View is really nice. Depends on who's hosting the party I guess, if you're gonna have a nice time. Those stairs are ridiculous!

I have plenty of years of experience partying on the Florida coastline and dancing to Caribbean Spanish music. This event in Detroit on Friday nights is BOSS'MATIC. Keep up the good work. My investors had a wonderful time. Stay BOSS'MATIC.

Won a chance to check it out and we had a great time, lookin forward to returning. We left early because we needed to eat, we thought we were eating there🤔, it's all good! Thank you! It ended up being a great night! The views were the best thing, sorry I love it!📸 #detroitchik #GOLIONS #gotigers

Safety concerns!!! I don't believe this is a safe place. I tried to alert security about a severely intoxicated young woman that was being nearly carried out the door by two gentlemen that were clearly not intoxicated and did not know her. At the same time there was a young girl waiting in the restroom to walk out with the bathroom attendant because she stated she felt unsafe, It was the same gentleman that we're making her uncomfortable. I tried to alert security three times, asking them to stop her from leaving with these men so we could get her a safe ride home. Security told us that it was not their responsibility, and that they were busy with other things. We tried to find her outside but she was gone. It is absolutely a bar's responsibility to not to overserve and for security to keep not only the employees but the patrons safe . I also caution anyone showing up here in high heels. Many of the tiles on the upper deck are not secured and it's hard to see certain walking paths, One of the ladies in our group rolled her ankle on an unsecured tile. If I could give it zero stars I would! No concern for customer safety, overpriced drinks, rude staff and filthy bathrooms

As a Mexican in Detroit I’m always excited to find places that offer Latin nights. I saw that 3fifty terrace had one and I had to be there. This is my 3rd time here and the 3 times I’ve been here this place hasn’t failed to show me the most trash Latin music I’ve ever heard in my life. I don’t know where they get this music from but it’s absolutely horrendous. One goes out hoping to be dancing to some Bad bunny, some J balvin, one hopes to be shaking ass all night but instead I’m met with the most absurd and disgusting mixes I’ve ever witness in my life. This is not for Latinos, this is trash fake Latin music. I hope next summer this is actually catered to latinos. Please do better.

Bar tender was super cool, the vibe was nice, rooftop was lit, I would go again. Kind of surprised by how fun it was. The crowd is young about 23 average age.

Google
Attended this nightclub for my brothers birthday. We got a booth. Extremely small booth. $1000 includes only 1 bottle of alcohol. We ordered 2 CANS of red bull , server brought us a bill totaling $45.00. For two regular sized cans of Red Bull. Overpriced and overhyped , please do yourself a favor and stay away from this overpriced and small venue. Not even in Las Vegas nightclubs are the prices this high , and such a small environment.

Yelp
Drinks are extremely pricy. Gin and Tonic is $18 and was not very strong or good. The club is rooftop and there is a quite old elevator with a wait or some stairs. At end of the night you're shuffled down those stairs, so folks with heels beware. It's like old steps and not the most even, which when drinking isn't fun! Cover is like $20. From time to time they do a Facebook promo where free cover before 11. That was for a Friday specifically. Fridays are kinda slow. Saturday is packed. The floor of the bar is like those teak deck panels you lay over cement. I assume because it's a rooftop, but they wobble a bit which can make dancing harder. The view and overall atmosphere is good. The music varies by DJ of course, but the sound is good. So far the DJs have been decent. The one was actually quite good. Props like fire and bubbles and really kept the crowd going with a good mix of music overall. If the price was lower for drinks. Even $12, but for that price ughhh. I just can't go higher on stars.

Yelp
Wow! What an epic night! I was invited to my friends VIP Birthday Party Bash at 350. I felt like a celebrity walking in this place. We were personally escorted to the elevator up to the rooftop, greeted right away and taken to the VIP area where they had everything set up for the birthday boy! It was quite the party and the DJ was fantastic. Being a special area, our service was great and the bottles kept flowing! The views of the city were fantastic and the overall vibe was high energy. I don't think we came off the dance floor. Everything about this party was style! We closed out the party and headed to an after hours spot to continue the fun...I always say, why hangover when you can hang on! Haha Party like a ROCK STAR!

Yelp
It's as if they gathered the Rudest people in the world and made them all security guards here. It's at a point where I go here anticipating to be berated by the security because they're all on power trips lol. It's a shame because this was my favorite place to go last year and now I will Never come back here or spend another dollar here.

Yelp
Kinda wack. Played a bunch of mid songs and nobody was digging the vibe. It was pretty though.

