Everyone here is friendly. The surface will be as fast pace as the staff they have actually enjoy going here a lot. The vibe is chill. You can get an espresso maybe some cheesecake or lasagna noodles.. But beyond that they have something called La Parcha. It’s actually legendary people have had some very late nights and connection with this particular beverage. I’m gonna take a picture of it and when you go there only drink one and measure from Philly and then you should probably have two.

Google
Sort of Puerto Rico’s answer to a 7-11. Open long hours with snacks and drinks for sale, but they also serve food and have a fairly large seating area as well. Lots of beer choices in the many fridges, and bottles of liquor behind the counter. Check out is extremely slow and laborious. Don’t even think about offering coins with your money because the cashier will not have a clue.

Google
Who knew you would find a full bar and grill in a convenience store? The drinks are actually very good and the Queso Frito was legit. Very friendly service. A few TVs showing sports. Near the CVS and across from the Royal Sonesta. The Coquito lit me up!

Vincent L.

Google
It is a great convenience store with friendly services open until late. There were various local snacks, drinks and other interesting stuffs. Also, they served fast foods like pizzas and burgers. The dining area also had a lot of seats.

Luis S.

Google
This is how every 7-Eleven should be. Excellent service, huge variety of products, prices are the lowest around. 5 Stars for cleaning, space between customers, security, location and quality.

Cesar R.

Google
This place is a disgrace I ordered take out the Masitas De pollo when I arrive to my hotel It was small pieces of bones ! I did eat the white rice and beans. Do Not Order food from this place !

JW D.

Google
Frozen sangria was on point here. Also have great dessert. Nice people. A convenience store, restaurant, bar, and local chill spot all in one. Go there.

Nick D.

Google
Great food, if you can get your order. They don't use their computer system to track orders, it's just two people behind the counters who take and forget orders (they ring it up in the computer but dont so anythig else with it). We saw 3 orders get forgotten while we were waiting for ours (out of the 8 orders they took during the 30 minutes we were waiting). Food was good but you can get much better food around the area, and better service, even at burger king.

Yelp
Great Marketplace outside of the Royal Sonesta. Taste of home as far as local store for miscellaneous items. Staff was super friendly, nice place to meet locals and enjoy a cold drink. Not sure about eating

Yelp
Made to order food not open 24/7. Only area open is bottled drinks and chips/snacks. Really dusty and dirty area. Staff has an attitude problem. I looked at a menu for 10 minutes before they told me they were closed. This was at Midnight on a Friday. *BEWARE*
google avatar

Cristian A.

Yelp
It was a Great marketplace near all the hotels I recommended good service and clean and in a good location

Vivian C.

Yelp
Ordered two sandwiches on 12/15/24. The place was filthy, food preparation took 20 minutes. Service was absolutely deplorable. It was so bad that I paid and left the food untouched there. The worst service... an anti-customer attitude, I've ever experienced. This place should be shut down by Health authorities. One star is highly generous. Terrible!
google avatar

Yelp
Besides being open 24/7,this place serves up a wide variety of tasty grub. The shop is divided into two parts - the convenience store and the deli. However, "convenience" store doesn't adequately describe the store because they sell top shelf liquor, plus, wine, beer, and a wide array of energy drinks. The quesadillas were delicious and the the tripleta sandwich was tasty. Since we're staying across the street, we'll be back for more before we head home.
google avatar

Yelp
Drinks 5 stars, Food was 2.5 stars. The store itself is a life saver. You can get anything here. I love this store!

Yelp
Pretty good place to stop. I popped in here while staying nearby for business. I wanted some authentic PR food but wanted it vegetarian/vegan. First place I chose wasn't taking take out business just drive through. The Place is pretty much a gas station with a deli/restaurant attached. Surprisingly they have a good range of options. I ordered sides which seemed to be the only non meat options. Took about 20 minutes to get the food. I enjoyed some reasonably priced beer in the mean time. Upon exiting I was curious about the hot sauce selection. It's small. However the corner of my eye saw in the coolers a Trappistes Rochefort 10 beer. I really like it so I got one. Food was messed up. Wanted yuca fries, got regular fries. Service was good but accuracy is important. Hence two star subtraction. I'll try it again in the future.

