360 Chicago has amazing views of the city and Lake Michigan from all sides. The Tilt is amazing. I bought a ticket on the spot for $15 and had a great experience seeing the scenery through the angled glass (highly recommended for anyone who loves a little adrenaline). There is Wi-Fi available, which is perfect for those who want to work or study while enjoying the view from all four sides of Chicago. There’s a Cloud Bar for anyone who wants a drink, and a souvenir shop as well. However, the window panes could be better maintained, with many black spots that disturbed the view and while taking photos. Some of the chairs wobble, making them less safe and uncomfortable to sit on. I also suggest having staff walk around to ensure the space stays comfortable for everyone. I was quite bothered by children running and climbing in the seating area, making a lot of noise.

The observation deck followed by a sit down meal was the perfect way to end our last night in Chicago! The romantic supper was an excellent way to enjoy the view, watch the sunset and day become night. The staff made the experience even more special by making dessert for our anniversary! Just wonderful! Highly recommend!!!

This was my first time visiting this location, and I opted for this over the Sky Deck after reading numerous reviews praising its superior view compared to the Willis Tower. The check-in process was smooth, and as person who visited NYC several times, I found the experience to be less overwhelming comparing to NYC sky decks. I had high hopes for the elevators, expecting some impressive visuals, but unfortunately, there were none. The view from the top was indeed breathtaking, but I must point out that the windows were not well-maintained. This made it difficult to appreciate the view properly and posed a challenge for taking good pictures. I also tried the Tilt, which was a pleasant experience. It wasn’t as scary as I had anticipated, considering I’m not acrophobic. The Tilt was the only place where the windows were clear enough to view the cityscape effectively. Apart from the Tilt, there’s a bar area, but as I mentioned earlier, the point of having a bar if the windows are not clean is lost. Overall, it was a good experience and a worthwhile tourist attraction.

Chicago 360 is one of those places that actually lives up to the hype. The moment you step onto the observation deck, the view just hits you. You can see the entire city stretched out below, Lake Michigan looking endless, and on a clear day, it honestly feels like Chicago has no boundaries. Being almost 1,000 feet above the ground makes everything look calm and unreal at the same time. The highlight for most people is TILT, and yes, it’s worth trying at least once. Slowly leaning out over Michigan Avenue is scary for a second, but also incredibly fun. It feels safe, well-managed, and adds a unique experience that you won’t find at most observation decks. Even if you skip TILT, the floor-to-ceiling glass windows give you amazing views and perfect angles for photos and videos. What I liked most is how relaxed the space feels. You’re not rushed, there’s room to sit, take it all in, and actually enjoy the moment. Sunset is the best time to visit because you get daylight views, golden skies, and then the city lighting up at night—all in one visit. There’s also a small café and bar, which makes the experience even better. Overall, Chicago 360 is not just about views; it’s about slowing down, appreciating the city from above, and leaving with memories that genuinely feel special.

360 is a top destination in Chicago. Highly recommend the city pass to get the ticket. The night city view was amazing. It could have a better view of the lake during daytime. It was snowing, so the windows were blocked by clouds of snow. Luckily, it was clear to see when the cloud moved away. The tilting machines cost extra money to get the view. The higher levels were closed.

This was so much fun!!! The building is super cool with so much to see about the city of Chicago. The experience was great. A little wait time here and there but overall worth every penny!! Must do if you are here! Best views from here and the Tilt was such a thrill. Don’t be scared, you got this!!! Also has gift shop and bars available ✨

Unfortunately there are some very long waiting times here and it is a bit overpriced. You can expect a very nice view of Chicago from above. It's best to order tickets online to save time. We visited both 360 and Skydeck during our recent Chicago trip, and I like Skydeck a bit more. 360 was a great experience as well, but I feel like it's really hyped up. We splurged and got the expedited tickets, which was worth it since we visited on a Saturday evening. We got to skip all of the lines, got to take our green screen-ish photos early, and got to have our ears popped in the super fast elevator quickly. I appreciated the video montage in the elevator, and the views at the top were amazing. My favorite was seeing the Navy Pier along the lake. At the top, there's a place where you can go through a revolving door to experience the outside air - it was cold! Next to it, I saw people on TILT. So glad I didn't pay extra for that. Long lines and the experience looked meh. The people finishing TILT kind of had a "that was it?" look on their face. I appreciated the different photo spots around the area, and I like how they have a model built out of Legos - my kid went nuts for that! There's a place to sip some drinks, and a pretty well-stocked gift shop at the top. The ride down is quick, and the photos they take are clearly an overpriced tourist trap. I will say that I bought one at my son's request, but grumbled a bit when I tapped the card.

