4Twenty Market Weed Dispensary West Hollywood

First time here today: I came in and security scanned my ID. There were 2 people ahead of me and security said it'd be a couple minutes. There was no one at the counter. The guy in front of me said he'd been waiting 10 minutes already and the woman in front of him said the same and she was ready to go. I waited 5 minutes and was going to head out when two people came from behind a door and took their place at the sales counter. They had my online order and it was easy to pick up, but I won't be going again. It was just weird and I can go to any dispensary and not have to wait like that.

The worst customer experience I've ever had. The security is so rude to conversation with customer. You can't move in store. You need just sit. Yes bro, you sit all day. That's the result, rude person.

Came into this store because of the house music and let me tell you. This place is sick, the everyday flower is fire and the guy rusty w the tats is super dope & helpful. 10/10

I love this dispensary cause of its great selection and their wonderful staff! Rusty is the best bud tender in LA, very knowledgeable and kind. Its always a pleasure to go to 420 Market and catch up with that friendly staff. Great store!

Recently stopped in the WeHo shop again and honestly the reason I returned was because of Rusty. The shop has a great style but honestly it’s the service that brought me back, professional yet personable, made me feel welcome. I’ll be back again soon, just wanted to say thank you.

Awful service, the guy with a lot of tattoos has a very bad vibe. He seems angry to be working there, treating you all thuggy with a bad attitude and being condescending when asked something. I walked out and didn't get anything cause I didn't feel welcomed or safe. He seems very hurt and troubled. I notice there are more ppl who have left similar reviews on this guy who I think is one of the managers, so I'm not the only one with the same experience

This is by far my favorite dispensary and mainly due their wonderful manager, Rusty. He always goes above and beyond with customer service and truly wants what's best for you. Great selection and reasonable prices helps, but that great staff and especially Rusty, keeps me coming back.

This a fun new addition to the neighborhood. Dallas helped me and was lovely. They had the products I needed so I will definitely be back

**IGNORE ALL 5-STAR REVIEWS FOR 4TWENTY MARKET, THEY ARE SOLICITED IN EXCHANGE FOR DISCOUNTS** Over the years I've lived in LA, I've been to countless dispensaries, but I had a truly unique experience at 4twenty Market, so I had to write a review. Just for reference, I spend between $400-$500 per month on cannabis.  When I entered the shop, there was one guy covered in face tats, ducked behind the counter fixing displays who didn't greet me. I said hello to him, and he responded with "you're going to have to make your selection fast because we gonna close soon". I found this strange and rude, especially because it was like 7:15pm on a weekday and I think their posted hours are until 9pm. I looked around for a few minutes and made my selection and let the guy know I was ready. He then said "now you're going to have to wait because I am in the middle of something" and I was shocked and speechless (which is rare for me). I just walked out without making a purchase and will not only never be back, but I will now be actively warning people not to go to this horrible place.  Every dispensary has similar items and prices, so why would anyone ever go to the place that has disdain for their customers? Just shop at any of the many other dispos in WeHo. It's no wonder why I never see a single customer in there when I pass by. 0/10  PS. Check the **real** google reviews for this place as well, sounds like a lot of people have experienced a similar issue with the face tat guy.

The team here are an amazing group of people. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and experienced. They have great products and always have crescendo in stock. The staff are always welcoming and patient with new consumers.

Staff members are all friendly and extremely knowledgeable of all their products. The inside is very clean, and their products are visually seen and plenty of places to sit when waiting. Their security is always making sure that participants are safe. Their prices are better than the other competitors. Parking is also great right in front.

Elena (I hope I spelled that correctly) was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole transaction. She was really knowledgeable about product quality. As a first time guest and someone new to the area, without much rapport with local brands, she made this a fruitful and painless experience. Store atmosphere was extremely welcoming and comfortable while being pristinely clean. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a a great deal and wonderful bud tender in WeHo!

This place has really great prices on flower. The three other neighborhood shops couldn't come close to the deal I got here. Literally two eighths cost me about half of what buying just one at the other shops. The have a great selection of concentrates too.

This place really went above and beyond for me! The manager, who now I forget his name but he's got great tattoos, was nice and incredibly helpful with great customer service! They helped connect me to one of the brands so they could fix an issue that was 100% not the shops fault. They have a menu of deals each week along with an app you can download for a discount on your first purchase as well. The plug play and stiiizy carts are fairly priced...there's another shop In the neighborhood that charges almost double what they charge so if you like a good deal, great service and good products, you got your spot