Yelp
I came to 3Fifty with two of my friends wanting to have a fun rooftop experience in Downtown Detroit, and this place delivered. It is right on top of the Music Hall. We came in around 10:30pm on a Saturday night and didn't have to wait too long outside to get in, honestly it was probably a 5 minute wait. Cover is $10, which I expected and is really worth the money for the view that you get. There is this older elevator that takes you up to the top of the building. They have a VIP area and couches all around the rooftop (couches are only for those that get bottle-service.) For those that spend the $$ on bottle service, you start out with a fifth of grey goose with a sparkler. It's pretty sweet. You'll see the waitresses bringing out those fifths multiple times during the night. They had a full on DJ too with people dancing. The DJ was awesome, he played great music, and not the typical top 40 crap either. It was a good mix of songs that were easy to dance to and people knew. The crowd here dresses to impress, so definitely come with a dress with heels if you're a girl. Drinks here weren't too bad, I got a Moscow Mule for $7. If you want a fun time out, definitely come here. The impression I got from most of the guys was "douchey" but the ambiance of this place is really fun. If you're out with your friends and you want to enjoy the view and dance, you need to check it out. I can't believe I hadn't been before. Great time!

Yelp
Had the absolute worst experience at this place. I reserved a booth for my brothers 22nd birthday, upon arriving to my "booth" there were a bunch of people already sitting at it. We had to wait for the manager to make them move where I was then seated at a table stocked full of half full/used beverages, ice, limes and cups from the people sitting before. The "booth" was 4 wobbly patio chairs. I spent great money on bottles and did not receive the typical service you would at a booth. We were supposed to receive 10 free admissions for our booth, however when my guests arrived they were lied to about the amount of tickets we had and charged for entry. Side note, we got an elevator ride on the way up but had to walk at least a half dozen flights down on our way out? Overall disappointed in my experience and won't be returning to 350 Terrace or likely any other bar in Detroit for that matter. EDIT******!! The pictures they have posted of their booths are deceiving. Beware. No where do I see photos of the chairs that they were putting a booth label on.

Yelp
This use to be a nice spot but now due to COVID you have to purchase a booth which will cost you $100-$150 cash and once your up there it's dead and they ask you to not dance on the dance floor and stay in your booth. They really should just give the booths away and make a minimum drink requirement so more people will come or just close until normal business can be held.

Yelp
Reserved a VIP booth here for my boyfriend's birthday, we reserved the day of so that was convenient. The experience, however, for spending nearly $1000, was not at all worth it. When we were first escorted to our "VIP booth" there were leftover cups and trash. There were also about 10 people leaning on/sitting in our booth, which the employee who escorted us to our booth said nothing about. We had to ask more than a few times for someone to stop other people from leaning on our seating. The service itself was mediocre, not terrible but not what you'd expect sitting at a "VIP booth." I put VIP booth in quotes because I'm not sure it can even count as that. The booths they had overlooking the city off to the side seemed way better. The mixers they brought out for the bottle was fine, but whenever we ordered another bottle we would have to specifically ask for them to refill our mixers as well. Overall, it wasn't the worst experience ever, but definitely not worth the money.

Yelp
This place was pretty different. Never experienced an rooftop bar like this. It was pretty crowded for a Friday night. Cover charge here. Very dope views. It can get pretty tight at the only bar they have there. Its so ridiculous to me you have to climb all those stairs to get up to the rooftop . Can't imagine all the women who have heels on
google avatar

Yelp
Absolutely horrible. This place is a joke. Walking up 8 flights of stairs to get to the top is a joke (ladies ditch the heels) the place is so dirty!! Cigarette buds everywhere as well as cups and napkins and just everything... we got a booth and there were people sitting there and we had to wait 40 min for someone to move the rude people sitting in the booths and then the drink girl told me to "clean it if I had a problem with it" absolutely horrible never coming back. They let animals go in that place.

Yelp
To start, the location is great; The only thing holding this place together. The bar is so sub-par, that it is better to leave, have a drink anywhere, and return if you can stomach the $20 cover for blinding stage-lights, bad seevice and sub-par cocktails. Ratios of approx 200vs 4 max behind the bar. In the era of craft cocktails and upscale service, this place can't compete with the likes of "Standby", sugarhouse, Roast, Republic etc.. Sorry to give bad news to The Detroit nightlife. Management needs to Step up their game or make way for the next replacement. Excellence not mediocrity.

Yelp
This was my first time at 3fifty Terrance. The atmosphere was fun and the view of the city was breathtaking. I use to be a bartender and one of the skills you need is getting people their drink orders quickly. This was a busy Sunday and all of the bartenders were taking multiple orders at once. One bartender that stood out to me was "Collins". He acknowledged that I was standing at the bar waiting for a drink, so I knew I wasn't being ignored and that I was next in line. He was very hard working, kind, quick, and professional. He made me a special drink with the liquor choice I wanted. It was AMAZING!! I will definitely be back with my friends and make sure I have Collins make my drinks! So much fun!

