My first visit to this small typical NY shop. A couple tables for dine in a small crowd at a time when the shop is not busy. We ordered a couple of chicken sliders. (1) Hot Chicken and (1) Buffalo - Honey. As previous patrons have noted and I agree that the chicken was not busting with flavor and the Hot chicken was lacking Hotness. We did not order any sauces to try the base flavor and not bury it with condiments. The menu does not have choices to add degrees of heat so if you want to kick it up you might want to grab some sauce. Bun was lacking for me as it was a bit too soft with the consistency of Wonderbread white bread. The bright spot for the chicken was it was cooked nearly perfect, crispy and juicy. For the side we had an order of spicy cheesy fries. No gripes here pretty good fries and nice seasoning. Additionally we grabbed a side of Mac and Cheese which was lacking flavor gritty and a complete let down. To be fair the menu advertises Mac as part of a complete meal with protein. At the end of the day I was seeking some comfort food and that's what I got. Some crispy, juicy chicken with room for improvement. I would recommend giving a shot if you have a craving for late night comfort food.

Google
The best crispy chicken sandwich in nyc. Simple. Juicy, tender and the Bun is perfect. I ordered the hot and it was spicy 🌶️ and good. I had 3 sandwiches, no fries no nothing. Just the real deal. Cool vibes, very best fast food

Google
I was staying at the Arlo Midtown and was craving some chicken tenders, I did a quick search and there were two options and I’m glad I went out and got this option! I ordered online which was super easy and I was even able to set my pick up time and received text notifications about the status of the order. I took the order to go, I would say that’s likely most of their business (take out) although there is some seating available. The staff was friendly and efficient. The tenders were delicious and I did really enjoy the house made ranch as well.

Google
The food here wasn't great. I ordered a slider and chicken tenders. I ordered the slider x-hot, it wasn't spicy at all. The chicken tenders had pretty much no flavor. The only saving grace was the sauce, if you didn't dip it into the sauce it would just taste like nothing. It wasn't even salty. The shake was pretty decent though. The prices are also pretty high for what you get. I probably won't come here again.

Google
I had the Buffalo-Honey Chick'n waffles. While the chicken pops were alright though not as crispy as I prefer it, the waffle was rock solid. I could literally not separate a piece with the plastic fork. The waffle was chewy and overcooked. I came here, craving fried chicken and waffles and am feeling honestly quite disappointed.

Google
The cashier was friendly and attentive. We had the chicken pop w/ buffalo sauce WOW!!! Absolutely no regrets for coming here, we loved every bit of it. It was crispy, hot, they were very GENEROUS with the amount of food and sauce. 11/10. If we lived here we would have become regulars 🔥🔥

Google
My brother took me to this spot because this was a near by Halal food spot. Food was average, I feel like the chicken needed more flavor. Food service was really good, didn't really took long to get ready.

Google
Food is delicious (especially the parmesan truffle fries). The service was great, with the worker even changing my order because my wings were too spicy. The atmosphere is okay, few seats but still cozy if its not packed. Highly recommend eating here.

Yelp
Food/Drinks:The chicken was delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised by how generous the portions were for the price. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Location: It's a great grab-and-go spot right in the heart of the city. Parking is tough, but that's typical for New York. Inside is small, very casual. Service: Even at 2 a.m., the service was quick and efficient. I got my food right on time and would absolutely go back.

Yelp
Great food nice staff the menu is extensive enough and the reputation of the dishes hold up!

Yelp
Overall, pretty solid spot. It's a pretty small space- seems to be mostly take out with about 3 high tops. They have chicken sliders, chicken pop (popcorn chicken), wings and tenders You can choose the spice level of the chicken (mild, medium, hot, xtra hot) which is basically like a dusting that they put on the chicken, and then a sauce or opt for no sauce. I really liked the options of sauces (there was like 6-7 options) and flavors, the chicken (it was juicy and most on the inside and crunchy on the outside), and the fries. I honestly didn't care too much about the seasoning on the chicken and thought it was a little pricey- I paid about $17 total for 3 strips, fries and a drink., though they do give you a good amount! The other thing I didn't like is that they only give one sauce and charge for each additional one. The container was pretty small and the strips were quite big so an additional one would have been nice, especially at that price. Overall, I really liked it though! It'd open late, is fast and the service was good.

