2nd & PCH is a beautiful outdoor mall that’s perfect for strolling, eating, and soaking up coastal vibes. Shopping here is more laid‑back lifestyle than fashion capital—think Lululemon, Athleta, Vuori, Urban Outfitters, Free People, Madewell, and Sephora. It’s mostly restaurants and cafés, so come for the breezy atmosphere and food, not for a full‑on shopping spree.

Google
I was by the bay and decided to walk around this area. 2nd & PCH. Several stores, restaurants, roller skating rink and small eateries. Not much to do but nicely designed. I think there's a restroom but I couldn't find it. Some nice views though of the marina. Free parking lot. You can drive about 6 minutes down and walk around the Naples canal neighborhood.

Google
One of the newest shopping centers in the area, easily accessible off the high traffic crossroads of southeast LA County and west Orange County! 2nd and PCH is just outside the marina, beaches and upscale neighborhoods. Here’s an outdoor mall that meets the needs of the community and is also a great place for visitor’s to check out. I could take my coast tour groups here for a stop on our southbound trek! There’s large parking garages at both ends, with adequate close-up parking whenever I’ve been here, and it’s free for the first 90 minutes! There’s traditional and trendy stores, lifestyle shops, eateries and a fun skating center. It’s also a place of unique shops, especially upscale leisure wear for outdoor activities to do with the local beach and boating minded shoppers. I love to stop by the Whole Foods store for food to go, or the self-service salad bar for when I’ve got the time to sit, dine and unwind at their seating area! There’s also several standalone diners throughout the mall. There’s also a central area for events and entertainment. The aesthetic styling of construction design, with hanging baskets and landscaping is meticulous! It’s a work in progress, so I’ll be back to shop and update soon!

Awesome shopping center! We were pleasantly surprised with all the shops and the ease of parking. They have a good range of different stores as well as a good amount of typical stores that you'd find like Sephora, Madewell, Free People, and Urban Outfitters. We didn't think that they had a good selection of items, however. There are also some other random shops that we've never really heard of so we found it to be a waste of space. The workers were interacted with were nice and friendly. I especially found it to be a very smart business tactic to add a Chase Bank to the shopping center ^_^ I've never seen that before, but it makes sense for people to quickly grab some cash or make a deposit during their shopping trip. The best part is that they offer a parking garage with the first 90 minutes free! It's very spacious and easy to go in and out of. Will definitely be returning!

Google
2cd and pch is a great place to shop, enjoy the views and eat at the many restaurants. Top brands have stores and there’s a variety of stores: sport stores, jewelry, clothing, etc. The open air feeling and gardens make it a great place to relax with your friends and family. It’s a great place and it’s busy on weekends. I’d recommend going during the week to avoid traffic. It’s dog-friendly and the dogs were as happy as their parents. There’s an indoor skating place. It’s inside by the the turquoise van. So fun ! The Whole Foods is great. It is very organized and the parking is so close. Have a great day. Parking can be tight - so be sure to set your alarm at 40 minutes so you don’t get a ticket.

Google
A wonderful area for shopping and relaxing, parking is free for 90 minutes, family friendly. Situated on a busy road but once you step inside it’s like another world. They keep the street on the inside semi-closed to cars, which is nice and safe. My toddler likes to run free. Lots of tables and chairs and lounge areas. Pretty water fountain, and floral decorations. Stay till dusk and all the pretty lights makes it very romantic. They always have cool free events for certain Hollidays. We recently got to see the Easter bunny and Minnie&Mikey mouse. Yummy places to eat, and a huge Whole Foods right there to grab groceries on the way back home.

