327 Pizza Company

I work downtown and was out walking. I wanted a good deli sandwich. Since a lot of our options have gone away I was looking for a place. They have pizza and sandwiches and pasta dishes. I decided on the Chicken Parm sandwich. The wait wasn't too long, and it came out and was massive! I got the meal deal for a total of $15.13 It came with a drink and a chip (unbeknownst to me, I could not even ask the type of chip). It really filled me up, Next time I will try the deli sandwiches and not opt for the meal deal. Maybe it would be cheaper. The quality of the sandwich was not 100%, though it was edible. It was VERY messy and I am glad I chose to eat in the restaurant instead of outside as it was a nice day. Everything inside the place is new and modern (drink machines etc) They have to be paying an arm and a leg to be in that location but I am guessing they do a lot of delivery business. For pizza, I will try elsewhere based on previous reviews.

We were hungry and looking for something fast and good to eat after getting out of a late show at the theater nearby. We happened to walk by this place and noticed that they were open 24 hours and decided to walk on in. There were a few other customers dining in and we were quickly greeted by the employees. The cashier was friendly and he took our order quickly. We had a small supreme pizza and a fountain drink and chose to dine in. The pizza didn't take too long and he nicely dropped it off at our table. The pizza was delicious. It was hot, crispy, and cheesy. It had 6 slices and it was more then enough for the two of us. The cashier kept himself busy as we saw him cleaning up the tables as people left and the drink area. The inside felt clean and comfy. I'm glad we stopped on in for some late night pizza.

It's my go to late night pizza stop hustling North of Broadway and it has been fantastic every time. Service is great, they get teal busy late at night but orders come out quick. Last night I had a medium Combo and it was perfect. Expected to have left overs but ate whole thing. Toppings are generous and sauce is very good. The crust is thin and crispy for the standard but they have other options. Seating is abundant inside and clean. Totally recommend if you want a great pizza, just off Printers Alley.

Ordered a medium pizza after a long day of shopping and the zoo. We ordered a salami, roasted red pepper and mushroom pie. The pizza came and what was supposed to be salami actually looked like they used bologna. The sauce was ok tasted no better than getting a Domino's or Pizza Hut. This place operated as a ghost kitchen on Uber eats called "100% Gluten Free Pizza". So you would absolutely think it's safe if you have celiac disease. It isn't. What I got was a regular thin crust pizza and not gluten free because I got horrible stomach pain, sweating, etc from it. Not only that but the pizza just wasn't good. Crust was bland and flavorless. Sauce was too sweet. Just a terrible experience.

Do not eat here. Found a screw in my pizza. Never heard back from the company on any compensation. Buy your pizzas somewhere else. Great spot for screws though.

We ordered online on a weeknight, so when we went to pick up the order it wasn't busy, it was quiet. The guy who handed our order seemed unsure if he had the right order. THERE WAS ONLY ONE ORDER THERE! The guy at the counter was neither rude, nor friendly. We paid $2.99 for a 16 ounce fountain drink. We didn't try any of them but they had several desserts that looked tasty. The biggest put-off was that the food received looked NOTHING like the food pictured--not even close. The taste was pretty good, and the Calzone Cheese Bread was hot even once we got to the hotel.

I ordered from their "ghost" kitchen on Uber eats Zilch Kitchen and I have to say overall I was pretty impressed. It's hard to find a good pizza when you have food allergies. I ordered the teriyaki wings and a large Hawaiian with ricotta and mushroom (I know weird but my fave). They delivered perfectly. I like NY style pizza so the thin crunchy crust was perfect for me. The Greek salad I ordered was pretty standard and not much pizzazz. But definitely will be getting pizza and wings from here again. The order was delivered in a timely manner so I feel the service was acceptable. I cannot speak to the restaurant's vibe as I ordered in for a movie night after a long work week. If you're looking for something that tastes good, gluten free and is better than the "fast food" pizza chains- this is a great spot!

Seems this place is scamming people on food delivery apps. Flavor wasn't bad... nothing like advertised tho and far from worth the $30 to deliver this one small burnt pizza.

