I recently visited 3Catea, and it quickly became one of my favorite spots for bubble tea. As someone who loves exploring local tea shops, I was drawn in by the cute cat-themed branding—three meows for three cats, I assume—and the promise of fresh, handcrafted drinks. The menu is extensive, featuring classic milk teas, fruit infusions, and creative seasonal specials. I went for their signature brown sugar boba milk tea and a passion fruit green tea with cheese foam. Both were spot on: the brown sugar boba was perfectly chewy and caramelized, not overly sweet, while the passion fruit tea had a refreshing tang balanced by the creamy foam. No artificial flavors here; everything tasted natural and high-quality.
The service was friendly and efficient. The staff greeted me warmly, even during a busy afternoon rush, and patiently answered my questions about customizations like sugar levels and toppings. They seem passionate about their craft, which adds to the welcoming vibe. The atmosphere is cozy and modern, with clean lines, pastel accents, and plenty of seating—ideal for catching up with friends or working on a laptop. It's not too noisy, and the subtle cat motifs (like paw-print decorations) give it a fun, whimsical touch without being over-the-top.
Prices are reasonable for the portion sizes; my two large drinks came to about $15, and they were generously filled. They also offer loyalty cards for repeat visits, which is a nice perk. Overall, 3Catea stands out in a sea of bubble tea chains for its authenticity and attention to detail. If you're in the area, it's worth a stop—whether you're a boba enthusiast or just craving something refreshing. I'll definitely be back to try their matcha latte next time! Highly recommend giving it a five-star try.