Yelp
Decent portions, quick service, and good location. They didn't have the biggest menu which made it easy to figure out what to order. Overall, everything on the menu had good flavor and was juicy. I love the seasoning they add on the food. It's not the lightest meal but honestly sometimes you just have to treat yourself. There's a good amount of seating inside and their hours are pretty decent for a late night bite. Coming back here for my late night fixing of chicken again!

Yelp
The chicken was really good, but at least today, the "house ranch" definitely came from a bottle.

Yelp
This place gets sauce. It's so good. So flavorful. Every bite is perfect and never naked of toppings or sauce. The ludlow fries were my favorite this time. The chick n pop was terrific. Super friendly service from a guy pumped up with energy. Respect for that. Good seating inside.

Yelp
Came in with a co-worker to pick up something for lunch. She suggested to try this out. I'm happy she told me about it. I ordered the Buffalo-Honey Chick'n Pop with a black cherry soda. The chicken bites for filled with flavor. Very savory choice. I want to come back to try the other flavors. It comes with a nice size serving of chicken.

Yelp
Having seen ads for 375 for years I finally got to stop by and see what this place was all about. I went with a 3 piece chicken finger and fries along with two dipping sauces. The chicken was insanely moist and had a nice crunch. Im usually not the biggest fan of crinkle fries but they were made just right with a near well done crisp and salt flavor. Whenever I go to these types of chicken places I go with staple dipping sauces. Honey dijon and a garlic mayo and they were delicious. Staff is cool and the place is clean.

Yelp
This is an OK spot but it's definitely not worth going out of your way to dine here. My friend found 375 Chicken 'n Fries through TikTok and wanted to try it on our visit to New York. We tried the honey garlic sandwich (pictured), loaded truffle parm fries (pictured), and medium-spice-level tenders with the honey buffalo sauce (not pictured). The overall review on the chicken is that it just lacks flavor. The sandwich was good - but only really from being tossed in honey-garlic sauce. The tenders were extremely bland, with the only thing going for it was the heat level. The fries were pretty solid and had plenty of truffle flavor. Three stars because it was clean, had places to sit, service was quick, and there were menu options that could build a tasty meal. But again, I wouldn't recommend going out of your way to stop here. It was pretty mid compared to the plethora of other dining options you can find around NYC.

Yelp
It's a decent spot for chicken, especially late night. I got the chick'n pop (it's just popcorn chicken with sauce) in the bbq ranch flavor, which came with pickles. Honestly I wish I got the plain one with sauce on the side because the sauce was too sweet for me. The Google rating of this place is much higher than Yelp (4.7 vs 4.0) because they have a deal where they give you a free sauce if you rate them 5 stars on Google, which makes sense to me now because the chicken is good but not 4.7 star good. Just something to think about.

Yelp
We were starving and smelled this establishment down the street. I am so happy we stopped by because I was not disappointed! The chicken here is juicy and has lots of flavor. The sauces are amazing as well! The service was quick, given it was a weekday and it was still a bit early. I will definitely be stopping by again!
google avatar

Yelp
SO GOOD!! The service was quick and everyone was polite (which I enjoyed). In addition to everything I ordered being perfect. I'm glad we stopped and checked it out. I loved my truffle fries and my slider. Remy from Ratatouille would be proud of the work they're doing. It's also adorable inside!

Yelp
Quick service, affordable prices, great chicken! Love this spot for an easy and consistent lunch.

Yelp
Second time trying and sad to say it's a bust Chicken sandwiches are bare bones and cutlet is quite thin - it remind me of Popeyes, which isn't bad, but deceptive for the photos. The sandwiches had no lettuce contrary to the photos, the coleslaw was very minimal. It also didn't taste that great overall. Positive notes - fries are fried well, the pickles in the 375 hot chicken are great. Note: of the 3 sauces we tried, I don't think the sauces are 1$/a piece quality.

