Chicago Bar Owner Claims His Shut-Down Club Is a ‘Scapegoat’ for City’s Failure to Reduce Crime | Eater Chicago

"City officials temporarily forced the sports bar Play Kitchen & Cocktails in the Gold Coast to close after allegations of increased criminal activity following a mid-December drive-by shooting that damaged a window and a TV inside the bar." - Naomi Waxman

The atmosphere here is definitely a vibe—very hype, great R&B music, and an excellent DJ. The lounge has an energetic, urban feel that my kids (young adults) really enjoyed. Unfortunately, the service and food significantly took away from the experience. It took a long time just to get drinks, and there were multiple mix-ups with both drinks and tables. At one point, my daughter was served a drink that contained coconut, which she is allergic to. Thankfully, her reaction was not severe, but it was a serious oversight that could have been dangerous. Food service was disorganized and the quality itself was disappointing. The french fries came out misshapen and overworked, the fish was slightly under-fried, and the chicken was fried too hard. I also specifically requested no honey, yet every dish arrived with honey anyway. While I understand that timing in the kitchen isn’t always the server’s responsibility, food arrived in parts—sides before entrées, only half the table served at a time, and utensils arriving late or incomplete. The entire experience felt chaotic and required constant follow-up. Overall, this was not a five-star experience—closer to three stars at best. The atmosphere was fun, but between the service issues and food quality, it’s just not my cup of tea, and I wouldn’t return.

4 Play is cute, but let’s be honest...the prices and the quality aren’t on speaking terms. It wants to give upscale, but it really feels like somebody’s aunty is in the back cooking whatever she felt like that day. Menu options are limited, so don’t come starving. I get it though… downtown rent probably punching them in the throat every month. Also, I quickly realized I’m older than the crowd they seem to attract. After about 6pm on a Friday, the vibe shifts and that’s my cue to gather my things and go. It’s not terrible, but it’s definitely not matching the energy it’s trying to give.

My fiancee and I came here for our anniversary. Coming from Idaho, it was a nice change of pace! It has a great atmosphere, everyone was friendly and the drinks were strong. I love the decor that they have around and the layout of the place. Unfortunately, we didn't have a chance to get anything from the kitchen, but the menus were easy to read and not overwhelming. Thank you for being here!

My friends and I went Saturday October 25th we were in town visiting. We were seated at the bar the bartender (NIA M) was rude and took 15 minutes before even asking us what we wanted to order. We ordered drinks first then ordered food. Myself and one of my friends ordered the lamb chop and my other friend ordered the fish sliders. My friend food came out fast but the order for lamb chops took over 2 hours before they came and that’s after asking if we would get it. Mind you it wasn’t busy. When we finally received the food the lamb chops were burnt! You couldn’t even eat them. So after taking one bite I sent them back and asked for my check. The second bartender was really nice and took them off but then the original bartender (NIA M) gave me my check and it was back on there. I told her I gave them back and the reason. She was extremely rude!! I paid for my drinks and left. The dj was on point but everything else wasn’t a good experience. Wouldn’t see myself returning.

I stopped by 4play for a quick bite and drink on my way to DIA. I had Mya has my server/ bartender and she was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable and we were able to chat for a bit, she let me know what there is to do around the area and what goes on in Denver, she’s a cool girl with a great personality. 10/10 with food and drinks. Will recommend to others and will definitely be back!! 😁

Google
I have been coming to 4play for awhile now & I normally love it everytime. Nia is a terrible bartender. Rude, careless & makes you feel like you’re bothering her when you just try to ask a question or get her attention. She got an attitude when I called her over while she was on her phone. Steph and Mya made my night much better. Changed the vibes around real quick was very present and Mya knew exactly how to make me feel good and comfortable the rest of the night. 2 of the best girls!! If you ever go there ask for Mya or Stephany😊

I spoke outside with the other chef joey while i was smoking and we chat for a little and it just made me feel welcomed! 10/10 definitely recommend

Google
Seems like this place is under new managment! NOT AN IMPROVEMENT, WORSE! I had the Oysters! 3 out of 10! 6 oysters for $23 Lemon pepper wings, need some lemon pepper, but actually the best thing at our table! Calamari- just not good! Service needs to improve! Drinks extreemly expensive, not worth the price. Owner needs to stock top shelf liquor! My French 75 was made with regular Tanqueray!