Google
Honestly, as a european tourist, I was recommeded this place by local Long Beach residents and it was VERY underwhelming, mostly workout stores or classes. 2-3 shops (anthro, urban outfitters) but nothing with personality and whole foods. Personally I walked around and was out of there in 40min. It felt like a waste of time, but maybe its just what people in long beach want, work out clothes and classes HAHAHAH

I'm not local to this area, but I'm surprised I've never even heard of this shopping mall area. Glad I ended up here on a Saturday afternoon while looking for a place to have lunch. Honesty I think one big win here for me was how easy & free (90 min with no validation) parking was on a Saturday afternoon. The structure is easy to navigate, not narrow, & has multiple points of access. You enter from PCH and/or from Marina Dr. Also the place is just very conveniently built. Parking & getting to walking around the mall or to where you planned on going is a very fast trip. Saw several different dining (Mexican, vegan, Italian, etc.) options but I ended up at Italian Homemade (so good!). Also walked by an ice cream & a coffee shop. This is not a huge Westfield shopping mall, but there are some pretty cool options since as Lululemon, Pelaton, Amazon 4 Star, Athleta, Wholefoods etc. I'm a fan of the widespread, spacious layout of this shopping center. Not sure when the place opened, but it all seems very modern, clean new & visually appealing. I definitely see myself returning back here when I'm in the area & I'm pretty sure I'd actually frequent it often if it was more local to me.

Yelp
This place reminded me of the pacific city in HB...there are not too many stores here though...if you need to kill time and around the area, I think it's ok to visit but won't come back here out of my way. Parking was free for the first 90 mins but the second floor parking was confusing to enter... They also have a farmer market Sunday morning and it's worth to stop by.

Yelp
Very cute out door shopping mall... and so small tho, we only come to eat lol. , especially for shake shack, urban plates, ramen, and ice cream. Very cute, and clean.

Yelp
7/15/23 So gorgeous here! I have to return & go to Van Leeuwen!! So this is where it is! Took advantage of the 20% OFF promo at LATHER & just looked around quickly so I can scope out where to go next time I'm at this plaza. I will definitely come back! Woohoo

Yelp
Just a simple review of the outdoor mall on 2nd and PCH. Never knew it existed til we went looking for adeli that was located inside. Cute mall, has a little of everything including a doggie shop (Bark, Bark),a roller rink for the kids (both big and small), ice cream, boba shop, coffee shop, restaurants, Whole Food Market, and it's all dog friendly, I loved it. Plenty of seating, large restrooms (and very clean), the people walking through were friendly too. If your ever in the area and want a relaxing time, stop in and check.it out

Yelp
I love this place. It's super clean with good stores including a large Whole Foods and the Italian Homemade Company (my fave restaurant). The vibes here are lovely with an outdoor fireplace, great beach scenery nearby, and plenty of common areas and a great bathroom area (amongst other things). This is basically my Central Perk!! Would def recommend, thanks!

Yelp
Cute outdoor mall in Long Beach that is worth a second visit. It's beautiful day here today, 6/16/23 and we are enjoying our walk and getting some steps in.

Yelp
Nice area! Wish there were more stores. Sufficient street parking. There's also a parking garage! Super close to the marina!

Yelp
My dog, my mom and I, love coming here. We've been here so many times, we really love coming here to enjoy a matcha latte, a walk with my dog, a bite to eat and some shopping, too. There's a restaurant to satisfy any craving, there's 2 different places to get matcha lattes and there's a whole bunch of different stores to satisfy your retail therapy itch and needs. We love coming here with a hungry tummy and no agenda to sit around and enjoy the marine weather/wind after eating a delicious bite to eat. We've invited many friends here and they've all enjoyed coming here to enjoy a bite to eat and a walk. If you haven't come here yet, I highly suggest that you try this place asap! The longer you wait, the longer you're preventing yourself from enjoying this place and all it has to offer.

Yelp
The good: I was so impressed by this open air shopping area. It is ultra California to me. It reminded me of Santana Row in San Jose. It's colorful, trendy, clean, modern, cute, and easy to walk around. My 1 year old daughter had fun because there were climbable benches that looked like rocks, a bohemian swing chair, a water fountain, a toki doki statue, a roller rink, and colorful paintings at the pedestrian parking. There were food trucks, restaurants, boba spot, two levels of shopping and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy some food outside. It's also across the street from the marina. The bad: You have to pay for parking in the garage after 90 minutes. The interesting: They have a spacious lounge area in the public restrooms.

