"The San Francisco brewery expanded into the East Bay with a massive San Leandro brewery and taproom featuring seasonal, experimental, and collaboration beers you won’t find alongside 21st Amendment’s IPAs in grocery stores. The taproom and outdoor patio are closed, but to-go beer is available, Wednesday through Saturday, 3–6 p.m., for customers who order online." - Luke Tsai, Janelle Bitker

Such a cool brewery! HUGE footprint, lots of places to sit inside (and outdoor seating too!), had food truck options, nice staff, but most importantly, yummy beer!!!

Google
Such a cool place! It's tucked away in a business park and if you didn't know it was there you would never see it. They have a great selection of craft beers and will let you sample any and all until you find your favorite. They have a little food truck that serves small bar food items, nothing special. The employees are super friendly and helpful with helping you select a beer. They have a bathroom trailer set up which is clean but with such a big space, they should have an indoor bathroom. Had a great time though

Jan2025 Staff is always outstanding. I tried their Oatmeal Stout, I was not impressed, too watery. Their Fireside Chat was very good. The food was very good, do miss the Tachos. Mar 2024 Quesadilla with chicken was outstanding!!! This brewery never disappoints, but I wish they served Porters with low IBUs. Aug 26 2023 The event today, Augustfest 2023, is awesome. Great music. Staff are all outstanding. Major shoutout to Nico and Shawn, thank you for holding a great party. So wonderful it is dog friendly, we don't own a dog. Wonderful food trucks and great food from the 21st truck. I lfailed to find the Handicapped Parking, it was a long walk. Jun 2023 Great beers and excellent cheese curds. Cowboy burger is great. Ample parking and indoor provides wind protection. Outstanding management!!! Do call to verify that they will be open late and do not belive what the people in San Francisco say, they are sometimes wrong. Underberg Digestif was a great finishing touch!!! Their Prickly Pearadise is a great low IBU enjoyable brew. Thank you for opening up access from the Handicapped Parking to the beer garden!!! Very much appreciated!! MAR 2023 Still great but I wanted a heavy dark strong stout but was told they sold out last week. Totchos were not available, so sad. Cheese curds were good.

Google
Fantastic service and good beers. The food here is also pretty damn good. The COB salad was really good with lots of chicken and bacon, the fried cheeses curd were amazing, and the Bavarian pretzel was yummy!

Google
this is such a fun spot to hang out with friends, family, or go on a date. the liveliness in the taproom makes the environment so fun to be in. something that i appreciate is how there's also food options available. the drink options here are also so expansive (from the ones on the tap to cider in a can and more). the staff here are nice and friendly making it easy to approach them. 10/10 would recommend for you all to check out this spot!

Food is really good. Some beers are great some are a dud. I liked the pilsner and the lager ,but not the IPAs. Wheat beer is also a must try if you're into that. 4.2/5 for the beers and 4.6/5 for the food.

Google
Their Blood Orange IPA is magnificent! I was in the Bay Area for the New Year so I had to visit their brewery. Huge brewery inside & outside with outdoor patio, great for big gatherings. They have appetizers and sandwiches but their main is obviously their craft beers. They have variety of beers so if its your first time, start with flights and see what you like. They also have Happy Hours on the weekdays. Their August Beer Festival is one of a kind. 4.6/5 ⭐️

For the first time, I found myself in this charming spot, sharing moments and laughter with my beloved Aunt Mary. The warmth of our bond breathed life into our surroundings, creating an atmosphere that was nothing short of magical. And amidst this joy, we found an unexpected delight - the watermelon Michalada. Don't just walk by, indulge yourself in this refreshing experience. It's not just a drink, it's a memory waiting to be made. So come, let the watermelon Michalada be a part of your story here, just like it is a part of mine.

Yelp
First time visiting their main brewery! I visited another branch in SF, and during that time they didn't have their signature Hell or High Watermelon beer. So this time I finally got to try it! Here's a breakdown of my delightful experience: Hell or High Watermelon Wheat: This American wheat beer, infused with real watermelon, surprised me with its crisp, dry, and refreshing flavor. Perfect for warm days! Brew Free! or Die Blood Orange IPA: A twist on their classic IPA, this version features abundant blood orange puree and citrusy hops. Refreshingly different! Peanut Butter Porter: With its rich coffee fragrance and smooth peanut butter notes, this porter is a true treat for the senses. Brew Free! or Die IPA: The reimagined year-round IPA combines golden malts with dynamic hop aromas. A classic with a twist!

