"32 Bar & Grill opens tomorrow, November 6, in the west side of the Kraken Community Iceplex, the team’s training hub in Northgate. The sports bar has capacity for 250 people, a private dining space, views into both the Starbucks Rink and Smartsheet Rink, and 17 TVs, as well as tons of hockey memorabilia — including 300 hockey sticks covering the ceiling, and a collection of over 1,000 pucks from around the world on the bar top. General manager of the Iceplex Rob Lampman called 32 Bar & Grill “the ultimate Kraken hockey atmosphere.” The sports bar will host watch parties for Kraken games in addition to other Seattle sports teams. The menu hasn’t been revealed yet, but diners can expect offerings from the Kraken’s executive chef Brandon Cathey, whose previous experience includes opening the Argentine restaurant Patagōn at the Charter Hotel downtown. The 32 in the sports bar’s name is a tribute to the 32,000 fans that made it possible for the Seattle Kraken to become the NHL’s 32nd team, and the degree Fahrenheit at which water freezes." - Mark Van Streefkerk

First outing to 32 and won't be the last. A clean modern vibe, it's not loud, and overlooking people skating on the community ice rink is just a cool concept. Our server was super friendly and had water and drinks out quickly. He was attentive and checked back often. I had seen the positive reviews on the French Dip, and it is indeed a winner! Really liked the fries too. All our choices were well received. Fish & Chips, Fish Tacos, and the Pepperoni pizza. Prices were a tad higher than your average bar, but this place is something unique and made for a fun night out.

Google
Not the worst meal I've ever had - it made the Top 20 list... Seating is open, but that can hose the server in a given area pretty quickly. Happened to our server. He was slow to greet us and didn't even bring our order - a runner did. My food was not so good. Fries were cooked, but cold. Club sandwich bread had been soaked in oil / butter to cook it and was greasy - like crazy greasy ruin your napkin there was so much grease. I ended up eating just the insides. Oh, and it was supposed to have avocado - maybe a nickels worth on only one half. Disappointing... And final note - this place isn't cheap. Okay, you're paying for the ambience, the possibility of seeing the team skate... Problem is - you don't get what you paid for - not even close. Word of advice - come to the complex to see the team or skate - it's really a beautiful facility. But go someplace else to eat, you'll thank me for that advice... Lunch on 12/30, 11:30 AM...

I live near northgate and I had no clue there was even a bar at the practice facility. Surprise surprise! It's great to be able to sit in the restaurant and watch 3 ice rinks. So fun! I went for a Hawks game and the atmosphere was good and it was busy with people coming in and out with all the hockey player and kids. Kids are allowed so be prepared for that. The food was average and the beers were over priced. My chicken sandwich was $20. It's expensive what you get. I would go back to watch the hockey players practice but I won't be going back on a regular basis to hang out since it was over priced. It's a fun place and great for big groups. Check it out!!! Super fun to see. Also the staff was great!!!

Google
The 32 Bar & Grill is hands down the best place to watch the Kraken games. The staff is awesome, the food is incredible, the atmosphere and energy during the games is fantastic, and Buoy even stops by occasionally - what more could you ask for? Fun times for the whole family, you can even watch people skate or play hockey on the ice rinks below. This place has it all, I can’t wait for the ‘23-‘24 season to start.

Google
The venue is well lit with window seats that can see right into the ice hockey field. We ordered French dip, fish and chips and crab Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese were overcooked and no seasoning, can't taste the cheese or salt. The fish and chips were ok, the fries were luke warm, but the French dip was delicious 🤤. If you're after a unique venue to hang out this would be the perfect place, but if you want great food, I'd go elsewhere.