After seeing Snarky Puppy at Ryman Auditorium, we needed a late night snack. On the way back, we grabbed takeout at Sicilian Pizza and got a small Margherita and small meat lovers.pizza. The place was kinda basic, and it was crowded with young hipsters. The pizza was okay, kinda like, well, street corner pizza.

First off, when ordering from places in downtown Nashville, check the address. This business is under multiple offerings on the same address. 327 Union Street. (I'll explain more later) Wife and I ordered a pizza and some drinks through the Slice app, and when we finished ordering it indicated it would be 90 minutes. 90 minutes for a pizza?! Forget that! Requested that the order be cancelled. Not more that five minutes go by and someone comes to the door with the pizza and drinks. (So much for 90 minutes). We had already ordered from somewhere else (kitchen at the gulch) and had food coming from there. So, we uncanceled the cancelation. (We later learned, by trial and error, that Kitchen at the Gulch is the SAME business as Sicilian Pizza. Just Google 327 Union Street and you'll see the different names. It is insane!) To call this pizza is an insult to Sicily, Italy, even pizza itself. It was thin, the sauce tasted from a jar, and there were a few pepperonis and little to no mushrooms on the pizza. I would have been better off with saltines and tomato sauce. Sure, it was pizza in the academic sense, but that's about all.

Gluten free my @ss! Sick all night! Ghost kitchen says gluten free but don't trust it! I knew a few bites in it didn't taste gluten free and then I got very sick

It was okay. If asked what was on the Mexican pizza and was told meat, tomatoes, and jalapeños. Sounded good. No tomatoes, but it had red onion. It looked sloppily put together and barely cut. The pieces were not even. The chicken parmigiana was good quality, but little flavor. I did not like seeing an employee eating as food was being assembled in the kitchen.

Pizza was good. No TVs and no music. Quiet place. Came during a freeze and this place was open so we were happy

I decided to try this place as I was walking by and was very pleasantly surprised! I got their 10" lunch pizza special and it was delicious, every bit as good as other pizza places in the area that charge more, especially on Broadway. I always wonder about restaurants with wildly extended hours as sometimes they thrive on "nothing else is open" business, but the pizza here is as good at 3 PM as it must be at 3 AM.

Best I can say about this is-it's pizza. Not great, not good, just acceptable for a late evening, lazy, pizza order. It won't blow your mind, but it won't make you sick either. It does the job. To be fair, I am a bit of a pizza snob having lived in NYC. I was a bit surprised that this pizzeria has 'Sicilian' in the name. It definitely isn't Sicilian style.

Wasn't bad. Went for lunch. The pizza didn't look like premade dough. I ordered, waited for my food, and I ate. It smelled and tasted pretty good! Sadly I sat by myself, but there were plenty of seats. They give you a number for your order. They either call it out or give it to your table.

In Nashville on a girls trip. Picked it because they had in house delivery (no UberEats or DD). AMAZING choice. 10 wings were juicy, yet crispy, plump, they were well flavored, & just delicious. the pizza was out of this world. all of the toppings so flavorful, even the crust. I am a pizza lover & I LOVE this pizza!!

I would give zero stars if I could!!! we received our order and the pizza toppings were glued to the top of the box. Not to mention the few pieces that could be edible I wouldn't feed to the dog. Awful pizza. Bland, next to zero toppings. Sauce has little taste and the dough was stale.

placed an order around 12-12:30 am on uber eats and never received any update to my order until 3:30 am. the app provided no tracking detail only a phone number. i was looking forward to some good late night foods so i called the restaurant around 1ish asking if they had my order because the app said a delivery driver from the restaurant would be coming, not an uber. the phone number on the app did not work or go through. I found a number on apple maps for the same restaurant. without even asking the name on the order they stated the chef had started preparing the item and couldn't refund me or give me an estimate on delivery, very limited info and sketchy phone call. at 3:30am i got a notification saying my order was delivered and there was absolutely nobody or no food around. what in the world is going on at this place?? after reading other reviews of this location and others i'm just concerned they are still operating and scamming people. the google reviews and yelp reviews showing good ratings i fear are lies also. be careful!! :)

