Macy was our server, and she was very personable. She checked on us often and refilled my water without me having to ask. We couldn't decide which pizza to get so she recommended doing a half and half. I had the Plant with goat cheese added. The other half was the Stallion. I loved my pizza! But my hubby wasn't in love with his half. I think he was looking for more of a standard pizza, as I thought his half was pretty good too. We came in about 3pm, which is a fantastic time to come. The place only had a few other guests, so it was quiet and relaxing and the music playing was great. I can't wait to go back and try their deserts!

Tasty pizza and super friendly staff! Rock'n Dough is one of our go-to spots, and this review comes with a funny story, and a reminder to always double check the address for takeout. I was ordering takeout on a Friday night and thought I selected the location on Dickerson Pike, which is close to where I live. However, I accidentally picked the Gallatin restaurant instead (which meant about an hour of driving round trip!) Oh well, my mistake gave me a chance to check out this new location. Parking was a process ... I circled the lot a couple of times before snagging a spot as someone was leaving. Rock'n Dough is right next to an Edley's and an M.L. Rose, making it the spot to be for dinner on a Friday night. The inside is expansive, and indeed, the restaurant was packed. Thankfully, there's a separate counter for to-go orders, and my food was ready and waiting when I arrived! The team member that was stationed there was super helpful - even running to grab an extra side of ranch for me before I left. The pizza was delicious (as always), and I also have to shout out the cauliflower crust, which we tried for the first time. I love that they offer this for folks who are gluten-free or just eating healthy. I'd love to return and dine in-person at this location soon!

A fun family spot with tasty treats worth trying out!!! The service- wonderful. Attentive staff, friendly faces, great suggestions. The food- mostly AMAZING! The zz tots were out of this world, the bread was delicious, and the pizza was pretty good. The bowling?! FUN! So cool to let the kiddos have a great time while waiting for the meal. (Which wasn't a long wait anyways) My biggest regret was getting the BBQ pizza, which didn't stack up to the rest of the pizzas purchased at my table. It wasn't bad, but tasted like a smoked paprika or chili powder coated it. Would absolutely return, and would likely recommend to others!

Always great service and food. We love going to the bar especially for the bartenders!

We ordered online through the "Local by Toast" app, which was very easy to use. However, I called to ask about vegan options, and the staff member I spoke with was clueless. She quickly said they didn't have any vegan options. I tried to explain what vegan meant and mentioned my food allergies, but she still insisted they didn't offer anything vegan. I strongly urge the management/owners to train all staff on dietary options and what they mean. It's an important part of customer service and not too difficult to understand! BTW they DO have vegan options. And the pizza was delicious. I would have given 5 stars but the staff needs more training.

The plants pizza was very good. I ordered the children's pizza bread for my son since it also came with fries. I asked if we could substitute the truffle fries, because I wanted to try them. Our server graciously made the substitution free of charge and they were pretty tasty.

Went here today with my fam and had a mixed experience. I skipped the pizza and got the red pasta--actually pretty tasty! But my family's personal pizzas were a letdown, super doughy and undercooked (check my pic). Our server wasn't the best. barely checked on us, took two asks for a lemon for my family members iced tea, she actually didn't even get here to the table much my Dad had to get it from the bar. Plus, it was so loud we could hardly chat! Maybe some soundproofing for the bowling area would help. In short, pasta was solid, but the pizza and service? Not so much. Even though we got there right when they opened, the service was still good. Their food was amazing, along with a unique selection of beer choices.

Fun atmosphere and delicious pizza! Service was good too. Only downside (in my opinion) is the fact that they only serve their own locally brewed beers, no domestics at all... But overall a great new addition to Gallatin!

Neat concept with lively atmosphere, plenty of TVs, three mini-bowling lanes, and a nice outdoor patio area. Colorful, festive atmosphere. Went on a Monday night so it wasn't crowded. Took a little while for our server to appear after we were seated, but other than that the service was good. Daughter got a 10-inch build your own which was enough for two people. Mom and I split a 16-inch Old McDonald, which was massive - enough for three meals. Good crust but I thought the flavors were lacking - it was pretty bland. Will definitely come back but try something different next time.

Reading the reviews, you would think this place has the best pizza in the world. Sadly, the natives of Tennessee have no earthly clue what good pizza is. From the reviews, I expected a crispy crust that's full of flavor, yet I'm sitting here eating a pizza that makes me wish I had ordered Pizza Hut. Floppy. Greasy. Conveyor belt pizza. When the name "dough" is in your name, you've got to nail that food item. We may go back for other food, but never for pizza. There's one pizza that wears the crown in Gallatin, and they aren't going to be threatened any time soon.

I made a carry out order and the food did not disappoint. Quality ingredients and hit the spot.

First time at Rock'n Dough - what a fun atmosphere! Our service was great and friendly. She was super knowledgeable about the Rock'n Dough legacy and had some fun facts. The food was great and we loved their beer selections. We will definitely be back!

Brought our Grand's here, nobody ate the food, but they enjoyed the bowling($30. for an hour) The place is a chuck-e- cheese with better beer in tiny glasses. Host sat us in the back of an empty restaurant in the smallest booth possible and tried to be *cute about it. Never going back.