Yelp
My wife and I really enjoyed our sandwiches at this fast casual chicken spot! Food: there are a lot of really good options to choose from between sandwiches to tenders, there something for everyone. The honey garlic sandwich was delicious. The breading on the chicken was light and crispy (not too thick) and the chicken itself was really juicy. The pickles and the sauce were delicious as well. I also loved the crinkle cut fries! Service: it's the type of spot where you walk up and order yourself. The guy at the counter was nice and our food came out relatively quickly. Ambiance: it's a fast casual spot. Nothing to write home about. Not too many tables inside and definitely good for takeout. Overall, solid spot with really flavorful chicken.

Yelp
This spot is great for a quick bite. I got the bbq ranch chick n pop and the value was there and it was very tasty. I also got the ludlow fries and they were great but a little bit too saucy. The service was good too - they were busy but got our order in and served to us within 15 minutes. We got take out but there were a couple tables and stools to eat inside if you decide to eat in.
google avatar

Jay S.

Yelp
The food here was so much fun but also so freaking messy that my car is still complaining. We did chicken sandwiches with mango salsa or something and an order of the bites with some glaze that bested any local Chinese place you might find a competitive entree like sesame chicken or sweet and sour chicken. The fries were tasty and plentiful and the sandwiches overrunneth with toppings and sauces. All in all, a top tier discovery in a sea full of golden nuggets.

Yelp
Not quite fast food, since it seems to be made-to-order. But you still order at the counter and the limited on-site seating is very fast food like. A good choice when you want a no frills quick meal option in Hell's Kitchen. Classic Chicken Sandwich: Not quite like Popeye's and a bit pricier, but pretty solid for a local neighborhood spot. The chicken was well seasoned and crispy, with a moist inside. The potato bun was just the right texture to add some chewiness to the mix. Only complaint would be that they should have used more pickles. 375° Hot Chicken Sandwich: Like the classic, but dunked in a hot sauce and covered in cheese. The wet chili sauce did add some nice flavor complexity while the chicken still managed to stay crispy. This is definitely a nice upgrade. Fries: Pretty standard. Samurai Sauce: Creamy and a little spicy. Much more exciting dip for fries than ketchup.

Yelp
One of the highlights of 375 Chicken is the extensive selection of sauces available. From classic to zesty buffalo, there's a sauce to suit every palate. The variety adds an extra layer of customization to the dining experience, allowing customers to tailor their meal to their specific tastes. Additionally, the waffles offered as a side dish are a delightful twist on the traditional chicken and waffles combination, with a light, fluffy texture that complements the savory chicken. What sets 375 Chicken apart is their dedication to frying the chicken to perfection, resulting in a consistently crisp and flavorful product. They are not open very late though which I think is interesting given the location.

Yelp
PB & J Chick'n Pop. EXCELLENT. Popcorn Chicken with a Grape Jelly glaze tasted AWESOME. A bit spicy but not hazardous. The thick and creamy Peanut Sauce provided separately in a small container could always cool down the slight heat. This is the BEST tasting Chicken I've ever had even though it's not Rotisserie, a Fillet or Tenders. RECOMMEND.

Miss J.

Yelp
Very disappointed they put a lil small chicken tender on my chicken sandwich if I known the special was one chicken tender with to much mayo I would of never gotten it I was soo disappointed because I had smelled the food and seen someone enjoying it and now that I tried it I wish I never did waste of money and time

Yelp
I loved that there were tables to sit and eat, the staff was friendly, and the food was ok. Nothing too exciting though.

Yelp
4 stars because the fries are legit! Hot and crispy and perfect amount of salt. It made the meal. The sandwich was flat - the Cheetos were nonexistent and i got more honey then Buffalo - the chicken itself was crispy and moist so i would come back but order something else - maybe something more traditional.

Yelp
(This is a review I forgot to post from months ago so it might be outdated but all information below is my thoughts from when I had had it back then. I've never tried the burgers at this spot so have zero idea how they hold up to the ones at the other location so this review is specific to the loaded fries and waffle menu items. If you see my updated review of the ludlow location, you'll see that I'm not very pleased with the burgers as I used to be.) I'm so glad that they got indoor seating at this location because this food is the kind you need to sit down and enjoy. I so appreciated that these guys did not hold back with all the toppings on the Ludlow fries (I mean you're paying legit 10 bucks for fries so they better not but some places really do skimp. These guys do not thankfully!) for anyone that is Muslim, the bacon is not halal, so be sure to request that it is removed from the ludlow fries. The jalapeno waffle was soft and warm and the jalapeno sauce on top was delicious. The popcorn chicken was just okay. I wish it was juicier the way the chicken is in the sandwiches.

