"Concept Store for Serious Shoppers The city’s first concept store is the vision of Egyptian entrepreneur Yehia Abdelnour, a self-confessed interior design nut and global nomad who wanted to create a one-stop shop in which to showcase quality Moroccan-designed gifts, fashion, and housewares. When the storeopened a few years back, Vogue declared it the Collette of North Africa, both in terms of the sleek interior and the goodies therein. And while Colette has come and gone, 33 now represents 90 or so independent artisans. Come here to buy cute tasseled djellabas (hooded robes for children and adults), quirky ceramic cactus platters (they look gorgeous piled high with citrus), beaten-brass jewelry, and Chabi Chic’s covetable gold-dipped coffee beakers. The adjacent café, with its modern Moroccan bistro dishes, juicy burgers, and freshly pressed juices, is justifiably popular with expats and tourists alike."

I visited the Jardin Majorelle this morning and was looking forward to going to this store. Awful experience! I was on my own, carrying only a small purse bag, and I was literally tailed by two male shop assistants wherever I stood. I couldn’t relax and I thought it was really very rude. I intended to buy a few bottles of argan oil but decided not to give them any of my money. Not surprised there was little purchasing going on there. All in all a dreadful experience - never been so insulted perusing a store!

Pricey, but intriguing design shop that carries everything from papier-mâché desk lamps to infused honeys. Its location in one of the ritzier neighborhoods in Marrakech evokes the vibe of a boutique in Barcelona. It's also just down the block from the YSL museum, so you might as well pop in before or after the museum. In fact, you might find even find the store more interesting.

Interesting shops with YSL museum and the majorelle garden to visit. The big drawback is this place gives an insight to the French vision of morocco. If you are looking more for a local experience, this is definitely not the right place. If you miss the western ways after spending many days at the souks, this could be a relief.

Wow what a shame! Some nice items but the female sales persons are incredibly arrogant and mean. Had a few pieces in my hand that I wanted to try and they literally started to gossip about me and my husband! Unbelievable such behaviour towards customers

It was a very nice experience. The colours, the mood, the atmosphere of the shop is so smooth. Bravo

Great array of product. EXPENSIVE. However, the staff was not friendly at all or helpful. Also they apparently will not take credit card and made me pay in cash. The gentleman who checked me out was very rude about using a credit card. Wouldn’t recommend and better shopping elsewhere.

Nothing special at all. I went after a recommendation on a magazine. The pictures shown were a bit misleading. It’s a very ordinary shop targeting tourists. There are several shops next to it basically selling the same stuff

nice clothes and variois items to add some colour to your shopping in Marrakesh. Different to the shops in the Medina but a good mix to experience. Ice cream shop nearby and entrance to the Yves St Laurent gardens just around the corner.