Yelp
Killer beer and tasty grub. Had the pretzel and the cheese curds. Tried: Beer free or die hazy As well as a few ipas.... Good stuff with a Cool vibe. Have fun.

Yelp
We stopped here before heading to Oakland Airport to head home from vacation. We got their watermelon beer and their sour, both were good and had great fruit flavor. We also got a few different flavors of wings, a flat bread and a chicken sandwich. All were quite good. The wings had good flavor, but were a tad on the dry side, but that is being picky. We also got the loaded tots, which were hot, crispy, and delicious! We also liked that there was a large outdoor patio that was covered, that we could keep an eye on the car with all our luggage.

Mark K.

Yelp
I came here before a Giants game, which seems to be the tradition now! We were seated quickly and ordered some of our usual delights, including, for me, the cheese curds and the sishito peppers. The food took a while to get to the table, as it was a busy place at that time. Yet, the benefit was that the food was hot and fresh. The peppers were just out of the cooker, so to speak, and the cheese curds were also the hottest I remember. Very nice. The peppers were a good size, very large compared to what I have found elsewhere. The cheese curds were not so large, and it seems the serving size gets smaller each time we visit, every year or so. Check out my past reviews for comparison photos. Still, they were tasty. The service was spot on, friendly, courteous and professional . . . Overall, still a good meal for the price, ambiance, and food quality. Can't wait 'til the next game day!

Yelp
Another brewery that I should already have a review for... Quality/Quantity - HH Tater Tots - Okay, fried well, fresh, but very plain. The sauce and ketchup helps. Also, it was not of very generous quantity, but again, we paid HH prices. Sorry, I forgot to take pictures of the menu, as we only came for Happy Hour. Raspberry Funk Sour 4 oz - My daughter's beer, and the only sour available today. She rated it 4 stars. Skill Shot Pale Ale Pint - Good, better than the usual pale ale, but not outstanding. Brew Free or Die IPA - A staple; I get this at local supermarkets and even at Costco. Atmosphere - Plenty of indoor, outdoor seating. Indoor seating: counter, table, lounge, etc. Outdoor: picnic, counter, etc. Limited shaded parking. See pictures. "Outhouses" trailer bathrooms, see pictures. If you do not need to use it, I suggest skipping. Plenty of parking, well for a Wednesday HH. In the past, we used to come on weekends, and it was crazy busy. Service - Good. Counter service. Price - $4-5 a beer, $3.50 for the 4 oz "sample" sour; HH Tots cost $6 + generous tip. $21 + generous tip for this visit today. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2000 and with your two locations. Triple Rock Brewery has created so many owners of other breweries! Congrats on your success at this location since 2015, we have been customers from day 1. This place was hopping, pun intended, when you opened. The best part was that I discovered you by accident, just by driving by!

Jacob C.

Yelp
We stopped by here today with some friends and enjoyed ourselves. My wife and I each got a flight and we both liked the Peanut Butter Porter and the Hell or High Watermelon. We got a Bavarian pretzel and fries and both of them were delicious! We felt it was quiet for a holiday but it was a big warehouse brewery with a very family friendly welcome vibe. I am typically a Hefeweizen guy so I am not sure if it will become a regular place for us but I will definitely recommend it to my hoppy beer friends. It might be worth just going back for the food and some corn hole.

Adriana S.

Yelp
Friday night we decide to head to this brewery. Website said they closed at 10 PM. we arrived a few minutes before 8PM. We figured we had a couple of hours. More than enough time to order some food and get a drink. We arrive and there is a BIG sign that says "last call for food is 8:30 and drinks 9:00" ok no problem. We order our foods and drink. Right at 9:00 PM they start closing the gates and flicker the lights. Now we feel rushed, scarf down your food and down your beer. 9:30 we try to go use the restroom.... They are all locked! No more restrooms available! THAT IS WHY THIS PLACE IS EMPTY! DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

Tina A.