We visited on a Saturday evening. While the views even at night were impressive the service at the Cloud Bar was not. I'm not sure if it was because they were busy but we never had anyone to take our drink order(we purchased the sip and view package). The Bartender told me to grab a seat and someone would take my order, that never happened. So, I proceeded to go to the bar and just order. They seemed very short staffed for a busy Saturday evening.

Iconic! Exciting! Great Views. I'm from the West Coast & we don't have the great skyscraper history & architecture that Chicago has. This was a must on my 48hrs list & Im so glad I went. It's no longer called the Hancock building & I know my fellow Gen X'ers will know only this name for this beautiful dark tower. Seen this many times during the Donahue & early Oprah talk-show closing credits as a kid & never thought much of it until I started traveling. I came on a Weds morning. I thought it would be crowded so I ordered the fast pass. Not needed. Reserved my entry time at 9am right when they open. It was me and another couple who spoke German. To save time, order your tickets online. Plan on doing more, buy the Chicago City Pass. There's plenty of Chicago Art, lights, and the building's history on the walls to occupy your time while waiting in line. Today there wasn't any line. You get your picture taken after maze like hallway. Then you're escorted to the Elevator that's take you straight up to the 94th floor. When the elevators open. You'll see the glass windows all around you that provides you the 360° views of Chicago and the neighboring states and Lake Michigan. On this floor is the Cloud Walk, the Gift shop, and the Cloudbar with plenty of seating, tables, high top bars. After walking around and experiencing the Cloud Walk (which was pretty cool- ) the hydraulic Tilt machine warmed up & was ready to go. Showtime. It's a trip, felt this surge of panic as it tilted forward. I held the bars so my face & body would not fall against the glass. The tilt happens several times. Pictures are taken before & during the experience. Afterwards you can buy a drink, some merch, your pics or relax and take in those views. I love Chicago, I'll coming back to this for night views. Feel the fear and do it anyway...then do it again!!!! Seriously, I can't wait to get back to Chicago so I can do the tilt again! I'm scared of heights, I'm really praying God delivers me from that fear. I'm pretty sure the tilt is safe but who's thinking "probably nobody died ever" when you're tilting over 1,000 feet in the air! It was so fun, so exhilarating, so scary, so worth the extra money! I did City Pass and chose 360 Chicago as one of my adventures. It doesn't include the tilt but I couldn't come and NOT do it. FEEL THE FEAR! I saw kids doing it while waiting in line. If the baby can do it, I can do it. I started up a conversation with a lady in line behind me. We were hyping each other up though she clearly didn't really need it. I was the only one hollering and cursing during the tilt but I didn't care. I'm not seeing these ppl again! lol My only gripe is the pictures are so damn expensive and you can't really choose (I think). I just remembered wanting them but struggling over something in addition to the price. Of course if you don't tilt, you're a loser lol kidding but the 360 view is otherwise magnificent as well. TILT DAMNIT! I want to go again!

Big time tourist thing to do in Chicago is to go to the top of the John Hancock Center. It isn't quite as touristy as the Sears Tower but it gets close enough to it. 360 Chicago is the observation deck at the top of this big ass building and there's the best views. Also get something from the lounge. The prices suck but that's obvious to expect though. A long ways to the top of this building. Its elevators are believed to be the fastest in the Western Hemisphere. These go at a top speed of 20.5 mph. Before this you have to buy tickets, the worst part of it. It's about $35 for adults, then add on more if doing the TILT. Basically this is an area that tilts 30 degrees so it feels like it's moving. There also used to be the world's highest skating rink that was here in winters. At the top is also a bar. Tickets that are even more expensive include a bar purchase, but one only which kind of sucks. Great place for going all the way up and seeing for miles. It's just expensive like anything for tourists. The views are worth it so whatever.