Yelp
Cuisine: 6 Service: 4 Decor: 7 Value: 7 Overall: 6 I really want to like this place. The menu is interesting, the decor was fun, but ultimately taste and service was its downfall for me. What makes a good fried chicken sandwich? 1. Batter - This one was more crunchy, brittle and hard. See my picture how the batter falls off in chunks. Maybe the least enjoyable part of the sandwich. I was mostly eating the batter separately from the meat. 2. Chicken - This they got correct. Very tender and dripping with juices. Without the batter, the meat was a 10 and only reason why I would revisit this restaurant. 3. Bread - This was ok, though nothing special. 4. Condiments - The truffle flavor in my sandwich was barely existent, overpowered by the white cheddar. Other than that, the fried shallots and lettuce were fine. The sandwich as a whole did not work. Maybe I would be willing to try the restaurant again, but that batter really bothers me a lot. Lol

Yelp
Average experience deeming it 3/5 stars. The first time i got the small nuggets which had great flavor but not the best crisp on them. The second time i got the chicken sandwich which was a bit disappointing. Again, not crispy. Also, the flavor combo wasn't breathtaking and overall quite average. Would recommend other chicken sandwiches in the area over 375, but this place isn't that bad.
google avatar

Yelp
I have walked by 375 a couple of times and finally popped in recently. I am so glad I did. The chicken and waffle are amazing. Spicy chicken was just like I like it. The Strawberry n Loops milkshake was good. It was really a strawberry milkshake with froot loops. There were fruitloops at the top bit it was like they were ground in there and worked well. I think this place was an unexpected pleasure.
google avatar

Yelp
Small neighborhood chicken joint with some quality chicken! I got the Triple Truffle Fried Chicken Sandwich ($12), which was delicious with juicy chicken. The chicken was nicely fried to be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The truffle and cheese flavor was unique and tasty. I also got the Sweet Chili Chick 'n Pop ($10), which had similar chicken to the sandwich with a nice sweet chili flavor. However, it would've been better if these chicken pieces were larger and a bit crispier. The prices here are in line with expectations. The interior is quite small with only a couple of tables. The decor consists of white brick walls and an LED chicken sandwich sign. The service speed is okay, and the lady at the counter was average friendliness. Overall, if you're in the mood for a chicken sandwich and want something a bit better than Chick-fil-a, then I think this would be a great spot for you.
google avatar

Yelp
One of my go to places in Hell's Kitchen when I lived in the area. I usually would get the classic along with an order of classic fries and a drink when I went. The Chicken Sandwich was also really solid; juicy and a good amount of crisp along with interesting sauces to choose from. Fries were also good; not too salty and pretty crispy. I usually would order for take out; service was always fast and attentive. I definitely recommend it as a quick bite if you're in the mood for a Chicken Sandwich.
google avatar

Kyle W.

Yelp
I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it was really good! However it was the Chick 'N Pop that stole the show. When I saw it was like biting into a little piece of heaven, it's no joke. Disclaimer: all of our clothes smelled like grease from the deep frying, so personally recommend getting it to-go.
google avatar

Rob G.

Yelp
Made a close to midnight run to this place based on a recommendation from a friend. Was not disappointed as the sandwich was delicious. I took an order of the truffle chicken sandwich which was hot, juicy and very flavorful. The truffle did not overpower the friend chicken so there was a very good balance. I wouldn't write home about the fries but they did the trick and complemented them with the garlic aioli dipping sauce. Do try this place if you are ever in the area.

