The presentation is top-tier, the location is stunning, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The lemon donut may have been the best donut I’ve ever had. Wife got the pumpkin chia latte hot. She loved it and I had a strong drip black. Good coffee!

Their coffee is really good (and generally I find most places have sub par coffee). Surprising to find great coffee at a kiosk in the middle of the mall, of all places. Idk what beans they use but theyre really good. I also think it often comes down to the barista so whoever was working morning of June 10 is really good at their job!

Best coffee in the Gold Coast. This is the hidden gem of the neighborhood. They have a Marzocco espresso machine, delicious pastries, and fast service. I can only guess all those people are waiting in line at La Colombe because they don’t know this exists- this is superior on all accounts, including not being forced to keep my dog outside. And they recently started a punch card so every 10th coffee is free! Amazing. Do yourself a favor and stop getting subpar coffee in the Gold Coast- go here and enjoy the beautiful interiors with delicious coffee.

Their matcha is surprisingly great! I’ve gone in twice now and it was consistent in flavor and quality. I’d totally recommend, and they have a sugar free vanilla option!

Unfortunately, this location rarely has bread available, and the staff is not very friendly. Service feels rushed and unwelcoming. I hope they improve both their product availability and customer attention.”

I wasn’t expecting much, but wow, it’s fantastic! The coffee is great, the croissants are delicious, and the prices are fair. Plus, it’s all right inside the mall! If you’re looking for some good coffee and yummy food, you should definitely check it out!

my go to spot for an iced latte, I’m obsessed with the salted caramel syrup. The baristas use Minor Figures oat milk which is another favorite of mine & a reason I’ll always keep coming back.

3 Greens Coffee & Bakery was the perfect start to my weekend in Chicago. As you can tell by my picture, the phone did not eat first. My vanilla latte was smooth and a perfect blend of sweet and salty. My blueberry muffin was buttery, moist, and melted in my mouth. The vibes inside Michigan Ave were calm for a cold morning, making it enjoyable to find a table and enjoy the muffin and coffee. Service was quick considering it was crowded and eager with coffee drinkers! This is definitely going to be my new go-to coffee spot when I'm in Chicago!

I got an oat milk latte here. It was pretty good but nothing remarkable. The service was quick. The latte cost $7.20, so a bit expensive. This coffee and matcha spot is located in the shopping mall. There are little tables and seats in the center of the mall.

Loved the Cortada. In fact so good I had two cups. Also tried the banana bread which was amazing. And the pistachio donut was ok. The place is located in the first level of the 900 North Michigan Avenue Mall. We reached the mall a little early before the shops opened, so was killing time by drinking some coffee, but turned to be an amazing coffee break!

The food was tough to chew, hard to swallow and overpriced. The service was okay, they're nice. The ambiance was tolerable. Too bad they don't take cash. I wouldn't recommend going here.