I moved to Chicago 7 years ago and am still in awe of the skyline the view is beautiful with beaches, tall buildings, a lake view, and unique houses It's great to check out spots like this with friends who are also not from here! I would definitely come back again with friends & family who are visiting Chicago or even just for drinks!.

I really enjoyed this place. We've been to the Skydeck and wanted to try something different. We were there earlier so the lines went fast and generally it wasn't too crowded. I loved the expansive views from every direction and we especially enjoyed the mimosa at the cloud bar and the table games they had available. It was a lovely place to just sit and take in the reviews and my husband and I remarked that it's make a great date location.

The professional photos are high quality but come with a steep price--around $50 for digital copies. Parking is not included, so I recommend finding a nearby garage that's a bit cheaper and walking to the venue. Overall, the 360 Chicago experience is a must-see for anyone wanting a unique view of the Windy City.

I visited Chicago 360 in the evening, which was nice since it wasn't too crowded. The ticket price can start to add up for a family. The experience starts with a museum-like section covering the history of the city, which I didn't expect but enjoyed and was thankful for. However, the Tilt experience was fun! The line for it was short, and although you can't take pictures during the Tilt, the sensation of it continuing to tilt after you think it's done definitely got my heart racing. Oddly enough, the scariest part for me was the elevator ride up! Overall, a fun but pricey experience.

It can be found in a section of the city referred to as the "Magnificent Mile," sometimes called the "Mag Mile" as well. it was the second-tallest building in the world upon completion in the year 1969. it is home to some of the fastest elevators in the United States and allows visitors to reach the 95th floor from the ground level in just 38 seconds! One of Chicago's most notable attractions is its skyline, and one of the best places to experience it is at the 360 CHICAGO Observation Deck. "360 Chicago Observation Deck." It's located on the 94th floor and at a height of 1,030 feet. it offers some of the most amazing views over the city of Chicago and Lake Michigan, allowing visitors to see a distance of over 80 miles (130 kilometers) and into 4 states in all directions! Formerly known as the John Hancock Observatory, 360 CHICAGO towers 1,000 feet over The Magnificent Mile from its location on the 94th floor of the John Hancock Center (or 875 North Michigan Avenue as it is more formally known) - John Hancock for an adrenaline rush, test out 360 CHICAGO's TILT. which gives visitors a unique view from more than 1,000 feet above the Magnificent Mile as they are tipped outward at an angle to look straight down from the glass enclosure. Grab a cup of coffee, a glass of wine, or a snack at the Sky Cloud Cafe and bar, or look for souvenirs in the gift shop. Facts: The project was financed by John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company which was one of the initial tenants of the building as well. As the company financed the project, it also acquired the naming rights but it expired in 2013, but hey we still call it by old name. Its official name is ' 875 North Michigan Avenue. The tower is occupied by some of the biggest companies like Best Buy, Starbucks, and Etihad Airways.

35 dollars for an amazing view of the Windy City. You can also pay extra to do the TILT, which is where you get to stand in a part of the observatory that tilts out an an angle so you can see the ground better, but in my opinion, the lines are too long and the experience is a bit underwhelming. There's also a bar and some places to relax and talk if you just want to take in the atmosphere for a bit. The sheer number of tourists here makes it a bit raucous, but there's still something very special about being this high up.

Excellent experience. Not too crowded on a Saturday afternoon. Great views. Great time to relax w a drink. Great storytelling. Very enjoyable thing to do in the area.

Just for the experience of being that high up and having a 360 view from the top of the building. The last time I was this high, actually higher, was jumping out of a plane for skydiving. The entrance is in the basement of the building just past The Cheesecake Factory and Benihana. The prices range depending on time of day and day of the week. If you want a drink or the leaning glass off the side of the 94th floor, both are extra coins my friends. The history of the building is displayed on the walls of the entrance before entering the express elevator to the top. Once at the top, there is a bar, several bar stools and chairs and around each corner there are stadium seats for plenty of views.