Yelp
Thanks, Stephen for getting back to me promptly regarding my food allergies inquiry. Woohoo, I finally popped my 375° Chicken 'n Fries cherry! I came here today for lunch to try the Momma Mac sandwich. I told the cashier to take out the Buffalo-Honey Glaze because of my honey restriction. There are a few tables for indoor dining at this location so come early! The cashier verified my NYS Excelsior Pass and Photo Id then I sat down to wait for my food. Luckily, the Momma Mac sandwich was still piping hot after my photoshoot. You must try this sandwich because it was so yummy. I absolutely loved the flavor profiles. Great collaboration between 375° Chicken 'n Fries and China Mac to show support for his mom's cancer battle! 加油, Momma Mac you are a strong woman! Yelp
Since landing in Hell's Kitchen I've ordered delivery twice from 375's second location. This Instagram-famous fast food joint serves up hot and delicious chicken sandwiches, popcorn chicken, and french fries. They prepare the food fast and it's always hot and crispy upon arrival. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich is easily one of the best in the neighborhood. I also enjoyed the oh-so decadent Ludlow fries, topped with cheese sauce and an abundance of savory favorites like bacon and pickled jalapeños. Perfect for sharing with friends. Then you've got the chicken bites (popcorn chicken). They've got a few different sauce options to suit your fancy; I liked the honey buffalo the most. The chicken pieces are super fresh and crispy, obviously cooked in clean oil. I'm not used to getting this level of quality food in such a generous portion size for such a reasonable price. The game has changed. As if Hell's Kitchen didn't already boast some of the finest restaurants and bars in the city, 375 is holding it down and adding to the diversity of options in the neighborhood. Try it, 'gram it, gush about it on Yelp. This is the way.

Yelp
I wanted to try something new today and I thought this would be the place. In my collection of Door Dash adventures lol. I was originally going to order the pop chicken (plain) so I could try sauces (everyone that knows me knows I love sauces lol). Because one review mentioned that the sandwiches were better than the chicken, I decided to order one of them instead. I picked the honey garlic chicken sandwich with a small order of fries. I added on a few sauces to dip my fries (honey mustard, honey buffalo, and peanut satay mayo). My food arrives and I open up the box (packaged very nicely, I might add) and I take a fry and its ice cold. I don't blame the restaurant, not all dashers have insulated bags but my sandwich was still warm so who knows? The honey buffalo sauce was SO good. The other two, not really. I took a bite of my sandwich and I realized it had sweet chili sauce on it which means I did not get the sandwich I ordered. I was crushed because I was hungry. I ate a couple of fries but honestly, I wasn't feeling it. I am feeling conflicted-may or may not give them another try.

Yelp
We had this restaurant on our radar for a while so when we finally got the chance to try it out we were ecstatic. But. I will say. I may have expected too much lol. It's really just fried chicken tossed in a sauce. So I don't think I'd come back necessarily, but I do think it's worth a try! The chicken was very good but I don't really remember much on what I ordered specifically.

Yelp
Don't get delivery from this location- food doesn't get sealed. It arrived in a wide open plastic bag with food spilled everywhere and it was cold and stale. fries must have been sitting there all day. I orders once before and it gad been properly sealed, they must have changed their practices.

Yelp
This fast-food concept in LES is definitely poppin'! My favorite meal to order is the BBQ Chick'n Pop Combo. It comes with a flavored chick'n pop of your choice, small fries, and a drink (and $1.50 extra for Boylan Soda). The food has always been consistently flavorful and the portions are filling. It's a decent price too. It's typically pretty quick to receive your order, depending on how busy they are. Even when they have been busy, I think the longest I've ever had to wait after ordering has maybe been 10 minutes or so. I highly recommend eating here! Hot tip: they have very limited seating available outside, so if you're looking for a place to sit down, I'd recommend going to the nearby Essex Market (just make sure to look up their hours).

Yelp
There's a little burger place in New York I'd like to brag about. I ate there last year and it was delicious. There's a guy who works there name Noel and he gave us the best customer service I ever experienced. In New York you ask for directions and people normally mess with you because if you are asking you must be a tourist. Noel didn't see us that way. He treated us like locals and I guess that's sets he apart from other New Yorkers. I loved his attitude, his hard work and basically how treated me and my friends like family. Because he did what he did the ambiance there was more than expected. I would highly recommend this place to not just tourists but anyone who wants to be treated like they belong. Ask for Noel if you're ever in New York trying to find a good burger place trust me you will not be disappointed. Yes I recommend this place 100%.

Yelp
Really wanted to like this place. Their signature sandwich was sad. A few shreds of cabbage, very thin chicken and undercooked fries.