Yelp
Chill vibes, good beer, decent food Tator tots - more loaded than drakes for sure and better honestly. Great for sharing and always a crowd pleaser Pulled pork sandwich - juicy and very good. Inconsistent with which bread they use but it pairs well with the beer I enjoyed their stout and fruit beer and option for Michelada It is an easy place to return to and low social pressure, bring your kids, coworkers, dogs and every one can enjoy

Blaze F.

Yelp
It was a story of good and not so good. My beer was tasty and cold but the one that my husband ordered was a new keg and barely cold. The second beer was also barely cold. My chicken sandwich was pretty good and half was enough for me, which was a good thing because the tuna sliders my husband ordered were made with canned tuna and were disgusting. So he had half of a chicken sandwich, too. Finally, the music here is blasting loud with speakers in every corner, so it cannot be avoided. It is also headbanging obnoxious music. I think we'll enjoy the beer without going to the establishment in the future.

Michael M.

Yelp
Oh my! First, the loudest music ever that was playing would have been better suited for a heavy metal concert. Second, the food was awful and the beer was warm. Note: the tuna sliders served are actual tuna fish. Yuk.

Robert F.

Yelp
Huge facility! Lots of indoor seating and outdoor seating. Roughly a dozen brews on draft and cans for on premise consumption or to go. We tried four different beers and they were all tasty. Friendly beer tenders and an on-site food truck dishing up snacks and sandwiches. Big parking lot

Anthony D.

Yelp
This is my favorite local brewery spot. I'll try to be short and to the point on this one since I usually am long winded. Environment is spacious and welcoming, they have picnic tables inside and outside for seating arrangements. The space is enough where you aren't hearing everyone's conversations around you. The food menu is on the smaller side but the food is very good. The tater tots are legit, they use old bay seasoning on them which takes it to the next level. The sweet chili wings are very solid as well. Service is quick and easy, they are friendly too. Easy to keep a tab open and order as many brews as you want. I've brought anyone from my father to my friends to my fiancé here. They have a live band from time to time as well just a heads up!

Janet B.

Yelp
It used to be good. Now they have terrible music blaring way too loud. Need to cross this off my list.

Chris L.

Yelp
"For a quart of ale is a dish for a king." [The Winter's Tale, Act IV] It's true--I have a wonderful experience each time I visit. Today was no exception. A friendly bartender, Ben, got me my usual brew, El Sully--consistently light and refreshing (The beer I mean, not the bartender.) They also have great prices on cans to go. Far cheaper than other breweries. Of course it might just be because I'm special. One of the nice shift leads, Rob, explained that it's about the cheapest right price of any brewery around. I also had a chance to talk to the tap room manager, Murray. He gave me a brief history of this location. Murray might be one of the nicest, diligent people I've met. I happened to see Murray mopping up a water spill near the counter. In other words, not too proud to get his hands dirty. Bravo! Besides being a brewery, 21st Amendment has a large inside dining room with tons of picnic tables, as well as similar tables outside. There is often a food truck just outside. On Saturdays, they often have live music. There is plentiful, free parking both on the side, as well as the front area. You will not have a problem parking. They sometimes have special events, or festivals put on by the city of San Leandro. Don't tell anybody, but there is a secret path to Drake's, just down the alley. There is free Wi-Fi that works well. Not as fast as my one gigabit Comcast, but for free, pretty good. It's true I'm always treated as a king at 21st amendment. You've got a wonderful staff here. I don't know how you find these great employees, but keep it up. Hey--I'm still waiting for my quart of Ale!

Dave F.

Yelp
My friends and I relish our visits to this delightful spot, especially on sunny days where we can bask in the outdoor seating and soak up the lively music. The establishment consistently surprises us with fresh seasonal beer selections, while still offering their bestsellers. As for food, it's catered by a food truck, yet the prices are surprisingly reasonable. The portions are generous and tasty. I'm particularly fond of the Cuban sandwich and the scrumptious tater tots. Since the pandemic, they've shifted to a self-service model using QR codes at the tables for ordering drinks and meals, a change from the previous waiter service. This new system, while efficient, does leave a little to be desired in terms of the personal touch we used to enjoy.