Yelp
What a cute shopping center in the LBC! It's a small but cute outdoor shopping center which includes businesses like Free People and Anthropologie. They also have a nail salon and a handful of places to eat! I went here to check out Fire Wings, which was conveniently located to the parking area. I parked inside the Whole Foods parking area which offered 90 minutes free without validation necessary! If you need validation, they can also validate inside Whole Foods, but I'm unsure on the cost of parking after.

Yelp
2nd & PCH is a trendy open-air retail center located close to the Marina. You know the retail center is upscale when you see Whole Foods. [Parking]: Parking is definitely one of the best parts about this shopping center - the first 90 minutes is free. [Ambient]: Some of dining options appear to be alright (Shake Shack? Meh), but coffee & tea options are quite interesting as you have Boba Guys, Caffe Luxxe, and Ample Hills Creamery. The most interesting activity you'll find here is Pigeon's Roller Rink. There are few seating areas with kids running around. Long Beach Southeast Farmer's Market opens every Sunday just across from 2nd & PCH. 3.5-star retail center with slight bump due to free parking. This is an ideal spot for a romantic date or roller skating with kids while doing a grocery trip at Whole Foods.

Yelp
It's a open promenade with retail, grocery, health and wellness, fitness and restaurants. Love this quaint space. I'd recommend for the locals in LB or visitors. They get festive during the holidays and have events from time to time. There's parking on the outskirts towards the marine or parking structures a free 90 min or additional charge thereafter.
google avatar

Yelp
Nice mall. I happen to come here for a Yelp event at Active Culture. Parking is free for the first 90 minutes. This is a pretty outdoor mall and part of it faces the beachside. Reminds me a little bit of 3rd Street Promenade and a little OC flavor.

Yelp
Absolutely love the ambiance of this place! Kid and pet friendly. Nice large courtyards with plenty of cute seating areas and nice landscaping. Plenty of small restaurants and shops to visit and it's next to the marina and San Pedro Fish market. Clean bathrooms and always plenty of parking. Definitely always a nice place to spend the day or evening.

Yelp
Lately I visit this place very often so I thought of writing a review. This is a very well designed open air Mall. It has almost everything. There are many restaurants offering variety of food from sushi to chicken to American to Italian. There is a very nice coffee shop, and an ice cream shop. Parking is plenty and first 90 mins is free. Most Friday nights they show a family friendly movie. And most Saturdays they have a live family friendly concert. There is also Whole Foods and Chase bank, many souvenir/cloth shopping. Even an indoor place to do rollerblading. There are many seating area outside that you have big your food and sit outside. Overall, very nice Mall.

Yelp
This is a really nice outdoor shopping mall in Long Beach. There's two parking structures and plenty of parking for free for 90 minutes. The mall has a nice variety of retail stores, restaurants, gyms and even a Whole Foods. Lot of spots in the mall to take nice pictures and chill with friends. The mall often has nice events on the weekends for kids and once a month there's a gathering of small local craft vendors. My only complaint is I wish there were more affordable shops and restaurants since everything seems high end.

Yelp
I was at 2nd & PCH shopping mall to check out Caffe Luxxe this past weekend. They have a parking structure garage... 1st 90 mins free, each addt'l 20 mins $2.00, daily max or lost ticket $30.00. This was my first time here ever. I only walked one block's worth of shops to satisfy my curiosity. The mall ambiance was nice. A great place to spend an afternoon. Lots of different shops that I am not familiar with and there will be new ones, too. Jinya Ramen is coming soon. What I found very interesting was the Roller Rink... an open space in between shops used for roller skating... what a great idea! Parents go shopping and kids can roller skate under supervision. I did get lost a little bit and had a hard time finding Caffe Luxxe. Their directory boards were not working. I finally found Caffe Luxxe and got my goodies. I ended up being there for about 1 hr and 15 mins... my original intent was 30 mins LOL. When I was exiting, I didn't even insert my ticket and the bar lifted on its own. Maybe they have a sensor to read the ticket when it's within close distance... not sure. When you're in the Long Beach area, swing on by for a visit and enjoy your stroll. Happy PCH'ing!