Updated 8/2/24: Dropping to two stars, sadly. The prices remain high but portion sizes have shrunk dramatically. I legitimately thought they brought me a kid's order of chicken tenders. They were about the length of my pointer finger the length and barely as wide. The price? $18.90. Photo attached. ------- Really simple, hockey themed decore with comfortable swivel chairs. Feels very open. Well lit. Not a lot of seating near the windows that over look the rinks, unfortunately. They have a spacious outdoor patio as well, but it was closed due to weather. Staff were incredibly friendly and very patient with our family. They served us quickly and came back to check in regularly with drink refills. And the gentleman who sat us was really kind and followed up as we left to thank us for coming in and make sure everything was good. Menus are downloaded via QR codes. Checkout is using hand held credit card scanners with displays. All in all, very efficient. Now to the food. My son loved the clam chowder, and my other kiddo really enjoyed the kid's burger. My wife also enjoyed the wedge salad. My Big Rig Burger was tasty and filling. The only disappointment was the poutine. The gravy was really thin and lacking flavor, so the fries were really soggy. The cheese curds were delicious but I only had six in my dish. In general, the fries for both burgers and poutine we had were a bit over cooked. Prices are a bit high for the amount of food you get. Would love to see the burgers come with a small side salad, for example, and kids meal with some fresh fruit. For their second day being open, I think they've done a good job and look forward to seeing them grow and improve.

Google
The Bar & Grill is on the second floor of the Kraken Ice Rink, and it is quite large and new. We ordered the Nacho with Pulled Pork, and they were great. Basic beer selection, but saved the day with Samuel Adam's Octoberfest Brew. Wife was happy with their wine selection, but your mileage may vary. Nice place to chill out and catch a broadcast game, or watch some practice hockey. Maybe even dinner and drinks.

Google
The food was amazing and the portions were very reasonable. Everyone who helped serve us was very polite, knowledgeable, and personable. I'm both excited to hear that the menu may have some seasonal changes coming soon and sad because everything I tried was so good that I don't want it to leave!

Yelp
Great atmosphere. Very comfortable seating , spacious. Food is good but has become a little spendy for what you get. I've eaten there maybe 7 times in the last 18 months. The chicken club is my favorite. But the quality of it has diminished. Used to be thick (but not too thick) toasted crunchy sourdough with a nice helping of chicken. Price has gone up since the first time I got it and the quality and quantity has gone down. Boo. :( Kraken happened to be practicing when we were there. Place was definitely more crowded. Service was a little slow as a result. First time service was anything less than 5-star I'll try it one more time. But if not any better my patronage will go down. Fingers crossed.

Yelp
I had to wait out a doctor's appointment for my wife nearby so I stopped here for the first time. Ironically it was to watch the start of the Super Bowl in an NHL themed bar. I sat at the bar, had a Coors Light and found they had a Super Bowl special with 12 wings and a draft beer for $18.95. Of course I had to try that. I had the 12 wings with Maple Siracha flavoring along with another Coors Light. The food came out fairly quickly and was served with the traditional carrots and celery sticks and blue cheese. The wings weren't as flavorful as I thought they should be. I didn't taste any real siracha heat and certainly no maple flavor. But they were otherwise cooked just right and was an ample amount for one person. Overall for my first time here, I was pretty impressed with the decor and layout of the bar and grill. There are plenty of windows on the side facing the ice rinks below and a private dining area in the back. There is a lot of seating throughout and plenty of TV's and a plethora of Seattle historical and current hockey memorabilia. I like the vibe here. Now I need to return to watch a Kraken away game!!

Tami A.

Yelp
What a neat find! Random Wednesday on break and felt like lunch so we stopped here. There was a community ice skating session that was fun to watch while we waited for our food. Waiter was nice, nothing special but was efficient and accurate. We asked him some questions about the rinks and he was knowledgeable. The food was good! My sandwich was on crusty bread and filled. The husband enjoyed his and we enjoyed the crispy sprouts, even if they aren't terribly crispy. The vibe was a hockey sports bar. Lots of televisions with sports in, lots of hockey memorabilia and signed jerseys. We learned it's called 32 because the Kraken are the 32nd team!

Yelp
Bar/restaurant in Kraken training complex The staff was amazing! Our waiter Riley was friendly; attentive and dutiful. 5 out of 5 The bartender was also super nice 5/5 The lighting was helpfully bright and easily could see menu. The music was subdued so could hear and be heard. 5/5 I got the wings and they were perfectly cooked and spiced; they were delicious albeit puny in size. Served with plentiful carrots and celery. 4/5 The nachos were perfect, just the right amount of chips to cheese and chips to chicken! Would have liked some jalapeños and sour cream. 4/5 I sampled the club and the bread was crisp, helping of Turkey was generous and bacon crisp and tasty. 5/5 Sampled fries and they were crispy and toothsome. 5/5 I'd come here again no questions asked!