Yelp
The service here is incredible. We're visiting from Florida and luckily found this spot on our first morning exploring. We've been back every day since. The bar is open early and the drinks were not only made perfectly but the prices are insanely good. The Cuban sandwich was a hit. The margaritas are top notch. And the take out salads were so good to pack in the cooler and take on the beach. Blown away with this spot. The staff is all lovely but Julie is the absolute best.
google avatar

Erica L.

Yelp
DO NOT GO HERE!!! The food takes forever to Come out. A simple breakfast sandwich takes 30+ mins. The coffee comes with coffee grounds in it. The workers are the rudest people I have ever met.
google avatar

Brielle K.

Yelp
WOW! Best coffee I've had all week. 10/10 experience. We'll definitely be back each day of our vacation!!
google avatar

Nicole M.

Yelp
Sat for 45 mins after placing order for them to come say oops something happened and we don't have the food. Like what????? What does that even mean???
google avatar

Dan M.

Yelp
This place was a combination of a bar, store, and restaurant. They had plenty of options in all areas that I familiarized with. The service was alright. There were a bunch of tables to sit and enjoy a meal. The food did take some time to come out, but it was very crowded at the time. I just went with their croquettes de jamon con salsa de guayaba ($5). It was an appetizer. The croquettes were fried with ham in the middle. It was alright. There was not ham tasted, but the outside layer was pleasant. The ketchup and mayonnaise sauce (I believe) that accompanied it made the dish bearable. Will I go back? Possibly.

Yelp
Late night good food took a hour and a half to make a burger and they still had pickles on it

Yelp
I am so glad that we found this breakfast/lunch spot! What a gem! We had the Guava Pastelitos, cafe con leche (of course, but let's just say I've had better cafe con leche) and tried the Rellenos de papa. Oh my word! Everything was delicious and CHEAP! This shop is exactly what it's named, a Market Place, Quick shop, one stop shop, whatever you may want to call it but we walked in for breakfast and it was packed with mostly tourists but definitely a few locals here 'n there . I will say the Guava pastelito was definitely my favorite. I was a little skeptical ordering it from a "quick shop" but WOW it exceeded my expectations. Pleasantly surprised. I will definitely return the next time I'm there especially for that flaky goodness.

Yelp
Little Grocery Store and Food Area with seating in the Plazoleta a few blocks from Isla Verde Beach. I purchased some Paella Rice and Mayo Ketchup to bring home.

Jason N.

Yelp
Dirty, gross, and horrible service. If the dining area looks the way it does, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. DONT COME HERE!!!
google avatar

Elizabeth C.

Yelp
We love coming to this place when we visit PR. Though I cannot speak to the food, they always have great drink prices. I tired the coco mojito for the first time and it was delicious.
google avatar

Jessenia J.

Yelp
Came here because it was convenient but honestly it is just another tourist trap with overpriced products. There's not much I can say. The coffee was good but very pricey and the pan de agua that we got was hard and stale. I doubt I will be back again

Grace E.

Yelp
AMAZING!! Completely exceeded our expectations! We started off with the Puerto Rican coffee and it was spectacular. It's a quaint cafe next to the grocery store but still holds so much character. There was a select menu because of the current situation of Covid. We got the waffles and breakfast burrito. The waffles upon first sight were breath taking and the taste matched perfectly! Will come again next time we're in San Juan!
google avatar

Ang K.

Yelp
Great convenient store with all your corner store needs plus a bar area that serves food and drinks pretty late into the night. I think they are open past midnight and it seemed busy when we walked by. We didn't have a chance to try the drinks or food, but it's located in a shopping strip with some other food and souvenir store.
google avatar

Yelp
Check your food before you pay, pizza never arrives as described in menu, even if you ask to make sure kitchen has all the ingredients. The Sancocho my dog wouldn't even eat, The donuts were old, bananas were practically rotted, and this was a delivery. When I called employee started laughing, called the next day and spoke to Francis, ofcourse just alot of double talk and eventually blamed me for ordering, after I mentioned the past bad reviews. We were in the time of the pandemic and my 83 year old mom couldn't eat, I pizza was suppose to have pesto broccoli mushrooms and spinach as main ingredients , arrived with 4 yellowish salad leaves and alot of olives. They don't apologize and end up blaming the customer. Most of the places are great and people are awesome, Market Place should be reinvented and new kitchen and front staff.

