.

Amazing whole been coffee, roasted by the owner Kimberly you can tell she takes an immense amount of pride in the coffee she makes. The queens blend coffee is by far the best I've had.

I got a matcha here and it tasted like spoiled milk, I was too nervous to go back to ask for a refund but definitely not worth 7 dollars...

A nice coffee kiosk conveniently located inside the mall. Thank you to Alexis who rung me up and served me my cold brew coffee; She was very sweet and I appreciated her customer service.

I pass by 21Queen Street Coffee all the time and decided to stop by this morning for my coffee fix and they did not disappoint. I got the caramel frappe and it was so rich and decadent, it was so strong you could taste the coffee, which I absolutely love! This was definitely a pleasant surprise. I will be back.