Yelp
32 Bar & Grill is located upstairs of the Kraken Iceplex. You can see views of one of the ice rinks at the side of the restaurant. I've noticed it's an ideal place for parents and families to grab a bite to eat if they have a family member taking lessons at the ice rinks. I've visited 32 Bar & Grill enough times to notice that the food is a hit or miss. My most recent visit was the UW vs UM game, and that was probably my best food experience at 32 Bar & Grill. We went with the game day special: Wings & a beer. We went with Buffalo sauce, and I thought the wings were perfect! Not overly drenched with sauce with a nice crisp. We also ordered the potato pizza. I was curious about the pizzas at 32, since I did not see any pictures on Yelp. I had low expectations, but the texture of the potatoes was spot on, slight al dente with a fluffy chew. I thought the crust was great as well. The only thing I can suggest is that they salt it up a little more, and it would be perfect. The cheesecake we ordered for dessert was fine, but the whipped cream it came with was weird. The texture was as if the cream was overwhipped and had an overwhelming amount of cinnamon and nutmeg. If I get this again, I would omit the cream. Service wise, I've always had a great experience with the staff at 32. Watching games at 32 is a lot of fun, they even had a raffle for kraken UW hats at the UW vs UM game that got everyone excited. Just keep in mind to arrive early if you plan to get a nice spot at the restaurant to watch the game. Overall I give it 3 stars. I think it's a solid place to hang out, watch games and receive pleasant service. I do see room for growth with the food, but I would return for more pizza and wings.

Michael W.

Yelp
I love this place. I can't believe it's only built for the SkatePlex alone. It has one of my all-time favorite burgers. It's the sauce, no wait is the fresh vegetables, no wait it's the fresh hand crafted Patty. No wait, it's the choice of cheese, no wait, it's the environment. No wait, hmmmmmm, it's everything, that's right it's everything. There is a menu choice for all tastebuds. All equally as fresh and incredible as the next. Their beer selection and spirits selection can't be beat. Along with the occasional party night for the Kraken, it makes for an ideal anytime event please. Bring your mother. Trust me. She'll start to love hockey. The staff is very friendly. They don't freak out when it's busy. And the managers, touch tables. That's rare. We will be back.

Yelp
Located on the 2nd floor of the Kraken Community Center on the northwest end of the building. My visits were during a 3-day hockey tournament, so my experience may be slightly different than the norm. The decor within 32 Bar & Grill is incredible, packed with tons of hockey and Kraken inspired wall and ceiling coverings. The bar is well equipped with what seems like miles of liquor as well as two draft towers with eight beers on draft! I'd say this place is well stocked! The 32 Bar & Grill was packed every night, and day, during the tournament with almost all seats in the house taken, so finding a seat was pretty tough. Unfortunately, for the majority of the tournament the bar wasn't prepared for the drinking crowd. The crowd was fighting tooth and nail to get a drink from the bar. At one time, with no one sitting at the bar, I grabbed a seat hoping to grab a pint before the next game. The bartender told me he wouldn't be able to get to me because of the queue in the well. It wasn't the end of the world but it was a bit disappointing. I will say though, once you got a table, the servers did a great job! They all were very attentive even thought they were outnumbered. Oh ya, alcohol isn't allowed outside 32 Bar & Gril, so you can't take it down by the ice to watch the games, gotta drink it in the bar. Oh well. Overall the venue's got a great atmosphere overlooking two sheets of ice, one being the Kraken practice sheet, and good food.

Jason L.

Yelp
Super cool spot right at the Kraken's practice facility. With views overlooking the hockey rink, it's a great place to grab a bite and enjoy the ambiance. I can only imagine what the vibes are like during a game. I got the fish and chips and I thought it was alright. The fish had way too much batter in my opinion. At first glance, they look huge but after you take a bite, you can see how much batter they used. The fries and slaw were good, no complaints there. In all, this is a cool place to grab a bite/drink. It might be worth checking out during a Mariners game or when the Kraken play an away game.

L C.

