40 Love

Our first visit to 40 Love was good. We chose 40 Love after seeing the coverage by Cory McCloskey on Fox 10. We celebrated my wife’s birthday as well there. The entire experience was good. The atmosphere is very warm. The bar staff were very friendly and welcoming- good drinks as well. We had the Ember Kiss and Chemistry Set. Very good cocktails. The food was also good. We had the Arancini Wagyu starter which was amazing. My wife had the sea bass and I had the scallops. Both were good. The service started out great but as the restaurant got busier, the touch points decreased significantly. I spoke with the manager and the food and beverage manager and shared our experience.

Where do I start? Kyle and Mike have put together an amazing business concept . The restaurant has literally the best food I’ve ever eaten. It’s very rare that you could go to a restaurant and everything from the appetizers to the main course to the sides are all so good , so much flavor definitely will be back. Our server Chris so knowledgeable went above and beyond with his service and expertise and kindness. I recommend the chili and Seabass with brussels sprouts and the cornbread. Do not forget the cornbread.

My girl friends and I really enjoyed our time here this past weekend! There was a fun and lively crowd, and the vibe inside was very cool. The drinks were really good and the appetizers we got were good as well. Our server was super sweet and attentive!

First time stopping in and highly highly recommend! The burrata was delicious and The wagyu was next level - one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Beats bourbon and bones in terms of quality and taste! Our server (Amber) was incredible. Super attentive, we never had an empty drink and she’s very knowledgeable on the menu and gave great suggestions. We will be back very soon!!

Absolutely loooooved 40 Love!! The whole experience was absolutely incredible; the atmosphere, the service, the food was all impeccable. HIGHLY recommend the mashed potatoes, pull apart brioche, and s'mores tiramisu!!!

I absolutely loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. The energy was so high in there and made my experience enjoyable. Their menu is well rounded and excited to go back and try more! Staff was lovely. I recommend.

From the second we walked into 40 Love, the friendly hostesses welcomed us with big smiles and had us seated right away. We were lucky enough to get a cozy, private table—perfect for celebrating our anniversary in style. The menu had us excited from the start! Our wonderful server, Tyler, was so attentive and knowledgeable—he guided us toward some absolute winners: fresh chilled oysters, rich lobster pasta, irresistible red bliss potatoes, melt-in-your-mouth wagyu, and an incredibly decadent chocolate dessert that we’re still dreaming about. Everything paired beautifully with their refreshing cocktails too. But honestly, Tyler stole the show. His genuine warmth, playful sense of humor, and spot-on recommendations turned a great meal into one of those truly magical evenings we'll never forget. He went out of his way to make sure every little detail was just right, and we felt so cared for and special the whole time. We’re already counting down the days until we can come back—and we can’t wait to see Tyler again! He made our night extra memorable. Highly recommend 40 Love for anyone wanting a delicious meal with truly heartfelt service.

I came in right when 40 Love first opened and honestly wasn’t impressed. I decided to give it another shot recently and I’m so glad I did because Aubri completely changed my experience. She was confident knowledgeable and genuinely welcoming from the moment I sat down. The drinks were balanced creative and clearly made by someone who actually cares about the craft not just pouring and pushing tickets. Her energy was warm without being overbearing and she made the whole bar feel fun and elevated at the same time. Because of Aubri I’ll absolutely be back. One great bartender can make all the difference and she is the reason 40 Love finally won me over.
