Yelp
Food was great, service was even better! The place was super nice and was a vibe for me and my whole family!

Chrissy D.

Yelp
The service and food were phenomenal, as was the atmosphere of the restaurant as a whole. My favorite item was the barbecue pork buns, and the minced pork dumplings were adorable!

Caitlin V.

Yelp
The food is really yummy, and so artsy!! I really liked the style of plating and the food always came out hot and soft. The service is also really speedy and efficient despite a pact restaurant. Everyone who served us was really nice and the restaurant is so cute. I only took a few bites and I already knew I wanted to come back to this place next time for dim sum and try their other foods. I'm full but I want to keep eating. And normally, chili oil and chicken feet in other places aren't really flavored and seasoned, it's normally whatever but this place actually has good flavorings in everything I ate.

Yelp
Amazing! We wanted to have Chinese food on Chinese New Year. This is the our second time eating at Palette Tea Lounge. My sister and I shared the pork & shrimp siu mai, crispy typhoon siu mai, pineapple fried rice, crispy salt & pepper tofu, and unagi sticky rice. I cannot stop thinking about the unagi and the crispy tofu. My sister wanted to marry the siu mai! We also had the lychee purple martinis and jasmine tea to drink. Yum! Everything was so delicious! It is the best dim sum place in town and I feel like I have been to all of them. It is not a cart ordering place, but a lovely restaurant with great service. You can get less expensive dim sum but not better. They have daily specials and many more things that I need to try. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Yelp
This place was amazing! Celebrated my mom's birthday here and I picked the perfect place. First off, the service was amazing. I requested for the waterfall table because I've seen it in videos and it looked really cool. I'm glad they were able to accommodate us. Second, oooo I love dim sum! The food was delicious. There were a lot of things I wanted to try. My favorite would have to fried rice and the duck. The duck was very crispy! The food had both presentation and flavor. Something like this I would see on the strip but I'm glad it's off the strip. I would definitely come and celebrate your special occasion here. The staff made sure to come out and sing my mom a happy birthday and gave her a chocolate fondue as well as plate the mini cakes that we had. They were so thoughtful and kind. The lychee martini was also to die for! I enjoyed every part of my experience here from the food, to the drinks, to the customer service. 10/10!

Yelp
I'm going to round this up to 3 stars, but service was great, ambiance was great, but food was subpar. The only thing good was probably the duckies. I haven't had that texture in a while and it was made EXCELLENTLY. 10/10. Everything else was subpar at around 6/10. For the price, this was definitely not worth it, but good experience for a tea lounge though.

Yelp
1/18/25 made rsvp for 2 and requested a booth since it was our anniversary. Entered and got greeted right away by host. Place is clean and the decor was so Asian. Love it. From the first start till the end...the service was amazing. We got a complimentary champagne for 2 for our anniversary. Hot tea was complimentary as well. We opt for oolong. We ordered the mince pork dumplings, pork soup dumplings, crispy seafood noodle, the roasted peking duck set, and the lobster hargow. Also ordered lime passion fruit soda and a watermelon juice. Everything was amazing and flavorful. At the end of our late lunch we got a complimentary melted chocolate with fruit and waffle . This place is a must to check out. Make sure to reserve your time as this place is busy. Thank you to the staff and props to the manager/owner where customer service was superb. Happy eats!!

Yelp
Goshdarnit those painter's palette plates with the little divots for the delicious and colorful sauces is so cute and fun, and reason enough to come here, but don't forget the five stars vibes, service, and aesthetics too. Given the major praise, beautiful presentations, premium pricing, and surrounding area rich in options for similar cuisine, I had really high expectations for the food, and while much of it was tasty, unfortunately it just wasn't worth the premium to me. The golden fried hargow were quite unique and delicious. I loved the crispy garlic covering the plate. The pro move is to dip in the green sauce, take a bite, then dunk again and then hit the garlic! The rice rolls were good, but the wagyu we had was a bit tough in places and contained some crunchy gristle too. Radish cakes are typically my favorite, but these were served with some fermented seafood paste, which I usually love, but didn't love this here. Sadly the iberico char siu came out incredibly tough, gristley and not edible. They quickly took it back when we mentioned it. Lastly we tried the chick shaped glutinous rice dumpling. It had good flavor but the ratio was off and there was more rice than filling. Everything we ate had good flavor, came hot, and at a nice pace and this would be a fun place to come with a crowd. For me, I found that I prefer the more traditional dim sum experiences.