Yelp
With the quality of 375, I could eat here for 365 out of the year. I ordered my meal online, but from what I've seen and heard this place looks very trendy and up to date with the interests of the youth. Bright, colorful, and attractive, which is a lot to admire. I ordered the Peanut Bacon n Jelly chicken sandwich with Ludlow fries for around $23. The Ludlow fries were loaded with the typical cheese fry ingredients, but there were subtle differences that made this set of fries stand out to me. When it comes to what makes the cheese fries fundamentally enjoyable, this dish checks off all the boxes. Good quality cheese, satisfying portions of protein (which was what I believe to be bacon in this case), and the jalapeños with scallions garnished the fries pretty well. What stood out to me was the quality of the fries themselves. They didn't get too soggy under the sauces, which had great flavor on their own and agreed very nicely with the other ingredients. Each fry held a good amount of potato and the outside was particularly crispy, which I loved. Against the abundance of cheeses and sauces, the texture of the fries was memorable to say the least. When it comes to the chicken sandwich, I was a bit skeptical with the whole PB&J idea but I'm so happy I took the chance. The peanut mayo is very potent and it gave a beautiful earthly undertone to the sweetness of the jelly and the largely seasoned flavor of the chicken. The soft bun also helped with providing some extra texture to the tender bite of the chicken and holding all the sauces together. There's certainly some creative initiative on this sandwich and I wish they made them bigger! All the more reason to go back for another one. Overall, this is definitely a place that should be on your list of places to visit. A handful of friends recommended this place to me and I see exactly why.

Yelp
Interesting menu , never had the combination peanut , jelly bacon chicken sandwich. Chicken must have been just cooked it was served hot nice and crispy. I didnt really taste the jelly part but a good taste still.

Yelp
Ordered delivery from 375 on several occasions and it is consistently delicious! The popcorn chicken is my go-to, all of the flavors are good you can't go wrong. I prefer to order them with the secondary sauce on the side (for instance the bbq sauce with the ranch on the side, rather than drizzled). This helps maintain the crisp and personally I just don't like my chicken toooo saucy. Same applies for ordering the chicken sandwiches, get one of the sauces on the side to preserve the integrity of the sandwich. A game changer especially for delivery. The delivery is so fast and they always get the order correct. Huge props to them for being so consistently on point. Also, pro tip, I loveee their fries. Just the plain. When you order a large, they just fill a paper bag with fresh crispy fries. Heaven!

Yelp
I had the sweet chili chick n pops. Food was very flavorful and tasty, good portion for the price as well, this place is busy but I only waited about 10 minutes for my food ! They have 3 or 4 small tables so you can seat down and enjoy your meal, very clean place. Their staff was very nice and helpful. Great place ! Great food ! Great prices ! What more can you ask for ? Definitely be back , Thank you.

Yelp
I've ordered from here and their LES location more times than I can count. They're consistent and their food is mouth water every time!

Yelp
This place was amazing. The chicken was good, sauces were great, and fries were perfect. The restaurant was small but the food and service were great.
google avatar

Alex Z.

Yelp
Let's talk about the chicken sandwich here. The chicken itself is a bit thin; flavor is good with different options but the coating is not crunchy like poppeys, it's soaked in the sauce so it take away the texture of deep fried. I personally feel like there are too much sauce for so little flavor. The potato buns are soft and fresh but when they packed it tight it all smashed together. I was dining in not even for take away. The fries on the other hand is crunchy; the truffle Mayo was really great. Love the strong truffle taste.

Yelp
I was so hyped up for 375 chicken n fries! I ordered the Buffalo and honey pops and a couple bites in I found something plastic like in my food! Not too much of a problem because I also ordered the Classic chicken sandwich! But was also a little disappointed that the breading didn't stay on the chicken. All in all i think the chicken was better than some of the places that were out here that I've tried (not to mention any names but sticky's - unpopular opinion?)

Yelp
I was actually astounded by this place. We got deliver and it was delicious so I can only imagine what it tastes like right from the back. This is definitely a "5-star for its category" kind if meal, it is 100% fast food, but worth every cent. Lots of option, I would pass on the spicy loaded fries (Ludlow Fries) again, they were too spicy for me, and my sandwich was filling on its own, but my roommate didn't hate them.