Angela M.

Yelp
Dropped by on St. Patrick's Day with my husband to get a nice walk in and enjoy a fun meal together. They have substantial parking and a decent amount of outdoor seating. It was unusually warm this afternoon but we preferred to sit inside near the open entryway. It's massive inside this brewery. There's a lot of space on one side for tables and the other for games, like cornhole and arcade basketball. The lively Irish music they were playing made for nice ambiance and wasn't very loud, so we could hear each other while we talked. I got the Baja Fish Tacos ($15) and Nico's Tater Tots ($8), while my husband got the Turkey BLT Sandwich ($15). Not only was everything delicious and fresh, but the portions were really generous, especially for the tots. We ended up taking most of them home with the fries that came with my husband's sandwich and reheating them in the oven the next day. The Sriracha aioli was really tasty; I'm not much of a fan of Sriracha but thought this was pretty good and wanted to put it on other stuff. I loved my fish tacos; the fish was crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked inside, and there wasn't an overwhelming amount of slaw on the tacos, which can often feel like it's being used as filler to give you less fish. Really delicious overall. My husband liked his sandwich and also liked the beer. While I'm not a beer drinker, he loves it, and he seemed pretty happy with his meal and drink overall. I'd definitely come back here. There's a lot on the menu I'd like to try, and the staff were super friendly. Service was fast, too. Great first impression and great part of the San Leandro food and drink scene.

Tammy P.

Yelp
This was our first time at a brewery that we have always loved their beer. We were around the corner and I Yelped something and it came up. There is plenty of parking in the front of the large building that houses the brewery. We walked down the side area where there are lots of large picnic tables to share and almost fell over when we walked in. The place is humongous inside. We were greeted right away and asked about their beers. I wanted to order a flight but couldn't choose what I wanted. It is a set selection. They have about 11 beers to choose from. We sat outside to enjoy the sun and there were quite a few people there. There are restrooms outside. They allow dogs and well behaved children.

Jeanne T.

Yelp
this is such a fun spot to hang out with friends, family, or go on a date. the liveliness in the taproom makes the environment so fun to be in. something that i appreciate is how there's also food options available. the drink options here are also so expansive (from the ones on the tap to cider in a can and more). the staff here are nice and friendly making it easy to approach them. 10/10 would recommend for you all to check out this spot!

Yelp
For years I'd wanted to visit, learning about their barleywine winning medals when they began, being an avid brewer. This place has several defects which need correction. The handicap of being in an industrial warehouse area has been well figured out with Drake's but not 21st Amendment. The GOOD The food is excellent and only hindered by a lack of metal utensils, making the salads hard to eat and mix. All the food I had was quite good and brought to the table using a QR code quickly. The service is excellent. They have wifi. They appear dog friendly, They'll put sports contests on TV for you as requested. The BAD: The facility is too warm from having the production floor in the taproom. They have an insane amount of space which used to be for games that's no longer there and forces patrons to walk into the back of the building from the parking lot. There's not enough shade outside and the warehouse gets warmer than the ambient temperature outside in late afternoon. The open space isn't being properly utilized and forces patrons to sit in the packaging operation. The bathroom situation is quixotic; they have high-end portable bathrooms outside and no sanitizer inside. They're aware of this and working on it, but the overall design, layout and overall operation is very flawed...I'm just a brewer and not Jon Taffer, either. They're missing the boardwalk in the parking lot and generally the taproom was designed like a couple drunk undergrads in a dorm room. It'a neat for some to be able to see the brewing operation, but it's too uncomfortable to relax. There'a not enough beers available on-tap (or to go) and they suffer from having too polarized an offering. Their Irish stout is good, but they mostly produce hop heavy IPA's. They are clearly more interested in selling canned beer instead of a taproom and having the public on the property was an afterthought. Why this place needs is quite literally a complete design overhaul like the television series Bar Rescue. They also need to brew a more complete offering and have more beer available. More shade outside, some misters and heaters and the entire front needs to be used for cooled, inside seating. Basically, the entire public area need to be reorganized inside and out. They have the capability to make good beer, have good staff and food, so they could easily go from 2 to 4 stars following my facilities advice herein and 5 stars for having a happy hour, customer loyalty program and more complete beer offering. They need to stop trying to put watermelon in a third of their beers and reorganize their brewing lineup. Probably only half of the offerings should stay. The frozen slushy drinks are terrible. Change is messy and this place needs to make some hard decisions and nuke a number of it's offerings. This place has much potential, but Yelp feedback I've read about the SF location suggests they have much to learn. This is a business which has struggled to scale and grow properly and the result is a terrible customer experience that's preventable. This suggests their biggest impediment is poor management, hence everything else would be vastly different.