Yelp
Palette Tea Lounge & Dim Sum serves very delicious Chinese food with impeccable customer service! Some dishes to not miss out on include: - Crispy Dumpling with Minced Pork Filling - Pork Soup Dumplings - Basil Black Pepper Lobster - Roasted Peking Duck Set (#1!) - Almond Sweet Soup with Egg White While it might seem expensive, you're paying for the high quality dishes, ambiance, and presentation, all of which are worthwhile. I'd definitely come back again!

Yelp
We arrived shortly after they opened and were greeted so kindly and friendly, it definitely set the tone for the visit! As soon as we were seated, the bartender came and welcomed us and offered drinks, both cocktails and of course other items available. He offered tea which we declined, then proceeded to make us some of the best drinks we've had in Vegas! Our server was amazing! She explained everything, gave us plenty of time to review the extensive menu and was able to answer all of our questions. Being our first time, we had plenty! We ordered a bit of everything, some things we had no idea what to expect! She asked if we wanted it all at once or as it was prepared. We opted for the "as prepared" and it was perfect! We'd finish a couple dishes and quickly a couple more came out, everything nice and hot and fresh. I highly recommend a visit to Palette to try out their unique offerings. There's definitely something on the menu for everyone!

Yelp
This place is very pretty inside and definitely feels like a more upscale dim sum experience! The service was wonderful. The staff were very present and the food came out pretty quickly! You do order off of the menu so there were no carts. I liked most of the items on the menu that my party and I had ordered. And they offered hot tea as well. There were a variety of sauces too that were plated and served. The only dish I was disappointed with were the rainbow prawn rice crepes. The dish is usually one of my favorites at dim sum but the crepe was a little too thick for my liking and flavor was lacking on that dish even with the sauce. Overall I would eat here again and try some other dishes that I didn't get to try this time.

Yelp
Had this place in my bookmark and so did my friend so it was an easy choice. We were able to make a nice reservation for 2 on Yelp for about 12:30 on a Sunday. The place was almost fully packed and crowded. I loved the ambiance, drawings on the wall, reminded me of the Asian chapter movies I grew up watching but in modern time. The food was really nice, there were some unique displays like the table setting with the painters palette, super clever and cute. Their variety and presentation of the sauces was unique as well. We first ordered our Jasmine Tea, then Xiao Long Bao, my favorite, Ham Sui Gok (in shapes of ducks) Siu mai, lobster dumpling injected with lobster butter/sauce. Few other items, everything was very tasty and a nice treat.

Yelp
The food was excellent. My favorite aesthetically was the crispy dumplings because they're formed in duck shapes (but also I love xian jiao in general so these were perfect). My favorite flavor I'm torn between the wagyu chow fun and the wagyu rice crepes but I'd probably vote the latter since it's a limited offering. The sauce dish being a literal palette was a cute touch, and I liked the lobster har gow with a butter pipette and the vinegar pearls for the xiao long bao (soup dumplings) The only dish I was meh on was the coconut jelly thing, not sure if it's a dog or a cat, but it was more enjoyable to decimate than it was to eat it. Not a bad flavor, but just bland in comparison to everything else on the table. My friends tried to convince me to order the lobster because the servers bring it ALIVE to your table to show you before cooking, but I vehemently declined because I don't like looking at my meals before I condemn them to death. We did watch the table next to ours get one and I contemplated rescuing it, but it would probably just get run over in the parking lot so that would've been too cruel. General ambiance was nice as well; very clean and loved the trail of fish murals leading to the restrooms. I also loved seeing all the various Chinese names on lanterns! I had to get a picture of mine (胡)