Yelp
Ping center was beautiful the family Lou he was huge with comfy seating, so many different shops and restaurants. You could spend all day here. There is parking but also there is parking across the street right by the ocean. There is many workers around the center cleaning and making sure everyone enjoys a sanitized healthy environment.

Yelp
This is a fairly new outdoor shopping center that recently opened a few years ago. This outdoor shopping mall is spacious, clean, aesthetic and nicely designed with an oceanic theme. There are a variety of stores here such as an Amazon 4 Star, Sephora, Whole Foods and more. There are also restaurants options here like Shake Shack and Otasan Sushi. In December, there are lovely Christmas decorations throughout the mall with a large and real Christmas tree that stands tall past the 2nd floor level. There are a good amount of cute Christmas photo ops down the walkway. There is a spacious and convenient family lounge available with comfortable sofas, play pen and diaper changing stations. There are plenty of seating areas with tables and fire pits. For parking, there are outer parking spaces outside of the parking structure that have a 2 hour limit. For the parking inside the parking structure, there is free 90 minute parking and after 90 minutes, it'll be charged.
google avatar

Gabriela G.

Yelp
Cute outdoor mall, but there isn't much to do. I only come here occasionally for Shake Shack and Urban Plates. The ice cream shop is also pretty good but on the pricier side. Not a lot of stores to shop at. Parking is only free for the first 90 minutes, so plan accordingly.

Karol J.

Yelp
My first time shopping/dining here. So lovely! Cafe Luxxe is incredible, great coffee drinks. Such a nice chill vibe in this outdoor shopping mall, thought it would be swamped during the holidays but it was very pleasant. I have to return.

Yelp
The only reason I came through is to check out Lather for a Yelp Perk. When I did a bit of research, it said, "located in 2nd and PCH." Since I had no idea what this place is, I had assumed, they're just giving the cross streets. So, I was delighted when I got there to find out "Oh! It's an outdoor mall!" It hasn't been around too long (a couple of years maybe) and one can tell by its mere appearance. Everything looked new and visually pleasing. I appreciate the color combinations and coordinations in its entirety. The entire place looked modern and with a bit of sophistication. There are a variety of shops as well as eateries. I saw a bunch of pet parents with their leashed pups. That's good to know. It's a nice place to hit if one has the desire to kill a few hours, even if it's merely to window shop. Good first run. Will try out some of their eateries on the next.

Yelp
2ND & PCH is at the gateway between LB and OC, opened about three years ago, and the shopping center is a one-stop shop for groceries, restaurants and many others, and more new businesses are joining the marina shores. Parking is free with purchase for the first 90 minutes and $2 per each additional 20 minutes with a daily maximum of $30.

Yelp
The nicest place!!!!!! I would come here for no reason at all, but to enjoy the ambiance. The lights, the sounds. It's so quaint & lovely. Next time I go I'll take a million photos - I'm always too busy enjoying the scenery & the environment. It's a street away from the harbor, with all the yachts and boats to walk by. There are several nice women's fashion stores, some athletic stores, a Sephora, a Whole Foods (w its own parking lot), a Tocaya Organica restaurant (vegan dishes are sooooooooo good), gelato, hungry Angelina (another amazing vegan spot), & a ton of beverage places like bars & cafes Also... Paper Source!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Parking is very reasonably priced, I think the first 90-120 mins is free or maybe $2 This is my absolute most favourite outdoor mall. There's seating eeeeeeverywhere, either cushioned booths for larger parties/comfier seating or nice lawn chairs for couples/parents & kids Perfect setting for a date for sure! So magical at night with the twinkling lights & all the pretty places There's a roller rink in the middle?! I'd come here just to walk around, not even shop or eat - I'm obsessed

Rhys C.

Yelp
Wonderfull food and gives off a happy personality with tuns of cool shops and a great place to walk your fluffy little friends around.