Yelp
First impression: Had a reservation at 5pm, showed up at 4:50pm and they wouldn't let us inside because it wasn't opened yet. Keep in mind they are downtown, we took public transit and then a scooter to get here, and because it was winter it was freezing outside. We had to walk to the bar across the street to stay warm until our reservation exactly at 5pm. When we arrived inside, most of the floors were wet and there were no wet floor signs posted. Girl, I'm in heels, and I tell you I was walking like a penguin in front of my date making sure I didn't slip and die haha Food: the deviled eggs were incredible. 5/5 stars, would come back specifically for them. They have a pretty good happy hour Wed-Fri 5-8pm where deviled eggs are $5 for three. We ordered the chips and queso and lamb shank appetizers. Lamb shank was delicious but not shareable, so keep that in mind. Service: It took about 40 minutes to receive chips and salsa and eggs. The lamb came out 5 mins later and we never got the queso (the main reason I wanted to come here was queso and cocktails so a tad disappointed). The waitress, Dylan (spelling?), was so nice and brought us some extra eggs to make up for the lack of queso. They weren't out, just said it would take another half an hour to be ready. By this time it's almost 6pm. We would come back to request the waitress again because she was just so helpful with the menu and incredibly kind. Atmosphere: this is a beautiful bar with colorful blue and red lighting and Neon signs. Lots of plant decor made it feel very inviting. However, the music was so loud it felt like we were in a club. The quality of the speaker was actually shaking during a song with high notes, and a guy kept coming out from the back and turning it up more. It was almost impossible to have a conversation. This would make sense if it was past 8 PM on a Friday night, but we were there during the daylight and there were only four other tables seated. The space is very confusing because when I tried to reserve a 6 PM online, it showed the restaurant was full, so 5 PM was my only option, but there was hardly anyone there and the place was so big and people were seated so far apart the vibes were off. I think they have a lot about hospitality to learn and for a newer establishment, I am hopeful they will begin to improve (mainly the kitchen and timing), I would hate to see another place like this go out of business. I will be visiting again in the coming months to update my review and have those scrumptious deviled eggs.

Yelp
This is another location that I saw ads for on IG. I was super excited to visit and it did not disappoint. Another location in walking proximity from conference hotel. Ambiance: very cute decor, television screens for sports fans, nice led walls for photo ops and comfortable seating. There is also a patio area. Music: great playlist of past and present hits. Food: dispitea small crowd at the time of our arrival, it took a while for food to arrive. However, I will say the $1 Wednesday wing special was delicious. Required a minimum of 10 wings, which I feel is reasonable. I added a side of fries. Drinks: several specials to choose from I opted to order the Flight Shots, which includes 6 Shots Irish Whiskey Deal for $30. I chose green tea shots which everyone loved. If I lived locally, I could for sure see this as a great hangout spot. They have nightly deals which will help increase their patronage.

Yelp
PLEASE NOTE: All reviews are about the ELITES EXPERIENCE and can not be about others experiences, therefore, this is my honest and true experience as an ELITE! LETS GOOOO! This sports restaurant/bar is lit! My Cousins friends had her part 3 Goodbye cocktail party here. We had a freaking blast!!! Bella was our waitress for the evening and served us with a smile. Bella was very attentive and professional! We had a great time here! The music was as were the cocktails (I stopped at my limit but my Cousins friends kept trying to pour them on me). Nope madams. 2 is my limit but, 3 if I'm feeling risky lol Grateful The crowd here was a mixture of unseasoned /seasoned humans and was very diverse. The beautiful (respectfully)Bella kept checking on me and treated our table like we were her only customers which was nice but she made her rounds to her other tables but ours was SPECIAL. It's always nice when bosslike humans treat you like you're a celebrity. (Versus ignoring you) Thanks to Bella for being and also thanks to her peers (the unseasoned humans) who kept clearing our table in a timely manner. They were all deserving of the tips poured upon them. Bella looked shocked when I tipped her personally because of her awesome service specifically towards me. She continued to stay on top of things which I greatly appreciated! (Again, Only speaking from my own experience) Probably why Bella treated me like I was a freaking lottery winner (without the winnings) I have a huge respect for anyone serving public. Always tip your servers for their hard work and for good juju. Amen If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely return here. I asked to take a photo with her because of her awesome service and because she deserved to be recognized. I didn't tell her anything about yelp until we were leaving in which, I told her that I was posting our photo, which she approved. Not only did she allow the photo but this lovely human BELLA, took over the camera showing another human how to adjust and take the photo. She's ! WHAT A BEAUTIFUL SOUL I recommend everyone to stop here and ask to be seated in Bellas area. Tell her that I sent you, since she will most likely be surprised and will definitely give you VIP treatment. Btw... to the guy/ ALLEDGLY the Owner at the door who was admiring my photo skills My Cousin told him that, I was an INFLUENCER... dude was invested. Lmaooooooo LMAOOOOOOO ...Sir, I apologize for my Cousin telling you that I was a celebrity figure although, your entire bar made me feel like one... YOU ROCK SIR respectfully We enjoyed our time at your bar Sir. Please give Bella a raise and 2 Months off with pay! Lmaooooooo COUSINS ARE LIFE There's plenty of safe, free parking onsite with fire rides parked there! (I NOTICED BECAUSE I'M A CAR CHICK) THANKS TO the entire staff! Give em all raises!

