40 Wall Street - The Trump Building

Not much to be said here. Ugly building, empty storefront to the left. Apparently disabled access is poor.

Very comfortable nice staff and security

First time walking on the wolf street, it’s like i achieved something in my life. Walking on something that i just hear from series.

Everything is fake. Several elevators are always broken. People get stuck in them since management won't post a sign or turn off malfunctioning elevators. The marble is just painted styrofoam - I have seen a broken one. There is no handicap access to the office part, just to the Duane Reade. The doors are too heavy to open if you're disabled. Security is supposed to let you in if you knock, but they'll just laugh as you show your id through the door. Reminding staff about the ADA gets you a reminder that someone already tried that, and they got sued. Don't rent office space here. The bathrooms are disgusting, too.

The only good thing about this address is the Duane Reade drugstore, fresh lunch food and many other products. There has been a sign in the window announcing a Dean and Deluca food store opening soon for the past 5 years or so. I think they don't want to show that it has been empty for years and no one wants to rent this space in this Trump Building. Take the escalator and go up to this Duane Reade store...my only recommendation.

The 2/3 Wall Street subway stop is IN THE LOBBY. Pretty cool. The lobby is a public space where you can get a snack from a sushi/salad spot or Starbucks. Many local workers come here to relax, eat, check email etc. If you are visiting the Financial District this is a great place to sit down and rest.

The lobby "security" are rude, lazy, unprofessional, not in shape to handle a situation. Most of them are over 55 with undeserving seniority and should be evaluated every 6 months to prevent them from slacking off. They are too comfortable and it shows in their work or lack there of...

The quietness of the local appears to make you feel relaxed and inspired. I loved it while I was visiting Multi Groups units in Oct 2016. Very quiet and cool.
