Seven of the Best Hotel Bars in Paris

"On the fringes of Paris’s traditional tourist centres, the designers here felt free to ignore Parisian hotel conventions and go all in on Asian and African styling, both in the colour schemes and in the artworks. Thus the Sape Bar sports extravagant and flamboyant colours behind the bar, an eye-catching complement to the dark flooring and leather armchairs." - The MICHELIN Guide

Seven of the Most Affordable MICHELIN Guide Hotels in Paris

"The vibrant, youthful 25hours Hotels have been a sensation in the German-speaking world, and here they finally cross the border into France. 25hours Terminus Nord (Paris, Île-de-France) 22 Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"The vibrant, youthful 25hours hotels have been a sensation in the German-speaking world, and have steadily expanded to the west — but it’s only now, with the advent of the 25hours Hotel Terminus Nord Paris, that they’ve finally crossed the border into France. And how did they adapt? Largely by involving the locals in the design decisions. The Augsburg-based design agency, Dreimeta, engaged Visto Images, a Parisian firm, to collaborate on the hotel’s visual identity, tailoring it to its location in the 10th Arrondissement just across from the Gare du Nord — a location that, despite its convenient rail link, is on the fringes of Paris’s traditional tourist centers." - Tablet Hotels

The room was quirky, quiet and comfortable; the breakfast buffet was of a high quality. The in-hotel restaurant, NENI, was exceptional; the maître d' was really friendly and helpful - you could easily have two or three meals there and not exhaust the options. The location was also really convenient in terms of being right next to Gare du Nord and the Metro. I would recommend this hotel and would consider staying there again.

What a quirky hotel. The online photos were good but reality was better. Really friendly and helpful check in. Wonderful room, the decorations and objects made it great to stay in. Room on the small side but great for us. Fantastic breakfast, great location brilliant staff, what more could you want. The best thing we can say is we would stay in the hotel again.

Stayed 3 nights in Sept, ‘25. Travel agent set it up.|When I looked at their site/pics prior to our arrival I wasn’t thrilled but hey, Paris, never traveled to France before, how bad could it be?|The street outside the property was under construction. Maybe a good thing, less traffic noise. Maybe a bad thing…|Check in was easy. As with most of Paris this hotel is in an old building. I noticed as we walked to the elevator they had a water station but it was not functional. |Room was small and DARK. Walls painted a dark maroon, not much lighting. Rolling rack next to bed to hand clothes didn’t offer much room for suitcases. Fridge stocked with 2 beers, 2 waters complimentary, which was a nice touch. They didn’t give us the waters on our second day but did on day 3. |Bathroom vanity offered little room for our toiletry bags. Great towels, big shower but there was an odor of sewer gas that stayed for the three nights we were there. I figured it may have resulted from the road construction. We tolerated it but it put a damper on our experience.|Nice 2nd floor balcony overlooking the road construction, shops, fast food, train station. However our room was directly over the bar. Our last night they had very loud techno electro music pulsating through our room. Asked front desk to turn it down since we had an early flight. No response. We put in our ear plugs. Got a few hours of sleep.|The primary issues were the sewer gas odor and the fact it was so dark in the room with poor lighting it just felt depressing. I hated the color the minute I walked in. |We’re seniors. Perhaps younger travelers would like this spot. I guess what a review comes down to is this — would you stay again?|No|Boutique, unique, not magnifique…|Next time I’ll be a bit more proactive choosing where I stay.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Good location, across Gare du Nord train station, lots of restaurants and hotels. The breakfast at Neni was expensive but fabulous (you can order Shashuka and fried eggs), bubbly and delicious French toast, among lot other options. It's 28€ per person and kids are 14€. We had 2 rooms and prefer the larger king room. Most staff is very friendly, except for Moumoud (staff who handles the storage/luggage) - he was rude and unfriendly.

We enjoyed our stay at the 25 Hours Hotel. Arriving in Paris by Eurostar it was very convenient to just walk across the road from the Gare du Nord to the hotel. Although our room was comfortable it was starting to show some signs of wear, with a cracked ceiling, stained carpet and some lights not working. However the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The free items in the mini bar were a nice touch. The hotel provides a good breakfast selection with some specially cooked items available.||All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, speaking excellent English. We would return.

Absolutely loved this hotel, location can’t be beat, it’s literally just outside Gard du Nord. Anyone traveling by Eurostar would appreciate the location. But the hotel itself is superb, even if the location was not the same. The decor and theme is absolutely amazing, leans more street / quirky / youthful but don’t let that stop you if you think you’re not their clientele. Their breakfast spread was great, they had everything I needed . The plain croissants were amazing. The people were friendly, shoutout to Kemal who was the receptionist at breakfast. My mom saw the frog plushies wearing mariniere they put on the headboard and asked me to buy her one. They had a gift shop, provided free apples and hot beverages for those rushing. Toiletries were great, all in all I loved this place and would definitely come back.||A few things to note:|1. I am not a big fan of black WC, which was what they have in their bathroom but I understand it fits with the thematic decor. |2. No electric kettle in the room but I understand you can request for one. |3. Housekeeping was a bit careless, like they were rushing? I had put all my trash in a bag and put it in the trash can they had in the room but it wasn’t removed, the toilet seat was not put down. And I wonder if they were supposed to give me another pair of bottled water for my 2nd night, or if I was entitled to only 2 bottled water for 2 nights’ stay, but they only gave me 2 bottles for my entire stay.|4. They didn’t use the card system to turn on the power of the room, so you’ll need to turn off the TV and lights manually.||But all in all, a very enjoyable stay. Would love to come back again one day.

Everything was good at this hotel, but the standout was the service. The team were very pleasant and helpful, making a good stay a great stay. The bar is lovely, a nice vibrant atmosphere and good drinks. Restaurant good and breakfast good. Rooms are very nice and interestingly decorated, compared to the usual muted hotel designs. Will stay again if I’m ever in Paris

Really enjoyed my stay at 25hours Hotel Terminus Nord! The hotel has such funky and vibrant vibes, with unique decor and a fun atmosphere. The staff were lovely, super helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was great, with lots of tasty options. The location is perfect, right across from Gare du Nord, which made getting around the city really easy. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The only downside was some construction noise if your room faces the street ,and you are a light sleeper, but nothing too disruptive. Overall, a really cool place to stay in Paris. Would definitely come back!
