My first time having Chicken Salad chick and it did not disappoint. The front staff were so sweet and welcoming. I let them know that it was my first time and they answered any questions that I had about the menu. I decided on The Chick combo which came with a scoop of their famous chicken salad and a side, which I chose their seasonal strawberry salad. The cost was very reasonable which I appreciated. Both of my food items were delicious, I wished I had ordered two scoops of chicken salad, and I loved the poppy seed dressing. My food also came with pickle spears and a cute mini butter cream iced sugar cookie gotta love a little lagniappe! Can't wait to go back and try a different chicken salad flavor and sandwich.

I used the drive thru which was quick, and the employees were very friendly. I ordered the classic chicken salad on a croissant with a side of pasta salad. I was disappointed in the food. The chicken salad was bland and the pasta salad was dried out. My three stars are being generous and are really for the service and drive thru convenience.

Fantastic experience! CSC is a favorite quick meal. This location was exceptional! The lovely outside seating area was precious and shaded. The interior was clean and peaceful. Every single person was smiling and helpful, including the manager. And as always the food was delicious!

I'm one to not buy chicken salad out since everyone makes it so differently. What I like about this place is that it has so much variety. The first time I went, I tried the Jazzy Julie chicken salad BLT with the broccoli salad. It also comes with a delicious little cookie. The second time, I tried the Kickin' Kay Lynne. It's hard to say which one I liked best. They both were great and aren't the way that I prep chicken salad at home, which makes it a selling point. The broccoli salad has crunchy broccoli, cheese, bacon and a sweet dressing that I loved. The staff were super friendly as well.

I drive by regularly and finally stopped in. I ordered two sandwiches. Both were very good. I got both as the basic chicken salad on toasted wheat bread. I went through the drive thru, so I cannot speak to what the interior is like.

I waited quite a while after the grand opening because of lines and the popularity and anticipation of this location opening. I was able to make it here on a Saturday afternoon. I forgot to take pictures but was greeted by a short line and friendly service. They had an inviting open fridge of prepacked specialties The single serve packages of popular flavors were already sold out but I was able to get 2 and one larger package that had four servings. Packaging is charming. Display and cleanliness was done well. Prices were not cheap but I hope that reflects the quality of the product. I have never been in another chain location this is my first. Small packaging was $8 and the 4 setting was $14. The product is delicious. They even gave a nice amount of single serve crackers and forks with my order. The young lady behind the counter was patient as I stumbled signing up online for their rewards program. I'll admit I don't know the entire benefit of the program yet still signed up. I will be back. But it is not something I plan to do often since I find it pricey yet a good product. When I do, I will remember to add pictures.

Really great location, ambiance and friendly staff. Lots of chicken salad flavor options but overall, there are much better options for chicken salad and sandwiches in the area. Tried a classic chicken salad BLT sandwich and THE Barbie-Q scoop. The classic is just ground chicken and mayo so not much flavor and no seasoning. The Barbie-q I thought would be a smoked chicken but they just add barbecue sauce. The pickle spear was great and there was a free mini cookie reminiscent of the iced sugar cookies from a grocer. It's a really nice place, but I wouldn't go back for the chicken salad.

Brand new location - you've got to visit! We've been hooked on Chicken Salad Chick, but have been driving to Slidell and Gulfport to feed our addiction. So happy this location is now open! Franchise owner was there when we arrived today @ 10:05A to pick up food for us and for my hairdresser & her staff to try. (Share the love!) Were super excited to see our friend from the Slidell location behind the counter. She's near us now! Line was already 10 people deep, and the drive through was open. However, seeing all these people, the owner opened all 3 registers and we were ordered, paid and out the door in under 20 min. (That includes chat time. :) ) Kudos to this owner, also, for praising his wonderful, willing staff who stepped up to the challenge with smiles and grace. I saw a few kinks with some orders, but noticed those were also handled with okay, we'll fix it right now. The Lauren Lemon Basil and Fruity Fran were loved by the hairdresser crew. The chicken poblano soup, the pasta salad, and our sandwiches were devoured in short measure. My fav is the Dixie Chick with lots of onions, and his is Kickin Kay Lynne. Try them all - there's enough choices to please anyone.

Visited the north shore location a few times years ago and liked it, so I was happy to hear they'd opened a Metairie location. My happiness soon turned to unhappiness after eating here. Two stars instead of one because at least it didn't make me sick .

Delicious! So many flavors to choose from that if you're a true chicken salad aficionado you can eat here many times and never get bored. Jalapeño Holly and Fancy Nancy are two personal faves but all of them are tasty. Also love the grape and broccoli salads. There are sandwich options outside of chicken salad that I still want to try plus a variety of soups and other sides like mac and cheese and pimento cheese spread. It's always busy so I hope that's a harbinger of things to come and they are a permanent fixture on the veterans corridor. Employees are friendly and efficient and the owners are ever-present, asking if you enjoyed your meal and if you need anything. Great addition to Metairie!

Fresh new place in the old Burger King close to causeway great selection of chicken salad a little pricey but very good!They also have nice desserts and great iced tea!The vibe is really nice place is very clean and staff is very friendly and fast definitely would recommend this place give it a try!

Food was awesome.service was fast employees was so nice and polite.im definitely making this one of my favorite spots to eat at also it's nice inside and outside.if you are looking for a more healthy place to eat at with family or friends this is the place

The food was delicious, the service was great, the Staff is friendly, the Restaurant was clean, the Restrooms are clean, the atmosphere was vey nice too! I ate thr Barbie-Q Sadwich on a croissant along with thrir Potado Soup, my Wife ate Sassy Scotty Chicken Salad and Tortilla Soup, our Daughter ate the same thing as my Wife. We had lunch for the first time today. We really hope they open another loaction in Kenner, where Arby's used to be! We will definitely be back to eat again soon, and we'll tell our family and friends about it too!

Excellent customer service -- I appreciated being offered a sample of any chicken salad flavor since it was my first time in. Got a pimento cheese croissant with a scoop of chicken salad as my side, plus added on an additional side (Mac and cheese). All of it tasted really good, and definitely was worth the price. Got it to go this time, but I'll come back to eat inside as it's cute and comfy.

The service was good and line went fast. But Went to drive through, they forgot my side.

I've been waiting for a location to show up in Metairie and I'm so happy they did! Best chicken salads ever! Great friendly staff. Will return allll the time

Alternative to burgers opens in Metairie with delicious chicken sandwiches. Location, ambiance and service are a plus. Chicken sandwiches. Salads and soft drinks are reasonably priced.