Yelp
Normally I would be wary about giving such a high rating to a bar in an ice rink, but I really have no notes for this place. Tables and chairs are all very clean, and the staff is super friendly. Our waiter was super nice and helpful with menu insights, as well as overall knowledge of the Kraken team. We ate here twice in a row and got a variety of different items. Crispy brussel sprouts- our absolute FAVORITE menu item. They were so delicious and I highly recommend getting these to split with the table. Summer harvest bowl- this was pretty good but the ratios were a little off. There were huge chucks of beats that I think should have been half the size, and the way the carrots were cut made them hard to pile on the fork and I also had to cut down. Other than that it was a good healthier option on the menu. Margarita Pizza- surprisingly delicious. The dough is hand tossed and was just really yummy. We also got fish tacos and the hamburger. Both were very good. Overall I don't think you can go wrong with anything on their menu. This is a great option for people who just got off the ice and are looking for a bite. The food is delicious, area is clean and very well decorated, and the service is excellent.

Kirsten Z.

Yelp
If I wanted to eat Sysco frozen foods, I know a few bars that would charge me half the price. In general, the food was... dry? The pork belly tacos and the chicken tenders needed lots of dips and lime to keep things moving. They gave me a lime wedge for each taco and I absolutely needed them. The drinks were not great. Very watery and def not the topo chico they listed in the ingredients. Good to meet our curiosity here and cross this one off the list. Two stars for quick and friendly service on a Friday at 7!

Yelp
I have been visiting in the Seattle area for past year and stay right in the Northgate area and as a keen hockey fan have been numerous times to 32 Staff interaction has been great and have always felt welcomed even though I am mostly an ice tea drinker Food has been good and have always enjoyed the wings which is perhaps my favorite order Pizza too has been fine and as I like it cut in squares I have only succeeded 50 per cent of the time as the wait staff said Spanish speaking cooks not always understood my requests here Not a big deal and just a minor cliche I love the whole layout of 32 and always clean and staff works hard With the rinks close at hand too it all adds to good feeling for a hockey fan like me I have enjoyed my time in Seattle and soon will be heading back to Minnesota I thank 32 for making this stay a bit more memorable Jim at Maplelag in Minnesota

Yelp
Great place to watch a game or check out the NHL Kraken practice! Great food mega fast service and very friendly staff!!!!

Frank B.

Yelp
32 Bar & Grill is no joke it was an amazing experience from start to finish. You find a huge spacious sports bar with panoramic views of the KRAKEN ice rink for viewing. Plus multiple TV's for watching either NHL games or game of the day. Menu wasn't huge but the selections are great for a bar. My dining experience was a delicious skirt steak with chimichurri sauce along with fries. Delish and delightful was my taste experience and you can take that to the taste bud bank. Needless to say as MacArthur once said "I came through and I shall return." GO KRAKEN

Yelp
this late night bar/restaurant is a great place for american food! it's located in the kraken practice rink. their servers are friendly! the food is a bit expensive but definitely worth it! i love their burgers here!!!

Chrissy C.

Yelp
The bar & grill is located within the iceplex. So it made it such a fun atmosphere! I've never experienced having a bar & grill that over looks 3 different ice rinks. Saw people skating for fun, practicing hockey, and even a game of broom ball that was about to start! Food was pretty good as well! For apps we ordered buffalo wings and poutine. Then for meals we got beet salad, chicken club, and fish & chips. We all loved what we order and even went home with some leftovers too. Unrelated to the restaurant - also within the iceplex is a little video game spot, benches to overview another rink (saw people teleworking or homework there), a Starbucks, and a Kraken team store!

Bailey N.

Yelp
This joint has been consistently better for weeks so it's time to update my review....and shame on me! For in my previous review, I made the terrible mistake of not mentioning how delicious their ranch dressing is. Yes, I'm that girl. That ranch lovin' girl that was born and raised a good part of her life in Oklahoma. So, what I'm saying is...I know GOOD home style ranch when I taste it, and their chefs make it fresh in house! It's like the 4th of July in your mouth! No wait, it's better. Yes, I'm THAT serious. Anywho... come try this place. Just be prepared to spend a little extra dough than you'd expect at a similar joint.

Amanda D.

Yelp
Honestly, what a surprise! The whole rink/kraken/starbucks/bar thing was way more than I expected. Didnt expect so many people to be eating here, didnt expect the service to be outstanding and sure has hell didnt expect the food to be good! The food was pretty excellent (crab mac and cheese here). But the service blew me away. 2 servers touched our table and both were so nice, so accommodating (we were dining with a 3 year old) and quick with drinks, food and the check. Maybe after spending the majority of the '80s in a roller rink, I was expecting nacho cheese, off brand slurpees and ancient gumball machines; Bar32 really came through in a clutch and I'm happy to see the city rally around it.