Lydia G.

Yelp
Piss poor customer service on top of long wait times for bland food. Don't waste your time, money or energy.
google avatar

Diego T.

Yelp
Nice little convenience store/market/bakery and what you can get a nice coffee, mixed drinks and beer. It's an all in one Stop & Shop...lol ...Is it a restaurant? Is it a convenient store? Is it a bakery? I don't know and I don't care. It's useful and it serves it's purpose.

Alex H.

Yelp
Worst place to find a late snack. Night time waitress was not attentive. (Got order wrong) which I found out after I had left ! Asked for a beer while I waited. Good and had to ask her for a cup of ice cause it was warm. (You think she would say let me get you a colder one ) ha good luck. Just worst experience and bad customer service. Got to my place to find out I had wrong order and the wings tasted extremely bad. (No taste at all. Like frying them with nothing. DONT GO THERE period!
google avatar

Ritz B.

Yelp
If you get the Puerto Rican coffee, it's really good but super expensive. The frituras are crappy but when you crave something, you're willing to risk taste. Being in San Juan makes me miss the west side where the food is off the charts! Cool little spot overall and they're really friendly.
google avatar

Ryan Z.

Yelp
This is a grocery store with a small quick service cafe. I had breakfast here and it was kind of a mixed bag. My ham and cheese sandwich was not good: lukewarm, cheap American cheese, and tasteless bread. However, it was served with an outstanding hot cereal that was so rich and creamy. I could have happily had an entire bowl of it and skipped the sandwich. My iced coffee was good but very small and served in a tiny styrofoam cup which hurts my "green" sensibilities. The folks working here were friendly and the prices were very reasonable.

Patrycja L.

Yelp
This is a little gem in Isla Verde really close to our hotel :) CHEAP DRINKS 2 mojitos for 7 bucks!!! And really good food! Recommended!!!
google avatar

Nina S.

Yelp
Okay so people aren't going to tell you what this place really is cause there is no real way to describe it. It's literally a store, like a gas station vibe. Mixed with a liquor store, mixed with a bar/restaurant. Like I really couldn't believe how much they had going on... but knew it had to be something seeing the crowd at 3am. Most friendly place ever, they got 1$ shots and like 3$ drinks. And the bartenders there become your family. They literally told me all the spots to go that were actually good and not just tourist spots. We got really close with one specific bartender, I would tell you his name but I really don't care to share him lol. He will vibe with you if your vibe is good. We lived here when we stayed in PR. I loved it. So make sure you stop by for a drink, snack, meal, bottle, or whatever.
google avatar

Tash L.

Yelp
Best place for happy hour 4-8. Amazing staff Jose Reyes our waiter was wonderful. Great food breakfast lunch and dinner and also a variety of liquor and groceries.
google avatar

Rainer H.

Yelp
Convenient place for breakfast or pastries on the go. We had pancakes, scrambled eggs, breakfast burrito, and omelette. The breakfast burrito was slathered in oil, so I wouldn't get that again. Overall the bread was delicious, like a fresh french bread, and the food was average. Dive place for drinks or an average deli experience lunch, breakfast.... Mimosas were the highlight of our morning. Right across from the Intercontinental for convenience.
google avatar

Maria P.

Yelp
They have electricity and good coffee but will NOT let patrons charge their phones.... NOT GOOD. we are all in trouble and we need to all stick together.
google avatar

Irving W.

Yelp
Walked in and ordered a coffee from the girl at the bar. I was the only one there. I watched her not move for two minutes. I walked out. Homey don't play those games.
google avatar

Ana C.

Yelp
Besides coffee and a quesito if they're fresh, skip getting any food here. Go straight for the mojito pitchers which will run you about $15! They also have flavor options made with natural juices (the parcha/passion fruit is very good). You can also just buy beers from the grocery part of the store and drink them there.
google avatar

Marcella G.