We were on a short trip to Chicago. I was looking for some cool things to do and found 360 Chicago on one of the touristy things to do here. I ordered the full pass that gives you access to the tilt experience and a cocktail. Do checkout tickets on Groupon as they have discounted prices. We went there around 11 am. You don't need more than hour to do this tour. They take you all the way to the top for 360 views of the city. Perfect for someone like me who is on a 2 day trip to Chicago. We spent some time walking around and capturing breath taking views of the city. We then went to get the Tilt experience. They have professional photographer there. You can't take pics from your phone. The experience looked scary but once you've there , it's not scary at all. Wish it was longer. Definitely worth it. Highly recommend this nice touristy spot.

Excellent observation deck. I purchased tickets to access the 96th floor and the Tilt. It was clear sky on a Wednesday night and we were blessed with fireworks at 9 PM from Lake Michigan. The view is absolutely beautiful at night and the Tilt experience was well worth it. Highly recommend 360 if you want to see Chicago from a skyscraper.

We purchased tickets for 7:30 and arrived around 7:10. We went though the line and made it up to the 94th floor right in time for sunset. When we got there it was quite busy! Obviously everyone wanted to view and photograph the sunset so it was a bit difficult to find room but we managed to snap some nice pictures. The tilt was an awesome experience for our group. The drinks were okay, though the bartender was very kind. It stayed busy throughout our visit but it was an ice time.

Beautiful views of the city! Chicago 360 had all the views of the city including skyline and different neighborhoods. The building told you which landmarks were in each direction you were looking. The tilt was fun too! It was definitely a unique experience that took a bit of arm strength to hold yourself at the tilt angle. You can't take your own photos on the Tilt part but there is a photograph taking photos if you're willing to pay for them.

Probably one of my favorite excursions. The parking was close and line up was easy. The view were amazing. The bar has snacks and mocktails for kids and non alcoholic drinkers. A lot of places to sit and just take in the views.

They did a great job with this attraction! I came during a very slow period but I could see how busy this place can get because there were a ton of rope lines/areas made for long lines. We were able to get to the top in less than 5 minutes. We parked in the parking garage (it was pricey!) that's connected to the building. The signage telling you how to get to the observation room was excellent! We had to take 2 separate elevators to get to the top, but they were really easy to follow. Once we got to the top, the views were the best! We spent about an hour walking around and looking outside. They also had a very cool interactive touch screen TV. You can scroll around and select different items around the city for a detailed description what you're looking at. They also had a bar area and plenty of seating to sip and enjoy the views. They also have an additional attraction on the observation floor called the TILT. You basically lean against a full length window and it tilts forward so you're leaning over and outside the building (but you aren't actually exposed to being outside). Overall, great attraction and worth doing if you have the time.

The 360 tilt is the 3rd tallest building in chicago. The first tallest building is the Willie's. The 360 tilt is on the 94th floor of the 100 tall building. To enter, you have to go down the stairs and in the building where you will have the cheese cake factory on the right side and Jamba juice on the left. You will buy your ticket based on viewing and tilt or just viewing. For the general admission for tilt and viewing, it will cost about $ 50. When you get upstairs, you can walk around and take pictures. Then you will have a bar section to drink and relax. You can also view chicago from above. You have a section where you can feel the chicago wind. Then, right next to it is the tilt. The tilt requires a ticket and for you to line up. After queueing and lining up, you go into the room with 8 windows. The window you will find the hand rails yo hold onto as the tilt begins. The window will tilt 3 times. I was told the best thing to do it to look straight and not down if you're afraid. It does help, but I noticed since I am trying to hold on to the hand rails. But your body would tense up or try to hold you back up, willing you are being tilted forward. My arms were being pushed against the hand rails. So my forearm was a bit sore. But overall it was worth the experience.

What a view! Had to head here during my first trip to Chicago. It was worth every penny. The views were absolutely stunning and I loved that there were so many opportunities to learn about the city with cool visuals and bios. I liked that we got to stay up there for as long as we wanted. Our Ticket included the Tilt which I was regretting a little while waiting in line, but it actually wasn't scary at all. Such a cool experience overall.