Yelp
My friends have been raving about Palette Tea Lounge & Dim Sum, and with high ratings on Yelp, I had to try it when I visited Vegas. I'm not sure if I had too high expectations, but the food was just okay. - Sapporo Beer: the beer was, unfortunately, lukewarm. - Shrimp Har Gao: The skin was steamed beautifully, chewy, and soft. The filling was fresh, with large pieces of shrimp. - Shumai: the pieces were small, and the fish roe on top added an unpleasant fishy taste. - Garlic Green Beans: These were flavorful with a strong garlic taste. The beans were on the softer side; I expected them to be a bit crispier since the dish was flash-fried. - Pan Fried Noodle: The noodles were way too thin and crispy to my liking, and there was not enough sauce and toppings compared to the noodles. Tips: - Make a reservation on Yelp before heading over to cut down wait times! - They charge tea per person, so be sure to tell your server if some people in your party won't be drinking tea. Although the food was disappointing this time, but I would like to try other items that I had my eyes on, such as the Peking duck or the truffle fried rice, during the following visit to hopefully have a better experience.

Yelp
This is a fancy ish fusion dim sum spot on spring mountain. It's worth a try if you're in the area. My groups favorite included the unagi sticky rice, soft shell crab rice rolls and the black lava buns. I would pass the on the shrimp roll as it was over cooked and the dough was super thick. The soup dumplings were good but the caviar did nothing to enhance it.
google avatar

Patricia E.

Yelp
The Wagyu fried rice, the unagi crispy rice, the salted egg lava bun, the egg tart, the presentation, and the SERVICE. We had Umut, and he was so accommodating and made the whole experience unforgettable. Palette Tea lounge is a great place to go if you're entertaining people, or just want to enjoy the beautiful food they have. We had three different people in rotation assisting us, we were seated really quickly despite the crowd, and we were accommodated with all out tiny requests (like ice cold water, and a small rice bowl with a spoon). I actually came here during its soft opening, and wasn't able to try everything-- but I am so glad I came back to re-experience it! The pu'er tea was an added bonus- perfect for a chilly night to catch up with friends.

Yelp
This is a great spot to try at least once, especially if you're visiting from out of town. The lantern decorations and the centerpiece waterfall table create a unique and inviting atmosphere. I made a reservation specifically for a seat by the waterfall table, but we were seated at a regular table instead. I was informed that reservations are merely "requests" and not guaranteed--good to know for the future. My husband and I shared several dishes: Truffle Siu Mai Steamed BBQ Pork Buns Lava Salted Egg Buns Lettuce Cups with Minced Duck Palette Pan-Seared Trio Everything was freshly steamed and delicious, except for the lettuce cups with minced duck. The duck flavor was nonexistent, and the wraps were soggy, so I wouldn't recommend that dish. Our favorites were the lava salted egg buns and the pan-seared trio--they were outstanding. The service was excellent, with attentive staff frequently refilling our tea cups (even though my husband doesn't drink tea!).

Yelp
A new bougie Asian fusion dim sum just off the Strip in Vegas's Chinatown and we just had to come check it out. The food was amazing, especially their roasted Peking duck set (very legit and at a great price for $40 only). The Peking duck set can serve up to 4 people but we ate it all up hahaha! We also loveeee their truffle siu mai, lobster ha gow, and softshell crab rice crepe. It was luxurious and way beyond the usual dim sum items. Their pink lychee martini was simply to die for. It came in a big martini glass and a lychee in it. The interior decor is really nice and modern. The manager even came by to greet us so we had a good chat with him. Overall, I highly recommend this place for dim sum!
google avatar

Yelp
Some things were worth and some things were alright. Overall still a good place to visit with good dim sum items :) our friends and I got quite a few items on the menu during lunch but if I were to come back, I would skip the soup dumplings, almond puff pastry soup, and the shrimp roll crepe (get the soft shell crab version instead). The crepe itself is usually suppose to be pretty thin and soft but for this place serves it fairly thinner than normal with some chunky texture bits. Everything else we got here was solid! The truffle fried rice, egg salt lava, eel unagi, etc was a top favorite of ours. The ambience is nice and service was friendly. Made reservations pretty last minute online and was able to secure a spot.

