Zeppelin Station Is Opening With 10 International Food and Drink Vendors | Eater Denver

"A 100,000-square-foot RiNo food hall opening March 12 near the 38th and Blake RTD station that combines eight food stalls with rotating monthly popups, retail shops, two full-service bars, and three additional floors of co-working and office space. Initial offerings span Montreal-style smoked meats, Indian street food, Korean fusion, banh mi, poke, gelato, and Vietnamese coffee, with a Heritage Food Incubator as the first rotating popup and a sit-down restaurant tentatively planned for the summer. The development also houses the RiNo Arts District retail shop alongside other design and apparel tenants, creating a mixed-use hub for dining, drinking, shopping, and work." - Josie Sexton