Yelp
A few reviews mentioned keywords like, unorganized. Well, 'tis true. When a friend and I entered we didn't know what to expect and kind of wasn't guided to walking thru and showing ID and having purse checked. They didn't check our ID. We get to the rooftop and the Catering Society, Inc food stand was literally a makeshift area. Small fryers and a hot plate. Yes, I said hot plate. I ordered catfish nuggets with fries for $8.00. The price was right and food was cool. Just a lame setup for food. My friend ordered Di Soronio for $10. Which was outrageously over priced. The outdoor setup is cute but if it rains --no refunds and they close. To end the night and start the day off wrong my friend left her wallet and has called and emailed the establishment to no avail. On the website says we'll send all lost items to Music Hall for retrieval. Not true, because they will NOT pick up the phone or respond to email. The DJ was cool but played too much radio music. Dress code is a bit too casual as I saw some folk wearing tees. I think I'll pass on New Detroit Aristocracy.

Yelp
AGGRESSIVE STAFF! TERRIBLE DRINKS! TRASH EVERYWHERE!!! Do NOT buy a booth here! My friends and I bought a booth for her birthday. We had a VIP booth but 3fifty gave our booth to someone else without letting us know. The "booths" are just tiny tables with a few chairs around it. In the line to get in, the 2 male bouncers and 1 female bouncer were screaming and swearing at the crowd because we weren't in the single file line they wanted. They became so angry thay some of the girls in our group thought they were going to get violent...TOTALLY unprofessional! When my friend bent down to fix her heels the bouncers assumed she was drunk and didn't let her into her own birthday party/booth SHE BOUGHT. Please go to royal oak instead! This place is a DUMP!!!

Yelp
I guess I'm in the minority of people who love this place. My friends and sister echo that sentiment. I have always had a positive experience here; the music is great, I've never had an issue with getting in/getting drinks in a timely fashion, and I truly enjoy the music. The location is beautiful, and the view of the city is unrivaled. The crowd has always been relatively upscale, and your experience is what you make of it. Personally, my friends and I enjoy dancing and having nice drinks with a beautiful view.

Yelp
Very trashy. If you wanna complain about the drink prices then you shouldn't be going out because you can't afford it and should be saving your money to feed your family. It's Detroit... What do you expect. Something fancy? No... You're going to get trash.

Yelp
I would like to start off by explaining that I would give this bar a five-star rating based on the fact that it is a rooftop bar with a great view of the sitting and seating. They also have people grilling bbq-style food up top available for purchase. Here is where they lose a couple of stars. I dislike the fact that if you leave out of the building, you cannot re-enter without paying cover. We were there early and wanted to walk down the street grab food and come back, and were told we were not allowed to without paying the cover fee. I don't understand this, especially since we had already been there and spent a lot of money on drinks. This is another knocked-off star. The drinks were in the $9-$10 range for shots which I find a little expensive. It has a club atmosphere which is fine, but I feel as if they should alter the pricing based on the time of day. It was really crowded and the bathrooms were full of women getting ready. A little different scene than I'm used to - but I'd like to try it out on a Saturday night instead perhaps and have a few cocktails prior.

Yelp
The place is a zoo. We waited about 45 minutes to get in where our table had bottle service. There's 3 different lines of people. If you know the bouncer your in, if you hand the bouncer money your in too, if you have a table waiting with bottle service, please wait in line. The night went well until I got my charges. They charged me for what I ordered that night. The next week they charged me again. It was a pain in the ass trying to find someone in charge to clear these charges. Again this place is a zoo and it seems to me, no one knows how to run a bar.

Rob S.

Yelp
Went there for the first time with friends. While in line a couple was leaving and the guy was yelling "don't waste your time and money, they are completely rude and it takes forever to get a drink." Even if he was drunk, he was completely right. This place is a great spot location wise and the crowd wasn't bad,but it is mismanaged!!!!!!! The bartenders don't pay attention to who they serve and in what order, when people question they simply say "don't complain or I'll stop serving you." We waited for over 30 minutes for a drink and tipped very well but they didn't care. The bouncers clearly have a mission to feel like they have authority, they must have no other purpose in life or twined poorly. They scream at everyone and push you over to walk through. My girlfriend was pushed to the grown without as much as an excuse me, so the bar-help could deliver bottle service. I've lived in California for years and been to high end clubs all over the country, and this is no such place. It's a really a sad shame how this place is managed and I will definitely not return. It's unfortunate that places such as this think they will survive, but they never do. I look forward to a name change and new management by next summer.