Yelp
The decor is super fun, and there was always someone coming by to check on our water/ tea levels. You don't have the typical carts coming around, so you order off the menu on the table. Nothing really WOWED me. I've been to koi palace in San Francisco, so i had high expectations, but i was pretty let down. Especially the $40 duck platter that came with barely any meat. That was $40 for basically less than half a duck. The XO radish cakes were one of my favorites, although it's QUITE the thick boy. I RETRACT. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED the chicken feet LOL. It's been a while since I've had such good chicken feet at a dim sum place. Soup dumplings (xiao long bao) were pretty good too Check your receipts too. They charged us for 8 teas but only 3 people out of 5 requested tea.

Yelp
Food: could tell that some of the food items were made from scratch vs frozen. We ordered several dim sum items: Abalone Siu Mai, lobster ha gow, crispy typhoon shrimp dumplings, classic ha gow, pork & shrimp siu mai, chicken feet, soft shell crab rice crepes, pea shoot with garlic, salt & pepper tofu, rainbow prawn rice crepes. Notable items: rainbow prawn rice crepes - these are definitely homemade as the crepes are super thin. Wasn't my favorite but wanted to highlight as we preferred the crepes to be thicker. crispy typhoon shrimp dumplings - would highly recommend. lobster ha gow - definitely not your standard dim sum item. The ha gow was infused with truffle oil. Service: We came for dim sum on a weekday and it wasn't overly crowded. Perfect amount of people. Our server was attentive. Ambiance: restaurant is clean, higher scale, lounge vibes. Different from your standard Chinese restaurant.

Yelp
Been here twice and I enjoyed both visits. The service and food has been consistent. Reasonably priced. Shoutout to Umut for being an awesome server on our second visit. Love the ambiance. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
Loved this place! Great dim sum (although not the traditional cart type). Reasonable, friendly and good service plus nice decor inside. Definitely a feeling of a more upgraded Dim Sum dining experience but enjoyable! Loves the duck, crispy noodles and tea! Head on over!

Yelp
The restaurant is really beautiful, even the tile on the floor is gorgeous! We came cause of the tiktok video of the lil crunchy edible birds they make. I was disappointed with the crunchy birds but the rest of their food was delicious and perfect! It was a texture thing for me... too much chewy not enough crunch. I love crab Rangoons and fried dumplings and soup dumplings! Those I can down in a moments notice. lol Their service was quick too, we didn't wait too long for us to get our food or drinks. Maybe we got lucky that night. Idk? I would come back for the soup dumplings for sure!
google avatar

Amanda H.

Yelp
Fancy dim sum concept but fell short on flavor and execution. The shrimp rice crepe noodle was not very good. Noodle was a little grainy. The soft shell crab version was slightly better. The lobster crystal dumplings didn't really taste like lobster. The fried shiu mai was fine but I prefer the steamed version. Their lava egg yolk bun was good but standard. The almond soup was also okay but nothing particularly special. Gets crowded so try to make reservations
google avatar

Rae K.

Yelp
Parking plenty. Sunday evening we did not wait long for a party of 11 A bit pricey, but not more than expected. Everything tasted delicious. Food came out quick & fresh. We all left full & satisfied. Place looked so pretty, & was well lit. Wasn't too loud. Seating had plenty of space.

