I checked out the new food hall and was excited to see my favorite Thai restaurant there. I noticed they had just finished making fresh dumplings, so I grabbed some to go.
When I got home, I was surprised at how large the dumplings were—they were even bigger than I expected! The sweet and savory soy sauce with garlic paired really well with them. Even after reheating, they stayed soft and flavorful.
Next time, I'll definitely try them fresh at the restaurant instead of taking them home!