Yelp
4.5 stars Definitely a very cute and clean place to hang out. They have a good selection of mid-to-high end stores (Lulumon, Madewell, Free People, etc) along with some casual eateries and drink places. It's got a lot of cute seating areas and is also dog-friendly! Which means I'm coming back with my dog to chill! There's a doggy water fountain and 2 doggy trash bins. There are 2 parking structures on opposite ends of the plaza - near Wholefoods and the other near Urban Plate. Free parking for 90 minutes! Then, I think $2 per 20 minutes after... I don't remember if there is a max amount for a full day. Street parking can be found behind the building for a max of 2 hours unless otherwise stated. Of all the things I was impressed with here, the restrooms really made me happy! There's a large seating area before you reach the women's restroom. And the stalls are sufficiently private and were very clean.
google avatar

Nick P.

Yelp
So much potential here, but there's really nothing much to do... Free parking for the first 90 minutes, I believe you get extra upon validation. There's some popular restaurants and eateries here. Hubby and I only had Shake Shack here. Hoping to try their other restaurants next visit. Overall a cute outdoor plaza, very similar to Pacific City. Lots of the same stores and the plaza is styled very similar. They have Bungalow here too, which was one of our favorite bars at Pacific City. They are pet-friendly here which is a definite bonus!
google avatar

Miriam F.

Yelp
I really love this shopping center and normally don't leave reviews for shopping centers, lol. It's definitely a family friendly center and they have some fun structures and at one point had a big connect four game for kiddos as well. Open seating as well in case you order to go and want to sit and chat and eat. Some restaurants have the unfortunate placement of being right next to PCH, so of course it's super loud if you wish to dine outside (tocaya and urban plates - but both are delicious). Some great stores - lululemon, Athleta, free people, urban outfitters etc Great restaurants, too! Love this location annnd it has a Whole Foods. Parking garage is free for the first 90 minutes.

America O.

Yelp
This review is for the person that puts oil on the benches outside of "The Solution". Please put a sign not to sit on them. Me and my daughter ruined our pants after sitting down. I had to buy her a new pair at THE GARAGE.
google avatar

Reena S.

Yelp
I'm so glad I finally came to check this place out! Came here on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't over crowded at all-I was shocked actually! They had cute decor up, a "selfie-Santa", and a lot of seating. The shops were cute and the staff were friendly. I would definitely come here over the Huntington Beach pacific city area that is similar to this location.
google avatar

Erik P.

Yelp
One of the nicer plaza areas here in Long Beach. Location - Great location on 2nd & PCH right next to the Marina. Plaza - Great place with chill areas to sit and eat or enjoy coffee, areas for kids to play, a decent amount of stores, and restaurants. Place is always clean and well kept up. Parking - Lots of parking available on the street or the parking structure, with a couple places that validate. Worth checking out for sure.
google avatar

Darla M.

Yelp
It's cute here. A great place to grab a drink and unwind. Not many interesting shops to look at. Not many places to validate parking.
google avatar

Fionna L.

Yelp
This small open-air shopping and dining collection has a modern tasteful design and a great atmosphere. I love how they transformed the street into a blue walkway. Along it are lots of umbrella-shaded tables as well as cozy and interesting sitting areas. The bathrooms nice and clean. There is a Free people and UO at street level, Shake Shack around the corner, Anthropologie on the 2nd floor, and the only Homemade Italian Company restaurant in Southern California. Perfect for a girl's day out! Whole Foods is right next door and leashed furry friends are allowed (they'll love Woofpak!). What's not to love?
google avatar

Hayley H.

Yelp
Love to see it, Long Beach! 2nd & PCH is an elevated outdoor shopping experience in Long Beach. This center sits waterfront and hosts multiple vendors with coastal dining views! Some of the restaurants include Shake Shack, the Original Italian Company, Luxe Cafe, Hungry Angelina, Noble Rotisserie, and The Bungalow. There's also a Boba Guys and an ice cream shop on site for dessert. While the center hosts a few chains (Anthropology, Urban Outfitters, Sephora) the majority of the shops are geared toward the life of luxury.. aka out of my price range. I still enjoyed spending the afternoon window shopping and people watching since the center is absolutely beautiful. Parking is also incredibly easy with two hour free parking available in the structure. Now that we're getting back into the swing of things post-COVID, check out 2nd & PCH for their live outdoor events, including vendor pop-ups, concerts, and movie nights. Just be sure to check out their website for calendar listings!
google avatar

Gary N.

