2nd Street Daikanyama

Had a surprise find at this shop, I am very happy. Other bag prices were rather high, lower ones represented either bad conditions or designs that were very unpopular and hard to carry. Shop was quite organised as compared to some others visited. Agree with some other comments below that service is not great but there were only 2 people working so I understand.

Extremely rude staff. I had a disappointing experience at this second-hand store today due to the conduct of one staff member — specifically, a man with a shaved-head. I approached him twice with a polite inquiry about a product I intended to purchase. On both occasions, he deliberately ignored me, avoiding eye contact and pretending not to hear, despite standing right in front of me. This kind of unprofessional and dismissive behavior is both discouraging and disrespectful. As a paying customer, I expect at the very least basic acknowledgment. Unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression, and I chose to leave without making a purchase. I sincerely hope the management addresses such conduct to prevent similar experiences for future customers. 5 June 2025

The door is very heavy and difficult to open. Nice vintage and good condition but everything was overpriced. I don't know how these places stay in business.
