It’s packed, parking lot is small and line was long (40mins wait for drinks). It’s holiday weekend so understandable. The place is very nice and well decor, ft like upscale drink place. Easy order but the wait is just not acceptable, giving the 7 people prior but come on, it’s drinks. Just POV!!!! Nice staff but was hoping for them to do it faster. Drinks are great, better than others. Tried the one in LA and the wait is just ridiculous too, only 4 people prior for 20mins wait. Love the names and the drinks are great and glad that we only stop by one a month for the drinks or else we just give up all together. I would give it a 5 but the long long wait was ridiculous so -2 points for that, so sorry.

3CAT is definitely one of the best boba tea spots in LA and one of my personal favorites! 🧋✨ I always order less sugar & less ice, and their drinks are consistently well-balanced and refreshing. Drinks Ordered this time: • 🧋 Golden Amber Milk Tea – Fresh, smooth, and not overly sweet. I enjoyed this one much more than the other drink I ordered. • 🍃 Dragon Well Latte (Seasonal) – More milky than tea-forward. Didn’t really taste the tea for me, so I wouldn’t order this again. Drinks are good and it gets packed. My friend and I waited for a while for our drinks since it was pretty busy. But the drinks were good! I got an oolong milk tea and added cream top with pecan (reminds me of Chagee in China, which I really like!)- it was good! However, the shop didn't feel very clean. My friend and I both agreed that we were surprised that the floors seemed so dirty for such a popular shop.

Absolutely ridiculous. I came in just to get one tea—nothing complicated—and ended up waiting literally 50 minutes. For a single drink! The place wasn’t even that crowded, and staff seemed more disorganized than busy. By the time I finally got my order, the whole experience was already ruined. Definitely not worth the wait, and I won’t be coming back.

My boyfriend and I ordered the Cheese Strawberry drink here and had a terrible experience. The lid design is loose and doesn’t seal properly, and on the way home the drink spilled all over the paper bag and leaked out completely. The worst part, however, was the customer service. I called several times and was told to send photos to their head office contact (a man). He was extremely dismissive — told me to “send the photos and wait.” After I sent them, I called again to confirm, and he brushed me off saying he’d “check later.” He never gave us any real response, and by the next day he simply ignored us altogether. It’s not just about the poorly designed cup — the way they handled this was unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. If you order here, be aware: the drinks may spill, and the company will not take responsibility or even treat you seriously.

My boyfriend and I ordered the Cheese Strawberry drink and it spilled everywhere because the lid doesn’t seal properly. We called multiple times, sent photos as requested, but the manager was rude, dismissive, and then completely ignored us. Terrible attitude — they don’t care about customers at all.

There are other shops that serve really good boba milk tea. Every time, we order the mango slush from this place. You can choose the sweetness level based on your preference.

The floral tea is good, but the wait time is ridiculous. There were **8** people behind the counter, two orders on the screen ahead of us, and it took us 12 minutes to get three drinks, with the blended frozen drink coming up within a couple of minutes but they wouldn't let me grab it until the order was complete with the two teas. On the flip side, when I ordered on the website it said it would take 35 minutes and then it took only 10, so my drink was waiting on the counter for 25 minutes (they don't put to-go orders in a fridge like most places). The brown sugar boba was flavorless and they don't have taro. With so many boba places in Rowland Heights/City of Industry, this one does not stand out.