Yelp
Luxury version of dim sum and Chinese with a twist. This newly opened business gots it going on. The lobsters they have are guaranteed to be at least 3 pounds are bigger regardless of which flavor profile you choose. You'll bring it out to show you the lobster before they cook it. Nice touch. The garlic tiger prawns also are great too; the butterflied meat and the butter garlic sauce are ingrained deep into its fibers. Each bite is highly savory and garlicky to the core. The Fried Shrimp Cheesy Toasts were not as well received. Very oily through each bite and going beyond the second bite, not as much shrimp as the oil overtakes the senses. The crispy crab claws were disappointing. Not much in terms of crab or shrimp flavors and masked by the overwhelming sesame seeds that got old real quick after the second bite. I would come back to try their special duck as that looked really impressive at the table next to us. Really loved the lobster and prawns but the dim sum options did not appeal as much to me for the premium price tag.

Yelp
Food is always Amazing at Palette, this was our 3rd time coming back and the food and service never disappoints. Food is at a high quality and the fast service is always on point. The atmosphere inside is lively and opening. If you have never been it a place to put on your must try list at the very top of that list should be Palette Tea House Lounge & Dim Sum.
google avatar

Clarisa P.

Yelp
We love the thrill of trying hot, new restaurants. Palette Tea Lounge & Dim Sum did not disappoint. We finally went from seeing it all over social media to trying it in person ourselves. As we sat down and the table was set, we started to understand what the 'palette" meant - our small plate looked like an art palette with small little indents. We put our favorite selection of sauces that they set ok the table in each. We ordered the Peking duck, beef, soup dumplings, squid, and of course the crispy dumplings shaped like little chicks! Our favorite had to be the Peking duck and squid. Overall, what a great and interactive experience here. It's on the pricey side, but we thoroughly enjoyed our first visit!

Yelp
We stumbled across Palette Tea Lounge on social media and decided to give it a try since we happened to have our car for our trip to Vegas. We started lining up about 15 minutes before they opened since we weren't able to get any reservations. The line had already wrapped around the corner of the building before the doors even opened! At opening, Michael went around and divided the lines between those who had reservations and those who did not. When we first got in line, we were at the building corner, but with the lines separated, we were probably between 5-7th in line, and were the last or second-to-last group able to get seated, as the restaurant quickly filled up with reserved spots. Ordering was easy - you're given a couple of sheets with descriptions and photos of the dishes and you mark off with a sharpie of what you'd like to order. The sharpie was a little thick, so it was hard to mark off quantities (instead, we just marked a dot or a line, but it was difficult to "uncheck" items). Everything we got was not only aesthetically appetizing, but also unique in flavor with an expedient delivery. The meal is served with a tray of different sauces that you can place on your "artist palette plate". We got the abalone siu mai, the black truffle siu mai, crispy dumpling with pork filling, snow crab cheese rangoon puffs, salt and pepper tiger prawns, sauteed green beans, and the pan fried chicken dumplings. Our biggest regret was not ordering more/leaving uncomfortably full, but it gives us a good reason to come and visit again. The abalone on the siu mai was super tender and flavorful and the broth had a lot of umami and was very savory. The black truffle siu mai was also a hit, with a strong truffle flavor. We accidentally got the walnut shrimp instead of the salt and pepper tiger prawns, to which the order was corrected immediately and as a gesture of good will, Michael was able to take care of our tea, which was really kind. (Though the walnut shrimp looked amazing and I'll have to order that next time). Overall, this place was great! Service was quick and attentive, food was flavorful, and overall such a fun experience. I'd definitely come back and would recommend this to my friends/family visiting.

Yelp
We were influenced by TikTok and we were not disappointed! Strongly recommend reservations on the weekends. A must visit when we're in town. We came here 2 weeks ago and today! Their presentation of each dish is beautiful and we've enjoyed every dish we ordered. The duck skin is spectacular!
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious dim sum with a modern twist. Some bold choices including an unagi sticky rice dish, truffle shu mai, etc. The palette name with different sauces and an art palette to hold the sauces is a unique concept. I also like that there are traditional dim sum dishes including chicken feet. Interior is beautiful. Colorful and plentiful seating. They also take reservations!
google avatar

Angela C.