Trina M.

Yelp
Great service and food. I especially love how this place is dog friendly! We were able to bring our fur baby. It was so wide open with a lot of picnic table style seating. Leave an open tab at the bar so it's easier to keep ordering your favorite beer. They also give samples of their beers if you don't know what to get. Trust me and order the cheese curds, these are so good and addicting.

Kaelin N.

Yelp
I love this place! My favorite by far is the Watermelon Hell or High, which is seasonal.... I try to put everyone on, and they end of loving it! Huge fan of their food. Love their tater tors and it's plenty to share! It's a little loud sometimes inside, but that's just the sound of people enjoying themselves! Friendly and quick service.

Marshal R.

Yelp
Pretty chill brewery. Liked how big and open it was. Was happily watching the Niners game and then all of a sudden it was location locked and no one fixed it. Sad days. I got the black IPA and it was extremely good. I'm sure all the other beers are amazing too! Will definitely be coming back with my wife and kids.

Nicole G.

Yelp
Food: it does what it needs to do. Basically food for the kids and to sober up. Bar food at its finest, but they do have salads, so that is nice. The fries were my favorite. Ambience: they have a basketball hoop that is perfect for the kids. Corn hole and space to run around inside. The warehouse Doors are a nice addition to keep the air flowing through. Nice music Service: super fast and automated with ordering via phone. Cool spot to check out

Morgan M.

Yelp
I LOVE the environment! Lots of space and nice and cool. I love those a great place to get together and just hang out and talk and of course bring my dog.

Tiffany A.

Yelp
Lit!!! My sister and I enjoy beer. Once again with the help of Yelp, we lucked up on this brewery. The ambiance is nice. The beer was great, and so was the food! It's a great casual place to hang with friends or even coworkers.

Lam V.

Yelp
I love coming here. Large selection of drinks, dog friendly and the food truck is dependable. Large indoor seating area and nice outdoor seating area as well. Try everything. Ordering is by phone using a barcode but you can also order inside with a human as well. Bug plus for me. Service is fast!

Christina P.

Yelp
Watch out for the 20% service fee. I felt tricked here. Visited this spot for the first time last week and placed my order at the bar. The server asked for my card for payment without saying anything else. Turns out, he left my tab open, and I got hit with an extra 20% service fee. He didn't ask if I wanted to leave it open or closed. Interestingly, my friend who ordered after me was asked if he wanted to open or close his tab.

Vijay N.

Yelp
Having heard about 21st amendment Brewery on the east coast way back in college, I was excited to swing by here and check out a physical location and try some beer. Stopped by here with my girlfriend last week to have some light snacks before heading to a movie at the theater in the Bayfair mall. We picked up two small beers - one Hell or High Mango and an El Sully. Both beers were light and refreshing. For food we grabbed an order of the Fried Cheese curds and the garlic fries. Both items were great and the portions were massive for the price! The Taproom itself was very nicely set up - the outdoor section had plenty of room and the indoor space was also nice with an area for Corn hole and more seating. Will definitely be swinging by here again to try more beers and to check out the events that are happening at the tap room in the future. Will definitely be

Andrea A.