Yelp
disappointed in my experience and won't be returning to 3fifty Terrace. the flyer for the b'day party said 4pm to 9pm. i arrived before 430 and security says "we never open up on time". didn't get in util after 5pm purses checked and men searched. security standing on a platform watching everyone. there is assigned seating for the b'day party guest. apparently this day each table was reserved for b'day parties. so, me and my friend crammed into the b'day area assigned. no umbrellas to shade you from the sun. charged for a cup of WATER! just a money grabbing place.

Chris O.

Yelp
Ummmmm.... yah no thanks. If you want superficial, egotistical, with a hint of vomit throughout the club, this is place for you ! First off, if you can get in the door , VIP or not, it's a career mistake just to walk in. Also wear your sneakers after the 8 floors of stairs to the roof if you don't wanna get stuck in a rickety elevator from 1900. Either booth or bar you're screwed with slow service and mediocre attention from people who care a rats ass if you spent this months rent on service. Wouldn't matter if you're royal or pond scum, actually pond scum smells better than this skank infested excuse for Vegas. Good luck!

Yelp
I'm not surprised at all with the other reviews. This place is poorly managed and the staffing needs replacement. I tripped over a woman's leg on the way out the bathroom and the lady bouncer (instead of asking me if I was fine) proceeded to assume I had one too many. When I asked her for the name so I could report her to upper management, she refused to tell me. I get it... You're trying to do your job and you've had your fair share of drunk girls...but don't take it out on a girl who truly just tripped going out the bathroom. One star for the atmosphere...but the rest of the stars might as well be flushed down the toilet. Very discriminative and unmanaged establishment. I would not return.

Yelp
The only advantage this place has over Annex is the view and experience being outdoors.

Yelp
I finally had the opportunity to visit 3Fifty Terrace. Detroit is really coming along with the rooftop party scene and 3Fifty Terrace has a great location and great vibe. If you happen to be up there at the end of a Tigers' game, you're really in luck because you'll see the fireworks display, too. The ambiance is nice, but there is limited seating. It's really a stand or sit on this side bench type of deal. But once a lot of people are there, you're really standing or walking throughout the evening. If you want to sit, there are booths and tables w/a few chairs, but you have to make a Reservation and purchase a bottle with a minimum spending limit of $250. The drinks at the bar are quite expensive...so, pre-game for sure *wink wink*. The night we went, we had the misfortune of taking the steps all the way up due to the elevator being out of service. It was working later in the evening, but I felt more confident with the steps on the way out. The restrooms are pretty clean and there's an attendant in there with a variety of things you might need to use (for a tip!) or purchase. She also provides you with paper towel for your hands after you've washed. Overall, I had a pretty good time. I'd go back.

Yelp
f**** the bartender he was a Total ass hole. When I wanted just a water and I asked him for it while he was pouring a drink and he got really offensive and started to have a big attitude totally don't recommend u go back there

Yelp
My favorite place to go on any summer night. Such a great view of Detroit and amazing staff to make your evening unforgettable. If you haven't been to this hidden gem, you certainly should this summer!

Myriah R.

Yelp
We attended a party here for a friend. We had the hardest time getting in. The line was wrapped around the building. We were told over the phone if we had a booth we wouldn't have to wait in line. We wound up wasting an hour out our night. But when we finally got in we had a blast. It was perfect weather. The music was good.

Elena A.

Yelp
The only thing going for this place is the view.. It's amazing. Other than that, this place is a joke! We went on a friends birthday, reserved a booth with two bottles (which isn't cheap, especially not at a place like this). When we arrived at our table there were people sitting at it already. The entire ground was wet (it rained earlier that day) and so was our entire booth. We asked the waitress if she could just wipe down the plastic for us so we could sit on that instead of the wet cushions, she looked at us as if we were crazy and said "no I can't do anything for you." Alright, I let that slide, then she bought us our first bottle and danced awkwardly at our table and proceeded to pour a glass for not even half of the table, and not even the birthday girl. The night went on, the music was horrible; nobody danced, just stood around staring. We looked around for our waitress and couldn't find her, finally asked the bus boy where she was (after asking about her for over and hour) and he pointed to another booth where she was standing around taking selfies. She FINALLY bought the second bottle at 1:45 am! Then when we cashed out and paid the MANDATORY 20%, which she definitely didn't deserve, she looked at us and said "that's it?" Seriously!? When you pay so much don't you deserve good service?! Music: Horrible Service: Beyond Horrible View: Top notch... That's about it.