Amy K.

Yelp
The food is excellent for bar food. I love the bar and watching all the little kids playing hockey!

dave b.

Yelp
Great place to bring the family for a Kraken or Hawks game. Located walking distance to the Light Rail station makes it top of the list for places to watch the game with fellow fans. It's an all-ages restaurant, so your friends with kids don't have an excuse to say 'no' and even when it gets loud, it doesn't get too rowdy. I removed on star because it's a little on the pricey side, and they've been understaffed the three times I've been there over the past 18 months. I will be back.

Kevin L.

Yelp
Pricey, but if you don't mind that it's a decent upscale-ish sports bar. The food is good, but let's be honest--if you're here, it's so you can watch a Kraken game or overlook the practice ice at the official team facility. My wife and I had the fish and chips and the steak, respectively. Both were good. My wife's old-fashioned came with the Seattle Kraken anchor imprinted to the ice cube, which was a cool touch. It seems like the poutine is well-loved, but I could have done without it. To be honest, I haven't had great poutine outside of Canada. As American attempts never seem to measure up, I don't really hold it against them here.

Bryan B.

Yelp
Crab Mac & Cheese is the thing to get! This restaurant overlooks the ice, where I watched kids playing hockey. Turns out it's the practice facility for the NHL Kraken, and you can watch their games on TV while you enjoy clam chowder and beer. Fun!

Arviso A.

Yelp
My favorite place in Seattle. Hockey on the tvs, hockey in the windows, hockey all around, amazing grub. The beet salad is the BEST. Service is great, can sometimes be slower on tournament weekends, but they always try to treat you right.

Dave V.

Yelp
Our server Austin was great. Food was fantastic, ambience was great and it was very kid friendly. Love this place!

Matt S.

Yelp
Food was good and it was cool to watch practice on the ice. Unfortunately the place was full of drunk obnoxious Toronto fans who are unaware that their team hasn't won anything since there were 6 teams in NHL. Worse than Blue Jays fans. It's an all ages place afterall.

Sasha T.

Yelp
Such a great find!! Was staying nearby and wanted a place to watch Monday Night, and this fit the bill perfectly! The poutine is excellent, lemon pepper wings are seasoned perfectly and the house salad is surprisingly delicious. Also I can't find fault in a bar that can make a good French 75 (the name of the drink is Seattle 32 on the menu). Great find, good ambience and great place to take some friends to watch a game.

K.O D.

Yelp
Great spot! The food, service, atmosphere, along with a very friendly staff makes visiting a very enjoyable experience. Fun to watch hockey practice or even someone (like me) trip and fall on the ice below. Highly recommend!

Erica R.

Yelp
Enjoyed hockey practice for my daughter and came here to quench our palates. I had the big burger...if you want a burger this is the one to get! Deeelicious!!! My daughter had the crab Mac and cheese. I had to have a bite and it was also very good. To drink I recommend the Seattle 32. Very light and tasty.

Claire E.

Yelp
Stopped by for a quick bite over the weekend. Reilly was the bartender and he was super friendly and attentive. I had French dip and it was so good. Reilly recommended adding mamas lil peppers and onions which added a nice touch. Definitely want to come by and try more off the menu.

Ryan H.

Yelp
No vegan options on the menu. It is difficult to believe that in Seattle this facility would not have a more expanded menu.

Justin C.

Yelp
Just a great Seattle lunch experience to meet friends and be entertained at the Kraken's practice ice plex. They have a large Team store, and this grill is just upstairs with top down views of the Kraken and public skating rinks. We were lucky to see the Kraken and Penguins practice consecutively, and had no idea that they would be there! Got to see Crosby, Eberle, Larsson, Grubauer up close and running drills. Crab roll was super good altho the crab is quite minced whereas I normally prefer chunky pieces; staff were all superb and friendly and talkative. I'll definitely come back just for fun and try the pizzas and burgers next time.

Krista S.