Yelp
Denver has needed a new spot that is laid back and caters to the mature crowd, and 4Play does just that. This lounge-style restaurant is a hidden gem that offers great music, solid service, and some pretty damn good wings. The menu at 4Play is relatively simple, so you know that what they do, they do well. My wings came out quickly and were packed with flavor. The fries that came with them were equally good; crispy and well-seasoned. 4Play is perfectly located for sports fans, being just minutes away from all the major stadiums. It would be an excellent spot to hang out before a game, grab some wings and a drink, and get yourself into the game-day mindset. Overall, I loved my experience at 4Play. It's the perfect place to unwind with friends or gather with coworkers after a long day. I will definitely be back soon and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to eat, drink, and chill.

Yelp
Delicious food and good vibes! Expensive cocktails but worth it. We got done with the ball game and came next door for more drinks and snacks... The cocktails are delicious even if pricey, and if you're good with doing something fancy then switching to bottled beer, this is a PERFECT place. The staff are so nice and the music is fun. If you're looking for an upbeat place with yummy snacks next to the ballpark THIS IS YOUR SPOT!

Yelp
I feel like I'll need to give this a try again once they get established a little more and work out the kinks because i wanted to love this place but didnt quite get there. I've heard great things about day time but I went on a busy Friday night and our waitress just wasn't very attentive so I never even placed a food or drink order with her because well she was never available. The parking lot machines were not working (probably not a 4Play responsibility but it definitely impacts business) and one of the few bathroom stalls was out of order causing and even longer wait time in the community restroom. The security at the entrance was great, friendly until they had to put game faces on and then all over a disruptive patron. The ambiance looks really nice. There's potential here