The worst customer service ever arrived from chicago to get dinner the guy told us 18$ and he charged us 30$ bad service shitty pizza, dirty restaurant i found a hair in the pizza and told he told me its your problem. Ordered this place for dinner with my fiancé. We both ordered alfredo (one chicken, one shrimp) with side salads, tiramisu, and cheesy garlic bread. I will say, the Alfredo sauce is AMAZING. Delicious. However, unpeeled shrimp? In the Alfredo? Cmon. And the garlic bread didn't even have garlic on it. That's just messed up. I'd love to comment on the quality of the salads, but we didn't even receive them. Even after an hour of waiting for delivery ( if I would have known it was going to take an hour, I'd have ordered something else. ) Tiramisu wasn't bad. Still frozen when we ate it. Probably from Sysco. But not bad. If nothing else is open - and I were drunk -I'd eat the Alfredo here. But this place wouldn't be my first or twentieth choice.

I will say the crust was delicious and I'm disappointed that their customer service is severely lacking!! 3 of our 4 things were wrong and there was no refund or even replacing our food. We used a delivery service called Slice and their service was fantastic as I was on hold for 10 minutes while she reached out to the restaurant. They just told her the order was made correctly and that was that. -No ham in calzone when it was supposed to be extra ham -Sausage on pizza -No flavoring on the chicken wings at all

Looked forward to a Nashville pizza all day. Ordered at 4:30 PM, and pizza was cold. We ordered large cheese hamburger deluxe pizza,and even added xtra cheese at additional price. Hardly New York style thin, was hardly any sauce (you're charged $2.50 for extra sauce. Think it was 32.00 with $5 delivery - tipped the driver, but won't be ordering again. Nashville has so many food choices. This was not a good food experience for us.

I'm here on business and this pizza place is adjacent to my hotel. Decided to give it a try. I ordered a Greek salad and a veggie Stromboli. The salad was nice an fresh with a good mix of veggies. The Stromboli was huge! Nice veggies not over cooked. I wish the crust was more crusty but that was my fault for not saying extra crispy crust. The reason why I scored A 4 instead of 5 is because I'm from New Jersey/ New York area and have been spoiled by pizza awesomeness.

It is rare that I toss out a 1 on Yelp. But although I do not write this review in anger, I am not as upset, no one was rude to me...this restaurant, its staff and our experience is simply a 1 on my Yelp scale. We were staying at 21C Museum Hotel around the corner and this place was recommended to us from the front desk staff as we were seeking a late night meal having been to the Grand Ole Opry earlier in the evening. We walked here from our hotel around 10:15pm, easily found the location and there were no patrons inside. We ordered a medium pizza, a fountain drink and a greek salad. I was standing right there when my husband placed the order, so it was clear to me what we ordered. What we received was a small pizza, a fountain drink and a bottle of water. LOL! The kid behind the counter was a odd bird, relatively unwelcoming, a bit combative with a few delivery drivers and clearly not in a good spot to get our order correct. We waited a bit for the initial order, we then had to wait a little more for the salad that was not in the first order. I can't get that 30 minutes of wait time back. The meal was subpar at best (the greek salad was the only redeeming moment). And again, I am not angered or bothered by any of this, I simply cannot in good conscience as a helpful Yelper refer this establishment to anyone...ever.

Raspberry pecan salad and a thin crust pepperoni lovers were delicious. Reasonably priced.

Some of the best food I had while in Nashville. Service was great and the food was even better. We had the meatball sub, calzone and even the chicken strips were great.

This plqce is meh. I give it two stars because it was open late and everywhere else nearby was closing. I ordered the philly cheese steak and it was bland and stale. The food took longer than expected to cook... and I wouldn't have minded at all if I was getting a quality meal. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Best margarita pizza I've had I really like that the whole menu is always available, no matter what time I come.

Their menu price is not what they actually charge you. I actually had to call the police to dispute them over charging me. Avoid this place at all costs as they are not trustworthy.

worst pizza ever. no sauce on the za. a criminal matter. how do you not put sauce on a pizza... dough, SAUCE, cheese. it fr isn't that hard. i'm dissatisfied and disappointed with the events that took place. all i wanted after a night of line and square dancing was a normal pizza. my formal date was so excited, just go be severely dissatisfied and disappointed. he threw up. this sucks, the pizza sucked, and i am pissed. do not eat from here unless u want dough and cheese. apparently u have to ask for sauce. do better and try harder.

