Had such a great time at Era Lounge for their event - The Link Up! The vibe was fun but and the music was great. The DJs kept us on the dance floor all night! I especially want to shout out the bartenders and our bottle service waitress (forgot her name lol). The bartenders were fast even with a packed bar and they were super friendly and made sure our drinks were exactly how we wanted them. Our bottle service waitress was so attentive and checked in on us regularly and helped keep our area clear so we could actually dance and enjoy ourselves. It honestly made the night feel easy and enjoyable, which isn’t always the case at busy spots. Will definitely come back in the near future!

The music at Era Lounge is always on point! The DJs know how to read the room and keep the energy going. Whether you’re there to dance or just vibe with your friends, the music sets the perfect tone for a fun night out in San Jose. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a spot with great DJs and a lively atmosphere.

I wish this Google listing was accurate so I didn’t waste my time going somewhere basic. I figured, same concept as 386 Lounge, maybe just a new name and owners. Nope. Big hype on socials, nice pictures, plus this Google listing with pics of craft cocktails really sold me. I walk in, it’s nice and spacious inside, big furniture, good music. Go up to the bar, ask for a menu – none. A lounge without a cocktail menu? (The reason why I went.) Alright, fine, so I ask the bartender what she recommends for a tequila drink…this is the kicker right here… she recommends a “tequila and red bull?” I was shell shocked. Perhaps that’s who they are and what they have to offer – fine. However, update your Google listing and don’t catfish people based on a previous business’ amenities. By no means do I like giving small businesses less than good reviews, especially a new one like this but false advertisement is worse than any mediocre review you could receive.

fun venue and vibe, i enjoy coming every friday for throwback hiphop! bartenders were nice and friendly even during the busy event, i recommend coming here for a night out in san jose!

Awesome club in downtown on S. 1st St. they just had their one year anniversary recently and started a new biweekly Thursday night residency, Great deals on drinks. Awesome deals on bottle service

Trashy venue with the worst promoters. Indians, do NOT come here for bollywood night, especially when "High on Bolly" is hosting. Some scammy promoter named Sushant saw my large group, and said "pay $100 to get in then buy drinks or buy a table". Once we paid and got in, he tried repeatedly to scam us into buying a bottle or threatened to kick us out. The promoter was drunk. These are the sleezy promoters and shitty events (that no one goes to) that the owner must put up with. No one will come here, especially not the 16 others in my group (or anyone else we know). Avoid this place at all cost!

386 has replaced The Good Spot. The drinks are still as mediocre as Good Spot was. I tried Wet Pussy cocktail. Mediocre at best. The food here is the highlight. You won't go wrong with fried calamari or other snacks. The vibe is what the people come for. They have a live DJ and cool light fixtures. As long as you know to expect the lackluster cocktails, you'll have a good time here.

Feedback regarding a Birthday party at your venue November 18, 2023 on the top space of lounge (private area): Food was good! Love Kevin the cook he was wonderful!!! As far as the AC... if you don't have a powerful AC unit to cool off the top space then you shouldn't rent it out. It was extremely HOT in the space for us. Next, the bartender kept disappearing creating us all to have to wait longer to get drinks. It was VERY aggravating to our guests. Your team warriors waited to the last minute to clean which is not acceptable as we had things set out & prep ready to go and didn't need dust moved around and floating in the air 20-25 minutes before guest were to arrive. Both you and your other business partner were very un-professional throughout the night as the guests noticed and shared their concerns and that's not good business. Your unsatisfied client!

The bartender is a complete cheat. He added 35% gratuity without asking us. I'm filing a complaint with the bank. The manager of the lounge please reach out as your number is out of service and unreachable. I will be happy to give you his name.

I'm so happy I found a great food spot in downtown San Jose. I didn't know 386 lounge served the best pad Thai and fried calamari in the South Bay. (This isn't even a Thai place but the Pad Thai smacked). I usually have to go to Monterey for great Calamari. 386 lounge is my favorite new spot to meet friends for drinks (including non-alcoholic ones) great food and a chill spot to patty or watch the game on slow nights.

5 stars all around! The lounge is very nice and clean. The vibes are totally it. The DJ was just playing great music back to back and I really enjoyed myself the few hours I was there. Our Server/Host, Kim, is super sweet!! Hands down she is the best... she made sure to check in on us with the drinks and appetizers and made sure everything was good for us at all times. She always had a beautiful smile on her face too! Again, totally recommend this lounge!

If you come here for a club night, expect a 20+ min wait for the bathroom. There are 4 private bathrooms but possibly 1-2 not usable by someone throwing up and deal with people cutting in line to prolong your wait. Makes me feel like most of the night was a waste of time.

In summary the food was amazing! I was deep in conversation with a friend so I didn't get any photos. We ordered the calamari and egg rolls for appetizers. I am really picky about calamari and these were perfect. Super crunchy, just the right amount of batter and cooked to perfection with a spicy aioli dipping sauce. I'm not an egg roll person, but they were pretty good. We opted to share the fried rice and the orange chicken. Unlike some places that have a thick breading that is soggy and overly sweet their orange chicken was so delicious. Very crispy and great orange flavor. We didn't get any drinks so I can't comment on them. I would definitely come back to try their other menu items.

Service was great and food matched it as well. Great little new hidden gem in SJ! 386 hit all the marks for what a bar/lounge should be. Can't wait to see this place blow up. Support small business owners y'all!

MeWe ran across one of the best lounge/restaurants I have been to in awhile.. me and my family had a blast the drinks were good the food was outstanding let me tell you about the services Ait was so nice we had to go twice

Be careful of what you order at this bar. We ordered vodka martinis at the bar on two different days (same bartender) and both times the drinks tasted predominately of water. The vodkas may be watered-down.

Worst service there they dint allow people to eat water and dhee did a bad service to all my friends. It's a great place to hangout.

Amazing drinks, good food and great service. Good for larger groups as well. Definitely planning to go back again.

Stopped in for a drink and an app. Wow! Absolutely fantastic food and service was great. We got the Saigon Wings with a side of chili oil. DELICIOUS. Calvin was our server/bartender. VERY knowledgeable and friendly. Will be back soon to try more on the menu.

On December 16, I was one of the vendors participating in an event that occurred in 386 lounge. I have great things to say about the lounge. The staff is friendly management are hospitable and it was one of the best events I have done this year. Thank you for inviting me to participate in this event!!

Club was neat, big room nice lasers, a cool place to have a night out. The one thing that threw me off was the bartender though. My friend ordered 2 drinks and he didn't hear us correctly and threw the drink out and yelled at us. Heard he was being mean to other customers too. Not the way to do things.

worst place ever. They lie about everything as advertised. If your trying to get ripped off this is the place for you. I wanted to celebrate my birthday and because of this place it turned out to be a nightmare. Shady from the top down. Never again.

Excellent food and drinks and above all fantastic service from all the staff! Calvin, Grace and Remedy in particular were all very sweet and friendly and made sure I was as comfortable as could be. Highly recommend! Calvin's "Blue Rose" drink is very sweet, floral and strong - be sure to drink it carefully

Stopped in on a Sunday night, it was very slow, practically the only ones there but that's to be expected. Didn't get to try the food but our beautiful bar tender, Remedy was great.

Love this lounge so much. We had a great time. Best place in down town SJ. Highly recommend.

Grace's piglet is so good. This place is amazing. The workers are amazing. Th drinks are very good.