Yelp
Visited here after free skate at the Kraken Ice Complex. One star for ambiance meaning you look over the ice rinks with daylight lighting that makes it seem like noon. We had the poutine. it was delicious! One star! The gravy was reddish and didn't look good but tasted great! The restaurant/bar itself was odd, very empty, one person behind the bar with spotty/slow service. The drinks were fine, small Seattle pour. All in all, I spent too much to have a drink or two with my friend after skating but the hockey theme was is great! Another star. There really wasn't much I could eat being gluten free and the menu is really small.

MarsAttacks ..

Yelp
had fish and chips and a red alert cocktail. both very good but pretty pricy . it's not like your in a fancy place, it's a skating rink. Cool bar .

Sherry W.

Yelp
Considering this is a sports bar that is at an ice skating rink, this is pretty solid and better than I expected! I went on a Friday night after ice skating, and had a Seattle 32 (gin & bubbly drink) which was fresh and light, along with some poutine and Buffalo wings. The wings were nothing special, but the poutine was really good! It was a generous portion and covered in savory gravy and yummy beecher's cheese curds. The wait staff was also very friendly, the food and drinks came quickly, and we had a nice view of the UW hockey game going on at the same time!

Jill E.

Yelp
We decided to take the light rail from Angle Lake to Northgate to see the new Kraken Iceplex. Its not well marked from the light rail station but figure since they are under construction things will get better. Not a huge space, wide open with seating at the bar for those of age and some other tables if families wanted to bring children. Although I didn't feel like the menu was particularly suited to kids. Its not a large menu but am thinking since they've only been open for a couple of weeks that it will probably change as time goes on. They have appetizers, salads, soup, a couple of entrees and sandwiches. I opted for the crab roll sandwich which came with fries and my friend got the crab mac and cheese. A server other than the one who took our order brought our food which came promptly; however that's where the problems started. Instead of a crab sandwich I received a different one and my friend got mac and cheese with no crab. The server was prompt at rectifying this once we could get his attention. The crab roll was very good, I'd have it again, but the fries were just so so. the mac and cheese was good, according to my friend, but not wonderful. She did get a very large portion so was able to take some home with her. Think this place needs to settle in and find their rhythm and then they'll be a decent place to eat.

Jennifer T.

Yelp
I REALLY appreciate the menu indicating GF items, although I wish they had gluten free buns. It would provide so many more options for folks needing to eat gluten free.

Denise M.

Yelp
It's been awhile since I've been able to give a 5 star review. I don't give them out because I feel it needs to truly be deserving. This is truly deserved. I can't think of a single negative thing about todays visit. Clean, welcoming, friendly, delicious, timely. My friend and I were so comfortable and enjoyed our meal. We sat at the window and watched the figure skaters practice and train. It was fun to have that entertainment factor. I enjoyed a flavorful Bloody Mary while waiting for ore lunch. I ordered the turkey club. Wow. Best tasting club sandwich I have had in a long time. I love sourdough and it was toasty and buttery and yummy! I opted for the house salad with it instead of fries. Great choice. It was so good. Mixed greens with strawberry's and a sweet vinaigrette. My friend has the fish tacos and she really enjoyed them too! We had such a nice time. Our server was very friendly and happy. Made us older ladies feel right at home. Can't wait to go again and try something different. Check out my photos

Yelp
First time in here. Brought my boys for the Friday evening skate session for our first ever visit to the Kraken ice center. Nice to have the bar/restaurant here. Good food (the nachos were unique and delicious); cleaner, comfortable bar area that was good for hanging out for an hour; good music; good service. Will definitely be back...for the skating and the restaurant!

Yelp
My wife and I were in the neighborhood and decided to try this venue. We were not impressed. Overpriced menu and we waited 15 minutes where servers walked by and looked at us but no one made an attempt to take our order. It was not busy . It was disorganized and not clean. Far better going to Red Robin in the same complex. Sorry but very disappointed.

Yelp
Can't fault the service. Two out of three pizzas we've gotten were burnt to dark black and inedible. Both times they were kind and refunded or cooked a new one. I decided to try the Caesar today and it is completely inedible. It just tasted like a gallon of white vinegar. It's so strong my nose is burning. That's not even a Caesar dressing. And it is totally drenched. Like goopy, goopy drenched, but in white vinegar. No pepper on it or offered. Giving up on this place as the food is not even serviceable. My daughters Mac and cheese was flavorless enough we wanted salt, but could not get a server. They will still get business due to limited options here and having a bar, but I'm sure a lot of us locals have already given up. Better food all around Hermes.