Yelp
Having grown up in the East Bay Area, I am SO glad to see more breweries pop-up, which allows for such a fun, casual place to catch up with others! No longer in the area as often, my friend had suggested we head to 21st Amendment to chat and catch up. We came in on a weekday at opening...and there was NO ONE inside yet. There are plenty of tables inside, and on good-weather days, they have a nice outdoor faux patio area to enjoy the fresh air and beaming sun. Each table has a QR code where you place orders for food and drinks. If you're worried about splitting bills, you can keep your order separate or pay for the entire table--love that they offer these options! My friend and I split two food items and each ordered a beer. I had the Hell or High Mango and enjoyed the fruity notes in the light beer. One thing of note was that bathrooms were outside in one of those detached bathroom-trailers. Overall, I really enjoyed the space! Service was great...efficient and easy! Food is as expected and pairs well with your beer. A great place to hangout with friends or have a casual meet-up!

Ci A.

Yelp
I've tried to go three times and they're closed every time. Please update your hours :(

Joc V.

Yelp
I loved everything about this place--the dog and family friendly vibe, the corn hole and basketball games section for kids and kids at heart, ample selection of beers--it's a great spot for a Friday night. It was busy because of the Warriors game playing on multiple TVs but that did not take away from the friendly bartenders, one even offered to make my lime beer slushy into a michelada for free. I politely declined and instantly regretted that decision--I mean, who's polite at a brewery?! I'll be returning for those totchos and my michelada slushy though.

Minerva L.

Yelp
Spacious brewery, lots of IPA if you're into that. Wasn't my mind of beer but was great for hanging out. They closed early at 5pm bc of the festival. The porta potty was nice and has sinks. Food was so so, burger was flat and tater tots were just ok. Lost so beer were seasonal or served on certain days. I did like the mango one though.

Sarah A.

Yelp
So glad we made a stop in San Leandro on the way back from Oakland. So neat to see the brewery that makes some of my fav canned beers. I was able to try the Hell or High Mango on tap! So delicious. I also tried one of the colab beers they had on tap, I tried the Field Work, very good as well. Huge murals in this huge space , lots of places to sit inside and out. Friendly bartenders wearing masks-such a cool vibe here! San Leandro you are lucky! Will definitely stop by anytime I'm in the area. Note: they only had porta-potty's--very clean ones but just in case that's not your thing just plan ahead.

Amy C.

Yelp
Beer is ok. Cheese curds are AMAZING! Falafel pocket is awful. But it's got a nice layout with lawn games and an open indoor and outdoor space. Not my first choice brewery, but I'll be back again for the curds.

Wendy S.

Yelp
Great 21st Anniversary Party yesterday at the brewery! The weather was perfect (not too hot or too cold) and a great crowd. The whole event was run seamlessly. There was a great beer lineup including 8 - 21st Amendment plus 5 - Collab Beers with Faction Brewing, Three Weavers Brewing Company, Fieldwork Brewing Company, Urban Roots and Melissa Myers. Also, Cleophus Quealy had a stand. Our most favs of the day were the 21st Amendment Random Hop Generator Hazy DIPA and the Fieldwork The Clear Hunter IPA. Delicious! One thing we really appreciated was the attention the pourers paid to giving full pours without too much head on them. There was great live music. Both bands kept the party going. Perfect music selection for the crowd (70's & 80's rock, classic soul and r & b). We tried some great BBQ brisket from Urban Roots (who have a brewery/smokehouse restaurant in Sacramento). Very moist and tender with great dipping sauce. We loved that it wasn't overly salty like BBQ can sometimes be. We also had the Roadhouse Rotisserie chicken, which was also great; very moist, great flavor and a nice spicy side of sauce. We chatted with many friendly folks at our table. Everyone was having a great time enjoying the music, food, and beer. A great vibe and day.

Glen M.

Yelp
Cool place with friendly staff Large property with out side seating Beer was good I'll be back

Jillian P.

Yelp
Good beer, great food and stellar patio space. Stopped by on a Friday just after 1pm. Awesome covered patio space with plenty of room for groups. They have QR codes on every table to view current beers on tap and order to your table directly. You do have to create a login with credit card information. We ordered a sampling of beers and the totchos to share. The tatchos were enormous, cheese-covered pub food perfection. We couldn't finish them (even though we Really wanted to!) Will definitely be coming back soon!

Jen-Jen B.