Absolutely the best pizza in our area! Each pizza is not only delicious, but like a work of art!

We were bringing a group of 28 there on a Saturday night and I called a week or so ahead of time and worked with Barbie Chandler. She was a dream, the whole process was a dream, they were so easy, when we walked in the appetizers were on the table and waiting for us and the entire staff was attentive and made our whole night a ton of fun. My wife and I ordered a pizza. It was very good with plenty of toppings and a good crispy bottom when you order the cauliflower crust. I would definitely go back again.

Beer and pizza on Saturday night is always great. Pizza crust great topping a little lite could be better. Bar service good considering how busy they were.

Fun place, great atmosphere and good food. Beer was really good too. It's not going to blow your socks off or anything, but it's a great place to bring the family and have good meal.

I LOVE This PIZZA!!! This location is in the newly created retail space on Hwy 31 between Hendersonville & Gallatin. It's great for Families with the Bowling games set up in the middle of the restaurant, VERY NOISY. Our Server, Macy, was AMAZING!! Prompt, Knowledgable and Friendly. A very cool spot for Pizza, Libations and Fun!

The only cauliflower crust pizza I've ever liked. And the service is amazing! The pretzel bites and cheese are also great!

Went here for a birthday and it was an all around good time! A ton of seating if you're just wanting to get pizza and beer and they have four lanes for the mini bowling. Each lane also has an eight top table. The pizza is pretty solid, if you're a Yankee pizza snob you might say different, but I still know good pizza for a Tennesseean and it's pretty decent pizza. They have a good beer selection all from their brewery in Jackson, TN and they let you try some to find the one you like. My table got all different types of beers and I tried theirs so most of the beer selection in my opinion is pretty good. The service was also great and the inside was really clean. I think a family or a group of adults would really like this place! If you do decide to bring your kids keep in mind it's still a bar so actually watch them.

Long wait. It was loud and like a circus. I felt like I was an eating at Chuck E. Cheese. The pizza was OK. They do have an amazing Bourbon list !

The food was great with an assortment of pizzas as well as other items. My favorite was the cauliflower crust with mushrooms, onions, and cheese. The atmosphere was light/fun and kids can play while parents enjoy each other's company. Our server was great. I wasn't a fan of the beer but there was plenty to choose from.

Even though this a new restaurant, it is disgustingly filthy, they don't wipe down anything there's dust and dirt and grime all over everything! I have to say I believe the pizza is frozen, it was still all watery after having them run it through twice! And it tasted horrific! I've actually had better frozen pizza. I concur with the person that said That they left wishing I had ordered Pizza Hut, which is pretty much the bottom of the barrel! I don't know how they've managed to open more than one of these, but I don't anticipate it staying open for long! It really is that bad!

My wife and I as well as our friends have been going to Rock'n Dough almost once a week since it opened. The pizzas are delicious and well priced and the same goes for the burgers! And their beignets are some of the best I've had. The staff is very friendly and it's great looking place. My reason for the four stars is that their appetizers and sides of fries are extremely overpriced for the amount you get. $12 for 5 mozzarella sticks, $8 for 7 tater tots, $9 for 10 garlic fries.

First time here. This place is incredible! The best pizza around! Salads & wings are amazing. Great atmosphere and staff! What a fun place!

Definitely not a great experience. Appetizers were overly expensive for 8 tots. Help is over worked. Got charged six dollars for ranch dressing that we were told would be free. We asked for it to cover up the taste of the pizza but still left the server a tip since they said the manager refused to take it off. Very loud almost like Chuck E. Cheese! Think they were lying because I don't believe they police their ranch.

This was our first visit. Best pizza in town! We'll be back. Great service, very family friendly, can be a bit loud.

Food was delicious. Burrata hit the spot! Calzone was yummy. I ordered through a delivery app so I must say the prices were a bit high for the pizzas/calzones, but I am definitely visiting this place in person. The burrata was everything I hoped it would be and more.

Service sucks at best! With an exception of the bar those guys were good. Second time we tried this place same service. Good atmosphere the food is the only reason I will go back and eat at the bar.

I can NOT say enough about Rock'n Dough Pizza Brewery in Gallatin. My friends brought me there for my birthday. We were lucky enough to have a sweet and knowledgeable server named Candace. They play fun music from the 70's and 80's. The aesthetic is so much fun but here is the best part. I have lived in Tennessee since 2018. This is by far the best pizza I have ever had since I've lived here. Not only that, but they also do vegan. Since it is close to my home it makes it so much easier to get pizza for my son. We used to head into Nashville to get OK lactose free pizza. it just didn't taste that great. I highly recommend eating here. Amazing. Kim.

The food was amazing! I have never had pizza that was so crisp, there was no flimsy pizza in sight The service was so fast, and everything was correct in our order! I definitly recommend trying their Dill Pickle Ranch, it is divine! Everything is made in house, and it shows! The restaraunt is very lively, and there is even bowling!!! The ambiance was amazing! 10/10 recccomend - will come back again!