Yelp
Finally, a little slice of culture back into the "FIVE POINTS" downtown Denver area, heavily gentrified in recent years. Now directly next to the side entrance of Coors field on 22nd & Blake, is this nice new social lounge/bar. We have been seeing ads for weeks and decided to pop in on the Grand Opening Day on March 30th. As soon as you walk in, you know the vibes. The construction of this establishment was nicely crafted. Security greets you at the door and routinely checks IDs. As soon as you step in, you may request a table from one of the 3 hostesses at the booth. Otherwise, you are free to sit anywhere along the long bar that fills most of this establishment. My group decided to sit at the bar. Immediately upon sitting, we were greeted by beautiful & handsome (pause) bartenders. The bartenders were super friendly and attentive to us & others around the bar. Food and specialty drink menus were placed in front of us along with glasses of water. A few of us decided on the specialty crafted cocktails, I stuck with my Mezcal & Ginger beer. Evertime I pop up in there All the Bartenders greet me w/ a smile say Hi, chop it up, and get me normal Mezcal & Ginger beer. I love the service & professionalism of all the people behind the bar no matter how busy it is. If you are looking for nice Grown & Sexy vibes while listening to great R&B & Hip-Hop DJs spin, this is your place. They have a nice rotation of different Djs to keep it fresh! You will hear a heavy rotation of 90s Hip-Hop/R&B along w/ modern musicians from East Coast West Coast to the Dirty South. I believe I even heard some drops of Afro Bears & Latin flare thrown in there occasionally. The clientele are spectacular. I have not seen so many good looking people dressed to the nines like they were in Miami or ATL social clubs. Everyone just has smiles on their faces and laughter fills the air as people vibe out to the great music the DJs are spinning and just having a great time amongst other great vibing adults. One thing they focus on is their Lamb chops. A few people had their lamb chops, Spring Rolls and fries. Recently I have seen chicken & Waffles. I believe they do a weekly rotation on small plates/tapas they offer. Upon coming back one day I will try the other food items. There is plenty of seating, but I believe there is a reservation system for most of their tables. Yes they can organize this portion, but they will eventually get this running more fluid over time, they are a new establishment, be patient. Like most establishments downtown they sit full parties only per the hostess. This place is definitely THE NEW HOT SPOT in the city for Hip-Hop/R&B for responsible and the Grown & Sexy. This is not tour typical Hipster/Swanky Gentified Bar/Social lounge, so no this is not for everyone, but they certainly invite everyone of all sexualities, races, & creed inside to come in & enjoy yourself responsibly. I have never in my 25+ years in Denver seen such a diverse chill crowd enjoying themselves with this vibe. With such popularity comes, jealously, envy and jaded dishonestly about a minority owned and ran establishment. I've seen the recent reviews, which blew my friends mind. Some individuals in the community have made up accounts to bash this place, you can tell this is their only review w/ 1-2 reviews. Some just bash every establishment they've reviewed. This is not like the country western bar which has had shootings/ stabbings w/ a countrywide manhunt for the perp; on Market street that the community doesn't talk about.....shhhh Or the same issues from the other techno bar/Edm bar right across from them on Market. Places are going to have issues at times, it's the Brave New World of Downtown Denver since covid closures & increased homelessness the city needs to properly address to protect all establishments period. All I can say is try this spot for yourself if you love Hip-Hop/R&B! You will not be disappointed in the energy and vibes pouring out this building l, no matter who you are cat, dog, alien, and/or human. This is a safe space and community of fine ass woman & men (pause) just VIBING out on some grown shhhh like this is Houston, ATL, Miami, NYC. 4Play is just trying to bring culture & postive energy back to the area We used to call HARLEM of the WEST!!! Come one Come All, come for the Vibes!!!! #YOUKNOWTHEVIBES A lil 4PLAY in ya life can spice things up.

Yelp
This place had a great atmosphere for a Sunday afternoon. The food was good. I had the shrimp po boy and my friend had the wings and waffles. The chef comes out and delivers the food directly which was neat. The service needs improvement and I still have mixed feelings about the physical pat down when I walked in the establishment. Overall, an enjoyable party vibe, but pricey!

Karina S.

Yelp
The waitress was rude and the energy she was radiating was not pleasant. Every time we asked for something it felt like we were bothering by her or like she had the worst attitude. We had not been asked once if our food was good or how we were doing, yet we witnessed her asking the table next to us how they were doing. The waitress would leave us unattended for long periods of time and would keep talking to a guy that wasn't even in her section. On top of it, the wings barely had any seasoning and was honestly disappointed. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt in case she was having a bad day but she seemed to have such a different attitude any other time she wasn't at our table. I wish we would've had a different experience bc I usually do enjoy this place the few times i've been here

Jaime W.

Yelp
Jayma was absolutely excellent! She was very attentive, provided great customer service, and carried such a positive and professional attitude. Her promptness and beautiful smile made the experience even more enjoyable. She went above and beyond by letting us know about the Thursday oyster special and made sure we were fully aware of everything 4Play has to offer. I look forward to coming back soon...possibly even tomorrow!

Marissa P.

Yelp
Trinity is the best bartender there! She really brings the ambience and amazing service!! Very fast and efficient service i will be requesting her to be my bartender everytime i make a stop here!

Yelp
Listen man! Absolute fire! from the setting to the ambiance to the service! The pictures is either self explanatory or serving no justice. Best fish sandwich in Denver CO hands Down!!!

