Very nice factory shop with lot's more than parmesan. Bought some guianciale. But we came for the parmesan from the “Vacche Rosse” the old native breed Reggiana cow (aka “Red Cow”) of the Emilia-Romagna region. Really recomend this cheese and place. Friendly and helpful staff

Excellent visit here today! The cheeses they produce are wonderful. We sampled multiple months of aged cheese and the flavors are great. A very clean and organized facility. The tour was not comprehensive, as it didn't start from product receiving, but you can see the quality of what is being done there.

If you are staying near Modena, this is a wonderful Parmigiano Reggiano factory to visit! A fun and informative tour into the production of one of the top cheeses in the world.

⸻ It was truly an unforgettable experience taking the full tour with a guide named Giulia. She was incredibly generous with her time and explained everything to us in detail, answering every question with real knowledge and enthusiasm. Her English was excellent. The shop is also beautifully curated — you’ll find some of the best local products, perfect for picking up a few special things to take home. If you’re in the area, don’t miss it!

The tour was amazing, took almost 1 hour before tasting what they prepared for us. The price is quite hefty (20 euros with a required reservation) especially considering the limited transportation options to its location. The tasting samples were great although they couls improve with using ceramic plates and making the experience feel fancier overall, maybe offering the option to sit down - it was rather dull how the amazing tour ended.

Great overall experience. The process of making the parmigiana was very interesting. The overall tour with explanation took us around one hour. At the end we did a cheese tasting. It was really good. Also the factory location is easy to find and there is parking on premises. I definitely recommend to take this tour if you are in Bologna and you have a car. Bonus, there is a shop where you can buy all sorts of parmigiana cheese.

Great experience watching cheese making process and learning about all the stages of aging. So much hard work goes to their Parmiggiano! Lovely tasting experience at the end. Thank you!