Yelp
Upscale dim sum with an art/palette theme. Even their plates and dipping sauces look like art palettes! I prefer traditional dim sum, but there's a place for fancy dim sum too. You order off the menu (no carts) and they bring out the food in nicely presented plates (as opposed to those traditional metal steamers). Everything was good, and not as greasy, salty, or heavy as traditional dim sum. Portions were also bigger than standard. All in all a solid place to enjoy dim sum, but just know it won't be like the traditional places!

Yelp
This was my second time dining here, first time was a wonderful experience. Service was great and food was delicious. And inside the restaurant is beautiful, very nice ambiance for date night or just lunch time. I love their dish ware and water fountains in the table. This time around it was significantly busier so in turn our server wasn't around much, only in the beginning and then at the very end when it was time to pay. Everyone else did a great job though, and food was tasty. We also tried Crispy Dumplings with minced pork filling (shaped as cute little ducks), my daughter LOVED it because they were cute and mochi textured inside but it wasn't MY favorite. Definitely just picture worthy in my opinion, they were a little too "herby" for my liking. My favorite dumpling order will always be the Spicy Wontons and the Pork and Shrimp Siu Mai!
google avatar

Jana E.

Yelp
This is such a cute place! The interior is nice really pretty decor. Once we got inside, got a menu and you mark down everything directly on the menu. There's a lot of items to choose from. Started off the with pink lychee martini. It's really good, not too sweet not too sour but a little strong- it's a great balance. For food we ordered- Lobster har haw 4/5 Soft shell crab rice crepe 2/5 Salt and pepper squid 3/5 Black truffle siu mai 3.5/5 Crispy shrimp toast w/ cheese 2/5 Black truffle crispy duck fried rice 5/5 Crispy noodles w/ exotic seafood 4.5/5 My favorite was the black truffle crispy duck fried rice! OMG, this is a must try. Everything else was alright.. I want to come here again and try other things though. Overall great experience! The waiters and waitresses checked up on us often and the service was great!
google avatar

Yelp
I went here after my bday to celebrate with friends and it's such a cute spot with beautiful decorations. It's super packed so reservations are a must, we went around 11-11:30. The food is made to order, so piping hot, and I think my favorite is the classic shumai. You can't beat a nice hot shumai that is just juicy and flavorful. Second favorite was the cute duck dumplings, they are nice and crispy but not oily and have a nice mochi chew.
google avatar

Catalina J.

Yelp
the only thing that upsets me is that I never came here sooner! Located off of spring mountain there is always so many eats to choose from. The moment we walked in we were greeted and seated. The ambiance is calm with the dim lighting yet vibrant colors. The food was very quick to come out. I wish they told us when their last call was because we would have ordered more. The dim sum was cooked to perfection. I love that their dishes are literally like little art palettes it's adorable and great for trying all their dips and sauces they have with each dish. Their rice was very good and a lot of their dishes are shareable with the table. The crispy dumplings were my favorite I couldn't get enough, and the soup dumplings as well. They are just try's! This is def a spot I will come back to!!
google avatar

Arlene T.

Yelp
This place gets very busy so I highly recommend making reservations. Everything we tried was very good. I highly recommend pork and shrimp shumai, the salt and pepper pork cutlets. Sichuan green beans and crispy noodles with exotic seafood. The inside is very cute inside. My only issue was our to go stuff was not ready and we had to wait awhile.
google avatar

Tina P.

Yelp
My husband, son and I came for dinner and it was packed and loud. There wasn't a ton that I could eat as a Gluten Free person but I expected that. The idea was cute with the sauces in the palette but we didn't even know what they were. Over all the food was good but c ery salty. I enjoyed the morel mushroom dish and the waygu beef was flavorful. Service was ok. It seemed like they were short staffed as they didn't really take time to check in on us and see if we wanted to order anything else.