What a unique experience and a fantastic way to see the city (literally!) from above. Bought tickets online earlier in the day and planned the experience to coincide with sunset. After what was a very cloudy day, the skies parted and afforded my party an amazing view of the setting sun. I'm getting ahead of myself though.... after arriving to the John Hancock building, I hopped in line with my electronic tickets. After approximately 20 minutes, I boarded the elevator to the top and had an incredibly quick 90-something floor trip to the top, ear popping and all. You are immediately rewarded with 360 views of the entire cityscape and the shores of Lake Michigan. I spent ample time peering north, south, east, and west. Plenty of photo opps and seating to take a break. I did not participate in their TILT attraction but people seemed to be having fun. There's a bar up top and a small gift shop as well. Spent all the time I wanted soaking in the experience before returning to ground level. Well worth the experience.

What was I thinking? My biggest fear is heights! But I'm a sucker for breathtaking views so I did it! 1,030 feet in the air, panoramic views all around the 94th floor! This place was spectacular! There's a bar conveniently located inside, and a gift shop. I conquered my fears today and also went on the Tilt attraction, I'll save that story for another review though!

We went here because we had the City Pass and had a limited amount of time. I appreciated that the person at the front told us to consider rescheduling our reserved time because it was pretty cloudy and our view would be obscured. We went ahead anyway. They take your photo in the beginning, and it costs about $34 if you purchase one picture. Apparently it's $5 more for all different backgrounds of your picture. Kind of a rip off but it is for a tourist attraction. We did also go to the Skydeck/Willis Tower. I enjoyed the Skydeck/Willis Tour a bit more because there was more to do there as far as photo opportunities. 360 Chicago was cool because they have a Cloud Bar, which is pretty cute and I'm sure people enjoy having drinks while enjoying a view. They also have the Tilt "ride," which allows you to view the city at a tilt/you're leaning on glass. It tilts about 45 degrees from what I saw. I'm too chicken to do it though. Not sure if it's worth paying more for, if you can go to Skydeck to go on the glass boxes/ledges, which is included in your ticket price already. Anyway, it was still a decent experience. I'd say this experience was 3.5 stars which would have to be rounded up to 4 based on comparing the two towers.

Pretty dope place. The elevator was exhilarating, colors were bold, interesting Information blasting the membrane and a quick picture to summon the memories. Kiddie corner to the "Tilt" ride sat A nice bar to relax those nerves that sat literally above the clouds "Cloud Bar" was the name to be exact! I Wasn't able to ride my nerves were too bad. But it was definitely a nice place to enjoy a drink with the purchase of a ticket. And the vibe was pretty pretty cloud 9 It was also kid friendly may I add.(2023)

Awesome 360 views of Chicago! My sister and I got GA tickets which gave us access to the observation deck and the CloudBar. We went about an hour before closing so it was pretty empty. I wish we had done the tilt experience because it looked pretty cool once we got up there. You can probably get the full experience in about 30 minutes to an hour so it's great if you're looking for a quick activity. Night time was beautiful but definitely beware of the glare on the glass if you want to take pictures.

My experience here was great and much better than at the Skydeck (Willis tower). The lines weren't too long, which was great. Didn't run into any issues (unlike the Willis tower Skydeck experience which I wrote about in my review for it). We got tickets to the tilt experience along with the regular admission tickets. The experience was rather short, but it was fun and cool. I don't think there is any correlation with my next point, but the tourists and visitors around us were very kind, and took good pictures of us when we asked for a hand, which was greatly better than the rude visitors we ran into at the Skydeck. But it did contribute to my good experience here. GO HERE OVER THE SKYDECK.

Amazing views of the city. It's just as good or maybe better than the Willis Tower. I enjoyed my entire visit here and would recommend it as a great stop for sightseeing.

Well, $34 to go to the roof, but the viewing is splendid. Also, if you wan to hang out in the afternoon for a drink, it is cool. They have a wild experience there that the windows recline for three times. It is a little scary but I did it. $10. It is an experience for your memory.

Amazing 360 views of Chicago. Beautiful experience for the whole family and friends to enjoy. If you looking for something to do last minute this place is definitely worth visiting. You can purchase tickets online or in person through a customer service. There's a bar upstairs to order drinks with plenty of snacks and seating available to enjoy the views.