Yelp
A very neat and tidy shopping center located in Long Beach, I don't recognize a lot of brands here, but they seems to have enough from dining to grocery to clothing and more. It seems a little upscale and sophisticated too, I bet this is the spot for the wealthy people to hang, they charge for parking, but you could still get away with the first 90 mins, also I saw parking structure by the water in the back. Not sure if they're free or not, according to some reviews they might be, the traffic getting here might facing some issues as they shut down some paths for the Xmas decorations and also some constructions as well, so shoppers be aware of that.
google avatar

Jennifer N.

Yelp
2nd and PCH hosts a Friday Drive-In movie on their parking garage roof top. It's so great seeing all these places offering unique experiences during quarantine. My friends and I were lucky enough to get a spot for the movie Moana. They start allowing you to come in around 6pm, but the movie won't start till sunset. You can bring chairs, coolers, snacks, even your dog if you want! It was such fun experience! I can't wait to do it again!
google avatar

Jennifer K.

Yelp
June 2021, Outdoor shopping center with a private parking structure. Free parking for 90mins and 2Hr parking with validation. The plaza offers a selection of high-end boutiques, Amazon books, Chase, etc. Entertainment on the weekends varies. I enjoy the ambiance of this place and I find the staff at the stores to always be friendly and ready to assist customers. The selection of food items varies with both Keto-friendly - Vegetarian. The location is Dog friendly!!

Yelp
2nd & PCH is a gem for families in Long Beach. They have some really cute play pads, fire pits, photo opps, and some really nice family lounges. I was impressed and of course everything is still brand new so it seems extra clean! There are several surrounding eateries, and retail shops, but nothing that I could see myself consistently coming back for. Actually, would love to see the Bungalow when its done! However, this spot is targeted more for families. I can see it being a simple, cute date night if you don't mind all the kids running around. Otherwise, parking is available in the structure for a fee, not sure how much since they are still allowing guests to park along the marina for free which we did.

Yelp
Screw. This. Place. For the most part it's a great shopping mall. Good food, good shopping, generally nice place. However, parking is an absolute SCAM. They say you can get free parking if you validate your ticket at a store in the mall. But it is in fact ONE store, which is closed on Monday (the day we visited). According to a salesgirl we spoke to the validation machine a) costs a shop $5000 to get and b) subsequently costs $1000 every month. It is designed to be prohibitively expensive so the parking garage can profit. We stopped on the way out to argue with the employees on principle and they clearly had a set dialogue. Extremely frustrated by the experience. We will definitely not be returning.

Yelp
I have been waiting a long time for 2nd & PCH to open and thought Thanksgiving weekend would be a great time to check it out. It's a very stylish open-air mall similar to Pacific City down the road in Huntington. But it's not really very big, most of the structure on both ends are parking and there are still a lot of empty shops. The ones that are ready for business are very nice inside and the entire complex is immaculate. We went into the Whole Foods, which is quite large, but it smelled a little funky kind of like questionable fish. The parking is still free and I'd expect it to remain so at least until more stores open. The public spaces are very nice with lots of seating and water fountains for dogs :) Right now there is a giant Christmas tree in the central area in front of some tasty looking food kiosks. It's really more of a place to stroll around then shop.
google avatar

Shannon C.

Yelp
There are good restaurants here. A lot of great places to shop as well. The outdoor seating area are really nice, too.

Yelp
Even though this shopping center just opened, I can already envision the potential for its future success. After decades of languishing vacantly, the SeaPort Marina Hotel finally gave way to a trendy reincarnation that's fitting for this scenic ocean view locale. The shopping area is open and inviting, and the interspersed seating area provides the vibe of a relaxing seaside resort. There are two levels of shops, and there are plenty of multi-level parking next to the Whole Foods Market. Most of the commercial spaces are still waiting to be filled, but there are already throng of people roaming the open space. Excitement filled the air on a Friday evening, anticipating the possibilities. The stage is set for all the players to start rehearsing, and I am thrilled to be a part of the act.