Yelp
Wow! What a gem. We loved the food! Not only was it delicious, the presentation was beautiful. Crispy Dumplings with Pork Filing 4/5: Cute and delicious. The outside texture is so crisp and not too oily. Just wished there was more filling. The duck's head was all flour. Pork Soup Dumplings 5/5: Crowd pleaser! It comes with vinegar caviar (so unique) and is served on porcelain spoons. The dumpling itself had so much soup and good amount of filling. I highly recommend ordering this! Wagyu Beef Chow Fun 3/5: Honestly, not worth the money. It was a little bit too salty and we couldn't really distinguish the wagyu from normal sautéed beef. Black Truffle Crispy Duck Fried Rice 5/5: This was such a unique combo. They're not shy with the truffle and the bits of duck mixed in with the rice was so yummy. It wasn't overly greasy and had good wok hei (burnt/crisp flavor). Golden Swan Durian Puff 5/5: Light and crispy on the outside. Smooth, warm and creamy texture on the inside. Not too sweet and good durian flavor. Pork & Shrimp Siu Mai 5/5: The meat filling was very springy. It's also topped off with a fair amount of roe. Shrimp Dumplings 5:5: The dumpling was perfectly steamed. It didn't fall apart or was too tough. Also good amount of filing. Rainbow Prawn Rice Crepe 4/5: The presentation was beautiful and flavor was good. But I thought the noodles were a little too soft so it fell apart very easily. Nothing too special. Plum Pickled Cucumbers 2/5: Probably our least favorite dish. The cucumbers didn't taste pickled and the sauce it came with was kind of like thousand island. Not bad, but not something I'd order again. Service 10/5: I brought my family here (party of 10) and the waiters were so kind and attentive. They helped make suggestion for our order and frequently check on us to refill tea/take away plates. They even gifted us 2 flutes of champagne and fondue to celebrate our marriage! Pricing 5/5: Can't be beat. We ordered 19 dishes to feed our party of 10, and we paid only $370 (includes 20% tip)! We're definitely going to stop by again when we're in the area.

Yelp
Our 2nd time coming here and we're happy with the whole experience. We ordered pork soup dumplings with caviar vinegar, roasted pork, and Wagyu beef steak stir fried. Everything came out great and we couldn't be happier. For the tea, we chose chrysanthemum tea and it was delicious. Service was excellent- the staff were attentive. Ambiance was nice, we really loved the decor. It's aesthetically pleasing and it looked modern. Thank you for making our Christmas dinner special and memorable.

Yelp
GET: * duck platter was good. my mom thought oily but i think it was tasty. * soup dumplings * shrimp toast. different dim sum and crunchy. PASS: * chick shaped pork dumpling. super cute! but hardly any meat and mostly carb. the palette tea lounge has been super popular on social media. the food is similar to other dim sum places with certain things thats stand out--- chick shape, dipping sauces, red vinegar caviar.

Yelp
Came in a group of 4, which I definitely recommend as you'll want to try a lot of things and this is the only way! A lot of what we ordered came in 4-6 per dish. I didn't love that it has Dim Sum in the name, but I don't feel that menu was as extensive as I'd expected given the namesake. The menu is avail online so I recommend checking it out. Vibe was very Asian inspired, but unless you were in the back room it gave more cafeteria vibes than swanky date spot (just my two cents). Very crowded, make a reservation - which was a smooth process. Waitstaff is very knowledgeable on their food and they expect you to be too. We had friends from out of the country visiting and they did not speak more slowly, nor explain the food as we requested throughout the whole meal. Normally, if you go a restaurant and don't know what the food is they are nice and explain dim sum or whatever you are asking, but not here. We also didn't get some of the things we ordered, despite writing them down on a paper they leave on the table, and them writing down what we requested verbally. It just seems like they are rushing too much and don't care about details. They didn't charge us for those things either, so I understand we could have reminded them, but we ended up getting enough food without the missing items so we stayed silent. On that note, after we ordered we asked if that was a good amount and of course they confirmed with no mention to the fact that it might be too much, or confirm we were very hungry... Not a huge deal, but something I noticed. (We had 2-3 regular waiters, so these mentions aren't due to just one person.) Some really tasty food, and some IG worthy food like the Crispy Dumplings that look like Peeps. They were a bit sweet, and had a high breading to insides ratio, just like a bao. Pan seared pot stickers were unique, always a crowd favorite though. Minced Duck meat with XO (like a duck lettuce wrap) were nice and flavorful, though very small and pricey. I was hoping the duck was a good quality and in that case was happy to pay more. They forced us to get custard dumplings at the end, they were very nice and made it so we all couldn't button our pants as we left, lol. I would give them another shot, but I'd only go with people who are familiar with the dishes and concept, not with beginners again.