Our reserved visit was at 9pm. We arrived about 15 minutes prior to that time and we were let right in. We were the only ones in line so we did not have to wait in any lines. The employees weren't friendly and just signaled us to follow the arrows. We had no interaction with any of the employees and the most awkward encounter was in the elevator. The employee just stood there with his eyes closed all the way up to the 94th floor... so weird. Anyways once on the 94th floor we walked around, took plenty of pics, and visited the bar. (separate review for that) We did not do the "Tilt" add on but we did see a lot of people in line for it. The gift shop is small and has a small selection of items for sale. Items are pricey. Night time views are beautiful but you do get a lot of glare and background light in the pictures. Day pictures probably look better!

If you have spare time and just want to experience something cool and different/ need something to do before a flight or touristy. There is a bar (CLOUD BAR) with average cocktails at a steep price but aye, you're really there for the view. We did the top package so got to do the drop experience which was not that scary or exciting for me, I thought we were gonna be tilted at a 90-degree angle completely horizontal, but it was less than a 45-degree angle, and they upcharge and really push this as an experience....... This is the reason for my 4. stars. You can pay extra for the tilt and you get one drink included from CloudBar. This space is probably killer for corporate events. no need to visit this kind of place twice imo. The views from the 94th floor speak for themselves, very informative and set up like a museum, learned a lot about chicago and the different neighborhoods and their rich cultural history while here. Overall a fun place to explore, would recommend to people but wouldn't ever go back personally.

If you have spare time and just want to experience something outside your 'norm' check out 360. Offered many picturesque moments. Has a bar at on the observation level which doesn't offer much honestly but we did get a couple of their Margaritas where were average. We did the top package so got to do the drop experience which was Lack luster and overwhelming, Overall a good place to experience once but thats all you need. O

Solid 3.5 and easily 4-stars if you're into city views. You have some options to view the city and it's surroundings. You can go on Tilt or have a drink at the Cloud Bar. They have some art to introduce at in the viewing area, along with a myriad of colorful displays telling the history of the city and the many neighborhoods that will become apparent from the 94th floor of the building formerly known as the John Hancock Building, now 875 Michigan. All in all on a beautiful day you can see forever.

360 Chicago will give you an amazing view of Chicago. It was so mesmerizing, we also grabbed some pastries to eat while looking at the view. It was so nice and we took so many pictures! It was also very nice because we got in quick and it wasn't too crowded! It's definitely a must for tourists to visit to be able to see the beauty of Chicago!

People this is NOT the Willis Tower or Skydeck Chicago. They're completely different and this is on Michigan Ave. it's about $30 to go up and an extra $9 to do the tilt. I find the tilt underwhelming and wished they tilted it a bit more to make it more thrilling. I'm sure you'll see videos of people screaming like it's a rollercoaster, yeah definitely not as thrilling and drastically overexaggerated. The views are nice and you can probably spend less than 30 mins up here. It's not nearly as crowded as Willis Tower, so you have a little bit of breathing room.

Signature Lounge was nice a relaxing, beautiful bar. Now it looks like a 1990's arcade with screaming kids running everywhere. They over sell the tickets to the "tilt". The line was very long and we didn't bother to wait... Do yourself a favor and skip this tourist trap!

I had a few minutes for lunch and my hotel was close so I decided to get my TILT on at the 360 CHICAGO Experience. This spot provides a very unique perspective of Chicago's skyline. You're standing within it on the 94th floor of the John Hancock Building. Ascending 1,000 feet above the Magnificent Mile, there are panoramic views for days. And now, we TILT on Chicago's highest thrill ride, offering a unique encounter with Chicago's skyline as the glass lookout tilts outward. That's right, you are planking toward the south. Incredible! So glad I did this.

Included in the tour package I took with Colm Ronan, the views up here are a magnificent welcome to Chicago! The view from the 94th Floor is jaw-dropping, especially if you do "The Tilt"! That's where you stand on a hydraulically operated cantilevered platform and are inclined 30 degrees into the city. The staff takes your best surprised picture and I enjoyed a 90 degree "fly" over the city (insert your favorite DiCaprio quote here) This observation level is panoramic so the more squeamish can just walk over the rest of the floor. With the X-bracing structure of the building, I barely felt the sway. They also have a gift shop where I was able to pick up 90% of my souvenir haul for friends back home.