Yelp
They have indoor and outdoor. Can get pretty packed. But once seated, you're good to go. Food, drinks, service, and the vibes was great all around. Not a beer drinker, but the food made up for it! Large place..so plenty of parking. I'd say it's a nice, cool spot to return to.

Lawrence S.

Yelp
Great service. Excellent vibe. Good drinks. Would definitely recommend to friends and family to try them out.

Anabel M.

Yelp
I had their moon boots IPA in LA once and I always promised myself I would come to their brewery when I had the chance ! Even though it was Labor Day weekend the place was not super packed. We were able to find a bench under some shade. They also kept misting the tables which help keep us cool. The tator tots were yummy and enough for 3 people. I got the beer sampler which was only $18. I also ordered beer to go and they brought it right to my table. Highly recommend this brewery!!!

Bob R.

Yelp
Beer was great, recommended the Pumpkin Haze. The Loaded Tots and Bavarian Pretzel are worth the extra minutes on the treadmill. Service was friendly and attentive despite some challenging customers (was there on 10/19). A jackass came in asking for a party of 64 without a reservation and kept berating the staff. The managers handled quickly, professionally, and without incident, enabling those of us who understand basic societal etiquette to continue to enjoy the beer, food, and atmosphere. Will make one of my regular stops when I'm the neighborhood

Yelp
I love their beers! Without a doubt! They have lots of outdoor seating but since it was a cold night, no one was out there and there was absolutely no where to park with a beer. The line to get a drink was very long. The vibe seemed family orientated. Love band playing. I feel like they have so much potential to do so much more here

Yelp
Used to come here pre-covid and had our first post-covid experience a couple years ago and it was overall super positive! Pros: - Affordable but consistently tasty beer - Easy parking lot that isn't super full - Has associated food truck to provide burgers and brewery food - DOG FRIENDLY! Super cute doggos here - Easy to social distance, especially in the cute patio area outside with a covering. Nice shade - Easy QR phone ordering and easy to close out your tab with a credit card - Friendly and efficient service Cons: - Sometimes the person at the table isn't present (at the front to tell you what to do or which table is free to sit at), so it can get confusing - On the QR code, sometimes if you accidentally close the browser, it won't let you select your own name again so I had to make a diff name in my party to order my 2nd beer. Would recommend just flagging down a server.