Stay away. This place is filthy. Unfortunately we had already ordered and paid for pick up. We should have walked out and taken a loss but we were hungry. Two of us got seriously sick. Think twice before you go here.

Our order was VERY late. I received an estimated delivery time via text message. Later, I received another text with an updated delivery time that was 15 to 30 minutes later than the original time. Our order was even later than that. So late, in fact, I had to call about to see where it was! When our order arrived, it was cold. The cheese on the pizza was congealed and hard. The boneless wings were all breading. The fried mushrooms might have been good if they were hot. Will never order from there again. $60 wasted.

Man why does this place have bad reviews? We had a totally pleasant experience. Heading back to our hotel after a night walk around Nashville, we were seeking food located in an area not crowded by party goers. This place seemed quiet and offered pizza by the slice. We ordered a small pepperoni and gave a name. They called out our order politely and we took our order back to our hotel. Everyone we interacted with was very professional and kind. The pizza was great! We loved the soft and chewy dough and the ingredients were top tier. Open late and reasonably priced.

They have gluten free crust in every size! Even coming from Boulder, I've never encountered this. And it was seriously the best gf crust I've had so far, and the toppings were delicious (pepperoni, sausage, jalapeno). It really hit the spot. My husband and I LOVE pizza and are not easily impressed.

Midnight munchie spot for sure. My go-to drunk food is mushroom pizza and this really didn't disappoint. Fast food style but it was right next door to our hotel and exactly what I needed. The menu was more expansive in the restaurant than what I saw online.

So this place was very off there game. Cheese bread was bread. Non cheese. Also asked for ranch and garlic sauce none sent. Ordered pepperoni pizza with banana peppers and olives. And they didn't add pepperoni!!!! Seriously it was a pepperoni pizza. Garlic knots were ok but again did not send garlic or ranch. The meat lover was weak very little toppings. Hawaiian pizza was a pan and over cooked.

I went to brick oven on a Friday night at 2:30am Raining, cold, cloudy night in Nashville! I was greeted by Dee a young and very friendly Muslim female!!! Dee was great, her smile and willingness to help was amazing!! Dee I hope you get to keep greeting the customers as they keep coming!!! Your atitude alone was 5 stars! The pizza was reAlly good too!

The ONLY 24 hour pizza delivery service in the downtown Nashville area. Arrived in 20 minutes or so. Just the cure we needed after a night out.

I never rate places on here. But our experience was terrible. We ordered delivery through Uber eats and they used Sicilian Pizza's drivers. We ordered at 11pm to receive our order near 1am, only to get no updates and the order was wrong. The app said delivery between 11:40 and 12am and it wasn't until near 1am that we got our food. We called the restaurant twice and both employees rudely stated "we can't contact the driver so we don't know." We order potato wedges, plain wings, and two turkey sandwiches. (They had a buy one get one deal on the sandwiches.) we received two Italian sandwiches, half an order of potato wedges that looked like they had been eaten out of, and buffalo wings. Everything was also cold as well and due to allergies/reflux we couldn't even eat most of the food. I was most frustrated by the potato wedges that looked like they had been eaten on the way. I'd suggest skipping here if you want a good meal.

Ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and it was practically inedible. My friend got a cheeseburger and he said it was absolutely revolting. Also the people working are extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. There is definitely better food in Nashville, skip this place

We came by this place late night and ordered a pizza and were told the wait would be 20 minutes. 35 minutes later we asked how much longer the wait was and the staff were extremely rude at which point I said I would like a refund. The cashier gave me a receipt for the waters we ordered, but not the pizza we did NOT receive. I checked my bank statement in front of the cashier and he became belligerent. His partner asked us to step aside, he tried to resolve the issue by giving us a pizza we did not order. I accepted the pizza just to get out of the venue so I didn't have to call the police to resolve the issue. If I had not checked my bank account for the refund the cashier said he gave me, I would have left paying for something I did not receive. As for the pizza we did receive, you're better off going to a waffle house or bot eating at all.

These people denyed us a water cup after getting a $30 pizza. The place is called "Sicilian Pizza" and the people who own the place are from Turkey. it wouldn't be a big deal except they won't give us water.