Glad I got the Chicago Attraction Pass as it included this opportunity AMBIANCE: Parking: You're in Downtown Chicago, for tourists, we don't usually drive around but rely on public transportation (bus, trains, uber, or walk - if you're close by). However, there is a self-park garage, lots, and street parking. Experience: In the heart of Downtown you're close to a lot of things on the northern side (compared to Sears/Willis Tower). The tower itself is great! The bottom floor has a lot of businesses and eateries if you get hungry. They have great photo ops here and activities. On the 94th floor (1000 ~ ft up). You can lounge out at the Cloud Bar, RSVP for the Tilt experience, or check out their other staple activities and events such as yoga sessions! TL;DR OVERALL: 4.5 stars. Awesome! A lovely view in the heart of Downtown Chicago! I enjoyed the view and the activities. If you had the option of doing one, I personally lean towards the other for the Skydeck photo op BUT this place has its unique features as well from the Cloud Bar, TILT, and other activities. Tips: * Plan accordingly for weather or daytime/evening views.

Wowza: What a view!!! This was especially fun for us since we went with friends who live in Chicago, and they could point out the different sights and neighborhoods. We loved it! The top floor is well laid out and very clean. The seating is comfortable and the bartenders at the Cloudbar are delightful. It is great fun to have a drink and sit and look out at the view. One of my friends and I loved the Tilt, but my husband and other friend were not impressed. The difference is that I and, the friend who loved this, are afraid of heights making this little ride super exciting.

It was okay. Great views bit barely worth the money. Kind of boring up there. Don't need longer than 15-20 minutes.

Located on the 94th floor of the Hancock building. Quick elevator ride up and the views are spectacular. Although 9 floors lower than the Sears / Willis Tower's Skydeck we much preferred 360 Observation Deck because of its proximity and views of Lake Michigan. It was also not crowded at all like the Sears is which meant we were able to grab two benches and just sat and enjoyed the picturesque views at our leisure. The Tilt attraction which is additional cost is not worth it in my opinion as it just tilts you forward 30 degrees. Tip: get admission to this as part of the City Pass...worth every penny and saves you time to bypass any lines (think Disney fast pass only faster).

The views here we're breathtaking! We stop by here after having dinner, and experienced the tilt as well! So glad we stopped by for the full experience!

Love the student discount offered (guys bring your IDs), and the view was breathtaking! You have to come visit if you are in the area. It's a cool experience, and afterwards you can grab food in a nearby area downstairs!

Amazing experience at the 360 Tower (Hancock Building) ... Did you know there is a Sky Yoga up here every Saturday morning at 7:45 am ? That's right! You can sign up online and show up 15 minutes early and enjoy your morning yoga session 1000 feet closer to the sun. In the same time you will get this amazing view, and after the yoga class, you'll be able to sip a cup of coffee or even a glass of mimosa, your choice, at the Cloud Bar! Then spend as much time as you like walking around, taking pictures, shopping in a gift shop, or go for Chicago's highest trill ride, the TILT. ($10 extra, not included in the tower admission price) I really enjoyed all those early in the morning, rise and shine with the sunrise. You can choose to come in any time, but my next choice would be the sunset time, the golden hour! If you make reservations for dinner, at the Signature Room (95th floor) keep in mind that there are strict guidelines for dress code! Reservations are required! Employees are very friendly and helpful. Elevator attendants both downstairs and upstairs are guiding guests in a timely manner. Definitely the best view in Chicago!

Back in the day, this was simply called the John Hancock Tower and the 94th floor. I was up here a LONG time ago (like decades) and must say the new '360 Chicago; branded experience is pretty cool. We purchased the sip/view tickets which gets you up there and you get a complimentary cocktail. The views were really spectacular from all vantage points and because they only let so many folks up at a time it was not so crowded you could not get good photos. Your complimentary cocktail is from a list of decent adult beverages, easy to walk up and get served then sit and enjoy the view. We probably spent about 45 minutes up there I would guess? It is a tourist thing -- so I suppose for roughly $47 each it was not too bad considering the drink thrown in. We really enjoyed ourselves and did the Willis Tower as well and found this one to be far superior for price/view if you only have time/can afford one.

Amazing experience and beautiful view! You can truly see everything! The Tilt experience is so awesome, and definitely a must-do. Face your fears of heights, it is so worth it and you will certainly feel safe. Best view ever