Yelp
11/8/20 Just finished running/hiking 5mi of Lake Chabot carrying my baby on my back (I ran but my gf and her friends walked, so I ran back and forth to stay with them,) so I was pretty thirsty and hungry, and this place really hit the spot! The beer was good. Not quite excellent or even great, but a solid "good". Unfortunately they were out of basically most of the ones I really wanted, which was pretty lame. But I guess I'll cut them slack since this is still #Covid19 #CoronaVirus season, and it's possible it's hard to estimate demand or predict whatever rule or law that may come up affecting seating and closures. The food though was unexpectedly great for what is essentially mostly a beer garden! Nothing particularly fancy, but just well prepared classics... 1. Tom Yum IPA 6.3% ABV 16oz $8 "makrut lime flavor with soft lemongrass notes and a touch of galangal ginger with a lingering lime flavor aftertaste": Yeah so, making a beer out of Vietnamese soup??? It sounded nasty, and so ridiculous I HAD to have it! And yeah............ it was not good, but totally not in the way I expected. I was expecting something at least tangy, which would be a pretty significant flavor of the real soup, but this was more like an IPA missing the crispness, with SOAP added in. Haha... yes, like soap. All those Vietnamese herbs I guess created a good beer to wash your dishes with. Don't get this. But I know you will. 2/10 2. Pumpkin Pie in the Sky 6.1% ABV 16oz $7: My friend arrived before me and ordered this. Then I tried and they were out. Pretty decent stout. I can't recall the details, but I like it enough. 6/10 3. Marooned on Hog Island 7.9% ABV 12oz $5: I just looked this up and ratings aren't good, but you know, I thought it was pretty cool! The waiter told us it was made with real oysters and shells among other things. I do taste some salinity and some extra soy-saucy Chinese "oyster sauce" (if you know what that is) flavor, so I trust he's right. On the dry side. Well, I think it goes very well with food, but perhaps not the most pleasant to drink by itself. 8/10 4. There's Always Money in the Cocoa Banana Stand Stout 8.1% ABV 16oz $7: This was why we came. You guessed it--OUT. They said they don't sell this as cans/bottles either. 5. Wilsons Wicked Wings Lemon Pepper $9 "served with a side of blue cheese": So, I dunno what happened here cause I can tell just from appearance that this were fried very well. Great appearance of texture with plenty of small and large bubbles in the skin. BUT... they were soggy. No clue why. Unfortunately, that means... 3/10 6. Nico's Tater Tots $7 "seasoned tater tots served with a sriracha aioli": Yup. I LOVED these. The surface texture was so light and crisp and savory! I think they seasoned these with some nice spices as they just had that extra awesomeness. Insides were moist and creamy. 10/10 7. Sully's Cheese Curds $8 "wisconsin's own ellsworth cooperative creamery white cheddar cheese curds, beer-battered and fried to order, served with a chipotle ranch dip and marinara": So, like the wings, they could be crispier, BUT I wouldn't say they were "soggy" at least. Still the cheese was melty and stretchy and gooey and I was really happy anyway. 6/10 8. Three Alarm Burger $13 "two 1/4lb. grass-fed, certified angus beef patties, served with pepper jack cheese, beer battered jalapenos, jalapeno aioli, lettuce, tomato and onion": ZERO heat. ZERO. Let's get that out of the way. So, I would suggest them change the name else open themselves to lawsuits for false advertising. Hell, I could eat this to cool down my mouth from eating something actually hot. Seriously. Okay that aside, it's a quite solid burger. I asked for it to be done medium, but it came well-done, OF COURSE. But it was still quite edible despite being overcooked. I wouldn't say "juicy" but not dry. Nice fresh bun. Good flavor from the peppers (but again, ZERO heat). 6/10 8a. Upgrade Potato Chips to Fries +$2: Fries were pretty good. Crispt and light finish, creamy insides. 7/10 9. Grilled Cheese $6 "texas toast, cheddar cheese, served with fries": Classic. Nothing fancy here but just loads of melty cheese and ULTRA buttery toast. Like nearly dipped-in-butter toast, but crisped perfectly. Fries were great, as I mentioned above. 8/10 Sooooooooooooooo............... you know, while happily buzzin' and talking, the wind started to get crazy and all of a sudden everything got super cold. Then RAIN!!! Haven't been rained out of a lunch in a looooong time. Kinda cool I guess. Welp... so that was that... 4/5 #sanleandro #gastropub #brewpub #beerpub #brewery #beerbrewery #barfood #americanfood #americancuisine

Yelp
Had to come here when we were in town because they make my favorite summer brew, Hell or High Watermelon! This place had a nice, outdoor area, with shade, shush would be great on a warm, dummy day but thus day it was windy and cold and their indoor facility was not open for use yet. We enjoyed the beer, the totchos were amazing and we would definitely revisit this spot to try more seasonal selections!

Yelp
Beer, service, and atmosphere were nice, but the food was horrible. Worst Cubano I've had in my life (and I order them anytime they're on a menu). I'm pretty sure the meat was old or spoiled, because it tasted gross and my husband and I both got sick from eating it.

Yelp
Great atmosphere! We had our Halloween bulldog meetup here and the staff was very helpful, even donated a couple packs of beer for our costume prizes! Food was so yummy, beer was great, outdoor space was spacious and its family and dog friendly!

Yelp
I like this brewery for starters when you come in the ambience is great it's wonderful you have outside seating next to the bar which is nice and the environment is nice. I highly recommend for lunch and brunch

Yelp
I had their rebooted Lucky Lager. I'd never had bad beer until that point. As one who enjoyed LL growing up I wish this brewery hadn't tried to bring it back. It was sad.

Yelp
Great brewery with a nice patio & long table seating! I especially enjoyed the High or Hell Mango on tap, as well as the Watermelon beer with a fresh watermelon wedge on my pint glass. Came here again 1 minute too late where they just had last call after picking up a friend from the airport. Too bad I hyped it up first. Will have to come again when they're for sure open to enjoy!