Yelp
This beautiful new shopping center located on the corner of 2nd Street and Pacific Coast Highway is a welcome addition to Long Beach. The center will be anchored by Whole Foods. Other tenants will include Shake Shack, Motion Stretch, Barry's Bootcamp, The Bungalow Santa Monica, and Sephora, just to name a few. According to their website, Valet Parking, Public WiFi, and Electric Vehicle Parking are just a few of the amenities that will be offered. Definitely, more to come.

Yelp
Great mall with excellent food choices!!! You need groceries? They got Whole Foods. You want a yummy burger? Shake Shack hits the spot!! Need sportswear? Nike got you covered. Just want to relax on some comfy seats by a firepit? Yup, they got that too. Plus 90 minute free parking!!! What's not to love.

Yelp
There is a great Whole Foods here! One of the nicest and largest I've ever been. The center is overall very clean and tidy -- nice outdoor spaces for socializing and gathering (which, obviously, we can't do right now because of COVID-19). + Great location. + Beach-chic decor. + Parking is easy to deal with. It's interesting - I've seen it evolve from 100% free parking to 180 minutes of free parking. I've never had a problem parking here, which is great! I only wish that there were perhaps a few different shops than any other outdoor retail center in Southern California. 2020: 48/100

Yelp
This place is our new favorite Sunday fun day to go to! Once a month, they have Creative Communal happening where different small shops do a pop up. My family and I love being outdoors and this is a perfect place to hang out. On Sundays, there is also a farmers market across the street. There's just so much to do. For food, we love grabbing food from Whole Foods as their food are always fresh. We also enjoy eating at Urban Plates, grabbing a drink from Boba Guys, browsing at Amazon and just walking around. We've been to the Bungalow Kitchen on the second floor--must try! There's more food spots in the area and we look forward to trying them all. Parking can get tough. Just be patient. There's more levels on the structures but we often park by Whole Foods. It's free for the first 90mins and you can get validation. There's also free charging stations which we love! I know this place is fairly new but during the holidays, they put up pretty nice decorations as well as a huge Christmas tree! Perfect for a photo opp. They even have movie nights to enjoy with friends and family. Follow them on IG!

Yelp
I could not wait to finally go here when I was in the area. I have been watching this under construction, so when an opportunity presents itself, I'm in. It was everything I expected with some of my favorite things: Whole Foods, Athleta, Lululemon and Boba Guys! I visited three open malls in SoCal and this was my favorite by far! Maybe because it was the newest, but it had the best vibe.

Yelp
Ok so that parking is a bit odd. Dined at a restaurant. 3 hrs later I pay $12 for parking and the gate did not require a ticket. My friend paid nothing and the gate did not require a ticket either. How do I get my $12 back? 2nd & PCH is ok. Better than the old run down hotel. Traffic is a challenge around the area. Restaurants are ok - not especially great - but hopefully will find their stride. Update: yup $12 for parking that the businesses should validate for. Feel sort off gouged especially after spend $300 on dinner and it was mediocre. I'll stick to the real 2nd street where restaurants seem a bit better and you don't have to pay a parking penalty. Funny thing - the lot was mostly empty and so were the restaurants on a Thursday! Too many good places in LB to waste time here.

Yelp
I absolutely love 2nd & PCH, especially on a Sunday afternoon with the farmer's market across the street. During the holiday season, we frequented the Amazon 4-star store for gift ideas. Whole Foods is a convenient stop for groceries on your way out. And of course Sephora is always a fun visit! :) It's beautifully decorated, and there's lots of great food options - Shake Shack, Urban Plates, Noble Bird, Olas (Mexican) and Otosan (sushi), Ample Hills (ice cream). I've seen signs for more opening up soon - Tocaya Organica and a fried chicken place, yum! Can't wait to come back and try the new restaurants! The best part is that everyone can grab whatever food they want and sit in the outdoor seating in the courtyard. And there's free EV charging for 2 hours!