Yelp
Although the desserts when you walk in look some what good, the service to order you're food was just horriible. We waited in front of the waiter for 5min wanting to order and didn't even get an acknowledgement. My partner and I looked at each other like is this's guy reallly ignoring us-_- we placed the menu back down and left. I couldn't believe how terrible the customer service was especially being that this place is located directly across the street from hotels so you would think being in a tourist location you'd get friendly service. Yah, not here you won't.
google avatar

Larry B.

Yelp
Very convenient with a great liquor selection. Some prices are high and some are reasonable. Lots of drinks and snacks here. Not sure how the actual food is. Great alternative to the Intercontinental across the street where I stay. Friendly people and it's clean.

Mali R.

Yelp
This was my second time at 24 Market Place- My hotel was just steps away and it's the perfect, quaint, breakfast spot. Service was quick and hospitable. We ordered the typical American breakfast and it was delicious.
google avatar

Juan J.

Yelp
Be aware in the grocery area. The prices are always more than the label says. I challenged a cashier, and she said I'm supposed to read the upc label and ensure that it is correct. She was not friendly, and if you pay for it and then realize it is 3.00 more, they will not refund it. Every product I bought was more than the label. She said I'm supposed to look at the screen when she rings me out. She was hysterical when I questioned her. I told her to relax, it made matters worse. They know most tourist will not see that they are being cheated. In comes me and they lose their cool.

Richard M.

Yelp
Bad service. Place empty and it took 35 minutes for toast when it came after asking it was not toasted. Left and will never return.

Ankit R.

Yelp
Good place to get some late night food. But staff's attitude sucks. So just be ready for it.
google avatar

Aaron C.

Yelp
A small market and cafe with a bar that is open 24hrs near many hotel on Isla Verde. Reasonable prices for the location and a good selection of choices. I came here with my wife for an appetizer and drinks one night, and breakfast a morning while staying nearby. Food is okay but not great. Drinks are worth the price.
google avatar

Orlando N.

Yelp
In the middle of touristy Isla Verde a place to grab a good breakfast or lunch for a great price. Many choices to chose from and the combos are great (avg price $5.99).

Jmarc P.

Yelp
The hours on the Yelp page are wrong. The breakfast/eating/drinking area is open 6am-12am. The rest is open 24 hours, I believe. I had a breakfast of 3 scrambled eggs, 3 slices of ham and 3 pieces of toast with 2 large coffes and it came out to $12.50 Coffee is very good and the amount of food was good but the food was basic and average. The mojitos must be good because a group of ladies was ordering them at 10am! Good place for inexpensive basic food. Across from Intercontinental hotel.

Carrie T.

Yelp
They messed up and didn't have our order ready, which was fine, but then miscommunicated still making one of the meals, then we had to ask for a refund, etc. Somehow we were still charged for the two Coronas after only ordering them to pass time while making out carry out order. It happens, but they could have communicated it to us.

Mich F.

Yelp
GET THE COCONUT MOJITO!! food is pretty good too, BUT get the coconut mojito! It's a weird spot considering its a bakery/store/restaurant but do it!
google avatar

Ernest L.

Yelp
This review is for the convenience store that is attached to the restaurant. The selection in this store is weak and no variety. I was hoping to find some local PR juices, but instead found Florida Natural OJ. Chips selection is decent. Liter size bottled water was mostly imported. Fruit selection was apples. mangos, or old bananas only. Not much toiletry items. The selection at this place reminds me of a tiny convenience store with a gas station.

Jeandy P.

Yelp
Took over an hour for a omelette then once it finally came out it was hard like rubber. I think I even tasted soap. Will never buy food there again
google avatar

Mimi A.

Yelp
Great place for you morning coffee and breakfast while in the area. Even great for drinks later in the day. Tons cheaper than food and drinks in the area hotels.

Myra 8.

Yelp
Went here once for a small breakfast, just had coffee, toast w/butter and some fruit. Was just ok. Waitress was very nice. Close to the intercontinental hotel which is where we were staying.
google avatar

Sasha W.

Yelp
It's a cafe nothing too exciting. We had a few drinks & the chicken skewers which we waited over 25 minutes, a little much for just an appetizer. They were good, served with pita bread.