Yelp
Music and vibes was at an all time high but that's not the only positives to expect from this establishment, there's more! We stopped by here for my friends surprise birthday cocktail/dinner fiasco. The staff were super friendly and personable. Even though it was a lounge type setting I was happy management did a great job at hiring non snobby staff. We started off with drinks while waiting for my friend to arrive. The Espresso Martini was probably the best I've tasted ANYWHERE. They use a cold brew with Kahlua, baileys and maybe some other things. Very delicious! Once the birthday girl got in they ordered drinks and they chose a lemon drop only elevated. Our server informed us they could add a flavored puree that they make fresh in house to the lemon drop. If the Espresso Martini didn't have me in a chokehold I would've tried that but both my friends enjoyed their drink thoroughly. There were a lot of great photo ops there. The bathroom was on a whole other level. There was a bathroom attendant and when I tell you she had everything, not even my bathroom is this well stocked. She handed people their perfectly proportioned paper towels, offered mints, had perfume and cologne waiting on deck, and more. Then we ordered the food... Most of our table ordered wings, a few of them got the po'boys. The wings and fries were crispy, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Downright delicious. If you're looking for a good time in downtown Denver with drinks, food, music, just an all around good time this is the place to go!

Yelp
Friends and I came here for an overpriced cocktail and the clientele made it EXTREMELY CLEAR that we were not welcome. One guest came and sat at our table and became very aggressive. So we just decided to leave. The vibe is loud and cheap, fake plants and neon everywhere. The drinks are roughly 10 bucks each and not well done. I didn't try the food as we were pushed out by the rude clientele. Then find out there was a Shooting here. Only been in business 3 weeks and it's clear that this business needs to GO! The owners seem to have zero concern for safety, our community or reasonable security checks of patrons. AVOID AT ALL COST

Yelp
We met at 4Play before the Billy Joel concert on 7/12 and were surprised to be frisked (guys only) at the door. What? Unfortunately, that was the best part of the experience. Took forever to get service, she took our order for drinks (4 beers) and food. Apologized that we couldn't get a salad with chicken because they were out of chicken (huh?) Beers were timely, but the food took forever. When the server took an order for 2 more beers, she politely and sincerely apologized for the slow food, saying that 2 of the dinners were taking a long time. She promised our food would be out in 10 minutes. 10 minutes later we received the 2 dishes that she had supposedly been waiting on. One dish was buffalo wings that were not hot and looked like they'd been sitting for a long time. The other 2 dishes never came. Ever. Neither did the additional 2 beers. We finally had to go to get to the concert and had to chase someone down to get a check. After the additional 2 beers and missing 2 dinners were removed, our check was still $94. Ridiculous. While recalculating the bill, the server apologized and said they were "understaffed." There seemed to be plenty of staff around, but except for the one guy who greeted us, sat us, wrapped silverware, brought our drinks, and checked on us, no one else seemed to be doing much. I went to use the restroom and 4 servers were chatting by the communal sinks. Not sure what's going on here, but this place was sketchy as hell. AVOID!

Dorleea P.

Yelp
The chicken was good and the vibes were nice especially the bathroom. That was my first time in a bathroom where men and women shared. I could not drink because I left my ID at the hotel but the service was good. Just needed more ranch.

Yelp
Loved the energy, the whole lounge is a vibe.. good music and even better drinks! Bathroom was so huge plenty of mirrors pics and clean.. mature crowd, full of ladies lol very welcoming and listen a new place definitely giving summer can't wait to go back!

Yelp
GROSS GROSS GROSS I've never had wings this nasty in my life!!!!! Old grease cold fries and bruised chewy chicken!! The wing sauces are nasty!! They definitely need a new cook. Waitress are rude and the energy was all the way off. I won't be back. Oh yeah and let's not forget the watered down drinks You guys have been warned.
google avatar

Deverick W.

Yelp
Great vibe, food, and drinks! The wings were tasty and the smoked mezcal drink was awesome. Definitely worth a visit!

Ash L.

Yelp
I've been a few times and the environment is always great. The vibes are always nice and alot of friends of mine go there. I also like supporting black owned business any way I can. In that, the service is always really bad. The wait times for food are often long and the last time I went my server forgot my order all together and it took about 1.5 hours to get my food and really aggressive complaining. That really sucked. I went back again this past weekend with some family that's in town and Zoey, our server was night and day better. Service was still alittle slow but she had our backs and communicated with us through everything. There are still some growth opportunities but I will for sure keep coming.

Yelp
Really enjoyed my time at 4play. The waitress was prompt and did a great job of taking care of us. If you are looking for a nice place to listen to music and people watch this is definitely the place to be. Also in a nice location. Will be back again.

Kenneth C.

Yelp
Great service!!!! Amazing ownership with a cool vibe and ambiance. Drinks were straight (had a dirty martini) and wings were solid! Will be back for sure!!!