Yelp
Came here on a packed night. Waitstaff was AWESOME- I can't say enough how great the limited staff is. Food was very flavorful-especially the buffalo wings. Fish and chips were light and not overly greasy and also well seasoned. All of the sauces were excellent with everything ordered (cheese sauce with the pretzels, tartar sauce etc.) Giving 4 starts only because it's a little pricey for some of the portions/ type of food- even for Seattle. Overall great sports bar worth the splurge.

Yelp
If I could give zero, I would. Management needs to do a much better job at controlling busy nights such as Kraken game nights. They've done a very very very very very very very very.... bad job at my first impression. Allowing people to sit for an entire game when they've been done eating for almost an hour with a whole line is both unacceptable and unprofessional. The fact iceplex airs games where you don't even need to rent gear to watch the game by the rink, you can't allow people to sit for the entire game both taking up tips for waiters/waitresses and money for the business. In addition the space is very poorly organized to accommodate all of the people they will see on these nights. Multiple bar locations are left without seats where they could accommodate a whole line of guests and they seem to refuse to accommodate guests. If you want to go on a Kraken game night, I suggest going to a differently place until management figures this out and knows how to handle nights like these. Spare your time and money, go somewhere else on a Kraken game night and come here to try the food on a different day when it is not so busy. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. I've been sitting in line since an hour and 30 minutes prior to puck drop. It is now half way through the second period. Update, after waiting the entire game with the line not moving and people giving up left and right to even try the food, I DO NOT recommend coming here. Just looked like basic bar food and is not worth it to even try coming here. Overpriced and the wait to just experience being around fans, you can get at a much cheaper and much more enjoyable location at any other of the Anchor Alliance bars or even a basic bar that will air the game if you ask. Do not waste your time or money going here.

Yelp
The food was pretty good. We've gotten the lemon pepper chicken, crab Mac n cheese, salad. I think I got the tacos in the past and they were a little bland so I wouldn't get that again. Overall it's a fun place to sit and watch the game. You can also see some people playing hockey in the rinks below. On game nights, they raffle out a prize, usually a hockey stick signed by a player.

Yelp
I've had better food at high-school football games. Outrageously overpriced for the quality of food. Do not eat here

Yelp
Went to see the Kraken preseason training camp and stopped by 32 Bar and Grill for lunch. Great atmosphere and decor. Staff were super friendly and attentive. It was not very busy so we easily got seats at the bar. Food was delicious and arrived quickly. Drinks were good and selection was outstanding. Would definitely go again next time we watch a practice or game.

Yelp
Good local spot above the rinks. Threw on NFL playoffs and had good nachos and wings.

Yelp
The servers are so lovely. The food is just way better than it has a right to be. The crab Mac and Cheese is the best I have ever had (the crab tasted so fresh and it was a generous helping). It's a little pricey, but honestly the food is not "sports bar" food in my opinion. We also bring guests here almost every time. The cocktails can be hit or miss, but overall I highly recommend.

Yelp
I go to 32 almost weekly for a drink and often a meal and the food is very, very good. The beet salad and house salad are exceptional. Solid burgers and great poutine. The crab mac and cheese is a treat, too. Sometimes you're expecting mediocre food at sports bars but this place goes above and beyond for quality (which I appreciate since it is not cheap) and they have good service, too.

Yelp
Must say I had a disappointing experience at the new 32 Bar & Grill at the Kraken Ice Complex. I was going to take my mom for dinner there to see all the new everything. I don't know if there's another entrance but we went in on the side facing 5th Ave. I did not see any disabled parking. I could just not have found it but if that's the case it's not easily seen. Yes, it was pouring like the end of the world but still. Luckily we ended up getting parking right in front. My mom uses a walker so this is where things go even more South. After discovering the restaurant was wayyyyy down a hall - there was another door closer and I looked out but couldn't tell where that was. There was still those construction walls up - we get to the restaurant and I notice ALL The tables are tall with tall seats. I asked the Host if there are any low seats and he says "Not yet". Well yes, if we have a party of two they would find us a chair somewhere but there were 4 of us. I was so surprised that they could even open if they weren't ADA compliant. So we had to walk wayyyyy back down the hall and leave. Just a heads up for now if you can't sit in tall seats at a tall table call first to see if they can accommodate you.
