Where do I start? Kyle and Mike have put together an amazing business concept . The restaurant has literally the best food I’ve ever eaten. It’s very rare that you could go to a restaurant and everything from the appetizers to the main course to the sides are all so good , so much flavor definitely will be back. Our server Chris so knowledgeable went above and beyond with his service and expertise and kindness. I recommend the chili and Seabass with brussels sprouts and the cornbread. Do not forget the cornbread.

I absolutely love this new restaurant in Scottsdale! My friends and I had: caviar waffles, meatballs, steak, brown sugar potatoes, red potatoes, pasta, ceaser salad, oysters and drinks. Everything was soooo good. I also love the music!!! This is one of the best places for music and dinner I’ve ever been to and I’ve traveled all over the world. I feel like everyone should come here when you come to Scottsdale… if not, you’re missing out big time!! I’ll be back in a few months!

My girl friends and I really enjoyed our time here this past weekend! There was a fun and lively crowd, and the vibe inside was very cool. The drinks were really good and the appetizers we got were good as well. Our server was super sweet and attentive!

Absolutely loooooved 40 Love!! The whole experience was absolutely incredible; the atmosphere, the service, the food was all impeccable. HIGHLY recommend the mashed potatoes, pull apart brioche, and s'mores tiramisu!!!

Made a reservation a month in advance for the atmosphere and was dumped into a private side room at a corner table instead. A giant TV playing sports, no music, and a completely different decor destroyed the vibe. Food and service were fine, but the seating ruined the night. If ambiance is what you’re paying for here, don’t expect to get it.

40 Love Is an amazing place to have a nice dinner. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was lively, stylish, and welcoming—perfect for a fun night out or a relaxed drink with friends. The food and cocktails were spot‑on, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the service. Aubri at the bar was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and clearly knows her craft. Her recommendations were spot‑on, the drinks were perfectly made, and she created such a great vibe at the bar that made us want to stay longer than planned. You can tell when someone genuinely enjoys what they do, and Aubri’s energy elevated the entire experience. If you’re looking for great food, expertly crafted drinks, and top‑tier service, 40 Love is a must‑visit. Huge shout‑out to Aubri for making our night memorable!! we’ll definitely be back!

40 Love is fantastic, and Aubri truly made the experience. Her service was warm, attentive, and effortless from start to finish. The cocktails were excellent. I had one that was perfectly balanced with a spicy sweet flavor and I completely forgot the name but it was incredible. The wagyu was also absolutely bomb and cooked perfectly. Great atmosphere, great drinks, and standout service. Sit at the bar with Aubri if you get the chance. I’ll definitely be back. 🍸✨

Absolutely beautiful restaurant in a great spot in Old Town. We had an early reservation but they only gave us the choice of 2 tables which were not the most appealing spots but still comfortable. We did however have to face the kitchen and the door constantly opening with bright light was a bit distracting. Overall the vibe is really fun and lively with 2 bars. I suppose this is designed with the idea of attracting the want to be seen crowd and that is perfectly fine. Let's get to the food... Started off with the Wagyu Arancini which was very tasty but you get 3 meatball sized with little to no meat so not sure which part was Wagyu. The Grilled Cesar was delicious and love the idea of breadcrumbs over croutons. We had the Filet which was as good as or better than any in town. One thing I didn't like is the server made it sound like a sauce comes with it but they clip you for an extra $5 on top of the $59 steak. Comes a la carte so fortunately we ordered scallops too. Those are served with gnocchi and everything was spectacular but again there were 3 little pieces on gnocchi and 3 scallops. For desert we went with the server's recommendation of Butter Cake. Maybe as good as can be made. Soooo delicious! But, again very small so don't think of sharing it. Overall we had a great experience and will be back but only for a special occasion which buy the way it was and I let them know upon the reservation. It was never mentioned unlike some of the other places that do. Bring your wallet but snack before coming! LOL