Shawnte H.

Yelp
Food was delicious, staff and service was warm and prompt, and the atmosphere was chill and welcoming with great music. I had a great time. I'd definitely recommend.

Kimberly W.

Yelp
The food and drinks are wonderful! My husband and close friends loved the atmosphere and would definitely recommend this 4Play to anyone who visits the Downtown Denver area.

Rena C.

Yelp
I rely on Yelp to choose where to have lunch and I chose this place despite 1 negative review criticizing the decor, clientele, and drink prices. I found the prices to be great! As they were just as similar to other neighboring establishments. The decor felt inviting and created a relaxing atmosphere, while the clientele appeared inclusive and happy. I'm glad that I didn't let that one negative review influence my decision; reviews should focus on aspects the business can control. Criticizing their decor or clientele are factors that don't contribute to the overall experience that the establishment itself provides. As those are factors that a person chooses to allow to overshadow their experience and are factors beyond their control. It was busy, however so was every neighboring bar and lounge in that area after further review so that's simply to be expected with the area. 4play contributes to inclusivity and diversity in the area, that is what a lounge should feel like and my experience there was amazing!
google avatar

Jessica B.

Yelp
They have a good vibe. It's right across from Coors field. Great location and the drinks are good. It's definitely a nice place to hang out, chill, watch the game and do brunch maybe. The service was good and friendly. It does get busy but if you can get a table or go early it's not bad regardless. Definitely a place to check out in Denver.

Verda T.

Yelp
SKETCHY! Went here after the Rockies game last night... security was lazy, the clientele was pushy and we only stayed for one over-priced drink. Our girlfriend that stayed CONFIRMED THERE WAS A SHOOTING after we left. Go anywhere but 4Play and STAY SAFE OUT THERE.

Tatiana P.

Yelp
Let me say this, it was a MAJOR let down. We traveled feom Atlanta with high hopes for thus lounge. From walking in the door until we left.. We came foe hookah.. they only have specific areas for hookah and refused to sit us when open tables were there. We are here to spend money and basically refused service.. Drinks are over priced and not good.So we finally got seat and when I say we had the WORST server ever! It took us forever to get our hookah and then they basically brought us 2 flavors none which were ordered, and said this is all we got. All we ordered the devil eggs grilled and added 3 this was made more difficult.. to the point we had to ask for the manager. He was pleasant but the establishment needs a lot of help. People come from out of town to spend money and looking for a good time.. if you looking for hookah go to Pasha... this place isn't it. They have electric hookah limited flavors and specific areas that to have to wait forever to sit. The food never came but manager made it to go. Overall bad experience! Do not recommend.

Yelp
Waited 10-15 minutes at an empty bar, finally got served. Ordered a vodka redbull and received a vodka cranberry, proceeded to try to close out 3 times with no success. Not sure if the bartender here was hard of hearing or what, but it shouldn't be so hard to get what we wanted the first time and close out. Feels like a bar that gives the bare minimum since it's close to Coors field. Shame.

Danielle H.

Yelp
This a great establishment. We continue to experience amazing food, good vibes, and have a space to connect! The area definitely needed something like this!!!

Yelp
If you are looking for sophistication coupled with the ultimate vibe, 4Play Kitchen & Cocktails is your spot! Whether you are looking for a nice brunch, a place to watch a Rockies/Nuggets game, or simply a nice night out with friends, 4Play is the spot for you! The esthetic alone gives me "perfect first date" energy, its very inviting! The staff greet you with a smile and are eager to make sure your experience is pleasurable. I went on Rockies opening day and had the lamb paired with the broccolini and potatoes, it was superb ! The savory sauce on that lamb was so delicious. Pair it with the Kain & Abel, my favorite cocktail by far and you will not regret it! 4 Play is a great place to start your evening/night out as it is located right across the street from Coors Field in the heart of the Denver night life scene! Its the best thing to happen to the Denver restaurant/night life in recent years. I can't wait to go back!

Yelp
The ambiance is great! I enjoyed the space and the music. I have not tried the food yet but the drinks are overpriced but so is every other bar in Denver, so nothing truly to complain about there. I would give the service a 7/10. I'll give them grace due to just opening and figuring out the flow!

Yelp
Food was disgusting. Service was trash. Cocktails are watered down. Bartender was very rude and impatient.