Yelp
First meal of the day... no reservation but due to the holiday week, I needed to wait roughly 45min+ for a table for 2 when I arrived at 11:15 when they just opened. Many people made reservations but they were late, and they did need to wait again. Too much Instagram of this place, not worth the hype and is overpriced but everything was beautifully presented. I feel the dishes neither hit nor missed.

Yelp
What a wonderful way to ring in the Lunar New Year!! Every dish was excellent!! Top dishes our group of 8 loved. The Smoky crispy Chilean Seabass was outstanding including the crispy noodles and all the little bits! The Peking Duck was also excellent! Pea sprouts are always a must! Our server Matias was excellent. He was so kind and professional! He made our night so memorable!! We will be back again! Thank you!

Yelp
All the dim sums here not only look appetizing also prepared with love! Tasty little morsels brought to you piping hot! I esp enjoy those cheesy shrimp toast! Pleasant and welcoming wait staff plus a nice modern decor for a dim sum eatery... can one asks for more? Definitely will frequent again on our next trip.

Yelp
Note: There is automatic Credit card processing fee that isn't mentioned Food is excellent for the most part, but service could be better. We made reservations (which I highly recommend) and were seated right away. Definitely a very Instagrammable place and on the pricier end that can be improved. Very beautiful place, would want to try again for dinner some day I'll get the negatives out of the way first, service was very spotty. They missed ordering some items we had marked off on the menu. We had ordered the durian puffs but it never got ordered. Also we never got three items we had ordered, and had to follow up with staff about it. The har gow never came at all when we say them deliver it to other tables around us so ultimately we just had to have them cancel it altogether. One female member (wish I got her name) was a bit dismissive of us asking for help, sometimes blatantly walking away after making direct contact with us. The good, the tea service and jasmine tea is delicious. Highly recommend the duck set and the XO rolled rice noodles. The duck set was delicious with the mean and crispy skin. The cantaloupe was a nice touch that added a unique sweetness to the dish I really enjoyed the spare ribs as well. Chicken feet was a bit on the sweet side. Other items are just normal in my books, nothing special. Portions are on the smaller side for the price. I'd come back to try some other items as they have a very extensive menu and try there drinks as I heard they were delicious.

Yelp
Influenced by the high rating on Yelp, I decided to give this place a try and I was surprised at how much detail went into the aesthetic of the restaurant. From the mosaic koi fish on the floor to the adorable palette plates and sauce "paints" and the plating everything about the appearance was exquisite. Abalone Siu Mai (5/5) - delicious Lobster Har Gow (1/5) - didn't have any lobster that I could see or taste and it was just shrimp. It included a syringe of butter which I found unnecessary Radish Cake with XO Sauce (5/5) - so good I loved the kick of spice from the XO sauce and how it complemented the radish cake Rainbow Prawn Rice Cake (4.5/5) - while the wrap kept falling apart the flavor was so good and unique from other places as the dipping sauce had a bit of a ponzu/sour taste which complimented the prawn and green onions Roasted Peking Duck Set (5/5) - instead of buns they provide these wraps which allows the duck to stand out more. i also enjoyed how they cut the duck skin and meat to remove the fat and bones so it would be much more convenient to eat. Wok Fried Dungeness Crab in Typhoon Sampan Style (2.5/5) - the crab looks really interesting but it was really hard to pick out the meat even with a crab cracker. The flavor didn't stand out as much as I would have liked. We asked one of the waitresses if they had crab picks and they said they would check but never came back. Overall I like the aesthetic and would like to come back to try more of their many unique dishes!
