My recent stay at 3005 Buckhead was nothing less than amazing. The staff was accommodating and check-in was very straightforward. The location & renovations of the property easily call for 5/5 star review. This a great option for people visiting or wanting to lease in Buckhead. I can confidently say I will be booking another reservation at this location again.

This property started off great but everything that has been said about management is TRUE and trust you better listen. Do not move here. The lack of professionalism and accountability from the thousands of management companies that have taken over this building is astounding. The elevators don’t work it’s a fire hazard. They refuse to fix the trash issue throughout the building creating gnats and unpleasant smells. No air ion the halls. The elevators do not works. They will demand rent but will not address any issues. Did I mention the elevators don’t work? They lie every week on when they will be fixed and they’ve been put off and on since November 2024. I could go on for days…just don’t do it

From the second I moved in, it just felt like home. The apartment is super clean, has great natural light, and everything feels modern and well taken care of. The layout is really functional plenty of space without feeling too big or too cramped. Catherine and Shay are so awesome and dependable. They made the process so smooth and easy and got me a great deal.

The elevators are CONSISTENTLY down. The garage that you pay $75/month ALWAYS has mechanical failures. There’s a line of cars stuck on both sides of the gate, concierge won’t even answer to let us out! There’s no compensation for any inconveniences. The floor which has the best view has been getting renovated well over a year and it’s still not done. Fourth of July weekend there was 1 pool open, no grills were working (it’s been months without gas) and they only give u two 24h validations a MONTH! Imagine having more than two friends over a month where u pay over $2k/ month and they have to pay to park. Save yourself the trouble and find another apartment home. They utilize vacant apartments on Airbnb so you’ll see suspect individuals roaming the complex. They never answer the phone for residents. They change property management annually so don’t get too cozy with anyone!!! I can’t wait until my lease is up. Oh I forgot the BEST part GA Power goes out monthly, no reason just because so we’re always without power and a/c in summer months! Love that

Just renewed my lease and transferred to a larger unit, the complex is great! Fantastic location, the leasing staff is super helpful and friendly. Maintenance is also great, they have helped me with every issue quickly! The new maintenance supervisor, Aaron Jefferson, is wonderful, took care of all my requests urgently and made sure my new unit was perfect!

Shay gave a beyond amazing tour! She is so personable/approachable. She interacts well with guests. She is great at seeking you those features and does mind doing extra for her future residents. Shay and her team truly made an impression on me on how much they care about their residents’ experiences before and after you sign your lease.

I strongly advise against living here. The elevators are frequently out of service, causing major inconvenience. Since the recent management change, the situation has worsened. The new management appears indifferent to residents’ concerns. For example, the parking garage doors were nonfunctional for over a week during evening hours. Their solution? Telling residents to park in the retail garage using a parking pass. When I requested a temporary parking pass, they handed me a sticker—literally stuck to their finger. Completely unprofessional. Despite branding this as a luxury apartment, there is nothing luxurious about the experience. Poor service, unreliable facilities, and dismissive management make this place a waste of money. Thankfully, my lease is ending and I’m moving out.

I toured the Buckhead Village community last week and was impressed by the overall experience. The staff members in the leasing office were welcoming and displayed a high level of professionalism, taking the time to address all of my inquiries thoroughly. The unit I examined was clean, modern, and featured an excellent layout. I particularly appreciated the abundant natural lighting and the contemporary appliances. The amenities also stood out; the gym was well-maintained. Furthermore, parking facilities seemed adequate, and the neighborhood displayed a great deal of walkability. Dolce and Shae, thank you again
